Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the emotional roubles of the obese and their's relationship with obesity so as to be useful for treating the obesity and estimating it's prognosis. Method : This study investigates the fifteen statistical treatises for the emotional troubles of the obese, and distributes their's results into depression, perception of obesity, satisfaction of body shape, eating behavior, and other emotional troubles. Conclusions: 1. In the obese dissatisfaction and inferiority complex for body shape are one of the causes bring about depression. 2. Masked depression is often, so exact examination is needed and the treatment of depression is useful for treating the obesity and estimating it's prognosis. 3. In the obese correcting wrong body shape image and making them gain confidence in treatment of obesity is needed because they have low self-efficacy in overeating, high perception of obesity, and dissatisfaction of body shape. 4. The obese has a abnormal eating behavior and it is related with the emotion troubles such as depression, low self-esteem, and so forth.
Dentists are known to be highly exposed to the musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The present study investigated the prevalence of MSD among Korean dentists and association between their MSD and physical workload. In addition, work-related causes of high physical workload were identified and needs of dentists were collected for improvement of dental instrument and environment. Four types of questionnaires including the Nordic questionnaire were used to investigate body troubles, physical workload, causes of physical workload, and improvement priority of dental components. A total of 104 dentists in Seoul were participated in the survey. Neck trouble (82%) was the most prevalent in the participated dentists and shoulder (68%) and low back trouble (56%) followed, while low back trouble was reported to be most common in previous western studies. The body troubles were related to the physical workload of the corresponding body parts, although they were not associated with personal characteristics. Most dentists selected 'to keep direct view inside patient's mouth' and 'no support of the hand with dental instruments' as causes of awkward and strenuous work postures. They wanted design improvement for some components in their operating room such as operating light and arrangement of workplace.

Dentists are known to be highly exposed to the musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The present study investigated the prevalence of MSD among Korean dentists and association between their MSD and physical workload. In addition, detailed causes related to the physical workloads were identified in dental operation, and needs for improvement of dental instrument and environment were collected from Korean dentists. The standardized Nordic questionnaire was used to survey body troubles and three types of questionnaires were made to investigate the physical workloads, causes of the physical workloads and improvement priority of dental equipments, respectively. A total of 104 Korean dentists were participated in the survey. Neck trouble (82%) was the most prevalent in Korean dentists, and shoulder (68%) and low back trouble (56%) followed, while low back trouble was reported to be most frequent in previous studies. The body troubles were related to the physical workload of the corresponding body parts, although they were not associated with personal characteristics. In Written on the Body, by creating the narrator's ungendered and unsexed identity, Winterson makes her text open to the reader's assumption of the narrator's sexual and gender identity. Thus, this novel has been read, on the one hand, as a lesbian text by those who assume that the narrator is a female and, on the other hand, as a suspicious text colluding with patriarchal and heterosexual values by those who define the narrator as a male. Those readings of the narrator as one of either sex/gender, however, demonstrate how (academic as well as general) readers have been accustomed to the gender-based reading habits in which textual meanings are dichotomously arranged along the lines of sex and gender of characters. Challenging those dualistic "gendered" readings, this paper reads Winterson's Written on the Body as a queer text which interrogates, troubles, and subverts the heterosexual concepts of narrative, desire, and body without reducing the narrator's identity to the essentialist sex and gender system. More specifically, this paper examines how the narrator's 'un-/over-' determined sexual and gender identity queers the narrative structure of author-character-reader; how the narrator's queer (fluid) desire is passing and traveling across categorical contours of (homo-/hetero-) sexual desires; how Winterson challenges the concept of a coherent body and queers the concept of body as a hermeneutic text with myriad textual grids which are not coherently mapped by power but randomly inscribed by nomadic desires.
1. Objective The aim of this study was to survey the adverse reactions by the prescriptions of Soeumin.Soyangin and to compare the tendency of their symptoms according to Sasang constitutional type. 2. Methods The clinical data for this study were based on the medical records of total 91 cases collected from an oriental clinic during 1996-2004. Their constitutional types were diagnosed by a specialist and then confirmed by drug reactions. To evaluate reliability of the analysis, we only analysed the cases above grade C. The target prescriptions were Palmulgunja-tang, Bojungikgi-tang, Hyangsayangwi-tang, Ijung-tang, Hyeongbangsabaek-san, Jeoryeongchajeonja-tang, Yanggyeoksanhwa-tang, Yangdokbaekho-tang and the sorts of Jihwang-tang. 3. Results and Conclusion The prescriptions which were not suitable for their Sasang constitutional type induced indigestion, stomachache and evacuation troubles basically. Besides, the prescriptions of Soeumin caused some fever of the upper body and skin on Taeeumin and Soyangin. And the prescriptions of Soyangin lead to more severe digestive and evacuation troubles on Taeeumin and Soeumin. 4. Conclusion: This study need to be compensated by additional clinical studies which are more systematic and continuous. This way we can make the firm evidence for approving the difference of drug susceptibility according to the Sasang constitutional type.
