수질자동측정망 자료의 항목별 이상치 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis on the Outlier Data of Each Parameter in Automatic Water Quality Monitoring Networks)

  • Along the 4 major rivers in korea, there are automatic water quality monitoring (AWQM) stations to immediately respond to any pollution incident. Real-time data (temperature, DO, pH, EC and TOC) collected at each station were statistically treated to exclude outliers and keep valid data using Dixon's test and Discordance test. These applied methods were compared in terms of the number of the outliers sorted out. There was no significant difference between these methods. On the other hand, more outliers were sorted out from EC and TOC data, comparing with other water quality items. EC data did not show partly any variation for a long time at H station. If measured signal does not exceed ${\pm}0.001mS/cm$ from the sectional mean, the signal should be treated as normal data. Therefore, another routine was added to the data screening system, some data which were removed as outlier were restored.

  • In this study, a mathematical model for analyzing the shifting transients of the passenger car with an automatic transmission is proposed. The proposed model comprises a power transmission system and a vehicle system, which are coupled. In order to extract the modeling parameters, on-road car test is carried out. The model is composed of a detailed powertrain, an engine/AT housing, a simplified suspension system, tires and a vehicle body model. On the test, the vehicle accelerations and pitch ratio are measured by using accelerometers and a gyro sensor. The speeds, the brake signal, and the throttle position are taken from sensors which already exist in the vehicle. Considering natural ftequencies, which is calculated from the measured accelerations, and the characteristic equation, vehicle model parameters are identified. Dynamic behaviors during upshift or downshift are simulated using the proposed vehicle model. By comparing and analyzing the simulation result and on-road car test data, the vibration of the Engine/AT housing influences the shifting transients. The effect of model parameters are also studied. Among model parameters, the location of engine mountings influences the vibration of the vehicle body.

  • Automatic power transmission systems consisted of a torque converter and several planetary gear sets, clutches and brakes are controlled by a hydraulic shift control circuit and an electronic transmission control unit. The hydraulic circuit serves for the operation of the torque converter and lubrication oil supply of the transmission system as well as for the actuation of clutches for the automatic gear shift. The complicated hydraulic control circuit constructed by many spools, solenoids, orifices and flow passages are integrated into one small valve block and it is powered by one hydraulic pump. In this paper, a test equipment was developed to measure the oil consumption of each component at various wide operating conditions. Test data about 730 sets acquired from five test items are analyzed and discussed on the oil capacity of the circuit.

  • The proportional control solenoid valves as well as the PWM solenoid valves operated by electric signal play an important role in the hydraulic system for automatic transmissions to improve the shift quality. However it is not generally available for the performance data because most of the automotive parts manufacturer don't release the specific test results, especially dynamic performance that is essential to design a shift control algorithm. In this research, a performance test equipment that can be applied to various types of pressure control solenoid valve was developed. It was implemented by 8-bit micro-controller with many useful functions such as adjustable PWM carrier frequency, embedded function generator, current controller, data monitoring and acquisitions, etc. for the test of dynamic performance of solenoid valve as well as the steady-state pressure characteristics. The performance test results for the direct type proportional control solenoid valve show not only the validity of overall functions but also its usefulness as a hydraulic valve tester.

무인표적기용 저가형 자동비행시스템 개발 (Development of Low-Cost Automatic Flight Control System for an Unmanned Target Drone)

  • 본 논문은 군에서 운용중인 대공포 사격 훈련용으로 개발한 무인 표적기용 자동비행시스템 개발에 관한 논문이다. 조종사에 의해 수동으로 운용중인 표적기를 자동화함으로써 조종사 측면에서는 비행업무를 경감시키고, 군 측면에서는 사격훈련 예산절감이라는 장점을 가지게 된다. 현재까지 개발된 대부분의 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)는 항공기 자세를 측정하기 위해 AHRS(Attitude & Heading Reference System)와 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)등의 고가의 센서를 장착하고 있지만 이를 장착하고 무인기를 사격훈련용으로 사용하기에는 예산절감이라는 목적에 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문은 저가의 센서를 장착하고 자동비행이 가능하도록 저가형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였으며, 자동비행 컴퓨터를 포함한 센서, 전원모듈, 스위칭 모듈, 모니터링 모듈, RC 수신기를 하나의 모듈로 단일화하여 통합형 자동비행시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 비행시험을 통하여 자동비행시스템 성능을 입증하였다.

