협동로봇 시장 진출 성공요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors for the Success in Entry into Cooperation Robot Market)

  • Robot refers to machines that recognize the external environment and assess the given situations in order to operate autonomously by imitating the manner in which humans behave. Although Korea still lacks global competitiveness, Korea, as the $4^{th}$ ranked robot manufacturing country in the world, is currently expanding the domains of robots from application in manufacturing to application in service provision. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the factors for the success in entry into the cooperation robot market among various robotic markets in accordance with the literary research method in consideration for the importance of robot industry that could determine the future national competitiveness. The result of the analysis of the factors for the success in entry into the cooperation robot market, shows that factors including analysis of the trends in manufacturing robot market, strategy for benchmarking of the leading cooperation robot companies, activation of small and medium enterprise-centered cooperation robotic industry, excavation of demands for cooperation robots with focus on automobile, semiconductor and IT industries, utilization of the opportunities provided by government's robotic industry policies and standardization of cooperation robot components, etc. determine whether one will succeed in the market or not. Furthermore, it is believed that fortification of competitiveness of the manufacturing sector through the powerful policy support for the robotic industry at government level and policies on cultivation of new growth engine through specialization of the robotic areas closely related to daily life must be implemented concurrently because it is forecasted that competitiveness in robotics technology will become the criterion for national competitiveness in the future.

겔 캐스팅 공정을 위한 알루미나 슬러리에서의 첨가제 함량 변화에 따른 겔화특성 평가 (Evaluation of Gelation Characteristics with The Variation of Additive Contents in The Alumina Slurry for Gel Casting Process)

  • Recently, the use of high-tech ceramic parts in functional electronic parts, automobile parts and semiconductor equipment parts is increasing. These ceramics materials are required to have high reproducibility, reliability, large size and complex shapes. The researchers initiated the work to develop a new shaping method called gel casting, which allows high performance ceramic materials with a complex shape to be produced. The manufacturing process parameters of gel casting include uniform mixing of the initiator, bubble removal, and slip injection. In this study, we analyzed the dispersion and gelation characteristics according to the change in the additive content of the alumina slurry in the gel casting process. The alumina slurry for gel casting was prepared by mixing a solvent, a monomer and a dispersant through a ball mill. Alumina powder and a gelation initiator were added to the mixed solution, and ball milling was performed for 24 hours. A viscosity of 6,435 cps and a stable zeta potential value were obtained under the conditions of alumina powder content of 55 vol% and dispersant 2.0 wt%. After curing for 12 hours by adding aps 0.1wt%, TEMED 0.2wt%, and Monomer 3, 5wt%, it was possible to separate from the molding cup, confirming that the gelation was completed.

  • 아크릴 점착제는 고내구성 및 분자량 조절, 관능기의 도입 등이 용이하여 반도체, 디스플레이, 모바일 기기, 자동차 등의 첨단 산업에서 매우 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 점착제의 점착물성은 산업에서의 적용, 공정관리, 제품의 신뢰성에 지대한 영향을 미치기에 그 중요성이 날로 더해가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조합기법을 이용하여 아크릴 점착제의 물성 영향인자 가운데 두께의 변화에 따른 점착물성 변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 아크릴 점착제는 2-ethylhexyl acrylate와 acrylic acid로 구성된 기본점착제만을 활용하여 샘플을 제작하였으며, 두께 구배가 가능한 micro applicator를 활용하여 thickness-gradient acrylic PSA 샘플을 제작하였으며, 이를 기존의 코팅법으로 제작한 샘플과 비교함으로써 조합기법의 재현성을 평가하였다.

산학 융합 연구를 통한 차동 기어 자동 검사 시스템의 개발 (The Development of Automatic Inspection System of Differential Driver Gear through Research Convergence of Industrial and Academia)

  • 본 연구는 트랜스미션에 들어가는 부품인 차동기어에 대한 자동 검사 장비를 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 본 기술개발은 Micro Vision 자동 검사 장비와 마이크로레이저 자동 검사 장비를 사용하여 만들 것이다. 이는 작업자가 부주의하게 가공한 제품을 전수검사 단계에서 불량률 0를 만들고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 장비를 여러 분야 사업에 적용할 것이다. 포장회사, 너트 볼트 가공업체, 정밀 반도체 상단에 인쇄를 위한 업체, SMT 업체 등 다양한 분야에 비전검사 장비를 판매하고자 한다. 본 기술개발을 통해 불량률 0를 실현하면 모기업으로부터 안정적 물량 확보, 나아가 제품 신뢰도를 바탕으로 수출을 할 수 있는 기반마련의 기회도 가능하다. 자동검사시스템을 국내 자동차 부품 가공업체에 적용할 경우 우리나라 자동차의 신뢰도 또한 크게 상승 할 것으로 생각된다.

