자동 변화 감지를 위한 딥러닝: 벚꽃 상태 분류를 위한 실시간 이미지 분석 (Deep Learning for Automatic Change Detection: Real-Time Image Analysis for Cherry Blossom State Classification)

  • 본 논문은 벚꽃나무 영상 데이터를 활용하여 벚꽃의 상태(개화, 만개, 낙화)를 실시간으로 분류하는 연구를 소개한다. 이 연구의 목적은, 실시간으로 취득되는 벚꽃나무의 영상 데이터를 사전에 학습된 CNN 기반 이미지 분류 모델을 통해 벚꽃의 상태에 따라 분류하는 것이다. 약 1,000장의 벚꽃나무 이미지를 활용하여 CNN 모델을 학습시키고, 모델이 새로운 이미지에 대해 얼마나 정확하게 벚꽃의 상태를 분류하는지를 평가하였다. 학습데이터는 훈련 데이터와 검증 데이터로 나누었으며, 개화, 만개, 낙화 등의 상태별로 폴더를 구분하여 관리하였다. 또한, ImageNet 데이터셋에서 사전 학습된 ResNet50 가중치를 사용하는 전이학습 방법을 적용하여 학습 과정을 더 효율적으로 수행하고, 모델의 성능을 향상시켰다.

대마 품종별 기내 증식을 위한 식물생장조절제 처리 효과 (Effects of Plant Growth Regulators for In Vitro Propagation of Cannabis sativa varieties)

  • 대마(Cannabis sativa)는 카나비노이드(cannabinoids) 계열의 성분으로 인한 약리효능 뿐만 아니라 섬유, 식품 등의 분야에서도 식물소재로 활용도가 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 최근 의료용 대마의 경우 규제완화가 예정됨에 따라 관련 산업분야에서도 안정적 원료 소재 생산에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 대마는 실생번식이 가능한 종이나, 의료용 등 소재의 안정적 공급을 위해서는 균일한 cannabidiol(CBD) 성분의 확보가 가능한 영양증식 방법이 대안으로 사용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영양증식 방법 중 조직배양 기술을 이용한 대마 품종별(Cherry Blossom, Queen Dream과 Hot Blonde) 증식법 구명을 위하여 식물생장조절제의 종류 및 농도에 따른 기내생육특성을 조사하였다. 세 품종 모두 1 mg l-1 thidiazuron (TDZ) 단독처리 시 신초(> 2cm)가 가장 많이 유도되었다. 단 Queen Dream 품종은 0.5 mg l-1 와 TDZ 0.2 mg l-1 NAA 혼용처리구에서 많은 수의 신초가 유도되었으나 상대적으로 신초의 길이(< 2cm)는 짧은 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 발생된 신초는 MS 기본배지에서 발근을 유도한 후 토양에 순화하여 정상적인 식물체로 발달되었다. 이와 같은 식물생장조절제 처리를 포함한 식물조직배양 방법은 유용 개체·품종의 증식 및 의료·산업용 원료 소재의 안정적 생산에 활용될 수 있다.

르 꼬르뷔제의 형성기에 관한 연구 - 라쇼드퐁 시절, 1887-1917 - (A Study on the Formative Years of Le Corbusier -La Chaux-de-Fonds, 1887-1917-)

  • This study is about Le Corbusier's early years of loarning and training at La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is an attempt to show how Le Corbusier's groundwork was laid which characterize his work throughout the life. Charles Edouard Jeanneret was trained as a watch engraver and wished to be a painter. C. L'Eplattenier was to play a decisive role in shaping the young introspective boy's future. He encouraged Jeanneret's habit of the close study and observation of nature. Jeanneret was not the product of an established school, but instead made the unusual choice of educating himself. He found two indispensible sources of inspiration in study the past and in contemplating nature. His four years of self-education consisted of extensive reading, summer travels and winter layovers in larger cities-Vienna, Paris, Berlin-while sketching in museums or apprenticing local architects-Pellet, Behrens-. All these impressions then blended together to become part of a comprehensive source book of knowledge and imagination of the later Le Corbusier. A largely self-taught man, he never stopped making notes, drawing and writing, always aspiring to a clearer understanding of the meaning and underlying principles of objects and architecture. Jeanneret's five villas in La Chaux-de-Fonds are barometers which show the sequences of his development and change as an architect. In 1917, being thirty, he uprooted himself from his hometown to get a wider range of opportunities and moved to Paris. By that time Jeanneret was almost ready to blossom into Le Corbusier It was during this formative years of his life that Le Corbusier established the working method, mind-set and philosophical basis that determined the course of an architect in the making.

