자동차 공급망 위험관리(A-SCRM) 방안 연구 (A Study on Supply Chain Risk Management of Automotive)

  • 현대의 자동차는 안전필수(Safety Critical) 시스템이기 때문에 차량의 안전성을 보장하는 것은 물론 초 연결사회를 지향하는 사물인터넷 기술의 발전과 자동차의 스마트화 됨에 따른 자동차 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라 자동차 소프트웨어와 공급망에서의 보증 방안과 공급망에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 식별, 평가 및 통제하기 위한 위험관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 Life-Cycle 내에서 이해관계자 별 위험관리(A-SCRM, Automotive Supply Chain Risk Management) 방법을 연구 제안한다.

자동차 루프의 진동제어를 위한 제진재의 위치 및 두께에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Placements and Thickness of Damping Material for Vibration Control of Automotive Roof)

  • This paper presents an experimental study on vibration characteristics of an automotive roof with damping material. The goal of the study is to extract modal parameters(natural frequency, loss factor, and mode shape) of automotive roof with damping materials treatment. To determine the effective positions and thickness of the damping material on a roof, vibration tests have been carried out for six cases; an aluminum plate with damping material on maximum strain energy positions, and an aluminum plate with damping material on nodal lines. From the result of aluminum plate, it is found that the damping material should be placed on the location with maximum strain energy part. For the automotive roof, patches of constrained damping material, which has two different density, have been attached to the positions of the maximum strain energy with four kinds of thicknesses. This paper shows that the proper positioning of the damping material is very important and the effective thickness is about twice that of the roof panel.

  • In recent years, a development of automotive embedded systems called Intelligent Vehicle are used for control and communication with CAN protocol. But as various devices and protocols are developed for Vehicle communication and control, it becomes difficult to manage the systems that contain limitation of bandwidth and various control requirement. To solve these problems, we introduce a research of automotive embedded systems which is considered the automotive real time operating system, automotive communications, and control systems.

  • To survive in the intensive world wide automotive market, more and more automotive companies are investing their resources into concurrent engineering systems (CE) based on the combined CAD/CAM/CAE/ PDM technology. The main objectives of CE in automotive companies are the quality improvement of products and the reduction of cost and time to market. Remarkable effects are appearing from some of these companies. As shown in this paper, these successful automotive companies have been focusing on establishing the new process and methodology in applying CE into their car development process.

  • In this paper, we present an international benchmark used in the adaptive control specialist community in order to evaluated the fuzzy control performances. Before solving the corresponding problems, we introduce some improvements on a classic fuzzy controller in order to consider high order systems and time delays. At the end of this paper, the simulation results obtained with the extended Fuzzy Controller will be compared with those obtained with a Supervised Adaptive Controller.

  • Owing to remarkable development in automotive industry, vehicle performance comes close to perfection and guarantee of stability is getting emphasized in accordance with high speed trend in vehicle. In recent years, the utilization of automatic test method for research and development of automotive brake system is being propelled actively, which pursue whole automatic control from simple measurement to data acquisition. The main subject of this paper is to make a brief explanation on Micro computer controlled Automatic Test Method for Automotive Brake System which makes it possible to test with high accuracy and speed.

Development of a Coating Machine for Making Automotive Seat Covers

  • Automotive seat covers with olefin film imported from foreign companies exhibit some problems such as low peeling strength and high burning rate. The traditional manufacturing process requires gas flame or direct heating for the laminating step. This paper introduces an alternative solution that replaces the olefin film and flame lamination method in making automotive seat covers or interior fabrics. We adopt a new manufacturing concept that applies a water-based resin coating to develop a coating system. The coating machine was successfully developed and tested. Results are intended to contribute to improving the quality and productivity of automotive seat cover production.

  • This paper described the current rating methodology of high voltage connectors used for high efficient vehicles. Typically, temperature rise at rated current has been used to rate power contacts in automotive connector. However, for automotive applications, they are required to meet severe environmental conditions and high connector reliability. Therefore, it is very important to rate correctly an allowable current of automotive connector. We have measured the contact characteristics through current cycling at room temperature and at high temperature, as well as temperature rising and current carrying capacity by de-rating. From the above results, we have developed high reliable contacts with about 80 Amperes.
