문학적 접근을 통한 반편견 교육이 유아의 장애인에 대한 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향 (Recognition and Attitudes toward Handicapped Persons : The Effects of an Anti-Bias Preschool Curriculum(Literature Approach))

  • This study examined the effects of the Anti-Bias Curriculum(Literature Approach) on children's recognition and attitudes toward handicapped persons. The subjects were 54 non-handicapped 4-year-old kindergarten children. They were assigned to an experimental or a control group, with 27 children in each group. Instruments for the pre- and post-tests were the Survey of Child's Recognition of Handicapped Persons and the Child's Attitudes Toward Handicapped Persons Scale, respectively. The Anti-Bias program(Literature Approach) was developed and applied to the experimental group for 6 weeks. In the experimental group, differences were found between the pre- and post-test scores in recognition and attitudes toward handicapped persons.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 탄소섬유 건직물의 토우 구조의 미소 거동과 변형 중의 평면 하중과의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 평면 하중은 변형 중에 토우들을 재배치하며, 결국에는 잠김 현상을 유발하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 토우 간격, 주름각등의 미소 변형 변수들을 관찰하기 위해 일방향 편향 인장실험과 이축 인장실험을 겪은 시편들을 전단각에 따라 분류하여 현미경을 이용하여 변형 경향을 관찰하였다. 전단각에 따른 변형된 토우 구조의 변화를 간단한 설계 변수 모델을 이용하여 근사하였다.

표면거칠기의 변화에 따른 a-C 박막의 나노마멸 거동 (Nano Wear Behavior of a-C Films with Variation of Surface Roughness)

  • Nano-wear behavior of amorphous carbon films was studied by Atomic Force Microscopy. The a-C films are deposited on Si(100) substrate by DC magnetron sputtering method. The influences of different surface roughness on the nano-wear are investigated. Nano-wear tests were carried out using a very sharp diamond coated tip. Its spring constant was 1.6 N/m and radius of curvature was 110 nm. Normal force used in the wear tests ranged 0 to 400 nN. It was found that surface depression occurred during scratching because of plastic deformation and abrasive wear (cutting St ploughing). Wear depth increased linearly with normal force. Changing the surface roughness variables according to the bias pulse control, the less surface roughness decreased the wear depth. The thickness did not affect the wear resistance.

Stability Tests on Anion Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer under On-Off Cycling with Continuous Solution Feeding

  • In this study, the stability of an anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer (AEMWE) cell was evaluated in an on-off cycling operation with respect to an applied electric bias, i.e., a current density of 500 mA cm-2, and an open circuit. The ohmic and polarization resistances of the system were monitored during operation (~800 h) using electrochemical impedance spectra. Specific consideration was given to the ohmic resistance of the cell, especially that of the membrane under on-off cycling conditions, by consistently feeding the cell with KOH solution. Owing to an excess feed solution, a momentary increase in the polarization resistance was observed immediately after the open-circuit. The excess feed solution was mostly recovered by subjecting the cell to the applied electric bias. Stability tests on the AEMWE cell under on-off cycling with continuous feeding even under an open circuit can guarantee long-term stability by avoiding an irreversible increase in ohmic and polarization resistances.

플라스틱 기어의 트라이볼로지적 특성 향상을 위한 DLC 코팅 적용 (Evaluation of Tribological Characteristics of Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) Coated Plastic Gear)

  • Demand for plastic gears are increasing in many industries due to their low production cost, light weight, applicability without lubricant, corrosion resistance and high resilience. Despite these benefits, utilizing plastic gears is limited due to their poor material properties. In this work, DLC coating was applied to improve the tribological properties of polyamide66 gear. 0 V, 40 V, and 70 V of negative bias voltages were selected as a deposition parameter in DC magnetron sputtering system. Pin-on-disk experiment was performed in order to investigate the wear characteristics of the gears. The results of the pin-on-disk experiment showed that DLC coated polyamide66 with 40 V of negative bias voltage had the lowest friction coefficient value (0.134) and DLC coated PA66 with 0 V of negative bias voltage showed the best wear resistance ($9.83{\times}10^{-10}mm^3/N{\cdot}mm$) among all the specimens. Based on these results, durability tests were conducted for DLC coated polyamide66 gears with 0 V of negative bias voltage. The tests showed that the temperature of the uncoated polyamide66 gear increased to about $37^{\circ}C$ while the DLC coated gear saturated at about $25^{\circ}C$. Also, the power transmission efficiency of the DLC coated gear increased by about 6% compared to those without coating. Weight loss of the polyamide66 gears were reduced by about 73%.