산업용 단선 궤도 차량의 주행 동특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Characteristic Analysis for the Industrial Monorail Vehicle)

  • An OHT(Over Head Transportation) vehicle is an example of the industrial monorail vehicle, and it is used in the automobile, semiconductor, LCD manufacturing industries. OHT vehicle is moved by main wheels and guide rollers. The major function of the main wheel is to support and drive the OHT vehicle. The roles of the guide roller is the inhibition of derailment and steering of the OHT vehicle. Since the required vehicle velocity becomes faster and the required load capacity is increased, the durability characteristics of the wheel and roller, which was made of urethane, need to be increased. So it is necessary to estimate the fatigue life cycle of the wheel and roller. In this study, OHT dynamic model was developed by using the multi body dynamic analysis program ADAMS. Wheel and roller are modeled by the 3-D surface contact module. Especially, motor cycle tire mechanics is used in the wheel contact model. The OHT dynamic model can analyze the dynamic characteristic of the OHT vehicle with various driving conditions. And the result was verified by a vehicle traveling test. As a result of this study, the developed model is expected to predict wheel dynamic load time history and makes a contribution to design of a new monorail vehicle.

루츠형 중진공펌프 국산화 개발 (Development of Localized Roots Type Medium-Vacuum Pump)

  • Due to a roots type medium vacuum pump is operated in condition of $1{\sim}10^{-3}$ torr vacuum, it could be applied for production and process of industrial parts, such as precise processing, vaporization, enrichment, separation, casting, metaling, welding, transportation. Therefore, the demand of this pump is increasing nowadays in our industrial markets of semiconductor, electric, electronic, automobile, material, environmental and transporting industries. However, the pumps are almost imported, because the domestic pumps are inferior in fields of vacuum range as under $10^{-1}$torr, relevant techniques(design, fabrication, casting, test, etc.) to the imported ones. In this study, essential parts of the development pump are designed with using of CFD and 3D decodes, FEM for analysing strength and deformation, generated heat, vibration and noise control, and are casted with using of mechanochemistry techniques for decreasing of weights, increasing of heat resistances and abrasion durability of materials for pump caing and impellers especially. Besides, in order to achieve ultimate vacuum around $10^{-3}$torr, this pump is composed of 6 stages, among which 1st stage is operated separately from remained stages. Additionally, a test rig for prototype pumps(300$m^3/h$ and 2,500$m^3/h$) is designed and procured as to apply for multi-staged rootz type vacuum pump, with modification of the test method recommended by KS B 6314 "Positive-displacement oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps".

공공 R&D의 기술이전이 기업의 성장에 미치는 효과 연구 (A Research on the Impacts of Technology Rransfer in Government-sponsored Research to the Growth of Technology Licensees)

  • 본 연구에서는 개방형 혁신 개념을 활용하여 공공기술이전을 기업의 외부 R&D의 일환으로 간주한 뒤 기술수요기업의 관점에서 공공기술이전의 산업별 특성과 내부 R&D와의 상호작용에 대해 탐구하였다. NTIS 기술료 데이터와 한국기업정보 데이터를 매칭한 뒤 2008년부터 2011년까지 일어난 1,980개 기업의 7,645개 기술이전 자료를 추출, 회귀분석과 분위회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 동안 기업이 공공기술이전으로부터 얻는 효과가 정성적으로 다루어져 왔으나, 본 연구에서는 산업과 기업의 특성에 따른 효과의 편차를 연구하기 위하여 정량적인 DB를 구축하고 통계적 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과 기술이전이 매출성장에 가하는 효과는 중고위기술과 고위기술 분야의 일부 기업들에게 편중되는 경향이 있었다. 또한 기간별(1 2 3년 후) 매출의 경우 기술이전은 기술이전 다음해의 매출에 주로 영향을 주지만, 내부 R&D의 효과는 주로 2년 후의 매출에 집중되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 OECD 기술집약도 기준 산업분류와 4개 지정 산업군(자동차, 전자, 반도체, 화학)별로 공공기술이전의 효과에 편차가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 기업 크기별로는 효과에 유의한 차이가 없었다.

