관찰학습에서의 반두라 대리강화에 대한 기독교교육적 함의 (The Implication of Bandura's Vicarious Reinforcement in Observational Learning for Christian Education)

  • 이 논문은 관찰학습에서 나타나고 있는 반두라의 대리강화에 대한 이론과 효과들을 살펴보고, 그 개념을 기독교교육에서 행해지고 있는 영적 롤 모델링 전략에 적용한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 반두라가 소개하고 있는 대리강화란 무엇이며, 관찰학습에서 대리강화가 어떻게 발생하는가 그리고 대리강화가 관찰자의 행동 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 살펴보았다. 특별히 반두라는 관찰학습과 모방 혹은 반모방 행동 안에서 일어나는 학습과정에 대하여 개념화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 반두라는 관찰학습에서 일어나는 대리강화의 과정을 4단계(집중, 기억, 행동재생, 그리고 동기화)로 분류하여 설명한다. 그뿐만이 아니라. 대리강화의 효과에 대해 3가지(관찰학습효과, 억제-탈억제효과, 유발효과)를 제시하였다. 이러한 반두라의 대리강화 이론과 그 효과를 바탕으로 하여 기독교교육에서 논의되고 있는 예수님 닮아가기 혹은 제자훈련 안에서의 영적 롤 모델링 전략을 재평가했다. 특별히 성경에서 사용하고 있는 모방에 대한 개념을 반두라의 대리강화 이론과 비교하면서 재해석하였고, 사도 바울이 제시하고 있는 영적 롤 모델의 역할을 대리강화의 효과라는 차원에서 재점검했다. 그 결과 2가지 차원에서의 영적 롤 모델 전략을 발견하였다. 즉 바울의 영적 롤 모델 역할은 긍정적인 차원에서 대리강화로써 신자로 하여금 기대되는 행동을 실행할 수 있도록 도와주는 하나의 본보기가 된다. 반면에 바울의 명령은 신자들에게 명확한 탈억제 효과를 불러일으키는 부정적인 차원에서의 대리강화로 사용되고 있음을 발견하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 관찰학습에 대한 연구들과 성경적 영적 롤 모델링 전략을 서로 연관시킴으로써 반두라의 대리강화가 기독교교육에 미칠 가능성을 함의하였다.

  • The two objectives of this study were 1) to develop an educational program based on the Self-Efficacy Theory(SET) of Bandura, and 2) to investigate the effects of the educational program on the management of menopause. The investigation process of this study was done in two phases. The first phase was to development an educational program through video tape. A telephone coaching program served as a follow-up to the educational video program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The second phase was the experimental stage. This experimentation was conducted to determine whether an educational program based on theory of Bandura would increase self-efficacy and management of menopause. Results : The developed video consisted of 2 parts. Part one discussed symtoms and management of menopause. Part two reflected the vicarious step-by-step success of middle-aged women's of menopause through the effective use of the 5 factors mentioned above. Telephone coaching program served as a followed to the educational video program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. Total length of video is 32 minutes. Hypothesis stated in phase two were supported by the following result. Experimental group increased general-self-efficacy scores. Experimental group increased concrete-self-efficacy scores. Experimental group increased objective and subjective management of menopause scale.

  • The Study of the Development of Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program and it's Effect for Cervical Spinal Cord Injury Patients. This study was conducted to develop on Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program (EEPP) based on the Self-Efficacy Theory of Bandura for Cervical Spinal Cord Injury Patient(CSCIP), and invesgated it's effects. The research process of this study was done in three phases. The first phase was an analysis of the patient's life experience. The second phase was to develop an Efficacy Expectation Promoting VTR Tape Program(EEPP) that reflected the life experience of the CSCIPS. EEPP was composed Performance Accomplishment and Vicarious Experience with a home visitation program based on Verbal Persuation, which are all induction modes of efficacy expectation of Bandura. The third phase was an experimental stage. The experimental design was an AB Single Experimental Design. Research subjects were three CSCIPs (cervical area 5-7). The data was collected from 24th June to 22th Oct, 1995. The result of the experimentation showed great increase self-efficacy score, subject self-care score, all competence of daily living score, and social activities. In conclusion, it was found that an EEPP is an effective home nursing intervention technique for rehabilitation of CSCIPs.

