광섬유 브래그 격자 센서를 이용한 구조물의 모드 형상 측정 (Mode Sensing of a Composite Beam Using Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor)

  • Fiber Bra99 grating (FBG) sensor, one of the fiber optic sensor (FOS) offers lots of advantages for structural health monitoring due to its multiplexing capability. Also, it is proper to measure the structural vibration with no mass concentration effect. In this paper, we constructed two sensor arrays composed of 9 FBG sensors for the vibration and mode sensing of a composites beam. For an accurate measurement of wavelength shift, a signal processing board with an electric circuit based on time-interval counting was developed. This sensor system showed a good resolution of dynamic strain (<10${\mu}{\varepsilon}$). Using this sensor system, dynamic strains at 9 points of composite beam was measured and strain measured mode shape of the beam was calculated from the acquired strains and compared with numerical results by ABAQUS.

  • To set the measurements of bras for women in their 20s, considering the comfortableness in wearing and tightness, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey concerning breasts and bras as well as measurements of body and contact surface pressure. Easier and more accurate method of determining cup sizes based on the breast circumference is recommended to make up for the problem of current bra size system that can falsely measure cup sizes. Lower chest circumference was set at 5 cm equal intervals, and the breast circumference applicable to the cup size was set starting from the standard, 18 cm (A-cup), at 2 cm equal intervals, which gave the best coverage (88.1%).

  • The purpose of this study taken interest in recent, is a development of the sportswear style fashion design and provision of aid for making a marketing strategy and reasonable purchasing for customer's. Results of this study can be summarized as follows : As baseball boom is revived due to Park, Chan-ho's nice pitching, baseballcap and hood-shirt that printed each team's logo have an effect on mass fashion style. Clothes of mountain c1imbingwear style can personal free coordination, because they are little change of fashion, customers are constantly purchase them. As contemporary women are increase about interest on beauty, leggins and bra-top that aerobic clothes are scoordinated various type and included practice style. Snowboard style is coincide with Hip-hop look that loose fitting style pursues free style, it becomes more popular fashion with street fashion. Golfwear taking root in townwear of the 40, 50 women.

배추 무사마귀병 저항성 집단육성 (Development of populations resistant to Plasmodiophora brassicae Woronin of Chinese cabbage)

  • 배추무사마귀병 저항성 집단을 육성하기 위하여 총 305점의 배추유전자원을 수집(농촌진흥청 유전자원과, 180점; 미국 Germplasm Resources International Network, USDA, 37점; CPRODLO Bra-dB, Wagenningen 59점; 국내외 종묘회사, 29점) 하였다. 14점의 재배종은 배추무사마귀병에 대해 높은 저항성을 보였으면 대부분이 일대 잡종으로 CR계 품종이었다. CR계 일대잡종 18품종으로 배추무사마귀병에 저항성 집단을 만들기 위하여 자식과 방임수분으로 각각을 교배하였다. 2년간 포장시험을 하여 배추무사마귀병에 저항성인 성숙모본 128개체를 선발하였고 선발된 개체들은 배추무사마귀병에 대한 저항성집단을 육성하는데 식물재료로 이용되었다.(중략)

  • The most extensively used synthetic antioxidants are butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA), butylated hydroxy toluene (BHT) and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ). However BHT and BRA have been suspented of being responsible for liver damage andcar cinogenesis. Therefore, the importance of the search and exploitation of natural antioxidant, especially of plant origin, has greatly increased in recent years. Plant contain a wide variety of chemicals that have potent biological effects. As a result, there has been a growing interest in the use of herbs as a source of therapeutic drugs. The aim of this study was to assess the antioxidant and cosmeceutical of natural materials. The antioxidant and cosmeceutical activity of natural materials were investigated by hydroxyl radical scavenging, superoxide dismutase (SOD) -like, xanthine oxidase inhibition, tyrosinase inhibition, anti-microbial and astringent.

