국민건강보험공단 진료비 자료를 활용한 65세 이상 방문건강관리사업 대상자의 비용-편익분석 (A Cost Benefit Analysis of Visiting Health Care for People 65 Years and Over Using Total Medical Expense from Health Insurance Claims Data)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of home visiting care service and to evaluate the effect from the cost-benefit among older people. Methods: The target participants were enrolled in 2007 and they were classified into 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, and 4 years according to their service provision period. We analyzed health insurance claims data and entitlement data from the National Health Insurance Service databases between 2006 and 2010. This study examined the participants' social-economic and health status factors related to total medical expense. Cost-benefit analysis was done using the net benefit and benefit/cost ratio. Results: Based on the use of home visiting service, the effect was reduced by 223,914 won. The cost for 952,109 people aged 65 or older was 39,891,462,882 won and the benefit was 213,190,534,626 won. The net benefit was 173,299,071,744 won and the benefit/cost ratio was 5.34 times, which was very economical. Conclusion: Home visiting health care should continue to expand as a means of economically effective health care for people aged 65 and older and to ensure health equity for vulnerable groups.

신재생에너지 적용에 따른 화력발전 경제성분석 (Analysis of Economical efficiency for renewable energy in Steam Power Plant)

  • Since the Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) would be started in 2012, the use of renewable energy should be 11% of total energy use including bio-fuel in 2030. The economic efficiency for renewable energy in B power plant was considered with the bio-diesel, wind power and solar power. The Net Present Value (NPV) and Benefit/Cost Ratio(BC) were used for the economic efficiency with the cost and benefit analysis. In case of bio-diesel, the cost resulted from the fuel conversion and the benefit would be created with trade and environmental improvement. With regard to wind power and solar power, the construction cost would be required and benefit factors would be same as the bio-diesel. The wind power was the best of economic efficiency of renewable energy as the results of NPV and BC ratio. Whereas, the market of wind power was very popular and the techniques of wind power has been developing rapidly.

자연생태공원 조성의 경제적 타당성 분석 - 영천자연생태공원을 사례로 - (Economic Feasibility Analysis of Constructing an Ecological Park - A Case Study of Yeongcheon Ecological Park -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic feasibility of the construction of a new ecological park, based on the case of a plan in Yeongcheon City. For fulfilling the purpose of this study, questionnaire survey was conducted in Yeongcheon City. Based on the survey data, cost-benefit analysis is conducted. For this study, costs and benefits of the project are estimated. Then, using NPV, IRR, and B/C ratio criteria, cost-benefit analysis for this study is conducted. from the empirical cost-benefit analysis, NPV of the proposed project is estimated at 5,420 million Won, IRR is estimated at 12.16%, and B/C ratio is estimated at 1.44. Thus, it is found that the construction of a new ecological park in this area would be feasible from the economic point of view.

보건진료원 활동의 비용-편익 분석 (Cost-Benefit Analysis on Community Health Practitioner)

  • Purpose : The purpose of the study were to describe outcomes of CHP activities, and to evaluate the economic validity of CHP through a cost-benefit analysis. Method : The sample size was 272. Data were collected using a researcher developed questionnaire from November 1999 to March, 2000. Result : The mean age of CHPs was 39.6 (SD-36). In regard to marital status, 90.8% of the respondents were married. 72% of the CHPs had associate degree. Among CHP activities, providing medical services was 50%, followed by home care visits 20% and health promotion services 20%, preventive services 10%. Total costs per month incurred to CHP activities was \3,053,437($2,442.7). Total benefits per month was \6,711,525($5,369.2). Hence, net benefit was calculated as \3,658,089($2,926). Conclusion : Cost-benefit ratio was 2.20, which provides the evidence of the economic viability of CHP program. The result of cost-benefit analysis, however, would more strongly support the economic value of CHP if intangible benefits of CHP activities such as decreases in pain and suffering and increased quality of life, could be counted.

  • 이 연구는 파각란 선별기 도입을 비용 편익분석 목적으로 수행되었다. 계란 파각란 선별기를 도입할 때의 총수입과 총비용 평가액의 추정결과는 다음과 같다. 총비용의 경우 구입가격, 고정비용 및 유동비용의 합계로 나타내었고, 할인율에 따라 5%, 10%일 때 각각 232,904천원과 242,904천원으로 산정되었다. 계란 파각란 선별기 평가액은 할인율에 따라 228,543천원(할인율 5%인 경우)과 218,543천원(할인율 10%인 경우)으로 추정되었다(Table 6). 파각란 선별기 기술가치에 대한 평가는 B/C비율, 순현재가치(NPV), 내부수익율(IRR)의 값으로 판단되었고, 내부수익율 IRR의 값은 가정했던 할인율보다 훨씬 높게 나타났고, 순현재가치도 0보다 큰 값으로 나타났으며, B/C비율도 1.0 이상으로 나타나 경제적 타당성을 가지는 것으로 판단되었다(Table 7).

