한국 프로야구 선수의 상지 수술 분포 연구 (The Study of Distribution of Upper Extremity Surgery for Korean Baseball Player)

  • Background: The objective of this research is to provide base line data on Korea Baseball rehabilitation treatment by presenting the distribution of upper extremity surgeries according the surgical sites of Korean professional baseball players. Methods: The targets of this research are 561 players from nine Korean baseball clubs. The number of players that have undergone surgery was investigated. In other words, the frequency of shoulder joint surgeries, elbow joint surgeries, and wrist and hand surgeries per each baseball club was investigated. Results: The number of the players who have had surgeries was 151, but among the players, there were some who have had repeated surgeries for which the total number of surgery experience was 162. The result showed that elbow joint surgeries were the most frequently enacted, followed by shoulder joint surgeries, and wrist and hand surgeries. From the nine clubs, Samsung was the club with the highest frequency of surgeries. Conclusions: This research shows that Korean professional baseball players need special training centers with systematic rehabilitation programs. Another conclusion suggests that urgent need for rehabilitation program of upper arm which particularly focused on elbow joint is existing. On the basis of this research, we expect more studies on the specific rehabilitation programs which is categorized by injury areas.

탄력밴드를 이용한 1회성 동체 PNF 스트레칭이 고등학교 야구선수의 피칭속도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of PNF Stretching with Elastic Band on Ball Speed of High School Baseball Players)

  • 본 연구는 고등학교 야구선수를 대상으로 운동 전 탄력밴드를 이용한 1회성 동체 PNF 스트레칭 운동을 통해 동체의 관절가동범위 및 구속변화에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아봄에 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 현재 I 광역시 소재 고등학교 소속 야구선수 11명을 대상으로 동체 PNF 스트레칭을 던지는 팔을 중심으로 전방 및 후방향으로 각 30회 실시한 후 동체 관절가동범위와 구속을 측정하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동체 PNF 스트레칭 운동 후 동체 관절가동범위는 유의한 증가를 보였다. 둘째, PNF 스트레칭 운동 후 최고, 최저 및 평균구속은 유의하게 증가하였다. 셋째, PNF 동체스트레칭 운동 후 선수들의 투구시 힘듦 정도는 유의하게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 야구선수들의 탄력밴드를 이용한 1회성 동체 PNF 스트레칭 운동을 통해 ROM 증가 및 구속증가를 기대할 수 있음을 나타낸다.

다운증후군 아동의 T-ball 스윙 시 근육활동 규명 (Muscle Activity in T-ball Swing with Down Syndrome's Children)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다운증후군 아동들의 T-ball 스윙 중에 작용하는 근육의 활동을 규명하는 것이다. 다운증후군을 가진 남자 아동 5명을 대상으로 T-ball 스윙 중에 중요하게 작용하는 pectoralis major, upper serratus, lat dorsi, anterior deltoid, rhomboids, infraspinatus, posterior deltoid의 근육활동을 노락슨 8채널 무선 근전도 측정시스템을 사용하여 시작-백스윙, 백스윙-임팩트, 임팩트-팔로스루 구간으로 나누어 분석하였다. 다운증후군 아동들은 정상아동 및 성인선수들보다 시작-백스윙 구간 및 백스윙-임팩트 구간에서 오른쪽 및 왼쪽 상체 부위의 근육활동이 더 두드러지게 나타났다. 반면에 임팩트-팔로스루 구간에서는 정상아동 및 성인선수들에 비해 더 적은 근육활동이 나타났다. 특히 임팩트 후 팔로스루 구간에서 어깨 수평 내전근인 pectoralis major와 견갑골 외전 및 상방 회전근인 upper serratus 근육의 활동 강화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

체간 신전근 강화훈련이 청소년기 야구선수의 상지 근수행력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Trunk Extension Strengthening Exercise on Muscle Performance of Upper Limb in Adolescent Baseball Player)

