노인장기요양보험 급여이용이 기능상태 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effects on the Functional Status Changes of LTC(Long-Term-Care) Services)

  • 이 연구는 노인장기요양보험 시행 4주년을 맞이하는 현 시점에서 노인장기요양보험 수급자의 기능상태 변화와 그 관련요인을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2008년 8~9월 당시 장기요양 등급(1~3등급)을 받은 수급자 가운데 1년 후인 2009년 8~9월에도 장기요양 인정조사를 받은 17,652명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 2009년의 기능상태가 2008년과 비교해 전체 항목에서 개선되었으며, 특히 일상생활기능, 행동변화, 재활, 수단적 일상생활기능, 인지기능, 그리고 간호처치 항목 순으로 개선 정도가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 분석대상자의 기능상태 변동요인을 분석한 결과에서는 먼저 시설서비스를 이용한 경우 1등급에서는 재활, 2등급에서는 일상생활기능 항목의 기능상태가 유의하게 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 재가서비스 중 방문요양 급여를 이용한 경우 1등급에서는 일상생활기능, 2등급에서는 일상생활기능과 재활, 3등급에서는 일상생활기능, 인지기능, 행동변화 항목에서 기능상태가 유의하게 개선되었다. 또한 주·야간보호 급여를 이용한 경우는 1등급에서 일상생활기능, 수단적 일상생활기능, 행동변화, 재활, 2등급에서는 행동변화, 그리고 3등급에서는 인지기능, 행동변화 항목에서 기능상태가 유의하게 개선되었다. 끝으로 단기보호 급여를 이용한 경우는 3등급에서만 행동변화 항목의 기능상태가 유의하게 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 이상을 통해 노인장기요양보험 수급자는 그들의 등급과 이용하는 장기요양 서비스에 따라 기능상태 개선 효과에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 향후 노인장기요양보험 수급자들의 실질적인 기능상태 개선을 위해서는 수급자의 건강 및 기능상태 등에 대한 객관적이고 포괄적인 이해를 바탕으로 한 맞춤형 서비스제공체계로의 개선이 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해서는 표준급여모형의 급여종류를 수급자의 종합적인 상황을 반영할 수 있도록 개선하는 것은 물론, 표준장기요양이용계획서에 수급자의 다양한 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 작성인력의 전문성 등이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

시간적 거리감에 따른 환경 친화적 메시지 소구 방식이 소비자의 프리싸이클링 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Environmental Message Frame and Temporal Distance on Consumer's Precycling Behavior)

  • 기후변화로 인해 다양한 환경문제를 전 세계적으로 겪고 있는 가운데 기존의 환경친화적 행위보다 더 효과적으로 제품 구매전부터 발생하는 폐기물의 양을 최소화 혹은 원천 차단하자는 '프리싸이클링(Pre-cycling)' 운동 등이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 심각해지고 있는 쓰레기로 인한 환경문제를 개선할 수 있는 프리싸이클링 행동을 유도하기 위해, 메시지 소구 방식과 시간적 거리감에 따른 메시지 프레임이 프리싸이클링 행동의도에 미치는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사하였다. 메시지 소구방식에 있어서 제안적 메시지가 강압적 메시지보다 프리싸이클링 행동의도를 더 높았으며, 시간적 거리감은 프리싸이클링 행동의도에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못했다. 강압적 메시지는 대상에 대하여 가까운 미래로 해석할 때 그리고 제안적 메시지는 먼 미래로 해석될 경우 프리싸이클링 행동의도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 시간적 거리감은 프리싸이클링 행동 의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않으나, 강압적 메시지에 대한 소비자의 반감을 감소시키는 역할을 함으로써 그들의 친환경적 행동의도를 긍정적으로 유도하였다. 본 연구는 환경친화적인 메시지에 대한 소비자의 행동을 이끌어내기 위한 메시지 소구 방식에 대한 고찰을 제공하여 실무적 함의를 지닌다.

