하중모델을 이용한 자동차 운동 분석과 자율 예측 시스템 알고리즘 (Predictive Algorithm of Self-Control System using Load Control Model applied to Automobile Dynamic)

  • 최첨단 항공 기술을 3차원 공간이 아닌 평면에서 움직이는 자동차에 적용하므로써, 미래자동차의 가장 큰 목표인 "안전성"을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 무인 자율 자동차 개발에 한발 더 다가갈 수 있다. 이것은 디지털 비행제어시스템에서 항공기의 운동 역학 모델이 구현되어, 자율 비행이 가능하도록 제어값이 찾아지므로 이루어진다. 이러한 첨단 항공 기술을 평면상에서 운동하는 자동차에 적용한다면, 무인 항공기와 같이 자율 운행할 수 있도록 제어 될 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 첨단 항공기의 비행 제어 시스템 모델로 사용되는 하중 제어 모델을 자동차에 적용하여 자동차의 운동 역학을 재해석하고, 하중제어 모델에서 자동차 움직임에 따른 승차감 분석을 한다. 또한 승차감 상향을 위한 해결 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 자동차의 자율 주행, 차선 변경 및 지능형 제동 시스템을 구현하기 위한 하중 제어 모델의 사용 예를 제시한다.

한국 자동차의 대중국 수출경쟁력에 관한 연구 - RCA, CAC, ESI 지수 비교를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Export Competitiveness of Korean Automobiles in the Local Chinese Market)

  • 본고에서는 RCA지수, CAC지수, ESI를 이용하여 지난 2000년 이래 7년간 세계자동차시장 점유율 상위 6개국을 대상으로 중국시장에서의 자동차 수출경쟁력을 비교 분석하였다. RCA지수를 분석한 결과, 한국자동차의 국제시장에서의 경쟁력은 일본, 독일에 이어 높은 것으로 나타났으나 중국자동차시장에서는 수출경합국 중 최하위의 국제경쟁력을 가진 것으로 조사되었다. 국제시장에서 한국자동차의 RCA지수가 7년 평균 1.867인데 비해 중국시장에서의 CAC지수는 1.053에 불과하였다. 그러나 한국자동차는 프랑스시장에서 CAC지수 3.338, 미국시장에서 2.454, 독일시장에서 2.143, 일본시장에서 0.067을 기록함으로써, 프랑스, 미국, 독일시장에서 선전하고 있는 반면, 일본시장과 중국시장에서의 국제경쟁력은 매우 취약한 상태임을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 세계자동차시장에서 한국자동차와 수출경합도가 가장 높은 국가는 독일과 일본으로 관측되었고, 중국시장의 경우 한국-독일, 한국-일본 수출경합도가 세계시장의 ESI보다는 미약하게 형성되어 있었다. 따라서 우리는 세계 및 중국자동차시장의 동향과 중국당국의 정책변화를 면밀하게 모니터링하고 업계와 정부간의 신속하고 유기적인 공조체제를 구축함으로써 중국시장의 경쟁체제 변화에 능동적으로 대응하는 전략을 강구해야 할 것으로 보인다.

  • The Purpopse of this study are to classify the lifestyles of urban housewives with automobiles living in Gwangju to see their relationship between lifestyle and demographic social and econo-mic variables and to see the relationship between lifestyle and prepurchase information search activity. For these purpose a survey was conducted using questionaires on 410 The data was collected from March 8 to March 20 1993 and analyzed by factor analysis cluster analysis Duncan test {{{{ chi ^2 }} }}- t e s t a nd ANOVA. The findings are classified into 7 types: enjoyable convenience type (15.6%) conservative sound and thrifty type(17.3%) rationative type (13.2%) thrifty life type (11.0%) passive-inactive type(8.3%) fashion-pursuity type(12.9%) 2) The lifestyles of he respondents showed significant difference according to their age education level employment status. length marriage consumer education and type of housing. 3) The lifestyles of the respondents showed a difference only automobile attitude While showing no significant difference by automobile size information sources of automobile priority of automobile attitude and time spent in searching information The lifestyle of respondents showed a difference by automobile price size quality secuity warranty service and maintenance cost. 4) Among the lifestyle patterns of the respondents the passive-inactive type and rationative typ were positive about all the prepurchase information activity of automobile.

  • 우리나라 자동차 산업의 질적 고도화 요구에 발맞추어, 자동차공학 교육에서도 실험실습 기자재를 중심으로 보다 효율적인 교수-학습 방법이 도입 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공학교육에서 유용한 교수-학습 방법을 고찰하였으며, 또한 기존의 기자재에 대한 활용상의 문제점 및 요구사항들을 분석하여 기자재를 중심으로 일체의 강의 자료들을 체계화한 이른바 총괄 교수-학습 시스템의 개념을 정의하여 제시하였다. 이를 기초로 자동차공학의 전기장치 분야에 대한 총괄 교수-학습 시스템을 개발하였고, 이를 효율적인 강의 및 실험실습의 수단으로서 강의 프로세스 상에서의 활용방안을 제안하였다.

  • In modern automobile body manufacturing, the structural adhesive bonding is recognized to one of new joining techniques for the purpose of light weight body and its application scope in the automobile body has been gradually magnified. Specially, the structural adhesives have the advantages of not only enhancing the design flexibility of automobile body, but also improving automobile performances such as stiffness, crashworthiness and durability. In order to evaluate the performance simulation of the automobile body applied with structural adhesives, it is necessary to develop modeling techniques in the structural adhesives in advance. This paper aims to investigate modeling methodology of structural adhesive junctions for body stiffness simulation. Two main modeling points are the element selection for adhesives and the connectivity between adhesives and adherends. Both of the 1D element used in classical modeling and the 3D element which are more accurate are considered for the adhesives, and the congruent and incongruent mesh models of the adherends are compared for connectivity modeling. By applying the several kinds of modeling methodology to the simple structures, the simulation results are compared and some modeling guidelines are obtained.

