The Comparative Consideration on the Basic pattern of Geo-go-ri (저고리 원형제도의 비교고찰)

  • We consider the irrational part of the basic pattern drafting of the Geo-Ko-ri so that we want to design it more scientically. So there are problems which is found after we considered with comparison about the existingly basic pattern drafting of Geo-go-ri. (1) there is a difference between the practical and Calculation. (2) The part of the curved line was mad indistinctly There is a difference betweence the calculating expression and calculating value. (4) There are some parts which lack objectivity about the reference size. (5) The calculating method of Collar-width and Neck-Nidth are not formative and rational. These are items that we must consider and study further. Especially if we can make up of the scientific form in consideration of the formativeness focused on "git" I think it will make a great contribution to not only the standardization of the basic pattern of Geo-go-ri and the use of the use of education but also the manufacture of individual clothing the production by Auto CAD.   • An automated process planning system for cold forging of non-axisymmetric parts of comparatively simple shape was developed in this study. Programs for the system have been written with Visual LISP in the AutoCAD using a personal computer and are composed of four main modules such as input module, shape cognition and shape expression module, material diameter determination module and process planning module. The design rules and knowledges for th system are extracted from the plasticity theories. handbook, relevant reference and empirical knowledge of field experts. Generally, in forging, only front view is needed for expression of axisymmetric parts, but non-axisymmetric parts are needed both front view and plane. At the plane, this system cognizes the external shape of non-axisymmetric parts - number of sides of regular polygon and radius of a circle circumscribing the polygon of n sides. At the front view, the system perceives diameter of axisymmetric portions and hight of primitive geometries such as polygon, cylinder, cone, concave, convex, etc.

  • In general, FORTRAN is used for numerical analysis and OPS5 or LISP is used for expert systems, This causes problems at the interface because the various applications require different computing languages or environments. This paper describes the approach used to take AutoCAD as a user-interface for an existing finite element structural analysis package. Some principles concerning database management related to data-exchange interface of pre- and post-processing system for FORTRAN structural analysis program are discussed, and numerical examples demonstrate the power of the combination of these programs.

  • 본 연구에서는 백색광원용 조명램프에 필요한 고밀도로 집적된 LED 어레이를 제작하기 위하여 반도체제조 공정에 필요한 포토마스크를 AutoCAD 상에서 설계하였으며 레이저 리소그래피 장비를 이용하여 포토마스크를 제작하였다. 웨이퍼상에 LED칩을 개별적으로 제작한 후 이들을 직렬 및 병렬로 금속배선하여 연결하였다. 특히 AutoCAD로 각 공정의 포토마스크 패턴을 설계 작업한 후 DWG 파일을 DXF 파일로 변환하여 레이저빔으로 스캔닝하였다. 이를 소다라임 유리판 위에 크롬을 증착한 후 각 패턴에 맞추어 식각 함으로써 포토마스크를 제작하였다. 또한 2인치 InGaN/GaN 다중 양자우물구조의 광소자용 에피박막이 증착된 사파이어 웨이퍼에 포토마스크를 활용하여 반도체 제조공정을 수행하였으며, 금속배선된 백색LED램프를 제작하였다.

A Study on Water Network Modeling System Based Upon GIS (지리정보시스템 기반의 상수관망 모델링 시스템 연구)

  • ArcView and water network models have been integrated to develop the water network modeling system based upon GIS. To develop this system, pre, main, and post processing systems are required. GIS programming technique was adopted by using the ArcView's script language Avenue. The input data of models have been prepared by using the AutoCAD Map3D through the conversion of modeling input data to GIS data for A city. The modeling has been implemented by using EPANET, WaterCAD, InfoWorks. To develop the post processing system, the modeling results of the water network models have been analyzed by using GIS. During the application process of the developed system to B city with 300,000 population, main problems were found in the constructed GIS DB of that city. Thus, pilot study area of B city has been constructed, and pre-, main, and post-processing techniques were invented based upon GIS. Finally, the problems related to waterworks GIS projects in Korea were discussed and solutions were suggested.

  • This paper describes a research work of developing a computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD-CAM) of irregular shaped sheet metal product for blanking or piercing and bending operation. An approach to the system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated form plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. This system has been written in AutoLIST on the AutoCAD and in customer tool kit on the SmartCAM with a personal computer and is composed of nine modules. the system is designed by considering several factors, such as material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profile, diameter and material of a wire, and availability of press. This system is capable of unfolding a formed sheet metal to give flat pattern and automatically account for the adjustment of bending allowances to match tooling requirements by checking dimensions and generating NC data automatically according to drawings of die-layout module. Results carried out in each module will provide efficiencies to the designer and the manufacture of blanking or piercing and bending die in this field.

  • To achieve rapid new car developments and cost saving, new approaches for automotive general assembly in manufacturing preparations are needed. In this paper, CAD and DMU technologies for design and evaluation of machines and equipments are discussed. Digital Mock-up based on 3-D CAD models usually apply in the area of concept design and design review. We focus on manufacturing preparations of the machine and equipment. Detail procedures, examples and considerations of DMU are suggested in this paper. By applying DMU in the manufacturing preparations of general assembly, time, cost and quality of engineering can be enhanced through engineering collaboration.

  • This paper describes a research work of developing automated progressive process planning system for working electric products. An approach to the CAD system in based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the CAD system is formulated from plasticity theories experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of three main modules which are input and shape treatment flat pattern layout and strip layout module. Based on knowledge-based rules the system is design by considering several factors such as radius and angle of bend material and thickness of product complexities of blank geometry and punch profile bending sequence and availability of press. Strip layout drawing automatically generated by piercing with punch profiles divided into for external area is simulated in 3-D graphic forms including bending sequences for the product with piercing and bending. Results obtained using the modules enable the manufacture of electronic products to be more efficient in this field.

  • Thousands of passengers and crews are onboard a cruise ship and there are many cabins and large public spaces such as atria and theaters. Therefore it is easy to cause a huge loss of life and damage to property when accidents happen at sea. To improve the safety of passenger ships, in October 2007, IMO proposed MSC.1/Circ.1238 on guidelines for evacuation analysis and recommended its use. However, this guideline is difficult to apply because ship designers need to get many pieces of information from CAD drawings such as width and length of stairs and corridors and manually calculate the evacuation time. In this paper, for practical application of the guidelines, an evacuation time calculation program is developed using AutoCAD .NET API library and C Sharp language.