지역사회 걷기 활성화를 위한 매체-캠페인이 걷기관련 인식과 행태변화에 미치는 영향 (Impact of a Media-Campaign to Promote Walking on Awareness & Behavior Change)

  • Object: To analyze the effect of a media-campaign for "walking exercise participation improvement", which impacted walking-related awareness and behavior change of residents in Seoul. Method: This study used three campaign media including printing information, walking exercise indication board and a public advertisement of cable TV to lead a walking-related awareness change and practice frequency(number of days per week walking) and time(minutes per day walking) of walking exercise. To evaluate the exposure and message-recall levels of a campaign and effects of awareness change and walking practice, this study used a questionnaire survey(N=377). Result: 1) Group of exposure to campaign more participate and had the higher frequency(p=.015) and time(p=.023) in walking exercise and in comparison with group of nonexposure. 2) Group of changed awareness to campaign more participate and had the higher frequency and time in walking exercise and in comparison with group of no changed perception(p <.05). 3) Level of message recall of ${\ulcorner}$printing information${\lrcorner}$ was associated with number of days per week walking, and level of message recall of ${\ulcorner}$public advertisement of cable TV${\lrcorner}$ was associated with minutes per day walking at a statistically significant level(p <.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that media campaign can enhance the success of community-based efforts to promote awareness change and walking practice.

조직적 상황이 ERP시스템의 도입 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Organizational Context on the Performance of ERP Systems)

  • The ERP system comes to existence in the period of change. In other words, the ERP system is adopted to the company with BPR project. In general, the ERP system is introduced to companies as packages rather than in-housing systems. There are several researches in IS literatures which have a conclusion that organizational context affects the performance of ERP system. This study attempts to review the organizational context from the prospective of organizational structure and change management. Regarding the organizational structure, we choose some widely known variables such as the degree of formalization and centralization. For the analysis of change management, we set the variables, which are the most importantly considered, such as the power of CEO's promotion and user participation. The extent of customizing is introduced as moderating variables between the organizational context and the implementation performance. With collected data, we performed the reliability test, the factor analysis and the regression analysis. In summary, the introduction of an information system such as ERP system has a behavioral and organizational impact. The organizational change may breed resistance and opposition and can lead to the failure of the system. Therefore, implementation of the system requires careful change management, active involvement of users and high level of management support.

행동변화 단계에 따른 충남지역 초등학생의 채소와 과일 섭취 관련 사회 심리적 요인 (Psychosocial Factors Related with the Intake of Vegetables and Fruits by Stage of Change of Elementary School Children in Chungnam Province)

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 초등학생을 대상으로 채소와 과일 섭취의 사회 심리적 요인을 행동 변화 단계별로 비교해 보고자 2007년 5월 14일부터 5월 30일까지 충남 연기군 1개초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 남자 122명, 여자 134명, 총 256명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의해 조사 하였다. 조사대상 아동은 행동 변화 단계를 고려전, 고려 및 준비, 행동의 3단계로 분류하였다. 1) 고려전 단계에 81명 (31.6%), 고려 및 준비 단계에 90명 (35.2%), 행동 단계에 85명 (33.2%)이 속하였다. 2) 행동 변화 단계별 고려전 단계 분포에서는 4학년 34.4%, 5학년 42.3%, 6학년 20.7%로 5학년이 가장 높았다 (p < 0.05). 건강상태의 자가평가에서는 전체대상자에서 '좋다‘가 60.7%로 높은 비율을 차지 하였으며, 고려 및 준비 단계에 있는 아동이 35.9%로 다른 단계보다 높은 경향을 보였다. '영양제를 항상 섭취한다‘고 답한 대상자가 고려전 단계에 있는 아동의 45.8%로 다른 두 군보다 높았다. 3) BMI 85백분위수 미만에 속한 정상체중의 아동은 남아가 여아에 비해 고려전 단계에 속한 비율이 높고, 고려 및 준비 단계 이상에 속한 비율이 낮았다 (p < 0.01). 4) 채소와 과일 섭취에 대한 판단균형에서 장점에 대한 인지도 점수는 유의적인 차이는 없었으나, 단점에 대한 인지도 점수는 고려전 단계에서 높았고, 행동 단계에서 점수가 낮았다 (채소 p < 0.05, 과일 p < 0.01). 5) 채소섭취의 행동 변화 단계에 따른 인지적 변화과정 중 의식향상 (p < 0.001), 걱정해소 (p < 0.01), 자기재진단(p < 0.05), 환경재평가 (p < 0.01) 등 4개의 변수에서, 행위적 변화과정 중 자극조절 (p < 0.01), 자기결심 (p < 0.01) 등 2개의 변수에서 고려전 단계에 있는 대상자들 보다 행동 단계에 속한 대상자에서 높았다. 과일섭취의 행동 변화 단계에 따른 인지적 변화과정 중 의식향상 (p < 0.05)변수에서, 행위적 변화과정 중 자기결심 (p < 0.01)에서 고려전단계와 고려 및 준비 단계보다 행동 단계에서 높았다. 6) 채소섭취의 행동 변화 단계에 따른 자아효능감은 많은 항목의 자아효능감에서 행동 변화 단계 간에 차이를 보였으며, 행동 단계에서 높은 값을 나타내었다 (p < 0.001). 과일 섭취의 자아효능감은‘집에서 먹을 때는 더 많은 과일을 먹을 수 있다‘의 1개 항목에서만 행동 단계에서 높게 나타났다 (p < 0.05). 이상의 연구 결과 충남지역 초등학생에서 채소와 과일 섭취와 관련된 사회심리적 요인의 종류와 수준이 행동변화 단계에 따라 다르며, 채소와 과일 간에도 사회심리적 요인의 종류와 수준이 다름을 나타내었다.

