  • This thesis is to introduce development process and application for domestic production of Automation System for High Density and Perpendicular Storage used in the industrial field. Most of the traditional Automation Systems for High Density and Perpendicular Storage are imported and using in the industrial field. As a result of this condition, foreign competitive power is decreased cause increasing of production cost. In spite of economical burden to protect a loss with management in the case of the industrial field dealing with various products, imported Automation System for High Density and Perpendicular Storage is used. On this developed Automation System for High Density and Perpendicular Storage solved these problems. Developed system uses managing computer, it is easy to manipulate input and output of production and inventory management. Moreover, Developed system accomplished shortened driving time and mechanical safety.

  • Factory Automation is being implemented rapidly in almost of industries. This new trend and technology have a great influence on even traditional quality control system, and make it be changed with new approaches and methodologies. In these environments, this study has brief review on automation and quality control system, gives checkpoints of the automation system design with the viewpoint of quality control. Also this study proposes a detail system configuration and specifications of each system conponent in the configuration. In the last, a brief implementation guideline for the automation system in the scope of information technology is also presented.

Electrical Engineering Design Method Based on Neural Network and Application of Automatic Control System

  • The existing electrical engineering design method and the dynamic objective function in the application process of automatic control system fail to meet the unbounded condition, which affects the control tracking accuracy. In order to improve the tracking control accuracy, this paper studies the electrical engineering design method based on neural network and the application of automatic control system. This paper analyzes the structure and working mechanism of electrical engineering automation control system by an automation control model with main control objectives. Following the analysis, an optimal solution of controllability design and fault-tolerant control is figured out. The automatic control power coefficient is distributed based on an ideal control effect of system. According to the distribution results, an automatic control algorithm is based on neural network for accurate control. The experimental results show that the electrical automation control method based on neural network can significantly reduce the control following error to 3.62%, improve the accuracy of the electrical automation tracking control, thus meeting the actual production needs of electrical engineering automation control system.

디지털 홈의 홈오토메이션 시스템에 대한 거주 후 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Home Automation System at Digital Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the level of awareness, uses, and satisfaction on home automation systems by the digital home residents, to reveal the existing problems using home automation systems, and to clarify residents' positive or negative life changes after using home automation systems. Two apartment complexes, which were relatively well equipped with home automation systems compared to other recently built apartments, were selected to perform the survey by digital home residents who were housewives and have lived in current home more than 6 months. The researcher developed a survey questionnaire for each apartment complex and collected data from 501 residents from May to June, 2008. The results of the study found low awareness and low uses of remote control systems of electric appliances through a cellular phone or PC from outside. Also, the significant variables which showed group differences in level of uses and satisfation were age, annual income, duration of residence, and level of considering home automation system before decision to move in. The results of the study also revealed that frequent breakdown was the most critical problem using home automation systems. Generally, using home automation systems affected to residents' life changes positively. More findings and suggestions for development of more user-friendly digital home services were discussed.

도서관자동화시스템 개선을 위한 현황 및 인식 연구 (A Study on the Current Status and Perception of Library Automation Systems for System Improvement)

  • 본 연구는 도서관자동화시스템에 대한 현황 분석을 기반으로 향후 개선 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구에서는 KESLI와 KCUE 컨소시엄에 참여하는 기관의 담당 사서를 대상으로 설문을 진행함으로써 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 만족도, 오픈소스 기반 도서관자동화시스템의 현황과 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 현재 도서관에서 사용하는 자동화시스템은 대부분 2000년대 혹은 2010년대에 외주도입 방식으로 개발되었으며, 도서관자동화시스템 전반에 대해서 50% 이상의 응답자가 만족 의견을 보였다. 전반적인 만족도는 개별 기능 만족도와 고객지원 서비스 만족도, 시스템의 구축 및 운영관리 만족도의 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 현재 도서관자동화시스템은 대부분 오픈소스 혹은 클라우드를 활용하지 않고 있었으나 향후 활용 의사가 높게 나타났으며, 특히 3년 이내에 도입하겠다는 답변도 40% 이상을 차지했다. 본 연구는 향후 오픈소스기반 도서관자동화시스템 구축을 위한 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다

