With the recent trends of electronic commerce moving from B2C to B2B, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) is widely adopted as a part of B2B in the virtual collaborative environment. This paper proposes an integrated CPC framework supporting collaborative works between businesses by sharing product data and collaborative process between global enterprises and their customers, who are related to product life cycle, and integrating application systems in order to realize a true B2B electronic commerce. To integrate into a loosely coupled structure, various web service technologies such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI are utilized as its fundamentals and on that basis, a CPC integration framework is implemented through the Internet to support real-time operation providing interoperability among all the different applications operated on various platforms which have been developed using different languages and adopted by different companies.

As the value of B2B integration gets more importance and the business process becomes more complex, BPEL4WS standard has been focused for the solution of the problems which is based on web service technology. Many vendors implement the standard in their systems to integrate B2B and web service based inner-Enterprise Application(EA)s. But there is no way to use the standard to integrate non-web service based EAs, because the standard is designed only for Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) over web services. This paper proposes Hybrid Service Orchestration Framework to participate web services and also non-web service based EAs in the business process as a partner using BPEL4WS standard. The framework introduces Hybrid Service Architecture to represent non-web service based EAs as a service, so BPEL4WS could be used to integrate web services and non-web service based EAs. And the framework also introduces Hybrid Service Toolkit to support software level facilities. The paper also introduces Hybrid Orchestration System that is based on Hybrid Service Orchestration Framework.

As B2B (Business to business) develops swiftly, at home as well as in other advanced countries, plans for activating Electronic business are made and proceeded in a national viewpoint. However, it is essential task for the construction, advancement and activation of B2B framework to make an efficient search for differently built -up data from B2C and thus to look for optimal business partner suitable for his/her own business. For this, in the last Aug. of 2001, government has also referred to ebXML, the exchange model for electronic business data based on XML, as a suggestion for B2B framework. The purpose of this study is to develop search system for efficient choice of business partner and this will play an important role for data processing and competitiveness strengthening of small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile, this system is built up by using systemic characteristics registered in ebXML Registry/Repository and ‘question-expanding’ searching ways based on the particulars of business profiles for both objectiveness and maximum efficiency of search result.

현재 입출항 수속 간소화를 위한 관심이 증대되면서 국제해사기구의 간소화 위원회를 중심으로 입출항 수속 절차와 신고서식의 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있다. 또한 선진항만국에서는 전자적 수단을 이용하여 입출항 정보의 원활한 흐름과 효율화를 통해 입출항 수속을 간소화하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 입출항 수속 간소화를 위해서는 한 국가단위에서 벗어나 국제간의 협력이 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 입출항 수속을 위한 신고서식 및 절차의 표준화와 거래데이터의 통합화가 선행되어야 한다. 먼저 돈 연구에서는 입출항 수속 간소화에 대한 국제 동향을 통해 선진항만에서 이루어지고 있는 간소화 사례를 살펴보았다. 다음으로 한ㆍ중ㆍ일 3국을 중심으로 동북아 항만의 입출항 수속현황과 신고서식을 분석하여 공통적인 문제점을 도출하였으며 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 ebXML 기반하의 Global fort B2B 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 본 프레임워크를 통해 입출항 수속에 필요한 정보를 재사용하고 자동화함으로써 간소화를 실현할 수 있으며 또한 항만산업에 전자상거래를 확대, 도입할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있다.

Many buying and selling companies have participated in B2B electronic commerce in order to boost sales and cut down purchase prices respectively. There are some studies on buying and selling companies performances of using B2B e-marketplaces which provide electronic B2B transaction services such as finding transaction partners, providing on-line transaction process like auctioneering, etc. This study investigates the critical failure factors against B2B e-marketplace in other words B2B market-maker or B2B intermediary. We proposed 4 hypotheses asserting that 4 critical failure factors make reverse effects on B2B intermediary performances. We adopt the Balanced Score Card (BSC) framework to evaluate B2B intermediary performance. Data were collected from 46 respondents of B2B intermediaries in Korea. Analyses showed that traditional off-line B2B practices like refunding to buyer or transactions without legal documents and low quality of product information and catalog are critical failure factors against B2B intermediary performance.