초등학생의 분노유발상황에 초점을 둔 인지행동적 분노조절 프로그램의 효과 (Development of A Cognitive-Behavioral Anger Control Program and It's Effects on Elementary School Children Under the Anger-inducing Situation)

  • One of the most common feelings in everyday life is anger. Anger plays an important role in activating emotional energy and increasing intolerance when confronted with hardships, frustration and improper treatments. And it provides us with controlling interpersonal behavior, organizing internal, physiological, psychological process and various adaptive functions. If anger is not properly expressed, it brings about offensive attitude, leading to not only physical impairment but also anxiety in interpersonal relations and maladaptive to everyday life. For elementary school students, frequent quarrels, abusive words and defiant attitude toward adults are also caused by students' anger. Therefore, students' anger is one of the most difficult problems to be dealt with not only psychologically but also in elementary schools. In this respect, after investigating frequently experienced anger- inducing situations and inventing anger-inducing situation questionnaire, we postulated specific situations changing irrational belief into rational one. Based on these situations, we accounted for how to cope with anger inducing factors and change irrational belief into rational one, introducing several strategies needed to control anger, invented cognitive behavioral anger control program and tried to clarify the relationship between anger inducing experience and anger regulation ability. In order to derive usual anger-inducing situations, we made 180 students with fifth and sixth grade to record the reason why he/she got angry, mood, thought, behavior and result. Through this process, we could derive 47 situations bringing about anger and prepared anger-inducing situation questionnaire. It can be divided into 3 anger inducing situations by using factor analysis into 500 elementary students of fifth and sixth grade. Cognitive behavioral anger control program used in this study consists of 13 sessions. From first to fifth session, it is composed of 10 anger control methods to make students be aware of and control their anger. From sixth through thirteenth session, the relationship between irrational belief and anger inducing is introduced is focused on how irrational belief is changed into rational one. To examine the effects of the program, high anger students and the students lacking anger control are selected. Thirty students through pre-test using anger-inducing questionnaire and anger control ability questionnaire are taught the goals and procedures. Volunteer students and students with parents' consent allocated to experimental group (12 students) and the rest of the students are control group (12 students). Cognitive Behavioral Anger Control Program are applied every 50 minutes twice a week for 7 weeks and 4 weeks before and after this program, anger-inducing situation questionnaire and anger control ability questionnaire are practiced. Data collected in this study analyzed by SPSS and Kwakstat. In the middle of this program, quarterly reports and satisfaction measuratings were evaluated to examine whether there is verbal and non-verbal behavior change and students feel satisfied with the program. The results of this study are as follows: First, Cognitive-behavioral anger control program used in this study effectively reduced anger experience and lasted for 4 weeks. Second, cognitive behavioral anger control program increased students' ability to control anger inducing situations and also effective for 4 weeks. And its effect on verbal and non-verbal behaviour was very impressive Students come to realize that irrational belief is the cause of their anger and actively apply cognitive-behavioral anger control technique to themselves as well. Students became improved in their peer relations and felt confident in everyday life. The overall evaluation of this program can be listed as follows; "very satisfactory (91.67%)", "satisfactory (8.33%)", "very helpful (91.67%)", "helpful (8.33%). In this study we first investigated several anger-inducing situations and invented anger-inducing situation questionnaire and then applied cognitive behavioral anger control program in order to control their. anger and not to experience it. By creating workbooks and manuals this method can easily be used in school education settings.