  • Struggle refers to the process of overcoming various difficulties for a goal. The spirit of struggle is a positive attitude and reaction reflected in the process of struggle. Cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students is the call of the new era. In essence, the cultivation of the spirit of struggle is a process of learning, which is in line with Bandura's Observation Learning Theory(Bandura, 1977):Attention, Maintenance, Reproduction and Motivation. The cultivation of College Students' spirit of struggle in the new era is also a learning process of enriched experience. It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of struggle into the soul of college students and make it become a habit of students. Moreover, it is crucial to carry out adaptive transformation of Bandura's observation learning theory. By studying the mechanism of the spirit of struggle of college students, taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as a means, and aiming at cultivating the connotation of President Xi's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, this paper constructs the AIST model for cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era. This model includes online learning acceptance platform(Acceptance), classroom experience stimulation platform(Inspiration), iterative training solidified platform (Solidification), and competition practice transfer platform(Transfer). The purpose of this model is to provide a practical way for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors. The number of students using the online learning acceptance platform ranked the first among that of the similar courses in China; The classroom experience stimulation platform and the iterative training solidified platform support each other, with an effective rate of 97%; The competition practice transfer platform has realized the continuous growth of the number of awards won in competitions for three years. The direction of future efforts is to establish the external mechanism of the spirit of struggle, to ensure the effectiveness of classroom experience and iterative training, to cultivate teachers with coaching skills, and to accurately measure the transformation point of external and endogenous motivation.

효능기대증진 프로그램을 적용한 운동요법 프로토콜 개발 - 제 2 형 당뇨병 환자를 중심으로 - (The Development of Exercise Therapy Protocol Applied to an Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients)

  • Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients have chronic metabolic disorder and they need self care for their lifetime. But most Diabetes Mellitus patients don't know how to do a self care due to the lack of adequate support from health care professionals. It has been reported that lack of exercise therapy compliance guide is very important one. This study was conducted to develop an exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program based on Bandura's self efficacy model for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. Firstly, a conceptual framework was developed through efficacy expectation promoting Program based on Bandura's self efficacy model. In order to identify the contents of program and to design a preliminary protocol, a with the consultation experts was made. A clinical validity was tested using twenty type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients who received follow-up care regularly through the diabetic out-patient clinic from October, 1998 to May, 2000. After this process, the final protocol was developed. The results of this study are summarized as bellows : The final exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients consists of individualized exercise test and prescription, a small booklet relating personal experience with Diabetes Mellitus and a telephone coaching program for 12 weeks on performance accomplishment, vicarious experience and verbal persuasion, which are all induction modes of efficacy expectation. It is concluded that the exercise therapy protocol applied to an efficacy expectation promoting program is applicable to type 2 diabetes mellitus. And this exercise therapy protocol could show a positive effect on the exercise compliance of Diabetes Mellitus patients.

사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동 경험과 진로결정수준 간의 관계 : 자기효능감과 공동체의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Volunteer Experience and Career Decision Level of University Students Majoring in Social Welfare : The Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy and Community Consciousness)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동경험과 진로결정수준 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 공동체의식이 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Keumboltz의 사회학습이론과 Bandura의 사회인지 이론을 바탕으로 한 사회인지 진로이론을 근거로 하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 충청북도 소재 4년제 3개 대학의 사회복지전공 학생 260명을 할당표집하여 2019년 9월부터 10월까지 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회복지전공 대학생들의 자원봉사활동 경험은 진로결정수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며 이들 관계에서 자기효능감과 공동체의식은 부분매개 효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 사회복지전공 대학생들의 진로결정수준 향상을 위한 개입과 후속연구를 위한 방안을 논의하였다.

택시 운전자들을 위한 스마트폰 앱 기반 걷기운동 프로그램 개발 및 효과: Bandura의 자기효능이론을 중심으로 (Development and Effects of Smartphone App-Based Walking Exercise Program for Taxi Drivers: Based on Bandura's Self Efficacy Theory)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of smart-phone app-based walking exercise programs for taxi drivers on self-efficacy and outcome expectations for exercise, health-related quality of life, walking as an exercise, and physiological indexes. Methods: A nonequivalent control group with a pre-post-test design was used. The subjects were recruited in G metropolitan city. Subjects were assigned to the experimental (n=31) or control groups (n=30). The smart phone app-based walking exercise program consisted of educations via the app, twelve short message services, and one individual telephone counseling session, which was spread over 12 weeks. Results: Self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and health-related quality of life had significantly higher pre-post test differences in scores in the experimental group. Additionally, blood pressure, body mass index, and waist circumference had significantly decreased prepost-test difference levels in the experimental group. Walking as an exercise (which consisted of days walked, number of steps walked, and amount of time walked) had significantly increased in the experimental group after 7~12 weeks in the period following the intervention program rather than 1~6 weeks after the program. Conclusion: The smart phone app-based walking exercise program based on the self-efficacy theory demonstrates a significant effect on improving self-efficacy, outcome expectations physical activities, and health-related quality of life for taxi drivers. Therefore, it is recommended to actively use the program as a tool to promote self-efficacy, physical activities, and health behaviors in taxi drivers.