본 논문은 웹서비스 프로토콜을 기반으로 B2B 애플리케이션을 위한 collaborative 아키텍처의 디자인을 목적으로 하며, 시스템의 가능성을 제시하기 위해서 이 아키텍처를 기초로 하여 개발한 시스템의 사례를 소개하고 있다. 상이한 비즈니스 프로세스가 B2B 환경에서 인터페이스가 되어져야 하므로 협업의 기능은 B2B 구현을 위해서 필요한 분야이다. 본 시스템의 개발 및 구현을 위한 플랫폼으로는 웹서비스, XML 및 ASP.NET을 이용하였다. 웹서비스는 애플리케이션간의 상호작용을 위해 체계적이고 확장 가능한 프레임웍을 제공한다. 웹서비스 프레임웍은 통신프로토콜, 서비스 기술 및 서비스 제공의 세부분으로 구성되는데 SOAP, WSDL, UDDI가 각각 여기에 해당한다. ASP.NET은 .NET의 상위 계층에 위치한 서비스 집합과 컴포넌트에 맞게 활용되어진다. B2B환경에서 시스템 구현을 위한 상품의 범주와 이에 대한 상세한 설명의 서비스를 위해 웹서비스에서는 SQL 서버 데이터 베이스를 이용하였다.

Today, according to tremendous development of B2B e-commerce, B2B e-marketplaces which accomplish various types of transactions through a number of buyers and sellers on online are embossed importantly. However, buyers are unable to search correct products because of inconsistency of product information between buyers and sellers. This paper solved this problem as semantic web technology. Semantic Web is an extension of current Web in which information is given well-defined meaning, better enabling computers and people to work in cooperation. The Semantic Web aims at machine-processable information. Its underlying technologies are RDF, RDF Schema, and ontology as the shared formal conceptualization of particular domains. In this paper, we present an implementation of Semantic Web enabled search system for B2B E-Marketplace domains. The system exploits OWL as the standard ontology language proposed by W3C and the Jena which is a Semantic Web toolkit, namely a Java framework writing Semantic Web applications. Finally, we summarize our experiences and discuss future research topics.

ebXML의 근간을 이루는 XML은 현재 웹에서 사용하고 있는 HTML의 한계를 극복하고, 시스템 및 소프트웨어 독립적인 문서 및 메시지의 표현이 가능하도록 World-Wide Web Consortium(W3C)에서 1998년 2월에 제정한 표준이며, 특히 XML은 서로 상이한 시스템을 연동하는데 매우 유용하기 때문에 Mircosoft의 Bizta lk Framework이나 CommerceNet의 eCo Framework XML/EDI등 B2B 전자상거래 표준에 사용되고 있다.

우리나라는 지하자원이 부족한 반면 가공무역과 수출을 경제성장의 주요한 동력으로 하기 때문에 항상 산업원자재의 수급에 신경을 곤두세울 수밖에 없다. 이러한 현실은 국내 외 산업원료광물의 조기확보와 효율적인 상거래를 지원하기 위한 기업 간 전자상거래의 중요성을 크게 부각시킬 수 있다. 우리나라는 세계적 정보통신 강국으로 간주되지만 산업별 정보화 수준의 편차가 매우 크며 비금속 산업원료 광물 분야의 경우 정보화수준이 매우 낮다. 비금속 산업원료광불 분야는 아직까지 시장의 효율성이나 다양성 그리고 원가절감을 위한 노력이 매우 부족하며 원료광물의 대부분을 수입하면서 아직까지도 시장의 효율성을 이용하지 못하여 낭비되는 외화가 매우 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 정보기술의 활용수준이 매우 낮은 비금속 광산업분야에 B2B 공적 e-Marketplace 를 구축하여 국내에서 생산이 가능하고 품질이 뛰어나며, 부가가치가 높은 광물들은 국내의 수요처 발굴을 통해 거래활성화를 도모하고 국내에서 생산되지 않거나 품질이 낮아 부가가치를 기대할 수 없는 광물들은 시장정보와 다양한 수입처 정보를 활용하여 효율적 시장거래를 지원할 수 있는 e-Marketplace 프레임워크를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Among EC areas. the B2B EC market is being spotlighted as an important interesting research area considering its size and the potential impact on companeies and the whole society. In comparison with private consumers in B2C EC. business buyers in B2B EC have to precisely keep track of the purchase records. and integrate them with the buyer's e-procurement system, which might have been implemented as a part of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. There are three approaches for such integration between ERP and e-marketplace in B2B EC; Two previous approaches are Inside-Out approach and Outside-In approach. And a newly, one is b-cart approach. In this paper, we try to survey these three approaches and make a comparison analysis. From this research. we identify that the b-cart approach is the most efficient framework in integrating ERP with e-marketplace in B2B EC.
