Effects of Hair and Beauty College Students' Major Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy on Career Preparation Behavior (헤어미용전문대학생의 전공만족도와 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is hair salon satisfaction and self-efficacy in major college students preparing course is to identify the factors that affect the action. The subjects of the study were 173 male and female college students attending the College of Hair and Beauty in G region from March 10 to 25, 2021, and 150 of them were finally SPSS.It used the WIN 22.0 program. First, it has been verified that the satisfaction of hair and beauty college students' majors directly affects career preparation behavior. Second, the hair salon for preparatory actions in the course of major college student satisfaction and self-efficacy turned out to be a very important influence. Third, action represents a direct impact on career preparation is college student's hair salon self-efficacy and research to do significant impact. Based on the results of this study, students with high satisfaction with their majors suggest that they are preparing for a systematic professional life for career preparation when they are self-efficacy in college.

Mediating effect of Self-Leadership in relationship between College-Life Satisfaction and Academic Self-Efficacy of Beauty Major Chinese Students (미용전공 중국유학생의 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to find the mediating effect of self-leadership in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction of Chinese students majoring in beauty. Surveys were answered by 400 Chinese students from July to August 2019 and analyzed as follows. We used the SPSS22.0 program and Process macro for SPSS to analyze the frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and bootstrap method. The results of the analysis showed a positive correlation among the college-life satisfaction, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy of Chinese students, and self-leadership acted as a partially mediating variable between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction. Therefore, it was found that a higher college-life satisfaction and self-leadership resulted in a higher academic self-efficacy. Based on these results, in order to alleviate the problems of college life maladjustment and low learning efficiency of Chinese students majoring in beauty, the development of self-leadership education programs is becoming more important. This must be emphasized in the Edu-Tech era due to the need for customized education programs for international students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

A Study on the Current Situation and Satisfaction Survey of foreign students majoring Korean Beauty (국내 뷰티전공 유학생 현황 및 만족도 조사)

  • The study looked at the current status and satisfaction level of 224 students studying in beauty related departments at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong and Honam regions. As a result, China (77.7 percent) had the largest number of countries subject to the survey. 50.5 percent of the respondents chose to study abroad to learn the excellence of Korean beauty technology, and 40.3 percent said they would like to work in their own country after graduation. The higher the satisfaction level of education courses and working classes, the higher the use of practical equipment, the counseling rate with the academic advisor, and the higher the satisfaction level of university life was. As a result of this, for students we should develop a curriculum to improve their satisfaction in university life, support the mentor mentee program, and expand the scholarship support system.

A Study on Recognition of the Eroticism in Fashion Advertisement

  • This research is progressed to look out for efficient expression-elements of eroticism used in advertisements. Since these expressions of eroticism appealing to sex which is one of the primitive instincts of mankind are increasing in advertisements of cosmetic products which are used more often by recent high-rate-growth and the elevation of living conditions. The most usual expression-elements of eroticism in advertisement are exposure, pose, fashion style, make up, hair style and color. To analyze those expression-elements we made four pieces of fashion advertisement photos with four different types and surveyed both fashion majored students and non-fashion majored students. We applied regression analysis, ANOVA, and frequency analysis to verify the hypothesis. We found that in eroticism, the pose was the most important cognitive feature among the expression-elements and degree of cognition are varied according to major field and sexual interest. As a result, degree of cognition which effected by expression-elements will be varied even in same advertisement. In particular, convincing that the pose was the significant factor of eroticism cognition, expression of eroticism in advertisement would be more diverse and daring.

  • This study attempted to describe the essential structure of lived experience of a students trans ferring into the nursing program. A study on the experience of students who have a major in this of health or who have experience in a medical institution is aimed at identifying the nature of incorporating nursing into each individual. The experiences were analyzed and the meaning of the experiences was understood by applying the phenomenolgical Analysis method of Colaizzi. The total number of people who majored in health care and five experienced medical institutions was nine, which resulted four themes and 14 central beauty. Based on the results of this study, it will provide basic materials for fostering professional nursing personnel at various nursing sites by understanding the nursing departments and experiences of students with experience in the health care system.