자동차 재구매 증진을 위한 데이터 마이닝 기반의 맞춤형 전략 개발 (Development of Customized Strategy for Enhancing Automobile Repurchase Using Data Mining Techniques)

  • Purpose Although automobile production has increased since the development of the Korean automobile industry, the number of customers who can purchase automobiles decreases relatively. Therefore, automobile companies need to develop strategies to attract customers and promote their repurchase behaviors. To this end, this paper analyzed customer data from a Korean automobile company using data mining techniques to derive repurchase strategies. Design/methodology/approach We conducted under-sampling to balance the collected data and generated 10 datasets. We then implemented prediction models by applying a decision tree, naive Bayesian, and artificial neural network algorithms to each of the datasets. As a result, we derived 10 patterns consisting of 11 variables affecting customers' decisions about repurchases from the decision tree algorithm, which yielded the best accuracy. Using the derived patterns, we proposed helpful strategies for improving repurchase rates. Findings From the top 10 repurchase patterns, we found that 1) repurchases in January are associated with a specific residential region, 2) repurchases in spring or autumn are associated with whether it is a weekend or not, 3) repurchases in summer are associated with whether the automobile is equipped with a sunroof or not, and 4) a customized promotion for a specific occupation increases the number of repurchases.

자동차 진동해석을 위한 자동차 현가계의 모델링 (Modeling of Automobile Suspension System for Analyzing Automobile Vibration)

  • As automobile technology advances, a smoother ride with less noise is desired. In order to achieve these purposes, a study on the vibration and noise produced by a moving automobile was carried out and a model for tire vibration characteristics which influence the ride performance was developed. The model was verified through simulations and experiments. The developed model was then applied to a half car model and automobile vibrations were analyzed. The effects of tire design parameters on the automobile vibration energy were investigated. The results from laboratory and field tests confirm the validity of the analytical model. The 17-DOF half-car model was built to analyze automobile vibration. The characteristics of the nonlinear model for a shock absorber were applied to this model. The results from the present 17-DOF half car model incorporating the analytical tire model with tire design parameters, were compared with the 5-DOF half car model where the tire was modeled with linear springs. The results of the 17-DOF model are close to the experimental results. Using the 17-DOF model, the influence of tire design parameter were considered. According to the analysis results, the vibrations at seat/body/wheel were predicted by simulation and experiment.

  • In this paper, it was performed to protect the remanufacturing industry of domestic automobile part and grasp the latest tendency of remanufacturing industry of domestic automobile part for development of remanufacturing technology and economical support of government. Research on the present statue of the remanufacturing industry was indicated that the number of remanufacture enterprises about automobile part, the annual, the number of employee in remanufacture and the type of remanufacturing. The general problems were presented which blocked the activities of domestic automobile part. It was also presented that problem of remanufacturing technology side and quality assurance of remanufactured automobile part and found out solution.

자동차부품제조업의 부도 위험 수준 예측 연구 (Bankruptcy Risk Level Forecasting Research for Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry)

  • In this paper, we report bankruptcy risk level forecasting result for automobile parts manufacturing industry. With the premise that upstream supply risk and downstream demand risk could impact on automobile parts industry bankruptcy level in advance, we draw upon industry input-output table to use the economic indicators which could reflect the extent of supply and demand risk of the automobile parts industry. To verify the validity of each economic indicator, we applied simple linear regression for each indicators by varying the time lag from one month (t-1) to 12 months (t-12). Finally, with the valid indicators obtained through the simple regressions, the composition of valid economic indicators are derived using stepwise linear regression. Using the monthly automobile parts industry bankruptcy frequency data accumulated during the 5 years, R-square values of the stepwise linear regression results are 68.7%, 91.5%, 85.3% for the 3, 6, 9 months time lag cases each respectively. The computational testing results verifies the effectiveness of our approach in forecasting bankruptcy risk forecasting of the automobile parts industry.

자동차분쟁에 있어서 중재절차에 관한 고찰 (A Study of the Arbitration Procedures for Disputes Regarding Automobiles)

  • When a dispute or conflict occurs, standard methods for resolving them include resolution by trial or resolutions outside of courts. An alternative dispute resolution method called ADR that aims at remedying disputes instead of filing lawsuits is used commonly throughout the world, including the US and China. ADR, which is a remedy method outside of courts, includes negotiation, arbitration, or mediation between the concerned parties, and the arbitration system has several advantages. The Lemon Law is a consumer protection law of the United States that was enacted in 1975. This law prescribes that when specified quality standards are not met repeatedly due to defects in vehicles or electronic products, the manufacturer must provide exchanges or refunds to consumers. Korea also enacted a newly revised automobile management act, the Korea "Lemon Law," on January 1, 2019, which allows consumers to receive exchanges or refunds from the manufacturer if the same malfunction repeatedly occurs after purchasing a new automobile. There have recently been many cases of large fires occurring while driving import vehicles, causing huge public rage; therefore, interest is being focused on the revised automobile management act. Part 5-2 of the automobile management act was newly added to implement automobile exchange or refund arbitration systems. It is desirable to utilize the arbitration system to smoothly resolve automobile-related disputes that have recently increased significantly, and it is thus being used frequently for practical purposes.
