병원 간호조직문화의 변화와 세대별 인식차이 (Clinical Nurses' Perceptions on Nursing Organizational Culture and Differences in Their Perceptions According to Age Groups)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine clinical nurses' perceptions on the nursing organizational culture and investigate the differences in their perceptions according to age groups in South Korea. Methods: Participants were 1,087 nurses from 25 general hospitals in South Korea. Data were collected from July 29 to September 30 in 2011, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA with $Scheff{\grave{e}}$ test, and factor analysis. Results: Nurses perceived nursing as an excellent professional job which progresses continually. Autonomy and individualized reward to their professional work, however, were reported not-satisfactory to them. They agreed that nurses are punctual, polite, honest, and responsible, while disagreeing in competitiveness. There were differences in perceiving cultural factors according to age groups. The subjects in their over 40s perceived 'professionalism', 'normative', 'strictness', 'rightfulness', and 'community spirit' strongly, while nurses in their 20s perceived 'conservatism' highly. Also, nurses' perception on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction were high in over 40s while turnover intention was high in other groups. Conclusion: Nurse managers need to assess the perception on nursing organizational culture in order to improve nursing work environment better. In addition, it is necessary to take into account seriously the generation gap to build supportive nursing organizational culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to approach to the phenomenological point of view to explore a design method for providing a variety of spatial experience of the viewer according to the functional changes of the modern museum architecture. For that, this study intends to analysis and consider the Steven Holl's Museum applied to the phenomenological perception for architectural design. The method of this study is summarized as follows: 1) Consider the spatial role and function of the Museum Architecture in the phenomenological approach 2) Study on the phenomenological architectural concepts and expressional method of Steven Holl 3) Finally, propose the utilization for the experiential space that is required to implement the contemporary museum architecture. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Steven Holl's phenomenological architectural concept is the basis of the perception and awareness and has connotations of temporality and it is figured out by the approach to the environment, sense and motion. 2) Steven Holl implement the architecture as a place of experience by connecting between the place and the environment through the development of a variety of scenes and situations and planning the phenomenon of multisensory space. 3) The spatial experience appeared in Steven Holl's museum architecture is implemented through the diversity of the scene, the persistence of the situation, the autonomy of light and color, transparency of the haptic and the potential of the material and geometry.

성인의 심폐소생술 금지(DNR)에 대한 인식 및 태도에 대한 조사 연구 (A Study on the Perception and Attitude of 'Do Not Resuscitate' in Adults)

  • 본 논문은 성인의 심페소생술 금지(DNR)에 대한 인식 및 태도에 대한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였으며, 연구 대상은 210명이었다. DNR에 대한 인식에서는 '편안한 죽음을 위해(64.3%)' DNR이 도움이 된다고 긍정적으로 응답하였으며, 상황에 따른 DNR의 필요성은 '품위 있는 죽음을 위함(41.3%)' '환자의 고통을 줄여주기 위해(23.9%)' 등이었으며, DNR에 동의하지 않는 응답자의 이유는 '법적 문제가 제기 될 수 있기 때문(61.7%)', '인간의 존엄성은 생명유지가 최우선이기 때문(16.7%)' 등의 순이었다. DNR에 대한 태도는 '내가 불치병을 가졌을 때 사실을 알기 원하는지의 여부'가 평균 4.21점으로 가장 높았으며, 성인의 연령대별 DNR에 대한 태도에는 차이가 없었다. 심폐소생술 금지는 연명치료 중단의 방법이 아니라 인간이 임종과정과 죽음에 대한 자율권을 행사하는 포괄적 맥락에서 다루어져야 할 것이다.