  • The purpose of this dissertation was to analyze the effect of trunk extension strengthening exercise on muscle performance of the upper limb in adolescent baseball player. The twenty people were studied : experimental group(10), comparative group(10). The experimental group has done trunk extension strengthening exercise for 8 weeks. The study analyzes isometric maximal strength of shoulder internal rotation. shoulder external rotation, elbow flexion, elbow extension, forearm pronation, forearm supination and ball speed. All of subjects were tested for 3 times ; pre, mid, post. The results were as follows; 1. Maximal isometric strength of upper limb, during trunk extension strengthening exercise in experimental group, shoulder internal rotation and external rotation showed it has slightly increased and comparative group showed it has no change, but not significant elbow flexion and extension significantly(p<0.05) increased after exercise either for 4 or 8 weeks compared with that of control group. Forearm pronation showed not significantly changed in both group, but significantly different between group either for 4 or 8 weeks. Forearm supination, significantly((p<0.05) increased after 8 weeks in experimental group. 2. Ball speed showed slightly increased but not significantly in experimental group. These results it may expect improvement of upper limb muscle performance of upper limb in adolescent baseball player. However, in case of shoulder a point of view of bunk extension strengthening exercise of this study hasn't a significant influence. More experimental studies are needs, hereafter which will use more experimental subjects and various methods of exercise and new application of treatment term to define significant change.

The Effect of Coordinative Locomotor Training Using Elastic Bands on the Flexibility and Body Alignment of Elementary School Right-Handed Baseball Players

  • Purpose: This study sought to identify the effects of coordinative locomotor training (CLT) using elastic bands on the flexibility and body alignment of right-handed baseball players in elementary school. Methods: The subjects were 20 instructed right-handed baseball players in elementary school. They were classified into the experimental group with 10 players (n=10) to be given coordinative locomotor training using elastic bands and the control group with 10 players (n=10). Flexibility was measured by the sit and reach exercise. Body alignment was measured using formetric 4D method to measure the trunk imbalance angle (TI), trunk torsion angle (TT), pelvic tilt angle (PTi), pelvic torsion angle (PTo), pelvic rotation angle (PR), kyphotic angle (Ky), and lordotic angle (Lo). Results: There was a significant increase in the flexibility within the experimental group (p<0.05). after the intervention. There was also a significant increase in the difference between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.05). There was a significant decrease in PR during body alignment in the experimental group after intervention (p<0.05). An analysis of the differences between groups showed a significant decrease in the PR of the experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings show that coordinative locomotor training using elastic bands would be effective for enhancing the flexibility and pelvic rotation of elementary school right-handed baseball players.

초등학교 야구선수들의 우세손에 따른 족저압과 신체 정렬간의 상관관계 분석 (Correlation Analysis between Plantar Pressure and Body Alignment According to the Dominant Hand of Elementary School Baseball Players)

  • PURPOSE: This study analyzed the correlation between the plantar pressure and body alignment according to the dominant hand of elementary school baseball players. METHODS: The subjects consisted of 32 elementary school baseball players. The 32 players were classified in the right-hand dominant group (Rt. Group, n = 22) and left-hand dominant group (Lt. group, n = 10). The plantar pressure was measured using a pedoscan to determine the maximum pressure and pressure distribution. The body alignment was measured using a fometric 4D to measure the trunk imbalance angle (TI), pelvic tilt angle (PTi), pelvic torsion angle (PTo), pelvis rotation angle (PR), kyphotic angle (Ky), lordotic angle (Lo), and trunk torsion angle (TT). RESULTS: Participants showed correlations in the Rt. group, according to the left maximum pressure, Lo (r = .592, p < .05), and TT (r = .514, p < .05); according to the right maximum pressure, PR (r = .539, p < .05), and Lo (r = .503, p < .05). In the left pressure distribution, the PR (r = -.521, p < .05) showed a negative correlation. In the Lt. group, the PT (r = -.591, p < .05) showed a negative correlation in the left pressure distribution. CONCLUSION: These results can be used as basic data for a body analysis study of elementary school baseball players in the future.

효율성 분석을 이용한 한국프로야구 선수 영입 (Recruiting method for Korean Baseball using Efficiency Ananalze)

  • 한국프로야구의 관심과 사랑이 늘어나고 있는 시점에서 효과적인 영입 방법의 필요성이 대두대고 있다. 기존의 영입 방법은 전문가의 평가에 따라 각 팀의 선수를 영입 하는 방식이었다. 하지만 기존 방법은 선수의 객관적인 평가보단 학연, 지연의 주관적인 평가도 많이 반영되기 때문에 효율적인 영입 방법이라 할 수 없다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 효율성 분석을 통해 각 팀의 선수들의 프로야구 전체 효율성과 팀별 효율성을 분석하여 각 선수의 효율성을 분석하고 분석된 효율성을 기반으로 선수의 영입 방법에 대해서 논의한다. 마지막으로 실험을 통해 영입 된 선수의 실제 처분에 대해서 확인하여 실험의 타당성을 입증한다.

