Master and slave of teleoperation control system through internet or long distance cable must keep stable. If one part becomes unstable or time delay happens in network, the all system can become unstable. Usually stability of teleoperation control system can distinguish by passivity. In this paper, we implemented bilateral teleopcration control system that load passivity controller to keep stability of system. Composed by manipulator that trillion this sricks and horizontal manufacturing that have force reflecting function are available and embodied so that control through wireless LAN may be available. And distinguished stability through an experiment and manufacturing performance.

A 51-year-old man developed anterograde amnesia following the ingestion of glufosinate ammonium. Brain MRI revealed hyperintense lesions involving the bilateral hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus, and the right occipital lobe. The mechanism underlying acute glufosinate ammonium intoxication and the differential diagnosis of hippocampal lesions are discussed.

Deletion of the short arm of chromosome 6 is relatively rare, with the characteristic features of craniofacial malformations, hypotonia, and defects of the heart and kidney, with hydrocephalus and eye abnormalities. Here author reports a premature girl with bilateral anophthalmia, bilateral hydrocephalus and marked hypotonia, whose chromosome analysis revealed a 46, XX, del(6)(p23) chromosome constitution.

Bilateral coronoid hyperplasia causes painless progressive trismus, resulting from coronoid process impingement on the posterior aspect of the zygomatic bone. The etiology of coronoid hyperplasia is unclear, with various theories proposed. An endocrine stimulus, increased temporalis activity, trauma, genetic inheritance and familial occurrence have all been proposed, but no substantive evidence exists to support any of these hypotheses. Multiplanar reformatting of axial scans and 3-dimensional reconstruction permit precise reproduction of the shape and size of the coronoid and malar structures, and relationships of all structures of the temporal and infratemporal fossae. This case shows remarkably increased mouth opening by coronoidectomy in a patient who complained of trismus due to hyperplasia of coronoid process.

The author experienced a diagnosis of bilateral ankylosis of temporomandibular joint secondary to ankylosing spondylitis based on comprehensive data obtained from (1) clinical examination and (2) radiologic findings of irregular bone formation between articular fossa of temporal bone and mandibular condyle, narrowing and partial obscuring of the temporomandibular joint space in Korean male of 30-year-old.

In this, sensitivity based approach to estimate BITC(bilateral interchange transfer capacity) considering the real power flow control function of FACTS devices is presented. The real power flow setting of the FACTS devices is adjusted so that it transfers the power flow from the first violation point of transmission capacity to other transmission lines in the power system, thus allowing more power to be transferred from the specified generator bus to the specified load bus. The transfer between the two bus locations is increased from this new operating condition until a violation of transmission capacity limits occurs or until the setting of the FACTS devices can no longer be adjusted. The proposed algorithm is illustrated using examples of small and real life power system.

Both pelvic pain associated with cancer and chronic benign conditions may be alleviated by blocking the superior hypogastric plexus. Traditional bilateral placement of needles is the appropriate technique for the patient with pelvic pain due to the bilateral distribution of the disease as well as allowing for individual difference of pelvic cavity. However the technique is a very difficult procedure and painful for the paient. However we have performed transdiscal superior hypogastric plexus neurolysis free of complication.

Since the dynamics of the slave manipulator with high reduction ratio joints is likely to be much slower than that of the master manipulator, the control input the slave manipulator is so frequently saturated. This paper proposes a bilateral teleoperation control scheme for 2-DOF manipulators with high reduction ratio joints, which can effectively compensate the control input saturation. In the proposed scheme, the controllers of the slave manipulator are designed with an anti-windup feature and forces caused by the saturation are reflected to the operator holding the operating handle of the master manipulator. When the control input of the slave manipulator is saturated, the master manipulator moves slowly file to tile reflected forces. In this way, the position tracking performance of the slave manipulator with high reduction ratio joints can be enhanced regardless of saturation. The proposed scheme is shown to give excellent position tracking performance through a series of experiments.

In 5-year male m811ese, was showed aggressive bebavior, $1.5{\times}1.0 cm$ mobile mass that was located in right iinguinal area was unilaterally palpated, and the dog was appeared no pain. In the ultrasonography, there was a 41.26{\times}119 cm$ oval hypo-echogenic mass. In the histopathohgic examination, testicular hypoplasia was observed but there was not any evidence of development of neoplasia. In bilateral cryptorchidectomy, descended testis near the left side of prepuce was incised and the retained testis directly incised and eliminated by closed method. After operation, there was a good prognosis without hemorrage and inflammation.

A 14-month-old, neutered female Miniature Pinscher was referred due to severe renal failure. The dog was treated with hysterotomy and followed by ovariohysterectomy (OHE) 6 days before the presentation. Excretory urographic and ultrasonographic studies revealed bilateral hydroureter and hydronephrosis. Postmortem necropsy revealed that ligatures were placed around the caudal portion of bilateral ureters in front of entrance into the bladder. This case shows that identifying and protecting the ureters are important during hysterotomy with OHE as well as OHE.