  • 본 논문은 대용량 진력변환장치인 멀티-레벨 인버터 시스템에서 출력 전압가변이 손쉬운 HBML(H-Bridge Multi-Level) 인버터의 Master와 Cell 제어기 구성에 관한 것이다. HBML 인버터는 각각의 단위 Cell을 저압에서 사용하는 인버터로 구성하면, 구조적으로 풀-브릿지(Full-Bridge) 인버터를 캐스케이드 방식으로 연결하여 고압출력을 얻을 수 있는 토폴로지이다. 시스템에서 Master와 Cell의 제어 처리를 한곳에 집중하지 않는 분산 제어 방식을 적용하여 통신 Data를 최적화하도록 구성하고, 이를 바탕으로 두 제어기를 고성능 원-칩(One-Chip) DSP로만 설계하였다. 모든 외부 모듈을 내장한 CPU로 제어기가 구성될 경우, 외부 노이즈에 강하며, 추가되는 하드웨어 결선을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 HBML 인버터 출력 생성 시 반드시 요구되는 출력 PWM 동기 및 위상전이(Phase Shift)를 각 제어기 자체에 내장된 모듈만을 이용해서 구현하였다.

An Automation Instructor System using Finite State Machine within Web services

  • The majority of the Web's success can be related to its productivity and flexibility. Web Services (WSs) have the means to create new patterns for the delivery of software capabilities. The WS easily provides the use of existing components available via the Internet. WSs are a new trend that shares ubiquitous systems with others, so the popularity of the Web is increased day by day with their associated systems. This paper will explore and adopt the possibility of developing a technique that will automate instructors' scheduling of timetables within a Web services environment. This technique has an advantage that facilitates users to reduce the time cost and effort by reducing errors and costs for institutes. Providing dependable tables to avoid mistakes related to instituting schedules is ensured by an automated repetitive manual procedure. Automated systems are increasingly developed based on organizations and their customers. Still, the setting's difficulty of automation systems increases to rise as the system architecture and applications must accomplish various requirements and specifications of ever-demanding project scenarios. The automation system is composed of an operating system, platforms, devices, machines, control system, and information technology. This architecture provides more productivity and optimized services. The main purpose of this paper is to apply an automation system to enhance both quality and productivity. This paper also covers an agile method of proving an automation system by Finite State Machine (FSM) and Attributed Graph Grammar (AGG) tool.

지능형 이동 로봇을 이용한 홈오토메이션 시스템 (Home Automation System using Intelligent Mobile Robot)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 홈오토메이션 시스템보다 효율적이고 능동적인 시스템 모델을 제안하며, 기존 시스템의 한계점을 해결하기 위해서 지능형 이동 로봇을 사용한다. 제안된 시스템은 집안에서 사용하기에 적합하도록 특화된 로봇을 사용하며, 이 로봇은 사람 대신 집안을 돌아다닌다. 이 시스템 모델을 HAuPIRS (Home Automation system using PDA based Intelligent Robot System) 라고 부르기로 한다. HAuPIRS제어 구조는 사용자 레벨, 인지 레벨, 실행 레벨의 세 파트로 구성된다. 이 시스템은 사용하기 쉽고, 기술의 발전에 따른 새로운 가전기기가 나오더라도 확장이 가능하다 HAuPIRS제어 구조의 성능을 검증하기 위해서 HAuPIRS 제어 구조를 기반으로 한 PBMoRo System (PDA Based Mobile Robot System) 을 만들어 실험하였다.

철근 콘크리트 공사의 자동화 대상작업 도출 (Derivation of Work to be Automated in Reinforced Concrete Construction)

  • For the successful introduction of the construction automation system, it is necessary to define the consideration factors and target tasks for the necessity of automating the conventional methods. In this study, the factors for automation were derived through brainstorming and questionnaires, and calculated the relative importance through the pairwise comparison using the AHP analysis method. In addition, the detailed type of concrete work was classified into 32 detailed works, and the automation score for each work was calculated by investigating the factors considering the necessity of automation. As a result of the automation score analysis, it was concluded that the need for automation of concrete placing work was the highest. Based on this study, we will consider the strategy of a concrete construction automation system.
