Subcircuit를 이용한 DC-DC 컨버터 시스템의 피드백 제어루프 설계 (Feedback Control Loop Design of DC-DC Converter Systems Using Subcircuit)

  • 본 논문은 Pspice의 Subcircuit을 이용한 새로운 DC-DC 컨버터시스템의 피드백 제어루프 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 피드백 제어루프 설계 방식의 절차는 DC-DC 컨버터의 소신호 모델링을 기반으로 하여 Pspice의 Subcircuit으로 프로그램 하였다. 이를 위해 ABM(Analog Behavioral Modeling)을 사용하였다. ABM은 시뮬레이터에서 프로그래밍 언어로 사용 될 수 있고 수식을 전기적 회로로 나타낼 수 있으므로 방정식의 모든 변수를 전압으로 변환 할 수 있었다. Subcircuit을 사용하여 Pspice의 DC 해석으로 오차보상기의 회로 소자 값을 쉽게 얻을 수 있었다. 개발 방법을 자세히 기술하였으며 응용 예제로 제안한 DC-DC 컨버터 피드백 설계 방법의 효과를 입증하였다. PWM기법을 이용한 컨버터회로는 인덕터 전류가 연속인 연속전류모드를 적용하여 평균화 및 선형화 전류기법을 사용하여 Buck 컨버터의 제어신호를 구하였다. 극점과 영점을 선정하는 방법으로 K-계수법을 적용하였으며, 이와 같은 설계절차는 일반적으로 안정한 성능을 얻을 수 있었다.

우울과 음주의 관계에 대한 연구 - '긴장감소가설'과 '독성가설'에 대한 검증을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship Between Depressive Symptoms and Alcohol Use - Focusing on 'Tension Reduction Theory' and 'Intoxication Theory'-)

  • 기존연구들에서 우울과 음주와의 상관관계는 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 두 변수 중에서 어떤 변수가 선행요인인가에 대해서는 알려진 바가 없다. 이러한 기존연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 본 연구는 비재귀구조방정식모델(non-recursive structural equation modeling)을 이용하여 음주와 우울 사이의 관계를 고찰하고 심리사회행동적 변수들이 음주와 우울에 영향을 주는 경로를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 분석 자료는 2006년 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel Study)조사에 참가한 14,469명을 대상으로 하였다. 음주가 우울에 선행한다는 독성가설과 우울이 음주에 선행한다는 긴장감소가설을 검증한 결과, 음주가 우울에 선행한다는 독성가설이 지지되었다. 또한 심리사회행동적 변수들의 음주에 대한 영향력의 상당부분이 음주를 통하여 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의에 대한 논의와 차후의 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다.

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of VMD image appropriateness in apparel shopping contexts. Two competing models are utilized. The first model is developed from the emotion-cognition theory which explains that environmental cues(i.e., VMD image appropriateness) generate consumers' emotion, and in turn, consumers' behaviors. The second model is developed based on the cognitive theory of emotions and posits that environmental cues stimulates consumers' cognitive perceptions of retail environments, subsequently influencing consumers' emotional and behavioral response. A 2(VMD image appropriateness: high vs. low) between-subjects factorial design experiment was conducted. Female college students(n=592) participated in the experiment. Using structural equation modeling the study found that the emotion-cognition model better explains the effect of VMD image appropriateness on consumers' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses.

The Role of Brand Page Experiences on Consumer Engagement in Social Media

  • This study develops and empirically tests a comprehensive model of consumers' brand page experiences that illuminates dynamics among perceived values (practical value, stimulation, enjoyment, and social identification), brand page engagement dimensions (cognitive engagement, affective engagement, and behavioral engagement) and brand loyalty. An online survey was employed for data collection. We collected 358 usable responses for data analysis. Structural equation modeling results show that three dimensions of perceived values (practical value, perceived enjoyment, and social identification) positively affect brand engagement dimensions, while perceived stimulation affects affective engagement only. As for the roles of brand page engagement, affective and behavioral engagement positively influence brand loyalty. This study demonstrates how consumers' perceived values of brand page experience influence each dimension of brand page engagement and how each dimension has a different impact on brand loyalty. The results of this study provide substantive contributions to the consumers' brand page experience and engagement literature and brand page management on social media for developing brand loyalty.

