정보산업의 발달로 다양한 기록매체가 출현함에 따라 시청각기록물의 생산량과 이용률이 급증하였으나, 시청각기록물에 대한 인식은 부수적인 가치를 지닌 별도의 기록물로 취급되고 있다. 이와 같이 시청각기록물을 소장하고 있는 기관들은 그 형태의 종류와 보관방법 등의 부분에서 상당히 취약한 면모를 보이고 있으며, 관리하는 방식도 모두 다르기 때문에 이용자들이 시청각기록물의 검색 및 활용에 불편을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 주요 기관에서 사용되고 있는 시청각기록물 기술요소의 비교 분석을 통해 시청각기록물의 통합관리 가능성을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 시청각기록물의 기관별 메타데이터 요소와 기관 간 통합관리 가능성을 파악하며, 각 기관에서의 효율적인 시청각기록물의 관리 검색 서비스 제공과 이용에 대한 효과를 제안하고, 시청각기록물의 통합 메타데이터 기술요소 개선안을 제시하였다.

네트�p 중심전(NCW) 및 정보화 시대에 발맞추어 군에서도 고성능 작전콘솔을 활용하여 다양하고 복잡한 메시지 교환 및 운용병간 음성통화를 통해 신속하게 상태 및 정보를 공유함으로써 임무수행의 효율을 극대화하는 추세로 발전하고 있다. 작전 또는 훈련종료 후 임무 분석 및 검토를 통해 추후 새로운 작전계획을 세울 목적으로 작전상황을 기록하는 장비가 최근 개발되어 운용되고 있다. 기록장비의 기록 방식은 전시영상을 직접 기록하는 방식과 연동되는 메시지를 기록하는 방식으로 나뉜다. 본 연구는 데이터기반 기록방식의 재생준비시간 개선을 위한 새로운 기록방식과 개선방안을 제안한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the nursing activities delineated by interview of nurses with those on nursing notes. Method: The participants of interview were 18 nurses working in medical and surgical units of a large hospital in Seoul. Each nurse was asked to choose one patient who demand most nursing care among her patients. The nurse was then interviewed to describe what her nursing activities for the patient was that day. The audio-taped interview was transcribed and the content was analyzed by researchers. Nursing notes of each nurses' patients were copied and the content analyzed by researchers. Finally, themes from the interview data and those from nursing notes were compared. Result: Activities related to emotional or psychological nursing, education for patient and families, and problem solving related to treatment or nursing procedure were most often omitted in nursing notes. Most of the documentation in nursing notes were related to physical condition of patients or physician's orders. Nurses described that they will do better recording if they were given less patient care responsibility, had better nursing knowledge, had better recording system, and received more training on nursing record. Conclusion: Nursing notes did not reflect nursing activities properly. Few independent nursing roles were documented in the nursing notes. Development of nursing education program and nursing record system is needed for improvement of nursing record.

A two channel seismic recorder suitable for long-term observation of microearthquakes is developed. The direct analogue recording on cassette tape is adopted in the recorder whose circuits of amplifier and mortor units of an audio cassette recorder are modified. The recorder provides contineous record of 10 days with DC 12V battery (100AH) and with standard cassette tape of 60 minute use. The binary coded time signals of date, hour, and minute are generated once a minute by the timing system and absolute time input using radio to measure the time drift is also possible. For the seismic signal processing, the analogue signals from audio cassette player pass A/D converter and digitized data are stored in personal computer. Then visual records can be obtained using computer graphic mode. Basic programs "ADCONVO" and "DRAWO" to accomplish A/D conversions, the creation of data files and visualization of signals were written. Some sample signals reproduced from the recorded tape are presented.

현재 상용화된 악보 채보 프로그램은 오디오 정보를 기반으로 채보를 진행한다. 이러한 기존 채보 프로그램은 환경 의존성, 장비 의존성, 시간 지연이라는 단점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 오디오를 이용하여 채보를 방식을 지양하고, 연주 영상을 분석하여 채보를 진행하는 컴퓨터 비전 기반 악보 채보 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 악보 채보 시스템은 대중화된 스마트폰 카메라를 활용하여 피아노 연주를 촬영하고, 이를 분석하여 자동으로 전자 악보인 미디파일을 생성하는 방식으로 동작한다. 컴퓨터 실험에서 제안하는 악보 채보 시스템은 95.6%의 정확도로 연주된 음계를 채보하는 것으로 조사되었다.

