Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency designed for electronic transactions that do not depend on the government or financial institutions. Since Bitcoin was first issued, a huge blockchain financial market has been created, and as a result, research to predict Bitcoin price data using machine learning has been increasing. However, the inefficient Hyper-parameter optimization process of machine learning research is interrupting the progress of the research. In this paper, we analyzes and presents the direction of Hyper-parameter optimization through experiments that compose the entire combination of the Timesteps, the number of LSTM units, and the Dropout ratio among the most representative Hyper-parameter and measure the predictive performance for each combination based on Bitcoin price prediction model using LSTM layer.
Initial public offering (IPO) has a legal framework for investor protection, and because there are various quantitative evaluation factors, objective analysis is possible, and various studies have been conducted. In addition, crowdfunding also has several devices to prevent indiscriminate funding as the legal system for investor protection. On the other hand, the blockchain-based cryptocurrency white paper (ICO), which has recently been in the spotlight, has ambiguous legal means and standards to protect investors and lacks quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate ICOs objectively. Therefore, this study collects online-published ICO white papers to detect fraud in ICOs, performs ICO fraud predictions based on BERT, a text embedding technique, and compares them with existing Random Forest machine learning techniques, and shows the possibility on fraud detection. Finally, this study is expected to contribute to the study of ICO fraud detection based on quantitative methods by presenting the possibility of using a quantitative approach using unstructured data to identify frauds in ICOs.
This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.
Botnets have been exploited for a variety of purposes, ranging from monetary demands to national threats, and are one of the most threatening types of attacks in the field of cybersecurity. Botnets emerged as a centralized structure in the early days and then evolved to a P2P structure. Bitcoin is the first online cryptocurrency based on blockchain technology announced by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2008 and is the most widely used cryptocurrency in the world. As the number of Bitcoin users increases, the size of Bitcoin network is also expanding. As a result, a botnet using the Bitcoin network as a C&C channel has emerged, and related research has been recently reported. In this study, we propose an encrypted botnet C&C communication mechanism and technique in the Bitcoin network and validate the proposed method by conducting performance evaluation through various experiments after building it on the Bitcoin testnet. By this research, we want to inform the possibility of botnet threats in the Bitcoin network to researchers.

Unauthorized generations and sales of non-funable tokens (NFTs) without the consent of the creator is one of the biggest problems that arise in NFT Marketplaces. This study proposes a method to practically reduce the problem of NFT sales without the consent of the creator by means of authentication with social media accounts. Through the proposed method, creators who are already using social media as a means of communication and marketing for creative activities can authenticate with their own accounts. Creators who have difficulty authenticating with their own accounts will be provided with alternatives to authenticate using human networks. In addition, the proposed method of protecting creator rights was designed using a flowchart to enable development using only the public API (Application Programming Interface) provided by social media. The proposed method can protect creators' rights and reduce damage caused by NFT fraud by inducing buyers to trade NFTs of authorized sellers through social media.

In this paper, based on the generalization and popularization of NFT, the utilization idea of using NFT in e-sports was proposed. We considered ways to utilize NFTs to make access to e-sports easy for all users and to secure users from various age groups. To this end, cases of NFTs with diversity in e-sports platforms were analyzed by type, and the degree of use of NFTs in e-sports was identified through a survey. As a result of the study, it was found that the NFT experience in the e-sports game was highly satisfactory and the desire to experience it again was strong. As NFTs have ownership and scarcity as important characteristics, they can respond well to the demand for owning unique items in e-sports. In addition, in marketing, by promoting limited edition products with scarcity, it is possible to promote marketing that creates value with high profitability. When using NFT in e-sports, various NFT functions are combined regardless of the type of sport, so NFT can become an economic infrastructure.
The flow of global digitalization is leading to the emergence of a decentralized system environment based on blockchain or distributed ledger technology in the fields of economy, identity authentication, and logistics. Accordingly, a requirement that public services be searchable from several decentralized maritime service registries (MSRs) has been derived in terms of the discoverability of e-navigation services. This study describes a decentralized MSR environment composed of the MSR ledger and multiple local MSRs, and it has implemented a service search system that can search global e-navigation services in the environment through a web browser. This system is a decentralized application that dynamically generates service attributes, geometry information, and free text queries, and that provides users with relevant MSR and service access information from search results that are registered in the MSR ledger. In this study, we tested the established decentralized MSR environment and the system that performs service search within that environment, and we discussed its advantages and limitations.

The 2018 Seoul Zero Pay is a policy actively promoted by the government as an economic stimulus package for small business owners and the self-employed who are experiencing economic depression due to COVID-19. However, the controversy over the effectiveness of Zero Pay continues even after two years have passed since the implementation of the policy. Zero Pay is a joint QR code mobile payment service introduced by the government, Seoul city, financial companies, and private simple payment providers to reduce the burden of card merchant fees for small business owners and self-employed people who are experiencing economic difficulties due to the economic downturn., it was attempted in the direction of economic revitalization for the return of alleyways[1]. Therefore, this study intends to draw implications for improvement measures so that the ongoing zero-pay can be further activated and the economy can be settled normally. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, it shows the effect of increasing the income of small business owners by inducing consumption in alleyways through the economic revitalization policy of Zero Pay. Second, the issuance and distribution of Zero Pay helps to revitalize the local economy and contribute to the establishment of a virtuous cycle system. Third, stable operation is being realized by the introduction of blockchain technology to the Zero Pay platform. In terms of academic significance, the direction of Zero Pay's policies and systems was able to identify changes in the use of Zero Pay through big data analysis. The implementation of the zero-pay policy is in its infancy, and there are limitations in factors for examining the consumer image perception of zero-pay as there are insufficient prior studies. Therefore, continuous follow-up research on Zero Pay should be conducted.
In this paper, We studied the operation of distributed ledger technology used as a core technology for smart contracts and the components of distributed ledger technology. As a solution applying the entity of distributed ledger technology to NoE, we proposed the protocol of the distributed ledger technology using the thing user social group management function of NoE protocols being standardized in ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6. The management function of things user social group in NoE provides stable protocol functions and data transmission management, and provides group management functions such as member discovery function and data transmission channel management function. It is expected to be useful for member management functions of distributed ledger nodes by providing a service that apply the component of distributed ledger technology. We intend to actively reflect this technology in the future network functions of ISO/IEC JTC1 SC6, which is undergoing standardization.
Bitcoin is an electronic money that does not rely on centralized institutions such as banks and financial institutions, unlike the world's paper currencies such as dollar, won, euro and yen. In Bitcoin network, a block with transaction details is generated by mining, and the message that the block has been created is broadcast to all participating nodes in a broadcasting method to secure reliability through verification. Likewise, the mining and block propagation methods in the Bitcoin network are greatly affected by the performance of the P2P network. For example, in the case of mining, the node receiving the reward for mining varies depending on whether the block is first mined in the network and the proof of mining is propagated faster. In this paper, we applied local characteristics and Round-to-Trip(RTT) measurement to solve the problems of the existing neighbor connection method and block propagation method performed in Bitcoin network. An algorithm to improve block propagation speed is presented. Through experiments, we compare the performance of the improved algorithm with the existing algorithm to verify that the overall block propagation time is reduced.
