개발촉진지구사업의 평가체계 구축

  • In order to improve areas lagged behind well-developed others ing the balanced national development. Development Promotion Areas(DPA)was designated in 1996. This study aims to develop a rational evaluation system for projects of DPA. This system has 3 evaluation steps. The first step is to evaluate 10-unit operations which are tourism, recreation, road, water supply and drainage, life environment, and so on. The second step is to evaluate 3 sub-programs such as tourism and recreation, local infrastructures and specialized industry. The third step is to evaluate comprehensively in entire area. A tentative system for project evaluation of DPA was proposed by brainstorming of expert-group. Weighting values of items in PDA were calculated through pair-comparison works of expert group using stepwise matrix sheets by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

조직 수준의 정보시스템 품질평가 모형과 절차 개발 (Development of Organization-level Evaluation Model and Process for Information Systems Quality)

  • This study suggests the organization-level standard(model and process) for quality evaluation of information systems(IS) in non-use organizations despite international standards(ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598) and national standards(KS X 9126 and KS X 14598) related to quality evaluation of IS. The standard in this study is composed of quality evaluation processes, a quality model, and quality metrics. The weights of the attributes and the sub-attributes in the quality model were calculated by an analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The minimum level and the target level of each metrics were determined by brainstorming of the committee. Furthermore, the case study for the investigation of the applicability and the usability of the suggested organizational standard in the real IS development project was performed. For gaining significant benefits of the standard, both the diffusion and the experience accumulation by its continuous use are needed.

  • 컴퓨터 게임 개발에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소 중의 하나는 창의적인 아이디어이다. 컴퓨터 게임 개발의 프로세스의 1단계 작업과정에서 핵심은 창의적인 아이디어를 발상하는 것이다. 이러한 과정을 위해 선행연구 개발된 웹 기반 창의적 발상시스템(Creative Group Thinking System:이하 CGTS))을 통하여 게임 개발에 적용하여 활용하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 게임디자인 작업부분의 아이디어발상 작업을 웹 환경에서 프로그램화하여 창의력을 높이고 작업시간을 단축하며, 완성도를 높이고자 한다.

A Study on the Priority Analysis of Government Support Policies for SOx Emission of Ships

  • IMO has enacted a convention that air pollution due to emissions of ships and sulfur oxides emissions should be significantly reduced by 2020. Based on the current support policies, this work intended to draw up the government support plans required by the shipping companies. Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis was done with factors derived from brainstorming and literature studies. The analysis results showed that the cost factor was generally the most important criterion and the Financial Aid was relatively more important within this cost factor. The policy implications for the regulation of sulfur oxides emissions was provided.

특허 출원서를 활용한 공학 계열 기술적 글쓰기 수업 사례 (A Study on Technical Writing Instruction in Engineering Education Using Patent Application Form)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a technical writing model suitable for engineering students based on the practice of technical writing using the patent application form for engineering students. The Dick & Carey model was used to design the teaching of technical writing using the patent application form. In particular, the instructor communicates with the learner and instructs the learner to produce and express students' own ideas. Instruction design in technical writing progresses consists of four steps, such as creating ideas by brainstorming, comprising contents, exercising writing, and feedback. Feedback occurs between an instructor and a learner and also does among students. As writing is proceeding step by step, instruction design for technical writing should come forth with specific methods to make students practice writing in work. Following these steps will help engineering school students to make up new products after graduating university.

The Problem/Project-Based Learning (PBL/PjBL) at Online Classes

  • The aim of this paper is to analyze the development of effective online Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL). The collaborative PBL/PjBL become one of the hot issues with the rapid growth of online learning in the era of COVID-19. Educators try to get innovative to continue instruction without sacrificing student engagement, thus adopting an instructional model of PBL/PjBL. The PBL process involves clarifying terms, defining complex problems, brainstorming, structuring and hypothesis while PjBL includes project-planning, implementation, communicating the results of a project in a presentation and evaluations with immediate individually tailored feedback within a predetermined period. Despite the differences between online and offline learning, the benefits of learning online or offline are practically the same if enough bidirectional interactions between instructors and students are possible. We argue that online qualifications are just the same as those of offline ones in PBL/PjBL models, therefore, the standards of online/offline learning are identical since education is a two-way communication.