  • PURPOSES : This study is to analysis for benefit and construction cost in underpass for small vehicles. METHODS : The study was performed using the traffic software VISSIM 5.20 for analysis on a variety of traffic conditions and analysed of benefits of changes through analysis of travel speed and travel time after modeling of existing underpass and small vehicle underpass. RESULTS : Results of this study, the benefits will be reduced by the introduction underpass for small vehicles were analyzed because heavy vehicles use the intersection above the underpass. However, it was required economic analysis considering both the benefits reduction and the construction costs reduction because it has the effect of reducing the construction cost. Showed that the difference in benefit changes depending on the v/c and heavy vehicles ratio and construction cost was difference by types of underpass. As a result of performing economic analysis with total benefits and construction cost, it was analyzed to be economical in underpass over a certain size. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study are expected to be able to contribute to reviewing for feasibility due to the small vehicles underpass introduction and economic analysis. The study is case study to the underpass in Daegu. Therefore, the future requires the calculation of benefits reflect a wider range of traffic conditions and the economic analysis to construction cost calculation for various types of grad separation facilities.

  • 정부의 부품ㆍ소재 산업 육성 방침에 따라 중소기업의 비중이 높은 부품ㆍ소재 산업의 정보화 지원 사업에 대한 타당성을 비용편익분석으로 검토하였다. 비용편익분석에서 비용부문은 한국과학기술정보연구원의 사업내용과 예산을 인용하여 현가 계산하였고 편익부문은 각 산업별 생산액을 예측하고, 생산액 대비 정보화 투자비율을 이용하여 각 산업별 정보화 비용을 산출하여 현가 계산하였다. 비용편익 비율은 4.67로 계산되어 사업타당성이 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

탄소저감형 권현망어구 개발의 경제성 분석 (Economic analysis on development of low-carbon gear for anchovy boat seine)

  • The main purpose of this study is to analyse economic feasibility of low-carbon-oriented gear for anchovy boat seine. The results of benefit/cost analysis showed that use of the low-carbon fishing gear is economically feasible. Considering the fuel saving and relatively low $CO_2$ emission by reducing the resistance of gear, net present value by such type 1 gear improvement was estimated about -2,490 ~ -1,580 million won with the benefit-cost ratio 0.81~ 0.88. And net present value by such type 2 gear improvement was estimated about 6,540 ~ 7,780 million won with the benefit-cost ratio 1.79 ~ 1.94. Development of lowcarbon trawl gear would render significant contributions to reducing $CO_2$ emission in fishing operations and lead to reduce fishing costs due to fuel savings.

소득계층별 기대여명 차이를 반영한 국민연금 노령연금수급자의 수급부담구조 분석 (Benefit-Cost Analysis of National Pensioners by Income and Life Expectancy)

  • 국민연금 노령연금 수급자를 대상으로 소득계층별 차별 사망력과 기대여명을 산출하고, 그 결과를 반영하여 노령 연금 수급자의 수급부담구조를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 노령연금 수급자의 소득계층에 대한 구분은 생애평균소득을 기준으로 3분위로 세분화하였으며, 사망확률 추정을 위해서 사용된 함수는 고연령 사망확률 추정에 주로 사용되는 gompertz모형을 사용하였다. 산출된 기대여명을 이용하여 소득계층별로 생애 총 연금급여액 규모를 추정함으로서 수익비, 내부수익률 및 후세대 부담전가량 분석의 정확성을 높이는데 기여하였다. 기대여명 추정 결과 60세 남자의 기대여명은 약 23.10년이며, 소득계층별로는 21.69~24.63년의 차이를 보이고 있다. 60세 여자의 기대여명은 약 28.84년이며, 소득계층별로는 27.63~29.81년의 차이를 보이고 있다. 즉 하위소득계층의 기대여명의 경우 소득계층을 통합한 경우의 기대여명보다 1.21~1.41년 낮게 추정되었으며, 상위 소득계층의 경우에는 0.97~1.53년 높게 추정되었다. 산출된 기대여명을 사용하여 수익비를 분석한 결과 하위 소득계층의 경우 약 2.68~4.83% 낮게 분석되었으며 상위 소득계층의 경우에는 2.07~4.98% 높게 분석되었다. 내부수익률은 하위 소득계층의 경우 약 0.00~0.74% 낮고 상위 소득계층의 경우에는 0.03~1.73% 높게 분석되었으며, 후세대 부담전가량은 하위 소득계층의 경우 약 3.00~5.74% 낮고 상위 소득계층의 경우에는 2.53~9.68% 높게 분석되었다. 분석 결과는 노령연금 수급자에 대한 소득계층별 기대여명 추정을 통해 나타난 수급부담구조 분석의 결과로서, 기존의 소득계층별 기대여명을 고려하지 않은 시뮬레이션 분석과는 차별성이 있으며, 소득재분배 효과가 있는 국민연금 노령연금 수급자의 수급 부담구조분석 결과에 대한 대표성을 지닌다.

철도지하횡단공사 공법의 비용.편익 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cost-Benefit Analysis for the Construction Method of Underground Railway Crossing)

  • Railways are very important to get stability of railway structure as transportation system carrying a lot of passengers and freight. These days the construction of underground railway crossing such as expansion of new roads, construction of subway and gas pipe is increasing because of economic and social development. But these kinds of construction didn't take into account Cost-benefit analysis of railway which has the most important aspects of railway safety, so the results of construction didn't get a good evaluation. This study adapt Cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic validity of underground railway crossing. This study adjust about Cost-benefit analysis of railway part, and analyze the new method and technology of underground railway crossing constructed by Korean National Railroad and Railway Network Authority. Also this study divide between high frequency line and low frequency lineusing B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis. After analysis, B/C ratio method is the most suitable method among B/C, NPV, and IRR analysis method. Therefore this study can express economic benefit quantitatively and decrease the cost by adapting Cost-benefit analysis, and can clearly express the construction feasibility and investment effects of construction of underground railway crossing method.