LRFD 설계를 위한 항타강관말뚝의 저항편향계수 산정 (Evaluation of the Resistance Bias Factors to Develop LRFD for Driven Steel Pipe Piles)

  • 국내 기초구조물에 대한 저항계수 산정 및 하중저항계수설계법(LRFD) 개발의 일환으로 항타강관말뚝에 대한 저항편향계수를 산정하였다. 정재하시험 및 지반조사 자료를 수집하여 국내외의 기준에 따른 극한지지력을 산정한 후 말뚝의 대표 극한지지력을 결정하였다. 자료의 통계분석 결과에 기초하면, Davisson 기준이 말뚝의 극한지지력을 가장 합리적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 정역학적 지지력 공식과 N치를 이용한 Meyerhof 경험식을 이용하여 설계 극한지지력을 산정하였다. 이들 자료의 비교 분석을 통해 항타강관말뚝의 저항편향계수는 정역학적 지지력공식과 Meyerhof 경험식에 대해 각각 0.98, 1.46으로 산정되었다. 또한 두 가지 지지력 산정방법 중 정역학적 지지력공식의 불확실성이 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

Linear Corrector Overcoming Minimum Distance Limitation for Secure TRNG from (17, 9, 5) Quadratic Residue Code

  • A true random number generator (TRNG) is widely used to generate secure random numbers for encryption, digital signatures, authentication, and so on in crypto-systems. Since TRNG is vulnerable to environmental changes, a deterministic function is normally used to reduce bias and improve the statistical properties of the TRNG output. In this paper, we propose a linear corrector for secure TRNG. The performance of a linear corrector is bounded by the minimum distance of the corresponding linear error correcting code. However, we show that it is possible to construct a linear corrector overcoming the minimum distance limitation. The proposed linear corrector shows better performance in terms of removing bias in that it can enlarge the acceptable bias range of the raw TRNG output. Moreover, it is possible to efficiently implement this linear corrector using only XOR gates, which must have a suitable hardware size for embedded security systems.

Arc Vapor Ion Deposition 법으로 제조된 TiN 피막의 내마모성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Wear Resistance of TiN Films Prepared by Arc Vapor Ion Deposition Process)

  • The TiN films were deposited on the stainless substrates using arc vapor ion deposition process to in-vestigated the wear resistance. Pin-on-disc tests were performed to measure the volume wear loss of TiN films. The substrate bias voltages and nitrogen flow rates were selected as the deposition parameters of TiN films. It was found that the wear resistance of TiN films was enhanced with increasing bias voltages(0~-300 V) and nitrogen flow rates(220~380 SCCM). The volume wear loss TiN films were about 9.5~2.1$\times$$10^{-3}mm^3$ and 3.5~2.2$\times$$10^{-3}mm^3$ with bias voltages and nitrogen flow rates, respectively.

Domain formation characteristics during thermomagnetic recording for amorphous TbFe and TbFeCo alloy thin films

  • Static according tests were carried out on a series of amorphous TbFe thin films of various composition under a constant laser irradiation condition. Examination of recorded domain configurations by using polarizing microscope led to the categorization of domain characteristics into 3 distinctly different types; i.c., type A: circular domains with smooth boundaries, the size not sensitive to variation of bias field, type B: domains of irregular shape at low bias, the size increasing and the boundaries getting smoother and more circular with increasing bias field and type C: not recordable. Critical factor which distinguishes among each types was fond to be the relative magnitude of H and H of the film near T, regardless of constituent atomic species. Micromagnetical process of thermomagnetic recording cycle was analyzed scheniatically for each type.

Adhesion Enhancement of Thin Film Metals on Polyimide Substrates by Bias Sputtering

  • Al, Ti, Ta 및 Cr 박막을 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링방법으로 0 - 800 W의 RF 바이어스로 폴리이미드 기판에 가하면서 증착한 후 금속박막의 접착성을 연구하였다. 접착력은 $90^{\circ}$ 필 테스트로 평가하였다. 필 테스트 결과 모든 시편에서 기판에 RF 바이어스를 가하면 접착력이 향상되었다. RF바이어스를 가한 시편은 필링 도중 계면근처의 폴리이미드 내에서 파괴가 일어나면서 소성변형이 심하게 발생하였다. 단면 투과전자현미경 관찰에 의하면 금속/폴리이미드 계면은 분명하지 않고 복잡한 형상을 띄고 있었다. 이런 복잡한 계면은 RF 바이어스의 영향으로 생겼으며 접착력 향상의 주요 요인이었다.