순차적인 최적화 기법에 의한 생물계절모형 모수추정 방식 개선 (An Improved Method for Phenology Model Parameterization Using Sequential Optimization)

  • 벚꽃의 만개일은 관련 행사일정을 결정하는 중요한 요소로써 생육기간 중 기온에 따른 변화의 폭이 크다. 이를 예측하기 위한 방법으로는 벚꽃의 발달을 휴면기와 생장기의 2단계로 구분하여 저온(chill)과 고온(heat) 요구에 대한 온도시간(thermal time) 누적을 기술하는 모형이 개발되어 있다. 하지만 모수 추정시 모수공간내 일정 간격의 격자 전체를 계산하여 많은 시간을 소모한다는 단점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존모형이 고려하지 않던 벚꽃 발달의 중간단계 관측자료를 활용하여 고온요구에 대한 새로운 조건을 추가하고, 이를 기반으로 각 모수를 순차적으로 추정하여 최적화 시간을 단축하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 미국 워싱턴 DC 지역의 벚꽃개화 관측 자료를 기준으로 검증한 결과, 기존 모형에서 제안된 모수와 근사한 값을 단축된 시간 내에 계산해내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This study analyzed the characteristic of basic river structure, a flood level, the tree planting recommendation and syn thetic design, in order to establish a basic plan for preparing a natural practical area of environmental ecosystem at Bukchun and its surroundings. It was also investigated based on the opinion of citizens, geographical condition and the equipment/utilization examination of Bukchun which were included ecological circumstances, and thus provided a composite item for managing the natural river. This study also considered the development of the river in terms of culture, environment and ecology concept. The results were summarized as followed. Bukchun showed that the speed of a funning fluid is very fast on a period of flood. but very slow in a period of water shortage about 0.02 m/s. To prevent the speed change of a running fluid by a steep slope in a riverbed, there established Dongchun sluice gates under a bridge, including three sluice gates under a bridge, but there occurred extremely a riverbed erosion and corrosion section. The result of comparison between real flood degree and prediction flood data, there should perform a countermeasure the riverbed structure regulation of this area. Also, it was needed an exhaustive flood management in summer. According to the Bukchun and Hyungsangang riverbed investigation, there were needed preparation for natural/practical area and ecology Park development in the future. This study was investigated tree Planting/flower/blossom around the Bukchun and its surroundings. It was recommended willow, Italian poplar, bamboos and cherry blossoms in the Hyungsangang and Bukchun. There exist together historical space, environment space iud have enough possibility both natural learning space and civil rest space. And, it is possible to compose ecology natural learning and experimental area.

조선총독부 경찰복제도 연구 (Study of Regulations on Police Uniforms of the Government-General of Joseon)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the process of enactment and revision, the contents of the police uniform system by the Government-General of Joseon, and to examine the relationship between the uniform system and the ruling policies of Imperialist Japan. The research methodology involved document research of official gazettes that published legislation on the police uniform system. Political background was referenced from various preceding studies. The research results are as follows. The Japanese invasion of Korea, in regards to the police, appeared as infiltrations through the three routes of consular police, temporary military police, and inside the Korean police. Each organization had different uniform systems, and after the installation of the Japanese police in 1907, the uniform system of high level officers of the Korea police was changed to the Japanese-style. After the installation of the Government-General of Joseon in 1910, a police uniform system was not enacted until 1918, with the exception being made for police officers due to the military police system. The 'Police Officer Uniform System of the Government-General of Joseon' enacted in 1918 stood out for its golden insignia on solidly colored fabric, which effectively indicated rank, as well as the Japanese flag pattern and the cherry blossom pattern, which symbolized imperialist Japan, on the cap badge and insignia. The 1918 uniform system had many differences from the Japanese system of the time in terms of design, perhaps due to the political autonomy of the governor-general. The 1918 uniform system was completely revised in 1932. This uniform system was modified in various ways. The system was almost identical to the Japanese system at that time. This is the result of Japan's intent to dominate Korea, which involved assimilating Korea into Japan with the purpose of conducting a full-fledged invasion of the continent after the Manchurian Incident.

정식시기와 배지의 종류가 양액재배 카네이션의 생장과 개화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Planting Date and Substrate on the Growth and Flowering of Hydroponically-grown Carnation)

  • 본 연구는 양액재배 카네이션의 생육을 증진시키기 위하여 최적 재배작형과 배지 종류를 구명코자 실시되었다. coir, perlite, coir+perlite(1:1. v/v)등 3 종류의 배지와 5월 1일 정식, 9월 1일 정식 등 2 종류의 작 형에서 재밴한 후 생육을 조사 비교하였다. 절화 수확기에 초장과 줄기의 직경은 5월 1일에 정식한 식물 보다 9월 1일에 정식한 식물에서 컸다. 5월 1일에 정식한 경우는 식물체 줄기의 직경과 초장생장이 극히 저조하여 매우 약해졌다 꽃의 폭과 무게도 9월 1일에 정식한 식물체가 5월 1일에 정식한 식물체보다 증가되었다 꽃잎수는 정식시기에 따라 뚜렷한 경향을 보이지 않았다 개화소요일수는 5월 1일에 정식한 경우가 9월 1일에 정식한 경우보다 50일 이상 단축되는 결과를 보였다 재배배지별로는 처리간 큰 차이는 보이지 않았지만 coir를 사용했을 때 초장과 꽃잎수가 증가되었다. 실험결과 카네이션의 양액재배에서는 고온기를 회피한 작형, 예컨데 9월 상순, 중순에 정식할 필요가 있고 재배배지로 coir의 사용이 긍정적인 것으로 확인되었다

