A computer simulation for the performance analysis of automobile air conditioning components is carried out for the various operating conditions. The automobile air conditioning system consists of laminated type evaporator, swash plate type compressor, parallel flow type condenser, externally equalized thermostatic expansion valve and receiver drier. The overall heat transfer coefficient and the pressure drop in laminated type evaporator were obtained through experiments. In parallel flow type condenser, the performance analysis computer program using the empirical equation for heat transfer coefficient has been developed and the results are compared with experimental results. A model for matching the performance analysis programs of respective components .of automobile air conditioning system is introduced. Further, the effects of varying condenser size and refrigerant charge on the performance of automobile air conditioning system are discussed clearly.

The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

Representing a complex, three-dimensional shape, such as an automobile, requires a large amount of CAD data consisting of millions of approximated discontinuous points, which makes it difficult or even impossible to efficiently optimize the entire shape. For this reason, in this paper, function based design method is proposed to optimize the external shape of an automobile. A vehicle modeling function was defined in the form of a Bernstein polynomial to smoothly express the complex 2D and 3D automobile configurations. The sub-sectional parts of the vehicle modeling function are defined as section functions through classifying each subsection of a box model. It is shown that the use of the vehicle modeling functions has the useful advantages in an aerodynamic shape optimization.

Automatic automobile has been studied as the alternative energy system and the production flow automation device recently. But this is dependent on the import production, and its position cannot be controlled free from the fixed path. It is difficult to control the automobile position because of the eccentricity of inertia monent, slip and roughness between wheel and road surface. This problems is solved for the controller to be feedbacked the data of the multi-sensor system consisting of the rotary encoder and electronic compass. The proportional Integrated controller in the modified Ziegler-Nichols method is made up with Hitachi 7034 microprocessor. To the real time control the mechanical, electrical and electronic hardware and software device is produced by myself. The RF data of automobile speed and position is supplied to the remote PC to be displayed the automobile condition. By the experinent of the forward, spin, point path planning, it is known for autombile.

This paper focuses on a BOM(Bill of Materials) management problem for a small and medium manufacturing company that produce automobile parts. Automobile part's manufacturers produce various products due to various automobile characteristics such as types, colors, and the other options of car. These products are classified into product groups with common parts. And each product group is regarded as a product family. This paper proposes an efficient and effective EXCEL-based BOM management scheme using characteristics of the product family. And we have implemented the practical EXCEL-based BOM management system for real small and medium automobile part's manufacturing companies.

As the development of information and globalization of world economy enters new condition, the stake of every nation's makes more complwx, and multilateral negotiation lead by WTO is seriously delayed. But the number of agreement about FTA increase exponentially. In this study we aim to consider whether Korean FTA affects the relation of the trade of Korea and Japan or not, especially Automobile industry. The composition of this paper is as follows. Chap. 1 is Introduction. In Chap. 2, we consider the change of the Trade Policy of Korea focusing in FTA. In Chap. 3, we consider how Korean FTA affect the structure of Japan's Trade, especially the automobile industry of Korea and Japan. In Chap. 4, we have conclusion. As the conclusion, the impact to the automobile industry of Korea and Japan is that Korean FTA works to Korean automobile industry advantageously in micro level, but in macro level, the competition of world automobile industry move into a next generation technology market.

This study is concentration on our automobile industry past and future. A core contents are changing industry society with our automobile industry side by side worldwide global strategy. First, I owe to Lee Chul prof.(Sogang Univ.) and Chung Tae Young prof.(Hongik Univ.), Because, I have been studied International Trade throughout above two profs. I knowed after I write two important points, first past our automobile industry passing with present ones, and future our foreign entry strategy side by side worldwide global complex reallities. Powerfully speaking, Hyundai-Kia sources offered to me, according to I must thank interested with parties belong to institutes. I now looking forward to future our automobile circled Hyundai-Kia Co. for pure independent own technical skill overcome U.S.A, EU and JAPAN.

This study was conducted to find performance evaluation method for automobile air conditioner. Experimental facilities were constructed to simulate wide range of operating condition for the automobile air conditioner. Compressor speed was controled by variable speed electric motor and the power was measured through torque transducer and tachometer was used to measure compressor speed. Parametric studies were conducted in this study, to figure out effect of environment variables on the performance of the automobile air conditioner. The environmental variables are inlet air temperature, relative humidity and air flow rate for the evaporator and inlet air temperature and air flow rate for the condenser. Compressor speed is also changed. The results of this study shows that air flow rate of the evaporator is more sensitive to the performance of the automobile air conditioner than the other variables. However relative humidity of the inlet air of the evaporator strongly affects capacity rather that COP.

The present study aimed to compare and analyze the particulars of and difference in medical expenses and their composition ratio for 2,026 patients hospitalized at 2 types of medical institutions (443 at a clinic and 1,583 at a hospital) in Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do under coverage of automobile insurance during 2009. From the analysis, it became evident that there were differences in individual characters of inpatients covered by automobile insurance, and details, composition and composition ratio of medical treatment for them depending on types of medical institutions. There was no difference, however, between the total and average medical expenses per capita even when markup rate was applied to the automobile insurance by types of hospitals. The ratio of radiotherapy and physical therapy in the composition of medical expenses was found to be extraordinarily high in clinics compared to that of hospitals. The composition ratio of the fixed cost including charge for hospitalization also turned out to be fairly high in all medical institutions.

본 논문의 목적은 일본자동차산업의 부품조달 B2B 전자상거래가 어떻게 구축되어 운용되고 있으며, 일본자동차산업의 부품조달 구매활동에 어떠한 영향을 가져왔는지를 자동차메이커의 사례를 중심으로 고찰하는 것이다. 일본자동차산업의 부품조달 B2B전자상거래의 특징은 초기의 상업용 VAN을 이용한 폐쇄형시스템에서 점차적으로 JNX와 같은 개방형 정보시스템으로 진전되어 왔으며, 기업의 특성에 따라 이전의 상업용 VAN이 JNX와 혼용되고 있음을 파악할 수가 있었다. 향후 일본 자동차산업의 부품조달 B2B 전자상거래는 자동차메이커의 모기업들을 중심으로 인터넷을 이용한 부품조달이 더 활발하게 거래될 것이다. 일본자동차산업의 부품조달 B2B 전자상거래의 개선방안으로서 본 논문은 e-마켓플레이스의 활성화, IT와 비즈니스프로세스의 개혁, 소규모 부품조달업체로의 B2B 전자상거래의 확대 등을 제시하였다.
