The static inverter is mainly used to provide with the electric power of various loads in the train. In the recent european projects, the specification of static inverter become harder, and many additional service function is expected. It takes long time and high cost to develope a static inverter with these high performances and additional function. But, these are became general demands for static inverter in the many projects from now on. The APSE(Auxiliary Power Supply Equipment) is a static inverter of high performance to satisfy the severe specification and various service function following these tendency for Athens project In this paper, the specification of APSE and various service functions are introduced to look about current tendencies of static inverter.

This paper presents a link layer design of DisplayPort interface with a state machine based on packet processing. The DisplayPort link layer provides isochronous video/audio transport service, link service, and device service. The merged video, audio main link, and AUX channel controller are implemented with 7,648 LUTs(Loop Up Tables), 6020 register, and 821,760 of block memory bits synthesized using a FPGA board and it operates at 203.32MHz.

ATM network is considered as best suitable technology for multimedia service in various aspects such as bandwidth, capability of traffic expandability and so on. In this paper, we suggested a buffer management algorithm in ATM network to improve overall network performance with threshold and auxiliary buffer whose input consists of superpositiI on of voice and multimedia data traffic. To evaluate the proposed buffer management algorithm simulations are executed with four priorities, that is delay and loss priorities and the results are proved that network throughput is improved better than the existing partial buffer method.

이단추출은 개체와 집락 단수준별 모집단 특성을 함께 추정할 수 있게 해준다. 단위수준별 보조정보가 함께 주어질 때, 단위수준별 정보 및 가중치 구성을 통합적으로 고려한 칼리브레이션 가중치를 산출한다면 단위수준별 특성은 물론 수준간의 다변량적 특성도 적절히 반영할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 Estevao와 Särndal (2006)과 Kim (2019)이 고려한 통합 칼리브레이션 가중치 산출 방법에 대해 살펴보았다. 간단한 모의실험을 통해 기존의 통합 칼리브레이션 가중치 산출방법의 효율성을 비교하였다. 이 중 복합보조정보를 개체화한 후 단일단계의 칼리브리이션 조정으로 가중치를 산출하되 집락가중치가 집락 내 개체가중치 평균이 되도록 정의하는 방법과 단위수준별 보조정보를 이용한 수준별 칼리브레이션 조정을 상호 반복적으로 수행하되 집락가중치가 집락 내 개체가중도치 평균이 되도록 하는 방법이 조정전 가중치의 변동량을 크게 늘리지 않고도 수준간 다변량적 특성을 잘 반영할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 집락과 개체의 상호간 보조정보에 대한 총합추정의 적합도 측면에서 매우 양호하였고, 칼리브레이션 조정에 포함되지 않는 조사특성들의 총합추정에 대한 상대편향 및 상대 평균 제곱근 오차가 작게 나타났다.

HEP(Head Electric Power) system, supplying 3-phase service power to the coach vehicles, is a kind of special auxiliary power equipment which is boarded on 8200 series electric locomotives in KORAIL. This equipment shares high voltage DC link with a main propulsion converter/inverter systems. It was difficult to use high frequency PWM technique so that GTO has been used as a power device same like the main power system. Due to low PWM frequency(300Hz) of HEP inverter, the output voltage has less power quality comparing to normal SIV(Static Inverter) system. In this paper, an optimal PWM strategy is presented for new IGBT type HEP inverter system. Several PWM techniques were investigated to improve output voltage quality under fixed lower filter inductance and not high PWM frequency. Finally PC simulations have been done to clarify its availability.

In a high speed train, OBCS(On-Board Computer System) is a up-to-date computer control system that provide controlling, monitoring, maintaining and reparing of the important device, supporting a driver, status of a train, service maintenance, managing the remote control mode, driving order & control, control of a electrical or pneumatic circuit and a passenger service. In general, OBCS is located in each car but in a power car, both main and auxiliary computers are used. These avoid a network collision and maintain the independence of condition and failure records with the information of line number, train number and car number. This paper is intended to provide the information about the identification coding method of domestic and foreign OBCS, for the new high speed train (KTX-II).

Objectives : This study aimed to seek the national health insurance coverage and the efficient direction of toothbrushing instruction and to contribute to establishing policy as auxiliary data, targeting 373 dental hygienists who are working in some areas of Jeonnam. Methods : A research method was questionnaire survey by individually self-administration method. Results : It was indicated to agree to the national health insurance coverage of toothbrushing instruction in the better understanding and cooperation level with toothbrushing instruction, in case of carrying out toothbrushing instruction, and in the higher age group. Conclusions : There will be a need of allowing the national health insurance coverage to be formed in the direction at which the dental service providers and the dental service consumers can be satisfied, by being performed a comprehensive and sufficient research for this.