TAGUCHI OPTIMIZATION OF DISPLACEMENTS DURING THE DESIGN PHASE OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

  • The prediction of quality characteristics during the design phase of a construction project was fragmented, because no particular method exists. One of the most important key responses is the total displacements (horizontal and vertical). A brainstorming session produces the quality parameters i.e. the control factors which here are identified as: the steel joint, the pile's length, the excavation depth and angle, the distance between the piles, the anchor stretch and length to name just some of the most engaging in the design. The purpose of this study is to optimise these parameters to minimize the total displacements following a methodology based on Taguchi method. For this reason, a 2-level, L8 orthogonal array has been employed to organize the experimentation. Data is obtained from a real-life excavation project designed on the Plaxis v.8 CAE package. Taguchi analysis is performed in the statistical package Minitab.

  • 코로나19의 장기화로 인해 비대면 서비스에 익숙해진 사람들은 실시간 비대면 협업 서비스를 기존보다 더 다양한 방식으로 이용하고 있다. 본 논문은 비대면 협업 서비스를 능동적으로 이용하고자 하는 현대인들에게 가상현실을 기반으로 한 브레인스토밍 협업 서비스를 제안한다. 본 서비스의 유저들은 3차원의 가상공간에서 타 유저들과 음성뿐만 아니라 손짓과 같은 비언어적 표현을 통해 소통할 수 있다. 또한, 자신의 아이디어를 블록이라는 특정 매개체에 담아 마인드 매핑하는 과정을 실시간으로 타 유저들과 공유하며 원활한 협업 서비스를 경험할 수 있다.

철근 콘크리트 공사의 자동화 대상작업 도출 (Derivation of Work to be Automated in Reinforced Concrete Construction)

  • For the successful introduction of the construction automation system, it is necessary to define the consideration factors and target tasks for the necessity of automating the conventional methods. In this study, the factors for automation were derived through brainstorming and questionnaires, and calculated the relative importance through the pairwise comparison using the AHP analysis method. In addition, the detailed type of concrete work was classified into 32 detailed works, and the automation score for each work was calculated by investigating the factors considering the necessity of automation. As a result of the automation score analysis, it was concluded that the need for automation of concrete placing work was the highest. Based on this study, we will consider the strategy of a concrete construction automation system.

타부두 환적화물에 적합한 운송수단에 관한 연구;부산항 신항을 중심으로 (A Study on the Advance Transportation System for Inter Terminal Transshipment: Focused on the Busan New Port)

  • 본 연구는 부산항에서 증가하는 타부두 환적 물량에 적합한 운송수단을 선택하기 위하여 중요한 평가요인들을 발굴하고 요인들 간 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문헌조사 및 타부두 환적 종사자들로 구성된 전문가 그룹의 브레인스토밍(Brainstorming)을 통해 평가요인을 선정하여, 5개의 대분류 요인과 15개의 중분류 요인으로 분류하였다. 계층적으로 분류된 평가요인을 선사, 항만공사, 컨테이너 터미널, 관계 부처 등에 근무하는 종사자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 계층분석법(AHP)을 이용하여 요인별 중요도를 산출하였다. 중요도 분석결과, 안전성, 생산성, 투자 효율성, 운영 효율성, 정책 부합성 순으로 검토되었다. 이를 통해 화물 및 터미널 보안 및 사고 예방 방지에 초점을 두며 타부두 환적화물에 적합한 운송수단을 선택시 우선적으로 반영되어야 할 필요성이 밝혔다. 아울러, 기존 문헌 연구 및 전문가 자문을 통하여 도출된 타부두 환적 화물 운송수단의 후보군을 6개로 선정하고, 앞서 분석된 운송수단 평가요인의 중요도를 바탕으로 후보군들의 우선 순위를 도출하였으며, 모노레일, Autocon 등의 순으로 ITT 운송수단에 적합함을 보였다.