은유(metaphor)분석을 통한 예비유아교사들의 놀이중심교육에 대한 인식연구 (A Study on Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers' Perception of Play-oriented Education through Metaphorical Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 은유분석을 통해 놀이중심교육에 대해 예비유아교사들이 어떠한 인식을 하고 있는지 조사하여 예비유아교사들이 생각하고 있는 놀이중심교육의 의미를 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경상남도 C시에 소재한 4년제 및 3년제 대학교 유아교육과에 재학중인 예비유아교사들로 최종 183명이 참여하였다. 연구도구로 놀이를 은유적으로 표현하고 그 이유를 서술하도록 한 질문지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 체계적 은유분석 단계를 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 놀이중심교육에 대한 예비유아교사들의 은유적 표현 범주에서 교수학습방법이 가장 많았으며, 환경, 즐거움·행복, 자율, 성장발달, 상호작용관계, 유아주도, 삶의 본, 흥미, 창의성, 잠재력, 가변성, 일상, 시작과 끝의 모호성, 자연스러움, 기타 순으로 분류되어 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 개정 누리과정에서 놀이중심교육을 어떻게 구현할 것인지에 대한 구체적인 예비유아교사교육 방법에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을것이다.

한국어판 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (The Reliability and Validity of Korean Version of the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale(K-IEPS))

  • 본 연구는 한국어판 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정도구(K-IEPS)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 시행되었다. 연구 방법은 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 측정 원도구를 세계보건기구의 가이드라인에 따라 한국어로 번안하였고, 번안된 도구를 활용하여 2020년 12월부터 2021년 1월까지 4개의 대학 보건의료전공 대학생 302명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석(EFA), 확인적 요인분석(CFA), 수렴타당도, Cronbach's alpha, 급내 상관계수(ICC)를 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, K-IEPS는 2개의 하위요인(역량과 자발성에 대한 인식, 실제적인 협력에 대한 인식)과 10개 문항이 적합하였다. 또한 K-IEPS의 전체문항 신뢰도 Cronbach's alpha는 .87이었고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .83이었다. 본 연구에서 검증된 K-IEPS는 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식을 측정하는데 타당도와 신뢰도가 있는 도구임이 확인되었다. 따라서 향후에 K-IEPS는 전문직 간 교육에 대한 인식 및 프로그램의 효과를 측정하기 위한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식: 질적 내용분석 연구 (Perception about Shared Decision Making of Family Caregivers of Early Dementia Patients: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 3개 치매지원센터에 등록된 초기 치매환자를 돌보는 가족 돌봄제공자 12명(여성 8명, 평균연령=$71.4{\pm}10.4$세)을 대상으로 반 구조화된 개별 심층면담을 이용하여 수집된 자료에 대해 질적 내용분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 내용 분석한 결과 6개 범주, 17개의 하위 범주가 도출되었는데 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 관한 인식은 치매환자와의 의사소통 촉진 수단과 치매환자의 자율성 보장 수단, 치료 촉진 기회, 가족 돌봄제공자의 부담감 증가 원인, 치매환자와의 관계 악화 원인, 우선순위 변화에 따른 선택 사항의 여섯 가지 범주로 나타났다. 또한, 공유 의사결정의 상황과 시기 및 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식이 가족 돌봄제공자의 경험을 통해 만들어졌다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 치매 관련 교육 시 간접경험을 통해 공유 의사결정을 선택 사항으로 생각하는 가족 돌봄제공자들에게 공유 의사결정을 경험할 수 있는 기회 등을 제공하는 것이 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식 제고에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이상 결과에 근거하여 초기 치매환자의 자기결정권 존중과 가족 돌봄제공자들의 부담감을 감소시키기 위해 공유 의사결정을 성공적으로 할 수 있는 실제적이고 총체적인 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 평가 연구를 제언한다.

The Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Environment Characteristics Perceived by Organization Members on Job Satisfaction

  • We study empirically analyzed the final 216 copies of the responses from SME organization members in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using statistical programs of SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In other words, the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational culture and job environment characteristics perceived by members of the organization, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is shown as follows. First, the organizational culture of consensus, development, hierarchy, and rationality was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Therefore, the hypothetical one-man organizational culture was adopted by showing a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, job environment characteristics such as autonomy in job performance, compensation system, physical environment, and human environment had a positive effect on job satisfaction. That is, the job environment characteristics of hypothesis 2 were adopted as a positive (+) influence relationship on organizational satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction was expressed as a positive (+) influence relationship with job performance, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. As a result of this study, the higher the organizational member's perception of organizational culture and job environment characteristics is, the higher the job satisfaction is, and the improvement in job satisfaction is meaningful in that it provides theoretical and practical implications that indicate job performance.

패션유통경로내의 하청공장 갈등에 관한 질적 연구 (The Qualitative Study on Conflict between Apparel Manufacturers and Contractors in Distribution Channel of Fashion Industry)

  • Fashion marketing channels experience conflicts inevitably because of constant interaction among fabric producers, apparel manufacturers, contractors, and retailers. However, it is rarely that attempts has been made to identify causes of conflicts in distribution channel of fashion industry. The purpose of this study was to explore causes of conflicts from the standpoint of a contractor. For this study, data were collected from the owner or the manager represented with a contractor in fashion maketing channels. By means of in-depth interviews with multiple informants, their statement was analyzed qualitatively. From analysis of the resulting data, the causes of conflict were associated with two broad sets, attitudinal and structural differences between apparel manufacturers and contractors. First, attitudinal sources of conflict were identified as perception of subordinated relationships between channel members, delayed announcement on order changes, difficulties in communication by using different terms, different expectations between channel members in controlling product quality, and lack of credit in inspecting products. Second, structural sources of conflict involved unilateral decision on wages for contracting, lengthy payment period derived from a bill of credit, deficient autonomy in selecting auxiliary suppliers, unreasonable issues on lead time, and unfair transaction in selecting a contractor or inspecting finished products. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on interviews, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a large scale survey.

치위생과 학생의 임상실습 기간 중 역할·활동요인, 이상·가치요인 스트레스, 스트레스 량의 관련성 (Role·activity factors, ideal·value factors stress and stress amount relationship in clinical practice of dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate role·activity factors, ideal·value factors stress and stress amount relationship in clinical practice of dental hygiene students. Methods: The participate in this study were 231 dental hygiene department students. the survey was conducted from August 24 to September 30, 2018, using a structured questionnaire(1040460-A-2018-036). The collected data were compared and analyzed using a ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: The factors affecting the amount of stress were investigated. Role and activity factors stress in case of too much assignment, repeat simple and funtional work, ideal and value factors stress in case of utilized as a subsidiary work practice institution rather than clinical practice, lake of awareness that the training institution is a trainee. Conclusions: School institution and departments form organic relationships with industries. Uniform training guidance for each training institution does not help with diversity or creativity and problem-solving skills. It gives some autonomy to the training guidance of training institutions, also a clear standard for the contents of the training. we need a system that can provide and evaluate basic guidelines for what students can do in clinical practice.

병원간호사의 행복지수 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Happiness Index of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to provide basic data on the nursing Happiness Index and identify factors influencing nurses by describing their perception of lifestyle, health behavior, nursing professionalism, Happiness Index, and turnover intention. Methods: On July 2012, 700 nurses from 10 general hospitals were surveyed, but 23 were omitted due to missing or incomplete data. The focus of this study was the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Happiness Index, consisting of 11 OECD identified topics concerning living conditions and quality of life. Data were analyzed using $x^2$-tests, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS/WINdow 14.0. Results: Mean score for nurses' Happiness Index was 3.03 on a scale of 5. There were significant differences on the Happiness Index for the following: age, marriage, children, education, position, work experience, wages, number of beds, medical institution, health behavior, weight, and meal patterns. There was a positive correlation between the happiness index and nursing professionalism but a negative correlation between the happiness index and turnover intention. Conclusion: Results indicate that factors influencing happiness are autonomy, sense of calling and turnover intention suggesting the need to improve nursing professionalism for a life of happiness among hospital nurses.
