Baek-kimchi (whitish baechu kimchi) was evaluated for anti-obesity properties and effects on triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol in blood and adipose tissues in rats fed a high fat (20 %) diet, and compared to the similar effects of baechu kimchi. Baek-kimchi does not use red pepper powder but contains higher levels of sliced radish and pear than baechu kimchi. SD rats were raised for four weeks on either a normal diet (ND, based on the AIN-93M diet), high fat diet (HFD, supplemented with 16% lard oil in the ND), or HFD containing 5 % baek-kimchi or 5 % baechu kimchi. Feed consumption was not different among the groups, but weight gains were significantly lower in the groups fed either the normal diet or HFD with baek-kimchi or baechu kimchi diets than the group fed HFD alone. The weights of liver and epididymal and perirenal fat pads in baek-kimchi and baechu kimchi diet groups were lower than those of the HFD groups, but the baek-kimchi diet group had lower epididymal and perirenal fat pad weights than the baechu kimchi diet group (p<0.05). The baechu kimchi dietary group also had significantly lower triglyceride and cholesterol contents in liver and epididymal and perirenal fat, reversing the higher levels seen in HFD. Baek-kimchi and baechu kimchi diets were also effective in lowering serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels (p<0.05). These results suggest that baek-kimchi and baechu kimchi consumption can reverse the effects of HFD on weight gain and blood and tissue lipids, and that baek-kimchi is more effective than baechu kimchi. The greater effect is probably due to the higher content of radish and pear used in baek-kimchi.

There is not enough excavation examples and bibliographies to study the garden of Baek Je as the ancient landscape architecture style This study was to seek the ancient Japanese gardens which had a great concern with Baek Je in order to surmount the limitation in the study on Baek Je's Gardens . As the result, there were founded the three ponds and one garden facility in ancient Japanese gardens focused on Aska region. The traces of the landscape architecture of Baek Je style were founded in the pond form and rubble masonry and such like. This study was the first trial to the study on the garden of Baek Je style in Japan And excavation examples which had a concern with Baek Je will be more in Japan. So more study is needed.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of policy changes in Busan's local currency, Dong Baek Jeon, on the use of Dong Baek Jeon. In particular, this study tried to investigate consumption changes due to changes in local currency policy depending on the region, industry, and consumer characteristics. Design/methodology/approach This study used the transaction data of Dong Baek Jeon franchise for analysis. Specifically, the data from January 2022 to December 2022 were used to analyze the current status of the use of Dong Baek Jeon and changes in consumption before and after policy changes. Findings As a result of the analysis, the consumption of Dong Baek Jeon tended to be concentrated in specific regions, industries, and ages. In most regions and ages, the top consumption industries were similar. The use of Dong Baek Jeon showed a clear change in the pattern of use depending on policy changes. Specifically, when the benefits were revised downward, the use of Dong Baek Jeon decreased, and when it was revised upward, it increased. Depending on the policy change, the rate of increase and decrease by region and consumer characteristics was relatively similar, but it was confirmed that there was a difference in the rate of increase and decrease depending on the industry.

In Vivo and In vitro antispasmodic effects of Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San, a Traditional Korean Polyherbal Medicineconsisted of 7 types of herbs were observed in the present study. To clarify the effects of Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San, on accelerating small intestinal movement induced by the stimulation of cholinergic neurotransmission, we evaluated the effects of Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San on In vivo carbachol (an acetylcholinergic agent)-accelerated mice small intestinal transit and on In vitro contractions induced by low-frequency electrostimulation, KCl, histamine or acetylcholine using isolated guinea pig ileum. To induce the acceleration of mice small intestinal transit, Carbachol 1 mg/kg was once subcutaneously dosed 15min before last administration of the test drugs. In the present study, Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San 500, 250 and 125 mg/kg or domperidone 20 mg/kg were orally pretreated on the carbachol-accelerated mice small intestinal transit once a day for 7 days and the small intestinal transit rateof activated charcoal powder were monitored. In vitro assays, Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San1, 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001 mg/ml or domperidone $2{\times}10^{-5}M$ were treated 10min before ileal contraction was induced by filed stimulation, acetylcholine, KCl and histamine, and the % changes of contractions were observed compared to the treatment of inducer alone. In spontaneous contraction, the % changes of contractions were observed compared to treatment of vehicle alone at 10min after Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San or domperidone treatment. The efficacy of Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San was compared to those of domperidone. High concentration, 1 mg/ml of Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San was found to decrease the spontaneous contraction of the isolated guinea-pig ileum. In addition, Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San decrease contractions induced by electrostimulation, acetylcholine, histamine and KCl in the isolated guinea-pig ileum. In addition, Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San effectively inhibited the accelerated small intestinal movement induced by carbachol stimulation of cholinergic neurotransmission in In vivo. Based on the results, although the exact molecular or action mechanism and which herbs or compound in Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San are responsible for actions, it was concluded that Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San normalization in the accelerated intestinal motility might be interfere with a variety of muscarinic, adrenergic and histaminic receptor activities or with the mobilization of calcium ions required for smooth muscle contraction non-specificly. Therefore, it is expected that Jun-Si-Baek-Chul-San will be promising as a prescription of clinical treatment of digestive tract disorders such as accelerated the motility of intestine, diarrhea or intestinal painful contractions.

