Design of STE SW Running on a Single PC to Verify Avionics OFP (항전 비행운용프로그램 검증을 위한 단일 PC 기반 소프트웨어 시험환경 SW 설계)

  • Avionics OFP runs on the mission computer and can be operated by interacting with several avionics equipments. In order to verify OFP SW, SIL having real avionics equipments or models is absolutely necessary. Therefore in many cases SIL is implemented concurrently with OFP developing, and only one SIL is provided to developers. So developers sometimes need an alternative to SIL for verifying requirements in the middle of development process. In this paper, we propose a single PC based STE SW that simulates interworking equipments and verifies OFP in a single PC environment without actual interworking equipments or SIL HW interfaces.

  • 현재 4차 산업이 진행됨으로써 대부분의 사물들이 자율화 기능이 더해지는 시대가 오고 있다. 자율화 기술이 발전됨으로써 모든 사람들은 삶을 살아가면서 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈수 있으며 기존의 생활속도보다 빨라지는 것을 느낄수 있을 것이다. 그래서 마트에서도 쇼핑을하면서 소비자들이 어떻게 쇼핑을 할 때 현재의 수준보다 쇼핑의 질이 높아 질지 고안해보았다. 본 과제물은 소비자들이 쇼핑을할 때 보다 편리하게 일을 처리할수도록 스마트 기능을 카트와 카운터에 추가하였다. 카트에 디스플레이와 바코드 스캐너를 부착함으로써 검색을 통해 소비자들이 원하는 물품의 가격, 위치등의 정보를 알아 낼 수 있고 현재 카트에 담긴 물품의 총 가격을 알 수 있다. 또한, 쇼핑을 마치고 계산을할 때 계산 대기줄이 길어지는 불편함을 해소하기위해 자동계산 기능이 있다. 쇼핑을 마친 소비자가 카트를 카운터로 끌고가면 카트에 저장되어 있는 쇼핑정보가 카운터의 디스플레이에 표시되고 카트와 카운터의 정보가 일치한다면 소비자가 카트에 요금을 충전해 스스로 계산을 수행할수 있다. 이런 자동화, 스마트 기능들은 소비자들의 편리함과 시간을 단축시킬수 있을 것이다.

  • 한국통합 물류협회에 따르면 총 택배 물량은 2020년은 약34억 개, 2021년은 약36억 만 개로 매년 꾸준히 성장하였다. 택배 물류센터에서 택배를 고객에게 전달시키기 위해서는 포장, 검수, 진열, 파지, 상차, 하차 등 많은 공정이 필요하다. 고용 인력의 부족, 인건비 상승, 부상의 위험, 높은 노동의 강도 등의 문제가 발생하였고, 소비자들의 입장에서도 제품 손상 또는 배송 지연 등의 여러 가지 문제를 야기해왔다. 본 논문은 로봇과 자율주행 기술을 활용하여 상품의 분류 및 배송과정을 자동화 하는 '스마트 물류창고 시스템'을 제안한다. 컨베이어 벨트를 이용해 택배물품의 분류를 자동화하고 자율주행 차량을 통해 배송을 하게 되고 DB를 통해 물품을 관리하게 되어 효율적인 운영을 가능하게 하고 경제적 손실을 줄인다. 적외선 센서, 바코드 센서를 이용해 컨베이어 벨트 구동 및 물품의 정보를 알 수 있으며 서보모터로 물품을 분류한다. 또한 입출고 차량이 명령을 통해 물품을 자동으로 입고 및 출고하여 DB에게 물품의 정보를 전송한다. 스마트 물류창고 시스템을 통해 인건비 절감, 오 배송, 물품 파손 등이 사라지게 되고 물류창고 뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야에서 적용 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In conventional Ultra Wide Band(UWB) system, it uses Pulse Positioning Modulation Method to modulate data signal. In this paper, however, we derive power spectral density characteristic of time hopped antipodal signal using stochastic process. UWB signal employes Gaussian monopulse and Rayleigh monopulse which pulse width is 0.5 nsec and interval is 5 nsec. But comb line which produces unintentionally could be evidently reduced by the time hopped code, so this code be used to channelize for multiple access and minimize to different communication system.

  • Low cost launch vehicle for next-generation is underway in advanced space countries such as the United States, Europe, Japan and China. This paper surveys the latest technological trends in avionics system, including ground management system. In the case of on-board equipment, to make short the development period and reduce the cost, the equipment is standardized and modularized for each functions to flexibly respond to changes in system requirements. In addition, a network is applied to all inter-equipment interfaces and a powerful self-diagnostic function is included in the equipment to realize automation/simplification of the interface with the ground system, and it is confirmed that an efficient launcher system is realized.

  • To achieve functions of doppler measurement, MTI(Moving Target Indicator), high-resolution, and others in radar system, all circuits of transmitter and receiver are to be performed in coherent system. In this paper, we use TWTA(Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier), STALO(Stable Local Oscillator) and COHO(Coherent Oscillator) to design of coherent radar transceiver, and calculates noise figure of designed receiver. Using radar equation calculated noise figure, maximum detecting range of each transmitting mode can be calculated.

  • This paper presents a robot manipulator kinematic motion control scheme based on velocity feedback loop. The desired joint velocity is obtained by the feature-based visual servoing and is used in the joint velocity control loop system for trajectory control of the robot manipulator. The asymptotic stability of the closed loop system is shown by the Lyapunov method. Effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by simulation and experimental results on a robot manipulator with two degree of freedom.

  • In this paper, we propose a robust controller for robot manipulators with parametric uncertainties using feature-based visual servo control system. In order to improve trajectory error of the robot manipulators due to the parameter variation, integral action is included in the dynamic control of part in inner subroutine of the control system. This integral action also reduces feature error in the steady state. The stability analysis of the closed-loop system is shown by the Lyapunov method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by simulation and experimental results on the 5 link robot manipulator with two degree of freedom.

Input Data Synchronization Scheme Based on Redundancy for IMA System (이중화 IMA 시스템의 입력 데이터 동기화 방안)

  • It is feasible to develop a fault tolerant system through module level redundancy on the Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA). However, its great implementation complexity is one of important challenges when asynchronous hardware environment is naturally assumed. To solve this problem, Physically Asynchronous Logically Synchronous (PALS) on IMA has been proposed. But, it has adaptation problem by not addressing specific architecture for IMA system. In the paper, we propose how to synchronize the input data on the IMA system under primary/secondary redundancy architecture by referring to existing PALS. In the proposed scheme, we introduce window frame by considering rate monotonic scheduling and analyze the adequate the synchronization time. Finally, we verify the feasibility of the proposed design pattern through the systematic experiments.

Turbojet Engine Control of UAV using Artificial Neural Network PID (인공신경망 PID를 이용한 무인항공기 터보제트 엔진 제어)

  • In this paper, controller Propose to prevent compressor surge and improve the transient response of the fuel flow control system of turbojet engine. Turbojet engine controller is designed by applying Artificial Neural Network PID control algorithm and make an inference by applying Artificial Neural Network Error Back Propagation Algorithm. To prevent any surge or a flame out event during the engine acceleration or deceleration, the ANN PID controller effectively controls the fuel flow input of the control system. ANN PID results are used as the fuel flow control inputs to prevent compressor surge and flame-out for turbo-jet engine and the controller is designed to converge to the desired speed quickly and safely. Using MATLAB to perform computer simulations verified the performance of the proposed controller. Response characteristics pursuant to the gain were analyzed by simulation.