구성원의 민첩성과 업무성과 간의 관계에 관한 실증연구: 민첩성의 영향요인과 지식지향 리더십을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Employee's Agility and Work Performance: Focused on the Agility's Influence Factors and Knowledge-Oriented Leadership)

  • Employee's agility is becoming a primary factor of improving individual work performance. Employee's agility refers to responsiveness or behavior of employees in the context of work environment change. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee's agility and work performance in the perspective of agility's influence factors(absorptive capacity, IT resource use, readiness to change) and knowledge-oriented leadership, A survey was conducted for gathering data (a total of 262 employees from 35 industrial organizations) to test the relationships. The results of analysis show that employee's agility is a driving force leading to individual work performance, that employee's absorptive capacity, IT resource use, readiness to change, and knowledge-oriented leadership are the significant influential factors of employee's agility, and that knowledge-oriented leadership strengthens the link between employee's absorptive capacity and agility. For theoretical and practical contributions, the research presents the grounds for arguments that employee's agility is employee's dynamic capability for individual work performance under work environment change, and that organizations trying to improve employee's agility need to explore employee's behavioral attitudes under individual, leader, and organizational dimensions. Limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

금연프로그램이 흡연 남자대학생의 변화과정, 유혹상황, 의사결정균형에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Smoking Cessation Program on Processes of Change, Situational Temptation and Decisional Balance in Male University Student Smokers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a smoking cessation program on processes of change, situational temptation, and decisional balance in male university student smokers. Method: Utilizing a quasi-experimental design, 78 male university students consisted of an experimental group (n=48) and a control group (n=30). A smoking cessation program was applied to the experimental group for a period of 6 months while no program was given to the control group. Study questionnaires were used to measure outcome variables before and after the program. Descriptive analysis, $\chi^2$-test, t-test, and ANCOVA were used with SPSS 18.0 program for data analysis. Results: After treatment with this program, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores for processes of change (experiential and behavioral processes of change) than the control group. The experimental group also showed significantly lower scores for situational temptation (positive social, negative affect, and habit strength). Conclusion: The smoking cessation program may have positive effects on process of change and smoking temptation for male university student smokers.

범이론적 모형을 적용한 간호대 여학생의 운동행위 변화단계와 관련요인 (Application of the Transtheoretical Model to Exercise Behavior Change Stages of Women in Nursing College and Factors Affecting the Stages)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the related factors of change affecting the stages of change for exercise, on the assumption that there are various stages of change in the exercise behavior of women in nursing college. Methods: The subjects were 496 female college students in D city. The research instruments were stages of change for exercise behavior, the process of change, decisional balance, and self-efficacy. The dates were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The distribution of the subjects across the stages was: pre-contemplation, 17.7%; contemplation, 58.7%; preparation, 19.0%; action, 2.8%; maintenance, 1.8%. Analysis of variance showed that cognitive process (F=17.26, p<0.01), behavioral process (F=27.05, p<0.01), the pros of decisional-balance (F=7.07, p<0.01), the cons of decision-balance (F=5.82, p<0.01), and self efficacy (F=17.79, p<0.01) were significantly associated with the change of exercise behavior stages. The related factors of change affecting the change of exercise behavior stage were the cons of decision-making, counter conditioning, self re-evaluation, and body mass index, including 28.4% R-square. Conclusion: The transtheoretical model would be applicable to explain the exercise behavior of some women in nursing college. So, this study will be useful information for developing effective exercise behavior programs considering female students' stages of change.

The Journalism Crisis in the Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

  • The focus of this research is the practice of journalism in relation to the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship (JFPP) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Journalists and curators who are participants in the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship received fundings from the state. The Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship is a unique model because it is the only one in the world in journalism practice that involves state's financial assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic. These fundings from the state for the media lead to dilemmas and controversies. This research uses a qualitative approach and a single holistic case study method. The Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship was held from May to December 2021, involving 7,276 journalists from 857 media (print, television, radio, and online media) and 26 curators. This study found that during the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship, journalism experienced a crisis and lost its function as a control overpower. Giving cash to journalists and curators during the fellowship makes journalism lose its independence and objectivity. The Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship has degraded or eliminated the function of the press as a watchdog. Incentives for journalists while participating in the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship is a long-term investment by the government to co-opt Indonesian media and journalists in the future. On the other hand, the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship raises another aspect; the crisis of journalism. Journalism work produced in the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship does not reflect the values and principles of journalism. Journalism values, such as independence and impartiality, are absent from the Behavioural Change Journalism Fellowship product.
