Based on the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) theory, this paper realizes an easier SVPWM strategy, which is equivalently implemented by CBSPWM with zero-sequence voltage injection. The traditional SVPWM strategy has no effect on controlling the neutral-point voltage balance. In order to solve the neutral-point voltage unbalance problem for neutral-point-clamped (NPC) three-level inverters, this paper proposes a neutral-point voltage balance controller. The proposed controller realizes controlling the neutral-point voltage balance by dynamically calculating the offset superimposed to the three-phase modulation waves of an equivalent SVPWM strategy. Compared with the traditional SVPWM strategy, the proposed neutral-point voltage balance controller has a strong ability to balance the neutral-point voltage, has good steady-state performance, improves the output waveforms quality and is easy for digital implementation. An experiment has been carried out on a NPC three-level inverter prototype based on a digital signal processor-complex programmable logic device (DSP-CPLD). The obtained experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed neutral-point voltage balance controller.

This study aims at the observation of the Real in the Post-Lacanian theory. It is focused on two questions as ideology and fantasy. On this basis Slavoj $\v{Z}i\v{z}ek$ has rearticulated the theory of ideology by reexamining Althusser's version of it critically. The ideology is the logic of fantasy based on the foreclosure. And the ethical act of identifying with the symptom is absolutely called for in order to radically rearticulate it. The really key element in the concept is now found to be Lacanian object a, the symptom as jouissance. In additional, the two part of the study, far from belonging to two different domains, that of political analysis and artistic analysis, relate to each other like the two surfaces of a Moebius band. Finally, the role of the Lacanian real is radically ambiguous: true, it erupts in, the form of a traumatic return, derailing the balance of the Order, but it serves at the same time as a support of this very balance. The real functions here not as something that resists symbolization, as a meaningless leftover that can not be integrated into the symbolic universe, but on the contrary, as its last support.

To efficiently reduce on-grid energy consumption, the admission control algorithm in the hybrid energy powered cellular network (HybE-Net) with base stations (BSs) powered by on-grid energy and solar energy is studied. In HybE-Net, the fluctuation of solar energy harvesting and energy consumption may result in the imbalance of solar energy utilization among BSs, i.e., some BSs may be surplus in solar energy, while others may maintain operation with on-grid energy supply. Obviously, it makes solar energy not completely useable, and on-grid energy cannot be reduced at capacity. Thus, how to control user admission to improve solar energy utilization and to reduce on-grid energy consumption is a great challenge. Motivated by this, we first model the energy flow behavior by using stochastic queue model, and dynamic energy characteristics are analyzed mathematically. Then, fuzzy logic based admission control algorithm is proposed, which comprehensively considers admission judgment parameters, e.g., transmission rate, bandwidth, energy state of BSs. Moreover, the index of solar energy utilization balancing is proposed to improve the balance of energy utilization among different BSs in the proposed algorithm. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs excellently in improving solar energy utilization and reducing on-grid energy consumption of the HybE-Net.

This study investigated the impact of advertising of socially controversial products on its endorsers and products, and the role of media in moderating the results. Using the source credibility model with 174 survey samples, advertising of controversial products as a form of product placement (PPL) was found to have negative impact on consumers' attitude toward the endorsers. The results also confirmed that the moderating effect of media credibility on consumers when developing perceptions toward the endorsers. The results suggest marketing managers to use endorsers with careful consideration in designing advertising messages for socially controversial products, especially when delivered as a product placement on television.

Purpose - The corporate culture's energy is recognized to go through the company and facilitate a new balance to realize success, which means that the culture in an environment of various organizations affects the performance of its employees. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology - The current research conducted a qualitative content analysis. The primary research approach applied by qualitative content analysis is an inductive methodology, and this approach is a type of reasoning that seeks the application of logic, which later helps develop a theory that will guide the future research. Result - Research findings of the present study indicated that five solutions to the problems encountered through the execution of culture are attached to how effective the organizational culture are when workers execute. Thus, culture is realized to boost structure, because the structure of an organization elevates the behavior of the organization. Conclusion - Workers will be aware of both the negative and positive implications of executing culture in the organization. Therefore, organization managers must learn that various employees are vital people in their vicinity, and creating a culture that would make a good rapport with them is vital.

Jang Hyeon-gwang(張顯光, 1554-1637), whose pseudonym or courtesy name is 'Yeoheon(旅軒)', had made a thorough study on the intrinsic nature of Neo-Confucianism in a more sincere fashion, when comparing him with other Neo-Confucianists in Joseon period. Also he was a renowned scholar who expanded its philosophical system in-depth. Yeoheon thereby had strengthened his philosophical system accordant with the Great Learning(大學) and Doctrine of the Mean(中庸), which are the fundamental systems of Neo-Confucianistic education. Based on such considerations, Yeoheon's thought on education can be illuminated from three different perspectives. First, Yeoheon deepened his a theory of good governance by a virtuous ruler(聖人君主論, pronounced, 'Seongingunjuron') as the standard of education. Essentially, his theory pursues Refraining from desire, and preserving the laws of nature(存天理?人欲, pronounced, 'Joncheolliarinnyok'), and put emphasis on ethical awakening, and the governance through a virtue of moral excellence. Second, Yeoheon stressed the learning theories related to 'sincerity' or true heart(誠) and 'piety' or 'respect'(敬)) as the form of education(誠敬, pronounced, 'Seonggyeong'). Also he expounded that people needs "to establish a ground of Respect and Sincerity in their mind." He recognized the differences between the two virtues, meanwhile, however, he understood it as in an identical context. Third, Yeoheon advocated harmony between separation and integration(分合, pronounced, 'Bunhap') as a method for education. Through his unique 'Discourse on Longitude and Latitude', dubbed, 'Li-Gi Gyeongwiseol (理氣經緯說) in which the principle(Li, 理) is equal to the intrinsic energy or material force(Gi, 氣), he maintained his view on the Doctrine of the Mean, in that he was not inclined to either sides according to the logic of Change(易, pronounced 'Yeok'). When reviewing Yeoheon's contemplation in education in the meaning of modern education, he laid the standards for education on the establishment of morality, and he also provides us with an idea which induces us to look through the form and method for education from the perspective of Doctrine of the Mean. In short, Yeoheon's view on education embodies wisdom of traditional Neo-Confucianistic Education having consistency, and it provides for an implication of the review of the importance of the balance in relation to methodological bias toward confusion in the standards for modern education, and unsystematic contents therein.