유방자가검진을 위한 효능기대 증진 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (The Study on the Development of Self Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program and It's Effect for Breast Self Examination)

  • Breast self-exam is easiest, safe and cost effective to be recommended as an important method for early detection of breast cancer. This experimental research with non-equal control design was to develop the efficacy expectation program for breast self-exam based on Bandura's self-efficacy information source. The study objects selected from two local churches in Busan. Twenty from S church were selected as a study group, twenty from D church as a control group. Efficacy expectation promoting program was based on Bandura's efficacy promoting source and was two hour lecture including slide, video tape, demonstration, pamphlet. After this, there were individual interviews with them and consultations through telephone f or verbal persuasion on the weekly basis between the first week and the fifth week. The effect from the experiment were measured on the first week after education and on the fifth week. Data from control group was collected during the period from Jan 11, 2 001 to Feb 15, 2001 and data from study group was collected during the period from Jan 12, 2001 to Feb 16, 2001. Measurement instrument for this study was developed by the author with the advice of specialist in order to measure self-efficacy and breast self-exam practice. Data analysis was done by using SPSS/10.0 PC program $with^2-$ test. t-test and ANCOVA. Proved results for hypothesis were as follows. 1) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rat e of self-efficacy than control group." (1 week after education F=18.395, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) 2) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rate of exam practice than control group." (1 week after education F=37.984, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) In conclusion, efficacy expectation promoting program for breast self-exam developed by this study may increase s elf-efficacy and breast self-exam practice.

정보문해 자기효능감 척도의 적용을 위한 탐색적 연구 (Exploring the Dimensions of Self Efficacy Scale for Information Literacy)

  • 자기효능감 개념은 Bandura가 이론화한 이후에 교육, 심리, 경영 등의 분야에서 활발하게 적용되어 왔으며 이를 구체적으로 측정하고자 하는 노력은 관련된 척도의 개발로 나타났다. 하지만 일반적인 자기효능감 척도는 문헌정보학 영역의 상황을 반영하지 못한 점이 있어 정보문해 상황에서의 자기효능감을 보다 잘 표현하고 측정할 수 있는 도구의 개발이 요구되어 왔다. 본 연구는 기존에 유일하게 제시된 척도인 터키의 연구자 Kurbanoglu의 ILSES 척도를 평가하였다. 7개 구성 요소 아래 40문항으로 만들어진 ILSES 척도를 검증하기 위해 400명이 넘는 서울 시내 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 시행하였고 신뢰성 분석과 요인분석을 통해 척도를 평가하였다. 분석의 결과 ILSES 항목들은 비교적 높은 내적 신뢰도를 보인 반면 Kurbanoglu의 연구에서 도출된 요인과 상당히 다른 요인이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 6개의 정보문해 자기효능감 요인은 우리나라 대학생들의 정보탐색 및 이용의 독특한 경향을 보여주는 요소들이 포함되어 있다. 한편 도출된 여섯 개의 요소에 대해 문헌정보학 전공자와 비전공자, 저학년과 고학년 사이에서 자기효능감 평균값의 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The first phase was to development an efficacy expectation promoting program through video tape. A telephone coaching program served as a follow-up to the efficacy expectation promoting program which provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The second phase was the experimental stage. This experimentation was conducted to determine whether an efficacy expectation promoting program based on theory of Bandura would increase the self-efficacy and the management of menopause. Results : The video which we developed consisted of 2 parts. Part one discussed the symptoms and the management of menopause. Part two reflected the vicarious step-by-step success of middle-aged women's menopause management. The telephone coaching program served as a follow up to the efficacy expectation promoting program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The total length of the video is 50 minutes. The hypotheses stated in phase two were supported by following results : In the two experimental groups consisting of the natural and artificial menopause groups both demonstrated significant increase in their general and concrete self-efficacy scores. In the experimental groups, both the objective and subjective menopause management scores increased n the natural and artificial menopause experimental groups. In conclusion, it was found that an efficacy expectation promoting program was an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and management of menopause.