  • 본 연구는 자동노출제어장치(Automatic Exposure Control, AEC)와 수동노출 이용 시 입사표면선량(Entrance Surface Dose, ESD)과 Entropy를 분석하여 자동노출제어장치의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 실험방법은 Skull, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis 부위에 대하여 란도팬텀(Rando Phantom)에 반도체 선량계를 위치시켜 선량을 측정하였고, 동시에 획득한 DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) 파일을 Matlab으로 Entropy 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 자동노출제어장치 이용 시 모든 부위의 입사표면선량이 수동노출보다 낮았고 Entropy 수치는 높았으며, paired t-test는 p<0.05로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 자동노출제어장치의 사용은 X선 검사 시 발생할 수 있는 불필요한 방사선량과 정보의 손실량을 줄여서 피폭선량과 영상 화질의 최적화에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 방법이 될 수 있다.

흉추 가동성 운동프로그램이 만성 요통 환자의 통증과 심박 변이도 및 우울증에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Thoracic Flexibility Exercise Program on Pain, Heart Rate Variability, and Depression in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effects of a thoracic flexibility exercise program on pain, heart rate variability (HRV), and depression in patients with chronic low back pain. Methods : Fifty patients with chronic low back pain participated in this study. Each participant performed a pre-test and post-test. The outcome measures evaluated were a visual analog scale, HRV test results (automatic activity, standard deviation normal to normal [SDNN], low frequency [LF], high frequency [HF], and LF/HF ratio), and the Beck Depression Inventory. Patients underwent conventional physiotherapy for 35 minutes per session. In addition, a thoracic flexibility exercise program (trunk rotation exercise, McKenzie exercise, and supine thoracic extension exercise) were performed 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Results : After the training period, the visual analog scale results showed a significant decrease in the post-test compared to the pre-test. Automatic activity, SDNN, LF, HF, and LF/HF ratio significantly increased in the post-test compared to the pre-test. The Beck depression inventory results significantly decreased in the post-test compared to the pre-test. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that a thoracic flexibility exercise program improves a visual analog scale, HRV (automatic activity, SDNN, LF, HF, and LF/HF ratio), and the Beck Depression Inventory in patients with chronic low back pain.

Efficient Multi-site Testing Using ATE Channel Sharing

  • Multi-site testing is considered as a solution to reduce test costs. This paper presents a new channel sharing architecture that enables I/O pins to share automatic test equipment (ATE) channels using simple circuitry such as tri-state buffers, AND gates, and multiple-input signature registers (MISR). The main advantage of the proposed architecture is that it is implemented on probe cards and does not require any additional circuitry on a target device under test (DUT). In addition, the proposed architecture can perform DC parametric testing of the DUT such as leakage testing, even if the different DUTs share the same ATE channels. The simulation results show that the proposed architecture is very efficient and is applicable to both wafer testing and package testing.

Ship Manoeuvring Performance Experiments Using a Free Running Model Ship

  • In this paper, a 3m-class free running model ship will be introduced with its manoeuvring performance experiments. The results of turning circle test and zig-zag test will be explained. The developed system are equipped with GPS, main control computer, wireless LAN, IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), self-propulsion propeller and driving rudder. Its motion can be controlled by RC (Radio Control) and wireless LAN from land based center. Automatic navigation is also available by pre-programmed algorithm. The trajectory of navigation can be acquired by GPS and it provides us with important data for ship's motion control experiments. The results of manoeuvring performance experiment have shown that the developed free running model ship can be used to verify the test of turning circle and zig-zag. For next step, other experimental researches such as ship collision avoidance system and automatic berthing can be considered in the future.

  • This paper proposes an expert system to generate automatically the test table of test system which can highly enhance the quality and productivity of product by inspecting quickly and accurately the defect device on the electronic circuit board tested. The expert system identifies accurately the tested components and the circuit patterns by tracing automatically the connectivity of circuit from electronic circuit database. And it generates automatically the test table to detect accurately the missing components, the misplaced components, and the wrong components for analog components such as resistance, coil, condenser, diode, and transistor, based on the experience knowledge of veteran expert. It is implemented in C computer language for the purpose of the implementation of the inference engine using the dynamic memory allocation technique, the interface with the electronic circuit database and the hardware direct control. And, the validity of the builded expert system is proved by simulating for a typical electronic board model.
