  • In this paper, we propose a distributed signal subspace interference alignment algorithm for single beam K-user ($3K{\geq}$) MIMO interference channel based on sum rate maximization and game theory. A framework of game theory is provided to study relationship between interference signal subspace and altruistic-egoistic bayesian game cost function. We demonstrate that the asymptotic interference alignment under proposed scheme can be realized through a numerical algorithm using local channel state information at transmitters and receivers. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve the total degrees of freedom that is equivalent to the Cadambe-Jafar interference alignment algorithms with perfect channel state information. Furthermore, proposed scheme can effectively minimize leakage interference in desired signal subspace at each receiver and obtain a moderate average sum rate performance compared with several existing interference alignment schemes.

  • The general path model (GPM) is one approach for performing degradation-based, or Type III, prognostics. The GPM fits a parametric function to the collected observations of a prognostic parameter and extrapolates the fit to a failure threshold. This approach has been successfully applied to a variety of systems when a sufficient number of prognostic parameter observations are available. However, the parametric fit can suffer significantly when few data are available or the data are very noisy. In these instances, it is beneficial to include additional information to influence the fit to conform to a prior belief about the evolution of system degradation. Bayesian statistical approaches have been proposed to include prior information in the form of distributions of expected model parameters. This requires a number of run-to-failure cases with tracked prognostic parameters; these data may not be readily available for many systems. Reliability information and stressor-based (Type I and Type II, respectively) prognostic estimates can provide the necessary prior belief for the GPM. This article presents the Bayesian updating framework to include prior information in the GPM and compares the efficacy of including different information sources on two data sets.

Classification is method in information mining; it's characterized as per private, passing on item toward a specific course established happening it is likeness toward past instances of different substances trendy the data collection. In pre-owned recycled four Classification algorithm that incorporate Multi-Layer perception, KSTAR, Bayesian Network and PART to fabricate the grouping replicas arranged the malaria data collection and analyze the replicas, degree their exhibition through Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis introduced to Java Development Kit 8, then utilizations outfit's technique trendy promoting presentation of the arrangement methodology. The outcome perceived that Bayesian Network return most elevated exactness of 50.05% when working on followed by Multi-Layer perception, with 49.9% when helping is half, then, at that point, Kstar with precision of 49.44%, 49.5% when supporting individually and PART have lesser precision of 48.1% when helping, The exploration recommended that Bayesian Network is awesome toward remain utilized on Malaria data collection in our sanatoriums.

  • Dense local image descriptors like SIFT are fruitful for capturing salient information about image, shown to be successful in various image-related tasks when formed in bag-of-words representation (i.e., histograms). In this paper we consider to utilize these dense local descriptors in the object tracking problem. A notable aspect of our tracker is that instead of adopting a point estimate for the target model, we account for uncertainty in data noise and model incompleteness by maintaining a distribution over plausible candidate models within the Bayesian framework. The target model is also updated adaptively by the principled Bayesian posterior inference, which admits a closed form within our Dirichlet prior modeling. With empirical evaluations on some video datasets, the proposed method is shown to yield more accurate tracking than baseline histogram-based trackers with the same types of features, often being superior to the appearance-based (visual) trackers.

  • Bayesian network is a form of probabilistic graphical model. It incorporates human reasoning to deal with sparse data availability and to determine the probabilities of uncertain cases. In this research, bayesian network is adopted to model the problem of construction project cost. General information, time, cost, and material, the four main factors dominating the characteristic of construction costs, are incorporated into the model. This research presents verify a model that were conducted to illustrate the functionality and application of a decision support system for predicting the costs. The Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is applied to estimate parameter distributions. Furthermore, it is shown that not all the parameters are normally distributed. In addition, cost estimates based on the Gibbs output is performed. It can enhance the decision the decision-making process.

  • Tissue microarry is one of the high throughput technologies in the post-genomic era. Using tissue microarray, the researchers are able to investigate large amount of gene expressions at the level of DNA, RNA, and protein The important aspect of tissue microarry is its ability to assess a lot of biomarkers which have been used in clinical practice. To manipulate the categorical data of tissue microarray, we applied Bayesian network classifier algorithm. We identified that Bayesian network classifier algorithm could analyze tissue microarray data and integrating prior knowledge about gastric cancer could achieve better performance result. The results showed that relevant integration of prior knowledge promote the prediction accuracy of survival status of the immunohistochemical tissue microarray data of 18 tumor suppressor genes. In conclusion, the application of Bayesian network classifier seemed appropriate for the analysis of the tissue microarray data with clinical information.

  • When the standard inference is to be used with complete data and nonresponse is ignorable, then multiple imputations should be created as repetitions under a Bayesian normal model. Many Bayesian models besides the normal, however, approximately yield the standard inference with complete data and thus many such models can be used to create proper imputations. We consider the Bayesian bootstrap (BB) application.

  • A skill is defined as the special ability to do something well, especially as acquired by learning and practice. To learn a skill, a Bayesian network model for representing the skill is first learned. We will regard the Bayesian network for a skill as an affordance. We propose a soft Behavior Motivation(BM) switch as a method for ordering affordances to accomplish a task. Then, a skill is constructed as a combination of an affordance and a soft BM switch. To demonstrate the validity of our proposed method, some experiments were performed with GENIBO(Pet robot) performing a task using skills of Search-a-target-object, Approach-a-target-object, Push-up-in front of -a-target-object.