전기자동차 배터리팩 열관리시스템에서 상변화물질 적용에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Application of Phase Change Material for Electric Vehicle Battery Thermal Management System using Dymola)

  • Global automobile manufacturers are developing electric vehicles (EVs) to eliminate the pollutant emissions from internal combustion vehicles and to minimize fossil fuel consumptions for the future generations. However, EVs have a disadvantage of shorter traveling distance than that of conventional vehicles. To answer this shortfall, more batteries are installed in the EV to satisfy the consumer expectation for the driving range. However, as the energy capacity of the battery mounted in the EV increases, the amount of heat generated by each cell also increases. Naturally, a better battery thermal management system (BTMS) is required to control the temperature of the cells efficiently because the appropriate thermal environment of the cells greatly affects the power output from the battery pack. Typically, the BTMS is divided into an active and a passive system depending on the energy usage of the thermal management system. Heat exchange materials usually include gas and liquid, semiconductor devices and phase change material (PCM). In this study, an application of PCM for a BTMS was investigated to maintain an optimal battery operating temperature range by utilizing characteristics of a PCM, which can accumulate large amounts of latent heat. The system was modeled using Dymola from Dassault Systems, a multi-physics simulation tool. In order to compare the relative performance, the BTMS with the PCM and without the PCM were modeled and the same battery charge/discharge scenarios were simulated. Number of analysis were conducted to compare the battery cooling performance between the model with the aluminum case and PCM and the model with the aluminum case only.

P3HT가 도핑된 황화납 양자점 기반의 고감도 이산화질소 가스 센서 (High-sensitivity Nitrogen Dioxide Gas Sensor Based on P3HT-doped Lead Sulfide Quantum Dots)

  • With the increasing concern of global warming caused by greenhouse gases owing to the recent industrial development, there is a growing need for advanced technology to control these emissions. Among the various greenhouse gases, nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is a major contributor to global warming and is mainly released from sources, such as automobile exhaust and factories. Although semiconductor-type NO2 gas sensors, such as SnO2, have been extensively studied, they often require high operating temperatures and complicated manufacturing processes, while lacking selectivity, resulting in inaccurate measurements of NO2 gas levels. To address these limitations, a novel sensor using PbS quantum dots (QDs) was developed, which operates at low temperatures and exhibits high selectivity toward NO2 gas owing to its strong oxidation reaction. Furthermore, the use of P3HT conductive polymer improved the thin film quality, reactivity, and reaction rate of the sensor. The sensor demonstrated the ability to accurately measure NO2 gas concentrations ranging from 500 to 100 ppm, with a 5.1 times higher sensitivity, 1.5 times higher response rate, and 1.15 times higher recovery rate compared with sensors without P3HT.

연소배가스 모니터링을 위한 $SnO_{2}$계 CO센서의 검지특성 (Sensing Characteristics of $SnO_{2}$ type CO sensors for combustion exhaust gases monitoring)

  • $SnO_{2}$$V_{2}O_{5}/ThO_{2}/Pd$를 도핑하여 제조된 센서는 약 $500^{\circ}C$의 높은 센서 온도에서 CO에 대해 우수한 선택도와 안전성 및 빠른 응답특성을 보였다. 특히, $V_{2}O_{5}$를 약 3.0 wt.% 첨가하여 선택도에 있어서 CO 감도에 대해 $NO_{x}$, $C_{3}H_{8}$, $CH_{4}$$SO_{2}$같은 많은 간섭가스들의 영향이 적음을 알았다. 센서 제조는 $V_{2}O_{5}$(3.0 wt.%), $ThO_{2}$(1.5wt.%), Pd(1.0 wt.%)의 촉매물질과 함께 기존에 잘 알려진 후막기술을 이용하였다. 일반적으로 연소배가스처럼 $NO_{x}$와 CO가 혼합되어 있는 복합가스의 경우, $SnO_{2}$계 반도체 센서로는 CO만의 검지는 $NO_{x}$ 간섭 때문에 대단히 어렵다. 본 센서는 공연비제어를 요하는 자동차나 보일러 시스템의 연소배가스의 측정과 감시에 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
