In a wireless multicasting when a mobile host moves to the new bate station being in the same multicast group it needs to exchange information about data delivery between base stations to receive data from the new base station at once. However it is inefficient to use the existence schemes because it takes too much time to exchange information and many overheads. The next, a mobile host moving to the base station not being in the same multicast group, the old base station will pre-forward data to neighboring base stations to avoid transmission delay. However, if other mobile hosts move at short interval, the old base station may retransmit the same data to the same neighboring base stations. In this paper we proposed called Information Exchange Scheme (IES). In IES in the same multicast grope the base stations exchange information locally so it takes the minimum time and overheads to use IES. Also in IES the neighboring base stations delay to delete data for continuous moving of other MHs. We also present how our scheme is efficient by producing cost ad simulating.
It soaks but 2001 July information communication base step law enforcement and the Enforcement Ordinance are published to follow, in order to support the establishment of evaluation and protective measure in order the vulnerability analysis against the facility of the agency which manages an important information communication base hour opinion to designate information protection specialty enterprise. As information protection specialty enterprise being revealed evacuation laboratory back 12 enterprises from information communication department become designation as the consulting enterprise and they do an enterprise activity actively. It follows in diffusion of the IT and information reconciliation level the other side where our country belongs in the world-wide first group, the research against the disfunction plan of preparation comparison the fact that law it is come negligently all actuality. The network as it will give management coat fatal effect even at obstacle occurrence hour of instant for of case and IT facility of the cyber transactions which leads, in the future there to be to corporate management, there is a possibility the stable civil official of information Facilities for communications very seeing in the portion which is important. Present condition and important propulsion contents of information communication base step law enforcement after, against a vulnerability analysis of information protection relation field and evaluation consulting methodological application situation to sleep it researches from the dissertation which it sees consequently and it does.

In this paper, we studied on the optimization of the output power of Mobile WiMAX (IEEE 802.16) base station considering the technical condition of base station and wireless channel condition. The optimum power of base station can be estimated based on the link budget calculation of downlink and uplink in the Mobile WiMAX communication system. We investigated the optimum output power of base station in the case of 2Tx-2Rx base station with $2{\times}2$ MIMO(multiple input multiple output) technology, 2Tx-4Rx base station with improved receiver sensitivity, and 4Tx-4Rx base station with beamforming technology.

Network performance is degraded when the UE is disconnected because the outage occurs at the base station in a mobile communication system. Therefore it is important to detect and recover the outage. In this paper, detecting the outage base station by using the KPI and the network scanning in the neighbor base station, and increasing the transmit power and changing the frequency band to recovery the outage scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme uses not only the KPI of the base station but also the network scanning of the neighbor base stations to detect the outage base station, so that it is possible to detect the outage base station more accurately. In addition, when the outage occurred, the neighbor base station changes the transmit power and frequency band to recover the outage with less signal interference.
In this paper, we investigate the optimal base position and joint configuration of a planar wheeled mobile manipulator in terms of manipulability measure. Taking into account the level of coordination between a manipulator and a platform, both local and global optimization problems are considered. First, based on the kinematic models of a mobile manipulator, the manipulability measures are expressed along with the analysis of the configurational dependency. Second, the geometric symmetry of a mobile manipulator in view of manipulability measure is analyzed, and for some base positions, the best and worst joint configurations are determined, Third, with reverence to the maximum, minimum, and average manipulability measures, the optimal base positions are determined, and the percent improvements due to the base relocation are discussed considering the relative scales among the platform size, the wheel radius, and the link length.
Recently, object-oriented concepts and technology are on the leading edge of programming language and database systems research, and their usefulness in those contexts has been successfully demonstrated. The adoption of object-oriented concept to the design of model bases has several benefits. From the perspectives of object-oriented approach, models in a model base are viewed as object which encapsulate their states and behaviors. This paper focuses on the design of an object-oriented model base that handles various resources of DSS(data, knowledge, models, solvers) in a unified fashion. For the design of a model base, we adopted Object Modeling Techniques(OMT). An object model of OMT can be used for the conceptual design of an overall model base schema. The object model of OMT provides several advantages over the conventional approaches in model base design. The main advantage are model reuse, hierarchical model construction, model sharing, meta-modeling, and unified model object management.

This paper proposed An auto fuzzy rule-base extraction method using genetic algorithm. The suggested method is an auto fuzzy rule-base extration method neither expert advise fuzzy rule-base nor trial and error fuzzy rule-base. In order to confirm the validity of proposed method, we have applicated dc motor control and confirmed effective.
The rapid growth of mobile communication technology has provided the expansion of mobile internet services, particularly mobile realtime transaction takes much weight among mobile fields. There is an increasing demand for various mobile applications to process transactions in a mobile computing fields. Thus, During transmission in wireless networks a base station failure inevitably causes data loss of the base station buffer. It is required to compensate the loss for communication. The existing methods for a base station failure are not adequate because they all suffer from too much overhead and resolve only the link failure. In this paper, we study an efficient recovry systems for a mobile DBMS. We propose SLL (Segment Log List) that enables the mobile host to compensate data loss efficiently in the case of base station failure. In SLL, a base station deliveries an output information of data cells to a mobile host. when a base station fails, the mobile host can retransmit just next data cells. We also prove the efficiency of new method.

The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of the flexibility of HDD base plates on spindle vibration via theoretical predictions and experimental measurements. The flexibility of the base plate can significantly affect HDD spindle vibration. This is the most prominent feature in 2.5 inch HDD. Nevertheless, theoretical analysis of the spindle vibration often neglects the flexibility of the non-rotating part including spindle, base plate, and top cover. Our theoretical model developed in University of Washington can include the flexibilities of spindle and base plate. As a result, our theoretical prediction generally agrees well with our experimental measurements in vibration analysis. Moreover, because of its small form factor, industrial practice is to use flanged disks instead of regular disks in vibration testing of prototypes. Our experimental measurements indicate that flanged disks and regular disks have very different behavior when the frequency is above 1 KHz.

One of the problems with the base station equipment is that there is a large difference between the replacement time of the hardware equipment such as the base station equipment and the radio access equipment, and the evolution period of the communication standard. Therefore, the base station communication platform must be flexible enough to handle the evolving communication standards after purchase. Recent research on reconfigurable communications platforms has focused on the efficient architecture of the communications platform to meet these requirements through software downloads while still using existing hardware. This paper presents a prototype of a base station communications platform based on the ETSI standard reconfigurable architecture. The communication platform presented in this paper is implemented as an ETSI standard reconfigurable architecture using a general-purpose DSP (Digital Signal Processor). In the implemented prototype, we verify the real-time feasibility of communication protocol updates through software reconfiguration.