꽃의 이미지를 형상화한 헤어 아트 디자인 연구 (A Study on Hair Art Design Shaped Flower Image)

  • These days, hair design is recognized as a kind of molding arts which peform expression skill to create personal self as well as practical skill. Recently, the efforts to express hair design sublimating it to art works have continued. For these reasons, this study had purposes as follows; First, it developed creative and original design producing works to shape the flower image that was an important material of hair design. Second, it presented the possibility to express the field of hair design with art. In the flow of age, nature has provided design with unlimited creative motive. Flowers, among various materials, show the nature's change, combination and order and impose diverse symbolic meanings. Therefore, flowers are good materials to express the works. Through the process of decolorizing and dyeing with hair, five works of nature's fragrance, hope, reed flowers, windflower, magnolia blossom had been produced. The results of the process were as follows; First, the transformation of shape through the simple process taking the image of shaping flower as subject matter could be a motive of new hair design art. Second, if the various images of flowers were expressed as hair art with three-dimensional shape, it could be works with value of beauty. Through the process of this study, it was proved that nature could be endless subject matter for art. Therefore, with continuous studies, it can be motive of developing designs in producing work activities of many hair designers. In addition, academic development will be achieved through wide and diverse studies.

오장변증(五臟辨證)을 활용한 조선(朝鮮) 침법(鍼法) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Acupuncture Methods of Joseon Dynasty Using Five Viscera Diagnosis)

  • Objective : The objective of this study is to verify the characteristics of acupuncture methods of Joseon Dynasty by looking into the relationship between five viscera diagnosis and acupuncture methods. Material & Method : In the process, I've reviewed the relationship between meridian/exterior and viscera/bowels, along with a thorough comparison of the academic tendency in acupuncture of Ming-China, Qing-China and Joseon. Result & Conclusion : The two fields of meridian and exterior, and viscera and bowels had been theoretically merged, and based upon that, foundation methods applying the five viscera diagnosis were designed. Joseon acupuncture exceeded the existing concept of viscera which simply related itself to the exterior meridian and exterior by integrating the concepts from the visceral manifestation theory. With this, large proportions of medicine related to the visceral manifestation theory were invited into acupuncture, expanding therapeutic boundaries for acupuncture treatment. A historical review on medical texts starts from the Hyangyakjipseongbang("鄕藥集成方") which familiarized the public with mainstream acupuncture knowledge up until the Song dynasty, followed by Uibangyuchwi("醫方類聚"), which sparked up interest on the acupuncture methods based on viscera and bowels. Donguibogam("東醫寶鑑") organized the medical theories up until then, building a foundation upon which viscera/bowel-based acupuncture was able to develop further. In Chimgugyeongheombang("鍼灸經驗方"), viscera/bowel-based acupuncture methods started to blossom, integrating the meridian and exterior theory with the viscera manifestation theory, which in turn provided various methods through five viscera diagnosis. In the Saamdoin acupuncture method(舍岩道人鍼法), diagnostic criteria moved on to the five viscera diagnosis, and new methods resulting from the inter-complimentary and inter-prohibiting relationships between the five phases were introduced, opening a new world of acupuncture.

수용성 칼슘 및 IBA 처리가 '부유' 단감의 엽과 토양 내 칼슘함량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Applications of Soluble Ca and IBA on Soil and Leaf Ca Concentration in 'Fuyu' Sweet Persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) Orchard)

  • `부유' 단감은 주로 MA를 통해서 저장되지만, 저장기간 동안 과육의 과정부 갈변과 과피 흡변을 가져와서 과실의 품질을 저하시킨다. 칼슘은 세포막에 중요한 역할을 하며 칼슘과 관련된 과실 생리장해를 경감시킨다. 본 연구는 수용성 칼슘 관주와 엽면살포가 토양의 화학성, 근활력 그리고 엽 내 무기성분에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 에 대해서 조사하였다. 칼슘 관주(Ca-FG)와 칼슘과 IBA를 혼용한 관주(Ca+IBA)처리는 대조구(Cont), 칼슘 엽면살포(Ca-FA), 그리고 IBA관주처리 (IBA)보다 높은 토양 칼슘함량을 보였으며, 토양 내 칼슐함량의 증가는 pH를 상승시키는 경향을 보였다. Ca+IBA처리는 근활력을 증가시켰다. 엽내 칼슘은 CA-FA에 증가되었고, Ca+IBA와 Ca-FG에 의해서도 증가하는 경향이 나타났다.
