Purpose - The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the ordinances of local government in Korea to provide improvement plans for the ordinances of Drone industry. To this end, all Drone ordinances in Korea were reviewed. Design/Methodology/Approach - In this study, literature research methods were mainly used for the analysis. Furthermore, it was based on domestic laws and ordinances of local government, and preceding research data regarding government policies. Findings - Based on the analysis of domestic drone industry ordinances, the enactment of drone industry ordinances by local governments was rapidly increasing. In addition, it was urgent to enact ordinances for the use and support of drones in each region. The implication that it is necessary to subdivide the contents according to the characteristics of each region was drawn. In most of the ordinances, provisions on the basic plan and implementation plan of the drone industry could not be found. It was found that it was necessary to foster an efficient drone industry through the establishment and operation of short-term and long-term plans. Implications were drawn that it is necessary to revitalize the drone industry and expand the drone use industry. Research Implications or Originality - This paper suggest the establish an ordinance for utilizing and supporting Drone industry. Additionally, establishment of suitable ordinance for regional characteristics is needed. In future research, detailed data on Yeongwol's Drone industry based on survey should be derived. Moreover, the development plan and implication for drone industry should be derived through analysis of the survey data.
The -advent of electronic navigation equipment and trustworthy computer which provides people with convenience made the management system by one-man bridge operation or the least people who are needed possible through the integration of communication network with various navigation equipment and related institution. One of the most needed ultra-modem navigation device for a mate, ECDIS is a core equipment for navigation in ENS that notifies peril to mate as well as supervises all tasks in hydrographical chart, voyage planning, course monitoring and voyage recording. We should make coast and ocean voyage planning first, for the secure navigation which is considering the course circumstances and next, for the reduction of voyage dates in economical aspect. There needs a thoughtful consideration about the feature of the ship itself and the course with weather condition in taking up the course and also we have to take into accounts about appropriate distance between ships. Considering the essential conditions of ECDIS the indispensable device in the future, it was developed the basic principle for voyage planning algorithm for officer and programmed to real implementation available. In this paper including most of the requirements in ECDIS performance standard I mentioned about such a basic and a core Principle with real application by using the Visual C++ programming language. The voyage plan includes the function that indicate and modifies all the way points in the course from department port to arrival port with erasing the wrong way points. Also, it provides in a document form that shows ETA at glance in average speed sailing.

This study analyzed the characteristics of the entries at the design competition for the Hoehyeon section of Namsan from a perspective of the Historic Urban Landscape and made suggestions from them. Hoehyeon, located at the foot of Namsan, is the most changing site in the park and Seoul City Wall. Recent excavation of the old city walls of the Joseon Era has uncovered evidence of the Japanese occupation period, making it a site where park facilities in modern and contemporary history coexist. The frame analysis has been made by the concept of the Historic Urban Landscape, the methods of approach, specialists' discussion and the guidelines of the competition. The entries were analyzed by classification of the understanding of the spatiality and cultural diversity, the recognition of the periodic layers of time, and the design implementation, the preservation, the park plan, and the future management plan. From a perspective of an Historic Urban Landscape, this study has found that each entry placed priority on the objects for preservation and suggested creative involvement and comprehensive designs for the preservation and the park plan through the understanding of the spatiality and cultural diversity and the reflection of the periodic layers of time in the designs. This study provided two implications. Firstly, there was a possibility for new recognition and the methods of approach for preservation and development. Secondly, the basic plan for the Historic Landscape should be established through research and mapping for the preservation and management of objects in Seoul having valuable historic variability. Further study for resident participation and the process by network from public to private should be taken. This study looks forward to the consideration of the direction for the design plans of places with historic and cultural value.
The diffusion strategies of wood culture were established using the analytic hierarchy process, to prepare a diffusion plan of wood culture and wood utilization in response to climate change due to global warming. 'Standardization of wood culture', 'Valuation of wood culture', and 'Habituation of wood culture' were set as three major implementation strategies and priorities were evaluated. As a result, it was analyzed in the following order: 'Development of systematic education programs for each age group for rational and efficient use of eco-friendly wood materials and development of wood education standard guidelines linked to the curriculum', 'Preparation of scientific basis data on human compatibility and eco-friendliness of wood to ensure the reliability of wood and wood products', and 'Establishment of monitoring and improvement plan through the designation as a model school'. Through this, it was determined that an educational environment, changes in public attitudes through publicity, and expanding opportunities to use wood and wood products were necessary for wood culture diffusion. The results of this study can be used as basic data to derive the diffusion strategies of wood culture and establish a roadmap and policy implementation strategy to revitalize wood culture.