케틀벨 훈련이 중학교 야구선수의 기능적 움직임(Functional Movememt Screen)과 균형성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Kettlebell Training on Functional Movement Screen and Balance in Middle School Baseball Players)

  • 이 연구는 중학교 야구선수를 대상으로 8주간의 케틀벨 훈련이 기능적 움직임 및 균형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 중학교 야구선수 14명을 케틀벨 집단(n=8), 통제 집단(n=6)으로 무작위 배정한 후 케틀벨 훈련을 주 2회, 60분간 실시하였다. 그리고, 훈련 전과 8주 훈련 후 FMS, Y-밸런스 테스트 및 스마트 슈즈를 이용하여 정적, 동적 균형성을 검사하였다. 케틀벨 훈련 효과를 검증하기 위해 반복이원변량분석을 실시하였고, 시기와 집단 간 상호작용이 있을 경우 집단 별로 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, FMS 점수는 IL(Inline Lunge)과 FMS 총점(TS)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, FMS의 다른 변인에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. YBT 점수는 왼쪽 AT를 제외한 모든 YBT변인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 Smart shoes를 이용한 균형성 검사에서는 모든 변인에서 집단과 시기 간 유의한 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 중학교 야구선수의 케틀벨 훈련 적용은 기능적 움직임과 기능적 균형성과 관련된 FMS 및 YBT 점수에는 효과가 있었지만, 족압분포로 평가하는 Smart Shoes를 사용한 정적/동적 균형성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과들은 중학교 야구선수의 훈련 프로그램 작성에 필요한 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The Effects of Coordinative Locomotor Training on the Body Alignment in High School Baseball Players

  • 본 연구는 고등학교 야구선수들의 신체 정렬을 증진 시키는 방법으로 협응이동훈련의 효과를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 실험군 20명을 대상으로 협응이동훈련을 4주간 주 5회 40분 적용하였다. 신체 정렬은 포메트릭으로 측정하였고, 신체 정렬을 나타내는 변수로는 앞·뒤 몸통 기울기 각, 좌·우 몸통 기울기 각, 골반 기울기 각, 골반 비틀림 각, 등뼈 후만각, 허리 전만각 등이 있다. 협응이동훈련을 고등학교 야구선수에게 적용한 후 측정 결과는 실험군에서 등뼈 후만각, 허리 전만각에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 위의 결과로 보아 협응이동훈련이 고등학교 야구선수의 신체 정렬에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고등학교 야구선수의 신체 불균형을 예방하는 데 있어서 협응이동훈련이 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

상지 패턴을 결합한 어깨 복합체 안정화 운동이 초등학교 야구선수들의 제구력과 구속에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Shoulder Complex Stabilization Exercise Combined with Upper Extremity Patterns on Ball Control and Ball Speed in Elementary School Baseball Players)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine how a shoulder complex stabilization exercise affects ball control and ball speed in elementary school baseball players with an instable scapula. Methods: The subjects of the study were 16 baseball players attending S elementary school in Kwangju Metropolitan City. A shoulder complex stabilization exercise was conducted three times per week for one hour for four weeks. Then, the participants were divided into a scapular instability group or stability group based on their lateral scapular slide test scores. The measurement tool was measured using the target, the ball speed tester (PR1000-BC). All inspections were measured before and after the mediation period to examine the change in the subjects according to the mediation period. Results: As a result of measuring ball control, there was a statistically significant difference in the variation over time (p < 0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the interaction between time and group (p > 0.05). As a result of the test of effectiveness between subjects, there was no statistically significant difference found among the groups (p > 0.05). In terms of ball speed, there was no statistically significant difference found in the variation over time (p > 0.05) as well as in the interaction between time and group (p > 0.05). In terms of the effectiveness between subjects, there was no statistically significant difference found among the groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: It was found that the shoulder complex stabilization exercise could improve ball control for elementary school baseball players. It is believed that this will help prevent and solve possible sport damages experienced during training or competitions, thereby helping athletes use training methods to improve their exercise capacity and continue their careers.