  • This paper focuses on the measurement of increased work efficiency expected from the information system through random interactions of the organizational behavioral factors whose attributes can be changed with the implementation of the information systems. Specifically the work reported here is concerned with modeling and analyzing the random interrelationships among the organizational behavioral factors which an information system will have impact on throughout the time horizon of its implementation in terms of office productivity. In addition, it is also concerned with developing a multi-factor analysis model based on random interactions to be used to assess the impact of information systems.

패션상품 온라인 구매경험자의 서비스 실패와 회복에 관한 연구 (Service Failure and Service Recovery Experienced by Online Apparel Shoppers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived justice associated with service recovery on perceived service quality, and the relationships among perceived service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in online apparel shopping contexts. Justice theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The research strategy employed an online survey methodology. Online shoppers (N=669) who had experiences in service failure and dissatisfactions completed a questionnaire. The model of the study was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) and the results of SEM revealed positive effect of perceived justice regarding service recovery on perceived service quality, positive effect of perceived service quality on customer satisfaction, and positive effect of customer satisfaction on behavioral intention. The results of this study have implications for online retailers. Online retailers need to understand the importance of service recovery by which service failures are managed.

Mobile shopping intentions: Do trustworthiness and culture Matter?

  • Purpose: This research aims to verify the role of mobile shopping attributes, trustworthiness, and cultural dimensions on mobile shopping intentions in Saudi Arabia. The originality of the model stems from the verification of the moderating impact of cultural variables, namely collectivism and masculinity, and from the integration of trustworthiness as a variable depending on mobile shopping attributes. Research design, data and methodology: A survey was distributed to 233 consumers with different nationalities living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis were carried out to verify the conceptual model and the moderating variables. Results: The findings support the influence of several innovation attributes, namely complexity and trialability on behavioral intentions, while relative advantage has a direct impact on trustworthiness. A few paths are moderated by masculinity and collectivism. Conclusions: Culture and mobile commerce attributes need to be thought out by managers as factors influencing mobile commerce segmentation for expatriates and locals. Trustworthiness is also a key factor of mobile shopping adoption. Limitations and future research ideas are presented to enrich the proposed model and improve its predictive validity.

  • Most model constructs in organization studies are descriptive in nature, and the conclusions relating to the model behavior over time are speculative. The usefulness of System Dynamics as a methodology for modeling and testing dynamic behavioral hypotheses in organizational behavioral studies is presented, and how to construct a System Dynamics model using simulation software(VENSIM) is shown, The well-know March and Simon motivation model is used to demonstrate the step by step application of System Dynamics to model of this type. The dynamic behavior of the model, both transient and steady state, is obtained, Even though the paper has focused on one model in the area of individual behavior, the approach is general and can be applied to other areas of organizational behavior as will. The usefulness of System Dynamics as a methodology for theory building is identified as well.

  • The purpose of this study is to predict skincare behavior from the perspective of theories about planned behaviors and a systematic structure for identifying influences on human behavior; Consequently, this study attempted to undertake a concrete analysis of influences on skin care behavior. The results showed that: an attempt was made to analyze structural equation modeling as to whether or not to apply Ajzen's theory of planned behavior to skin care behavior. This study found the possibility that the theory of planned behavior might be applicabled to the research model composed of skin care attitude, the norms of skin care, behavioral control on skin care, behavioral intentions of skin care, and skin care behavior at the appropriate level in their entirety. This study found that external control factors of skin care behavior had the highest effect on skin care behavior among other factors.

  • This paper focuses on competencies of data scientists and behavioral intention that affect big data analysis performance. This experiment examined nine core factors required by data scientists. In order to investigate this, we conducted a survey to gather data from 103 data scientists who participated in big data competition at Kaggle platform and used factor analysis and PLS-SEM for the analysis methods. The results show that some key competency factors have influential effect on the big data analysis performance. This study is to provide a new theoretical basis needed for relevant research by analyzing the structural relationship between the individual competencies and performance, and practically to identify the priorities of the core competencies that data scientists must have.