Antioxidative Activity of Lichen Thamnolia vermicularis in vitro

  • This study was aimed at evaluating the antioxidant activities of methanol extract of Thamnolia vermicularis. The antioxidant activity, reducing power, superoxide anion radical scavenging and free radical scavenging activities were studied. The antioxidant activity of the extract correlated with its concentration ($0.2{\sim}2\;mg/ml$) in the reaction mixtures containing linoleic acid. Upto 67% of lipid peroxidation was inhibited by 2 mg/ml of the lichen extract. The extract showed strong free radical scavenging activity similar to that of BRA (positive control) in a manlier of concentration dependent. The lichen extract also showed moderate effects on superoxide anoin scavenging activity and reducing power, which was not so effective as that of Quercetin and BHA used as positive controls. This study suggests that T. vermicularis lichen can be used as a novel source of natural antioxidant.

원자력 발전소 사고관리 직무의 인간신뢰도분석을 위한 수행영향인자의 선정 (Selection of Influencing Factors for Human Reliability Analysis of Accident Management Tasks in Nuclear Power Plants)

  • This paper deals with the selection of the important Influencing Factors (IFs) under accident management situations in nuclear power plants for use in the assessment of human errors. In order to achieve this goal, we collected two types of IF taxonomies, one is the full set IF list mainly developed for human error analysis. and the other is the IFs for human reliability analysis (HRA) in probabilistic safety assessment (PSA). Five sets of IF taxonomy among the full set IF list and ten sets of IF taxonomy among HRA methodologies were collected in the study. From the review and analysis of BRA IFs, we could obtain some insights for the selection of HRA IFs. By considering the situational characteristics of the accident management domain, candidate IFs are chosen. Finally, those IFs are structured hierarchically to be appropriate for the use in the assessment of human error under accident management situation. Three nuclear accidents such as TMI. Chernobyl and JCO were analysed to validate the proposed taxonomy.

  • In this paper, we propose and demonstrate a novel channel-selectable multichannel optical add/drop multiplexer consisting of a sampled fiber grating and tunable fiber Bra99 gratings. The device adds and drops not only single channel, but also any predetermined multiple channels simultaneously with low interchannel crosstalk by wavelength tuning as small as 0.5 nm or less. The interchannel crosstalk better than 27㏈ has been shown experimentally.

  • Brain tumor segmentation problem has challenges in the tumor diversity of location, imbalance, and morphology. Attention mechanisms have recently been used widely to tackle medical segmentation problems efficiently by focusing on essential regions. In contrast, the fusion approaches enhance performance by merging mutual benefits from many models. In this study, we proposed a 3D dual fusion attention network to combine the advantages of fusion approaches and attention mechanisms by residual self-attention and local blocks. Compared to fusion approaches and related works, our proposed method has shown promising results on the BraTS 2018 dataset.

갓 (Brassica juncea) 품종구분을 위한 ITS 영역 및 MITE Family 정보를 이용한 분자표지 개발 (Development of molecular markers for varietal identification of Brassica juncea on the basis of the polymorphic sequence of ITS regions and MITE families)

  • 갓(Brassica juncea; 2n = 4x = 36, AABB genome, 1,068Mb)은 U's triangle의 배추와 흑겨자 사이의 복이배체 작물로 구분한다. 본 연구는 갓 15 품종의 ribosomal DNA ITS 영역과 MITE를 이용하여 갓의 유연관계 및 품종구분 분자표지를 확인하였다. Ribosomal DNA ITS 영역은 종 및 품종의 유연관계를 알아보는 연구로 많이 사용되고 있어서, 이를 이용하여 갓 15 품종의 유연관계를 알아보았다. 또한, MITE는 매우 많은 copy 수를 가지고 있고, 유전적으로 안정적이기 때문에 유전체 및 진화 연구에 매우 적합한 재료이다. MITE를 이용한 갓의 품종구분 분자표지를 확인하기 위해 MITE super-families 중 Stowaway(BraSto) 관련 70점, Tourist(BraTo) 관련 79점, hAT(BrahAT) 관련 6점, Mutator(BraMu) 관련 5점으로 품종구분 표지를 알아보았다. 총 160점의 분자표지 중 32점이 갓 15 품종에서 뚜렷한 다형성을 보였다. 특히, 흑갓은 표현형뿐만 아니라 유전자형도 매우 다르게 나타났다. 또한 8점의 MITE 분자표지를 활용하여 47점의 유전자원에서 다형성 및 품종구분 표지로의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 이러한 다형성 표지들은 갓의 품종구분 및 품종 보호에 매우 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