A clinic study was carried out on 83 neuropsychiatric outpatients who visited 'Hwabyung Clinic' in Oriental Hospital of Kyung Hee University from July 1 in 1996, in order to study clinical research and the aspect of 'Hwa'. 1. Onset of stress that causes of Hwabyung was 14.23 years ago and onset of symptoms were 6.39 years ago. Hwabyung patients were maintaining their marital state and were under the same stress that was thought to be the chief causes of the Hwabyung..3. Familiar troubles including their spouse were the main cause of the Hwabyung, which suggested that prolonged trobles were more important rather than sudden emotional shock, and it was obvious that the patients were recognizing the predisposing factors of Hwabyung.5. The emotional state which led to Hwabyung and the present state caused by Heabyung were complicated very much. Feeling being mortified, anger and resentment were gradually changed into anxiety, irritability, depression and loss of interest.6. The somatic symptoms of Hwabyung were flushing, insomnia, hradache, dizziness, and oppressed.7. The feeling of flushing were whole body, front of the body and upper of the body.
This study was concentrated on the development of the effective noise environmental education program(NEEP) for elementary student. And through this program, the student who is remaining as a spector or has not active attitude for noise problems will be encouraged to solve the troubles spontaneously. The object of this study was the two classes in H elementary school where is near to the Daegu international airport. One class that is a group for experiment has five NEEP lessons during five weeks in the time for the creative discretional activities. The other class, which was compared with the experimental group was given no lessons. NEEP was made on the bases that are the contents related with noise in 7th elementary education policy and the data developed by previous researchers. This program is containing basic concepts for noise and the effects of noise problems on human body or studying in class. And after using NEEP, students became more sensitive for noise environments than previous. And also students showed the positive attitude for solving noise troubles. It was meaningful in the level of p<.001 that the result of noise knowledge and awareness in the pre-post test within experiment group. However, all of the results in comparison group didn't represent statistically meaningful difference. And there were meaningful differences between experiment and comparison group after carrying out NEEP. In the area of noise knowledge and awareness, there were clearly meaningful results in the level of p<.001. Although the difference in noise attitude was a little, it was analyzed to have not a meaningful result. What suggested for researches in future are as follows. First, because until now the concrete research for the elementary student who exposed to noise and experienced a difficulty in hearing is deficient, many studies are needed. Second, NEEP with more lessons is required because the change of effective attitude needs long term. Third, due to the student who exposed to noise generally has low ability for concentration, NEEP compensated with activities is needed.
A mushroom as a functional food material is being increasingly used in these days. It has been that about 1,500 species of mushrooms grow naturally in Asia. Among them about 700 species are edible, but about 30-50 species are poisonous. Even a poisonous mushroom is a very interesting subject for the dietary life research from biochemical viewpoint due to the fact that any mushroom can be the physiological active material. Not a few identified poisonous materials are being used as research reagents thus far. It is suggested that more useful materials could be obtained by progresses in future researches. The identification of the poisonous ingredient can open up a route for mushroom intoxication cure. It is known that cell destruction and troubles on skin, liver, and kidney troubles can be occurred from mushroom intoxication. Recently the author reported as a collection of treatises regarding anti-tumor substances of mushroom (2005), antibiotic substances of mushroom (2006), living-body functional and control substance (2007), and medicinal mushroom commonly used in Korean herbal medicines (2008). In this sequel, published research data on protoplasm, nerve, stomach and intestines, malodor, and acute pain poison of mushroom are collected and reported.

This paper is concerned with the simulation-based parameter determination for the tool design in the stamping process of the complicated auto-body member. The CAE procedure of the stamping process is proposed so that troubles such as wrinkle, springback and excess metal be eliminated with changing parameters such as the blank size, the restraining force of the draw-bead and the embossing shape in the die face. The selected indicators of failure during forming are wrinkling. the amount of spring after unloading of the tool, the amount of excess metal developed .The proposed analysis scheme is applied to the tool and process parameter design for the front side member of a RV car. The simulation results show that the scheme can produce sound product from the viewpoint of thickness distribution, the contact condition between tools and the blank, the shape accuracy and so on.
Recently, Many people begin to be interested in aromatherapy and as the effects of aromatherapy(or essential oils) are being known widely. as aromatherapy is regarded as a new effective method of natural therapy in treatment of human Aromatherapy is defined, 'therapy that methods of inhalation, massage, drink is used, to medical effects, physical effects, psychologic effects.' In this paper, By investigating differences and commons between useful essential oils that are used frequently in children's aroma care and herb medicine, digesting several aromathrapy books and 'Boncho(Herbs)'books, I can obtain such conclusions. 1. Most essential oils mainly can cure skin trobles, psychological troubles. 2. Systemic curing ability of essential oils in human body are urination in reproductive system, sediation in psychological system, sweating in circulation system, anti-inflammation in respiratory system, tonic in digestive system, pain-killing in musclular system, stimulating-immunity in immune system, menstruation in OB & GY3. Herb medicine correspond to essential oils are Chamomile(母:菊: Moguk), Ginger(生畺: Saengang), Frankinsense(乳香: Yuhyang), Eucalyptus(按葉: Anyup), Rosemary(迷迭: Mizil), Rose(薔薇: Jangmi), Sandalwood(檀香: Danhyang), Thyme(麝香草: Sahyangcho) Ylang Ylang(依蘭: Eulan), Lemon(??皮: Ryungmongpi), Madarin(陣皮: Zinpi), Orange(枳殼: Zigak). 4. There are differences of curing ability in human between herb medicine and essential oils because of curing mechanism, but effect on human body are so simular.