이 글은 <하진양문록>의 남성주동인물 진세백의 행위와 심리를 주로 여성주동인물인 하옥주와의 관계를 중심으로 살펴 진세백의 작품 내적 성격을 정립하고 그 소설사적 위상을 점검하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 애착 이론의 관점에서 진세백을 분석하였다. 진세백은 자신의 감정을 여과 없이 표출하는 인물이다. 하옥주를 처음 본 순간 반하게 되는데 이는 주로 하옥주와의 스킨십으로 구현된다. 하옥주와 헤어지고 난 후에는 슬픔, 우울함, 분노를 표출하고 그리운 나머지 눈물을 흘리기까지 한다. 진세백은 하옥주와 이별과 만남을 반복하는데 일관적인 모습은 하옥주 곁을 떠나지 않으려 한다는 점이다. 하옥주에 대한 절(節)을 견지하며 그녀와 절대로 분리되지 않으려 한다. 감정을 진솔하게 표출하는 진세백의 행위는 당대 남성 유학자에게 요구하던 이념과는 거리가 먼 것으로서 경직되지 않은 발랄한 모습이다. 진세백은 애착 대상이던 부모를 여의고 하옥주를 새로운 애착 대상으로 삼지만, 그녀와의 반복된 이별로 극심한 분리불안 증세를 보인다. 결국 그러한 증세를 해소하는 것도 하옥주의 몫이다. 진세백은 남성영웅소설이나 여성영웅소설의 경직된 남성인물과는 거리가 있다. 대하소설에도 감정을 솔직하게 표현하는 호방형 인물이 등장하지만 진세백처럼 지속적으로 여성인물과 분리되지 않으려 하는 인물은 드물다. 전기소설이나 애정소설에서도 마찬가지로 진세백과 같은 감정선을 지닌 인물은 흔치 않다. 이러한 점에서 진세백은 소설사에서 매우 독특한 위상을 점하고 있다고 할 만하다.

시문, 서예, 회화와 조각에 모두 해박한 제백석은 중국 근현대 예술사에서 가장 뛰어난 서화, 전각의 대가로 자리매김하였다. 명청(明清)시기에 정경(丁敬), 황이(黃易), 등석여(鄧石如), 오양지(吳讓之), 조지겸(趙之謙), 황목보(黃牧甫), 오창석(吳昌碩) 등 많은 전각 대가의 등장과 같이 전각예술은 개화기에 들어 장족의 발전을 거두었다. 제백석은 바로 이러한 사회 배경 아래 독창적인 제파(齊派)를 형성했다. 제백석의 전법은 한위(漢魏)시대의 작품을 모방하면서 형성됐는데 그가 『사삼공산비(祀三公山碑)』를 근간으로 하고 『천발신참비(天發神讖碑)』의 필의를 구사하면서 진권(秦權), 소판(詔版), 장군인(將軍印)을 조화시켰다. 게다가 단입도법(單入刀法)을 과감하게 사용함으로써 서예 예술성을 남김없이 발휘하면서 인면(印面)을 최대한 이용할 수 있고 금석 정취를 더 한다. 본고는 제백석의 전서 변모 과정 및 인학 실천을 주로 두 가지 측면에서 분석하고 고찰하였다. 첫째, 제백석의 전서 변모 과정을 정리할 예정이다. 두번째, 제백석의 인학 실천을 분석하였다. 본고는 제백석 작품을 예시로 제백석의 전각예술의 독창성을 규명함으로써 제백석의 인학 사상과 실천적 모색을 보다 더 깊은 이해를 도모할 것이며, 뿐만 아니라 이것은 후세 학자에게 학습경로 및 풍부한 경험을 제시해줄 것이라 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 딥웹 환경에서 사이버 범죄 활동에 대한 정보를 중심으로 분석한다. 분석된 정보는 사이버 수사기관에 범죄 분석을 위한 보조정보로 활용될 수 있도록 지원하는 것과 청소년들의 사이버 범죄에 대한 위중성 및 범법성을 인지시키기 위한 교육을 목적으로 활용될 수 있도록 연구되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 크롤링, 파싱, 시각화 3가지 과정을 기반으로 딥웹 환경에서 활동하고 있는 정보를 키워드를 중심으로 수집하고 분석하는 솔루션 환경을 구현하였다. 분석된 정보는 사이버에서 일어나는 많은 범죄활동 가운데 가장 일어나기 쉬운 범죄 유형과 주의 깊게 수사가 이루어져야 할 범죄들을 정리하며, 수사의 방향성을 캐치 할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능을 포함한다.

흔히, 웹 플랫폼에서 검색했을 때, 게시글 마지막부분에 광고인지 여부를 판단 할 수 있는 관련 글들이 나타난다. 이 글들은 사용자의 판단력을 흐리게 할 수 있다고 판단되며 개선의 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자들에게 웹 게시글에서 나타나는 광고성 여부에 대해 신속한 판단이 가능하도록 하는 환경에 대한 연구를 하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 게시글에 포함된 광고 관련 문구를 찾아 페이지 상단에 해당 정보를 제공하는 프로그램을 제작 게시함으로써, 광고여부를 판단할 수 있도록 하였다.

이 논문에서는 다매체를 사용하여 데이터를 수집한 후 기계학습을 통해 분석하고 주어진 상황에 대응하기 위한 시스템의 개발을 기술한다. 개발 시스템은 센서데이터 수집부, 상황인지 및 상황대응부로 이루어지며, 아두이노와 라즈베리파이를 사용하여 구성한다. 구성된 시스템은 영상 카메라 및 온습도을 포함한 다수의 센서를 사용하여 환경정보를 수집한 후 수집자료를 전처리하고 주어진 상황을 인지하여 상황에 가장 적절하다고 판단되는 대응을 안내하도록 기능을 구성하였다. 상황인지를 위해서는 기계학습 알고리즘으로 의사결정트리를 사용하였으며 100%의 상황인지 정확률을 갖는다.
