완전 자율주행 자동차의 실내공간 설계를 위한 문헌연구 기반의 실내행위 분석 및 유형화 (Analysis and Classification of In-Vehicle Activity Based on Literature Study for Interior Design of Fully Autonomous Vehicle)

  • 최근 상용화를 앞두고 국제적으로 활발히 연구되고 있는 완전 자율주행 자동차는 기존의 자동차에 비해 이동하는 시간을 활용할 수 있는 가능성이 높아져 생활공간이 될 것이라고 기대되면서 완전 자율주행 자동차의 실내공간 환경 조성에 대한 중요성이 매우 높아졌다. 완전 자율주행 자동차에서의 경험이 이동하는 목적을 넘어 생활공간에서 느끼는 만족으로 충족되기 위해서는 실내행위를 지원하는 공간이 조성되어야 한다, 이를 위해 실내공간에서의 사용자의 행위 유형이 무엇인지에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고, 현재까지 완전 자율주행 자동차를 대상으로 실내행위에 대한 정의를 규정한 논문은 국내에서 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 자동차 내 실내행위 범위를 분석 및 유형화하고, 실내공간 배치에 따른 실내행위와 자동차의 특수성을 종합적으로 고려하여 완전 자율주행 자동차의 실내공간 설계 가이드라인을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 국내외 자동차 제조사 및 부품사의 자율주행 자동차 콘셉트 사례분석, 인간의 생활행위 및 생활시간, 공간과 행위에 대한 소비자 니즈(needs) 관련 문헌을 분석하여 완전 자율주행 자동차 내에서 요구되는 행위를 분석하였다. 그 결과 실내행위는 '업무 및 학습', '가정생활 및 개인관리', '휴식', '취미 및 사교'로 유형화되었고, 도출된 결과를 기반으로 종합적인 실내공간 설계 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 실내공간 설계를 위한 새로운 방향성을 고안하여 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있으며, 본 연구를 바탕으로 하여 일상의 생활시간을 보낼 수 있는 공간인 새로운 미래의 완전 자율주행 자동차의 실내공간 환경 조성이 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Real-Time Implementation of Acoustic Echo Canceller Using TMS320C6711 DSK

  • The interior of an automobile is a very noisy environment with both stationary cruising noise and the reverberated music or speech coming out from the audio system. For robust speech recognition in a car environment, it is necessary to extract a driver's voice command well by removing those background noises. Since we can handle the music and speech signals from an audio system in a car, the reverberated music and speech sounds can be removed using an acoustic echo canceller. In this paper, we implement an acoustic echo canceller with robust double-talk detection algorithm using TMS-320C6711 DSK. First we developed the echo canceller on the PC for verifying the performance of echo cancellation, then implemented it on the TMS320C6711 DSK. For processing of one speech sample with 8kHz sampling rate and 256 filter taps of the echo canceller, the implemented system used only 0.035ms and achieved the ERLE of 20.73dB.

  • Special quality of automobile clutch master cylinder(CMC) and analyzed aluminum, plastic material comparison. Efficiency of plastic master cylinder can modularize higher, light weight anger of parts, several piece parts by single parts, prove NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) than aluminum master cylinder as analysis result. Also, structure is easy simplicity, exchange, maintenance costs can be reduced and decrease environmental pollution because recycling is superior. According as content of glass fiber increases, mechanical properties of matter of material increase equally and glass fiber changed variously by condition on manufacturing process. Through comparison analysis with Plastic Body development connection site, did verification.

자동차 열부하의 계산 (A Study on the Heat Load Transferred to a Passenger Vehicle)

  • The computer simulation program that calculates the transient heat load transferred to a passenger vehicle has been developed. Method for modeling mathematically various kinds of the heat load was presented and the derived equations were solved numerically. To find out the accuracy of the simulation program, the correlation of experimental and analytical results was demonstrated. By using this program, the typical characteristics about temperature distribution and instantaneous or of vehicle body color, material of glass, air-conditioning capacity, driving direction, and speed. Under a steady-state condition, the ratios of the heat load, resulting form vehicle body, glass, and interior part, were 35%, 29%, and 36%, respectively.

An Analysis on Surface Cracking Due to Thermomechanical Loading

  • This study deals with thermomechanical cracking between the friction surface and the interior of the brake disc. Analytical model considered in this study was a semi-infinite solid subjected to the thermal loading of an asperity moving with a high speed. The temperature field and the thermal stress state were obtained and discussed on the basis of Von Mises and Tresca Yielding Criterion. Analytical results showed that the dominant stress in cracking of friction brake is thermal stress and cracking location is dependent on the friction coefficient of contact and Peclet number. On the basis of analytical results thermomechanical cracking model is proposed.

  • With the advance of the standard of living, the demand on automobile goes beyond the simple transportion equipment, therefore the interior noise reduction has been the important factor for improvement of the ride quality. Idling noise is a major vehicle characteristic determining occupant comfort. In the present research two approaches for noise source identification based on theory for multi-input system have been investigated. The concept of the frequency response function and the multi-dimensional spectral analysis were used to estimated the spectra of the noise source.

  • Recently, the market has been released a lot of excellent NVH performance cars such as hybrid, electric and luxury cars. Therefore, the consumer is a tendency of many sensitive of the noise inside the vehicle than in the past. In order to match the propensity of such consumers, the automotive industry defines the standard of product related to noise generation of a single product. However, it is difficult to reduce the noise of the product to automobile part suppliers to follow these standards. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating several necessary in order to find a way to reduce the noise.

  • Based on the requirement of high power and efficiency in automobile systems, this paper describes an investigation for the optimum design of a permanent magnet reluctance motor(PRM), and then the characteristics of this kind of motor is compared with that of a interior permanent magnet(IPM) motor. The IPM of 4-pole with 6-slot is redesigned into a PRM, which has the same stator and different rotor structure with IPM. Through finite element analysis(FEA) and equivalent circuit method, the PRM has higher salient ratio, higher efficiency at high speed, and lower iron loss compared with IPM.

특수구급차 성능 개선을 위한 조사 연구 (A study on improving the performance of special ambulances)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for the improvement of the standards related to the performance improvement of the firefighting equipment standards for special ambulances. Methods: Among the domestic firefighting equipment standards, the special ambulance standard was compared with the NFPA 1917 standard for the United States automobile ambulance 2019 and European Union European standard EN 1789 medical vehicle and its equipment, a road ambulance. Results: Anti-skid performance based on indoor noise standards, performance standards for interior lights, seat belt warning device, child car seat fixing device, safety handle, auxiliary footrest, and flooring materials should be supplemented. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the production and performance standards for improvement to a level corresponding to the national standards, such as the United States and European Union.
