Rapid urbanization occurred a variety of transportation problems. Parking problem is one of the most problems of transportation problem then transportation engineers would get involved in trying to solve parking problem. A way to overcome a variety of parking problems needs preliminary data for conditions of parking but it lacks the preliminary data to do so. Thus this study analyzed a characteristic of a parking through a field survey for parking in Daegu Metropolitan City and Ulsan Metropolitan City. This study analyzed parking turnover, parking use ratio and parking basic unit for characteristic of a parking of each use districts and each cities. This study result reveals difference between the use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic. Thus a close examination for use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic is a prerequisite for a rational parking policy.

The purpose of this study is to examine a unique characteristic of the colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture in the aim of seeking the characteristics and the conceptual meanings of colors found in the majority’s culture. The scope of the basic culture was divided into folk belief, folk game and folk play. Within these limits, the colors of the dress, accessories, instruments were extracted by comparing with the naked eye in NCS Color System. For the analysis of hue and tone, the secondary dimensional analysis using NCS color system and the three-dimensional analysis using the software, COLOR 3D Version 2.0, were done. The result of this investigation is that the colors of the costume in the Korean basic culture are white, gray and black of achromatic color and yellow, yellowish red and purplish blue. This confirms that the colors based on Five-elements color are becoming the basis too basic culture. And Arche-pattern, which is a characteristic commonly found in the Korean traditional society, was shown as a characteristic of color. The colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture are uniquely adopted by the Korean civilians according to their religious and philosophical living standard. This study is meaningful in seeking a root for the formation of their unique color culture.

The purpose of this paper is to study and characterize the flows of characteristic 0. It is shown that the homomorphic image of distal flow of characteristic 0 is a distal flow of characteristic 0. It is also shown that the closure of every orbit in a 0-graphic flow is regular minimal.

The purpose of this paper is to study and characterize the notions of characteristic 0 and weakly almost periodicity in flows. In particular, we give sufficient conditions for the weakly almost periodic flow to be almost periodic.

This paper describes a method for region segmentation and string extractionin documents which are mixed with text, graphic and picture images by the use of the structural characteristic of connceted components. In segmentation of non-text regionas, with connection-characteristic functions which are made by structural characteristic of connected components, segmentation process is progressed. In the string extraction, first we organize basic-unit-region of which vertical and horizontal length are 1/4 of average length of connection components. Second, by merging the basic-unit-regions one other that have smaller values than a given connection intensity threshold. Third, by linking the word blocks with similar block anagles, initial strings are cresed. Finally the whold strings are generated by merging remaining word blocks whose angles are not decided, if their height and prosition are similar to the initial strings. This method can extract strings that are neither horizontal nor of various character sizes. Through computer exteriments with different style documents, we have shown that the feasibility of our method successes.

In general, the coarse classifying procedure splits the values of a continuous characteristic into bands and the values of a discrete characteristic into groups of values. Coarse classifying improves the robustness of the credit scoring system but it is complicate and troublesome procedure. Thus, in this paper, we develop a software for coarse classifying by using Visual Basic Language. By using the developed software, we can find the best split easily. Also, this software will help learners to study credit scoring.

In this paper we study CR-submanifolds of maximal CR-dimension by investigating extrinsic behaviors of integral curves of characteristic vector field on them. Also we consider the notion of ruled CR-submanifold of maximal CR-dimension which is a generalization of that of ruled real hypersurface and find some characterizations of ruled CR-submanifold of maximal CR-dimension concerning extrinsic shapes of integral curves of the characteristic vector field and those of CR-Frenet curves.

본 연구는 마이데이터의 건전한 생태계 조성을 위한 시사점을 제시하기 위해 개인데이터의 활용과 보호라는 양면을 지닌 마이데이터의 기본특성을 법제도 측면에 다룬 기존 연구와는 달리, 문헌조사를 통해 국내외의 마이데이터 서비스와 정부정책에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 마이데이터의 기본특성은 마이데이터 서비스의 수용과 활성화를 위한 촉진요인과 저해요인으로 작용하며, 주요국가의 마이데이터 정책에 있어 추구하는 가치와 지향점을 제시하고 있었다. 이는 앞으로 마이데이터 서비스와 정부정책을 추진하는데 있어 마이데이터의 기본특성을 반영한 보다 균형잡힌 시각이 필요함을 시사한다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 마이데이터의 건전한 생태계를 조성하고 바람직한 정부 정책을 추진하는데 있어 기여하길 기대한다.

Tencel fabric was treated with cellulase and softener. And then Mechanical properties were investigated. Basic characteristic values of clothing wearing were calculated. With the treatment of cellulase and softener treatment, WT, RT, LC, WC, RC of mechanical characteristics were increased, and G, 2HG, 2HG5, B, 2HB were decreased. B/W, $\sqrt[3]{B/W}$, $\sqrt{2HB/W}$, 2HB/B, W/T of Basic characteristic values of clothing wearing were decreased. WC/W, WC/T were increased, Therefore, drapability, crease resistance, pressing softness, air content were improved. In consideration of mechanical characteristics and basic characteristic values of clothing wearing depending on the softener, values of WT, WC/W, WC/T were bigger with the treatment of epoxy and snow softener than with the treatment of cation and blend softener. LC, WC, RC, B/W, $\sqrt[3]{B/W}$, $\sqrt{2HB/W}$, 2HB/B, W/T were bigger with the treatment of cation and blend softener than with the treatment of epoxy and snow softener. Thereofre, with the treatment of epoxy and snow softener, drapability, crease resistance, air content were improved. With the treatment of cation and blend softener, pressing softness were improved.