The purpose of this study was to develop a MOOC design model that would improve the current practice of MOOC development in Korea by specifying easy-to-use course development procedures and guiding strategies. Following Richey and Klein (2007)'s conceptual model development procedure, the first step was to perform critical review of relevant literature and observe typical MOOC development processes. As a result, the initial model was developed. The second step was to conduct the expert review with five educational technology and MOOC researchers to secure the internal validity of the model. Based on the experts' suggestions, the model was revised and once again reviewed by the same experts. This process resulted in the development of the 2nd version of model. The third step was to carry out external validation research in order to test the effectiveness, efficiency, and usability of the model. A basic model may be confirmed or corrected based on examination of its results. Consequently, the model was elaborated as the final model. In the final model, 6 procedural phases and 9 specific steps were included. The six procedural phases are: Analysis (1st Iteration), Design, Development (Course Development), Implementation, Evaluation, and Analysis (2nd Iteration), a slight variation of ADDIE model. The specific steps include: 1) Goal Setting, 2) Environment Analysis, 3) Content Design, 4) Style Design, 5) Course Development, 6) Implementation Plan, 7) Course Implementation, 8) Summative Evaluation, and 9) Need Reflection. The study concluded with suggestions for further research and application of the MOOC design model.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems arising from the actual conditions of the Foodbank, and to implement the HACCP system as a solution in terms of increasing the safety of donated food within the Foodbank. In order to apply HACCP system, the entire Foodbank working process such as preparation, collection, transportation, division, and distribution was considered and analyzed to decide the application point for CCPs. Donated foods mainly consisted of processed foods, raw materials, lunch boxes, and cooked foods from mass catering establishments, which dominated over the others in terms of quantity. Cooked foods were divided into three groups based on menu-types and processing methods. Temperature, pH, and aw were measured on cooked foods, and Total Plate Count, Coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, and E. coli O157:H7 were conducted in order to apply a HACCP plan. From these experiments, temperature, pH, and $a_w$ of donated food were likely contributed to microbial growth. Donated foods before HACCP implementation showed high numbers in terms of total plate count and Coliforms, both well over the acceptable standard levels. By setting the CCPs on maintenance of donated food below $10^{\circ}C$ and using a $75^{\circ}C$ reheating method, microbiological hazard levels were able to be controlled and lowered. From these results, it is concluded that in order to guarantee food safety, foods donated to the Foodbank must not only maintain a reasonable level of initial microbiological growth, but also must be handled properly through time and temperature controls within the Foodbank system. Furthermore, in terms of implementing the HACCP plan within the Foodbank management structure, basic food safety and sanitation measures, such as reheating facilities and various cold chain systems such as refrigerated vehicle for food transportation are importantly needed. The training and education of Foodbank personnel and management in areas such as awareness of hygiene and safe food handling and practice are also required and necessary.
Recently, local governments have recognized river zones as leisure spaces and local festival venues, and hence, the pressure for developing these zones has increased significantly. However, given the unique functionalities of river zones and the time and costs associated with maintaining facilities and restoring damaged areas, a development plan must be selected carefully. To preserve river zones and to facilitate nature-friendly space utilization, this study focused on improving environmental impact assessment (EIA), which is an institutional implementation procedure for project plans. This study prepared a draft guide for EIA by providing an overview of the research background and survey outcomes, including the status of laws and regulations on river zones, development plans, and opinions on EIA. The results showed that because strategic EIA of basic river plans is important for district designation of river zones and the scope and direction of space utilization, it is necessary to establish a more meticulous business plan before reviewing and evaluating the mini EIA linked to the future implementation of a plan to derive a reasonable assessment. Additionally, this study provides a draft guide for EIA to evaluate the suitability of water-friendly facility construction plans considering the location characteristics and to reflect the factors that can reduce the environmental impacts during the mini EIA stage. In the future, we expect that the results of this study will serve as a foundation for establishing instructions and guides for the development of nature-friendly and water-friendly facilities in river zones during the establishment of plans.
Starting with the "Smart Grid National Road Map" in 2010, the Smart Grid 2030 was introduced through the basic plan and implementation plan of the intelligent power grid with the goal of building the world's first national smart grid. In this paper, we intend to build a power domain ontology based on the power business platform based on the upper and lower conceptual models of the "Smart Grid Interoperability Standard Framework and Roadmap", the standard of implementation plan. Ontology is suitable for expressing and utilizing the smart grid conceptual model because it considers hierarchical structure as knowledge defines the properties of entities and relationships between entities, but there is no research related to them. Therefore, in this paper, the upper ontology was defined as a major category for smart grid-related fields, and the lower ontology was defined as detailed systems and functions for the upper ontology to construct the ontology. In addition, scenarios in various situations that could occur in the power system were constructed and significant inference results were derived through inference engines and queries.