전자기록물은 그 특성상 휘발성과 불안정성이 높으며, 이를 장기간 이용할 수 있도록 유지하는 것은 중요하다. 국가기록원은 이를 위해 전자기록물 보존포맷 선정체계를 수립하였으나, 현재 보존포맷 선정체계는 문서 유형의 전자기록물만을 그 범위로 하고 있어 시청각기록물 등 다른 유형의 기록물에 적용하기에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문은 이미지 유형 전자기록물을 중심으로 기존 체계의 적용 범위 확장과 이미지 유형 전자기록물의 보존에 대한 기초적인 가이드라인 구축을 목적으로 한다. 국내에서 이미지 유형 전자기록물은 문서 유형 전자기록물 다음으로 가장 많은 수량을 가진 유형이다. 이미지 유형은 시청각기록물의 가장 기본적인 형태로, 이에 대한 연구는 향후 다른 시청각기록물에 관한 논의의 기반을 마련한다. 이에 본 연구는 이미지 유형 전자기록물에 대한 보존포맷 선정체계를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 향후 새로운 이미지 포맷의 등장에도 해당 체계를 활용하여 보존포맷의 적합성을 신속하고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 연구에서 제안된 보존포맷 선정체계를 실제 이미지 포맷에 적용하여 평가를 진행하였으며, 그 결과로 TIFF, JFIF, PNG 포맷이 보존포맷으로 선정되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 포맷 평가의 실질적인 참고 자료로써 활용될 수 있다.

기록물은 과거와 현재를 포함하는 시간적 특성, 특정 언어에 제한되지 않는 언어적 특성, 기록물이 갖고 있는 다양한 유형을 복합적으로 갖고 있다. 기록물의 생성, 보존, 활용에 이르는 생애주기에서 텍스트, 영상, 음성으로 구성된 데이터의 처리는 많은 노력과 비용을 수반한다. 기계번역, 문서요약, 개체명 인식, 이미지 인식 등 자연어 처리 분야의 주요 기술은 전자기록과 아날로그 형태의 디지털화에 광범위하게 적용할 수 있다. 특히, 딥러닝 기술이 적용된 한국어 자연어 처리 분야는 다양한 형식의 기록물을 인식하고, 기록관리 메타데이터를 생성하는데 효과적이다. 본 논문은 한국어 자연어 처리를 기술을 소개하고, 기록 관리 분야에서 자연어 처리 기술을 적용하기 위한 고려사항을 논의한다. 기계번역, 광학문자인식과 같은 자연어 처리 기술이 기록물의 디지털 변환에 적용되는 과정은 파이썬 환경에서 구현한 사례로 소개한다. 한편, 자연어 처리 기술의 활용을 위해 기록관리 분야에서 자연어 처리 기술을 적용하기 위한 환경적 요소와 기록물의 디지털화 지침을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

The major purpose of this study was to provide a basic model of mobile guide system for visitor's individual learning, self-regulated learning in a museum. System model realized by this study was as follows; 1) This system distributed exhibit information to tourists in place of existing audio guides or curators. Using wireless communications, the PDA automatically delivered information about the exhibit. The artistic and visual displays maximized effective and quick transmission of information to the user. 2) It made visiting a museum fun, exciting and entertaining. With the PDA guide the museum visitor can interact with detailed descriptions of exhibits, videos and images. The museum visitor, can also play a quiz game, take photos, record voices and send e-mail.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the oral records of sports development contributors to explore the direction of big data research on sports development contributors in the future. To this end, the audio file produced in the interview with Lee00, a sports development contributor, was converted into text. The major themes were extracted by analyzing these oral records. The sub-themes were extracted in chronological order. Keywords were extracted by analyzing sub-themes. And the extracted keywords are searched in Google search engine to find related topics and to use them. A Google search for the topic 'Mt. Inwang' extracted from the oral archives of Lee00, a contributor to the development of sports, finds newspaper articles about President Moon Jae-in's climbing Mt. Inwang and opening up Mt. Bukhan. In addition, articles about Mt. Inwang and mountain climbers that the narrator In-jeong Lee speaks are searched for. Through these articles, you can Deriving the theme of the museum exhibition, Collection of museum exhibits, Use as climbing education material.
