Skin conductance level (SCL) is used to analyze the individual differences in pathological states. The points of measurement were on the back of the second metacarpals, according to the Zhang's biological whole body medical treatment method. SCL was measured in 38 healthy men and women and in 98 patients in lung, liver, stomach, kidney, and paralysis. The classification of the physical constitution was done to them with respect to Lee's physical constitution theory. The following tendencies were observed. 1. SCL in patients group is lower than that in healthy group. 2. In healthy group, SCL in micro-positive physical constitution is higher than those of micro-negative and macro-negative physical constitution. 3. In patients group, SCL in micro-positive physical constitution is lower than those of micro-negative and macro-negative physical constitution vice versa.

This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics survey of Clavicorona pyxidata strains. C. pyxidata are selected 3 kinds of strains collected in GWANG DEOCK Mt., DO BONG Mt., and BUK HAN Mt., Mycelial growth of C. pyxidata collected from GWANG DEOCK and BUK HAN Mt. is 64mm, 60mm for 18days respectively. DO BONG Mt strain is 85mm for 9 days. Transparent crystal body of C. pyxidata mycelia were appeared by microscopic examination of 100 magnification. Optimal temperature of mycelial growth in C. pyxidata strains are 25~30℃ respectively.

The effects of $\beta$-(1,6)-galactosyl trehalose trisaccharide ($\beta$-GT) that was preferentially produced by Escherichia coli $\beta$-galactosidase on cryo- and thermo-protections of protein were investigated with those of other sugars at the level of 8% (w/v). As compared to a control without sugar additive, $\beta$-GT effectively enhanced 32-54% of the cryoprotection of fish actomyosin against repeated freeze-thawing and frozen storage, and also 49% of the protection against thermal inactivation of pyrophosphatase, respectively. As a result, it was significantly more effective than sorbitol and trehalose in both cryoprotection and thermoprotection. Thus, $\beta$-GT would be possibly applied as a sugar substitute for cryo- and thermo-protective applications of food protein.

This study is examination of application on site for performance and stability of real-time broken rail detection equipment development system about connection, welded part occurring data errors of broken rail monitoring system. As a result of analysis about data collected in Seoul Metro No.2 Subway from Mar. 2010 to Jan. 2011, we found it is possible to detect crack location(Thermit welding) within the margin of error of ${\pm}1m$ accurately as the first attenuation was -1.2dB and the second was -1.3dB.

Authors tried to investigate the relationship between sasang constitutions and hypnotizability in this study for the first time. HGSHS-K(Harvard Group Scale of Hypnotic Susceptibility-Korean Version) were administered to 121 male soldiers(21.8 65yr) in the army. And then 63 of them completed QSCC II(Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification II). The results were as follows ; 1) The mean score of HGSHS-K was 7.39 1.77. 2) There were 32 high hypnotizable subjects(HGSHS-K score 8), and 29 low hypnotizable subjects(HGSHS-K score 7). 3) There were 22 So-Yang, 19 So-Eum, 22 Tae-Eum, no Tae-Yang subjects according to classification of QSCC II 4) There were no statistically significant differences in hypnotizability between So-Yang, So-Eum, and Tae-Eum groups(p=0.549).

자기누설 탐상시스템은 자성체인 구조물에 서검사 대상 물체를 자화시켜 결함부위에서 자기 누설의 여부를 측정함으로써 구조물의 결함, 부식 등을 탐지하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 비파괴 검사시스템을 설계하고 제작하였다. 또한 3차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 해석하고 측정하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

최근 많은 연구기관에서 대기오염 배출량 산정 작업을 체계화하고 배출계수를 산정하기 위한 연구들이 수행되어지고 있다. 그러나 산출된 대기오염 배출량 자료는 기존의 배출량 자료와 다를 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 개발된 배출계수나 배출량 산출 기법을 이용하여 과거 20여년의 대기오염 배출량 자료를 일관된 방법에 의하여 산출하였다. (중략)

Neck trauma is a relatively uncommon but can be a life-threatening injury. Several guidelines for neck trauma is established to recommend a proper management such as no clamping of bleeding vessels, no probing of wounds, Trendelenberg position for preventing venous air embolism. Here, we present a regretful case of 49-year-old man with neck trauma presenting undesired bleeding after probing of wound, and then discuss about treatment guildeline for neck trauma with a review.
