The purpose of this study was to find the characteristics of internet auction user groups by the levels of addictive tendencies among high school students. The questionnaire was conducted from December 16 to 23, 2008, and 288 high school students who were living in Cheongju area were selected. The main results were as follows. First, 13.4% of respondents were visiting internet site almost every day, and about 20% of them stayed more than 2 hours for visiting the internet auction site. Second, the price of purchasing goods through internet auction site(shopping mall) was less than 50,000 won. Third, the level of addictive tendencies of respondents was under average(2.08 out of 5 point scale), and about 10% of them evaluated by themselves as an internet auction. Fourth, relatively higher addictive tendencies group showed the characteristics such as lower self-esteem, higher depression, and higher feeling of isolation, internet related(general internet use, internet shopping, and internet game) addictive tendencies, and more often visiting and staying longer in internet auction sites and other internet sites.

Different from traditional auctions, electronic auctions provide a platform to allow bidders and auctioneers merchandise to each other over network anytime and anywhere. Auctioneers can publish information of goods, and bidders can choose the interested targets through this bidding platform. To ensure the fairness and security of electronic auctions, Li et al. have proposed a practical electronic auction scheme which can confirm the requirement of strong anonymity, bidding privacy, and secret bidding price. However, we have found out that Li et al.'s scheme may lurk the risk of the denial-of-service attack during the bidding phase in a sealed-bid auction. Thus, we propose a brand-new sealed-bid auction mechanism, in which the essentials of e-auction can be firmly preserved. In particular, each bidder only needs to register at the center once and then can join to multiple plays launched by different auctioneers. Moreover, the correctness of mutual authentication is confirmed according to the BAN logic model.

Although the internet is useful for transferring information, Internet auction environments make fraud more attractive to offenders because the chance of detection and punishment are decreased. One of fraud is phantom transaction which is a colluding transaction by the buyer and seller to commit illegal discounting of credit card. They pretend to fulfill the transaction paid by credit card, without actual selling products, and the seller receives cash from credit card corporations. Then seller lends it out buyer with quite high interest rate whose credit score is so bad that he cannot borrow money from anywhere. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors to detect of the phantom transaction in online auction. Based up on the studies that explored behaviors of buyers and sellers in online auction, bidding numbers, bid increments, sellers' credit, auction length, and starting bids were suggested as independent variables. We developed an Internet-based data collection software agent and collect data on transactions of notebook computers each of which winning bid was over 1,000,000 won. Data analysis with logistic regression model revealed that starting bids, sellers' credit, and auction length were significant in detecting the phantom transaction.

With a rapid diffusion of internet, more peoples are interested in electronic commerce and the various electronic commerce types are being appeared. In these respects, the internet auction being take the more attentions at the present. Since perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are such a fundamental driver of usage intentions, it is important to understand the determinants of this construct and how their influences change. In these respects, the web site joyfulness, the web site trust and the institutional mechanism are included as the moderating variables in our research model. A better understanding of the interactions of these factors to the usage intention to the auction site would enable us to design the organizational interventions that would increase the user acceptance and the usage of auction systems. Therefore, the goal of the present research is to extend the organizational model of auction system with TAM's perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and the additional motivating determinants. The result showed that the web site joyfulness and the trust were the significant determinants on the the usage of auction site. However, the direction of the effect was not consistant through the cases. The model suggested in this study need to be extended with including the more sociological factors and the empirical results founded in this study are required to be verified with the extended model.

기존의 미술품 가격 추정 모델에서는 자료의 한계상 주로 경매 시장에서의 미술가격을 기준으로 헤도닉 모형을 제시해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 미술품이 거래되는 시장으로서 경매 시장 뿐만 아니라 비경매 시장도 포함된 미술시가 데이터를 이용하여 두 시장의 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 특히 기존의 헤도닉 모델들이 미술품 가격에 대해 작가 요소, 미술품 요소 등 객관적이고 정량적인 헤도닉 요인만을 통해 미술품 가격 추정을 한 반면, 본 연구에서는 예술적 가치라는 주관적이고 정성적인 요인을 추가하여 과연 이 요인의 추가가 미술가격 추정 모델의 설명력을 높여 주는가에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 경매와 비경매 시장으로 구분하지 않은 경우에는 순수한 헤도닉 가격 추정 모델과 그 모델에 예술적 가치 요인을 추가한 가격 추정 모델 사이에 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었으나, 경매와 비경매 시장으로 구분한 경우에는 비경매 시장의 매매에 있어서 예술적 가치 요인이 추가된 가격 추정 모델에서 유의적으로 실제 매매가격과 더 일치하는 가격 추정치를 발견할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 기존의 미술가격 추정 헤도닉 모델에 예술적 가치라는 주관적인 요인을 포함시켰을 때에 미술품 거래 시장의 형태에 따라 차별적으로 모델의 설명력 향상이 발생할 수 있다는 것을 보여줌으로써 미술품 가격 결정 분야의 연구에 기여한다.

주파수와 같이 매우 희소한 경제적 자원을 배분하는 경우 경매는 배분적 외부성으로 인하여 비효율적 결과를 낳을 수 있다. 경매수입이 아닌 사회후생을 기준으로 하면, 경매를 통한 배분은 경매참여자가 2인일 때에도 비효율적일 수 있다. 이는 2위 기업이 주파수를 더 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다 하더라도 이를 통해 얻는 이익은 크지 않은 반면에 선도기업이 시장을 잠식당함으로써 입는 손실이 클 때 발생한다. 2-경기자 호텔링 모형을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 2위 기업의 입찰가에 어떠한 승수를 곱함으로써 2위 기업을 경매에서 유리하게 만들 경우 경매를 통한 배분 결과가 파레토 개선된다. 승수는 시장점유율을 바탕으로 구할 수 있으며 시장점유율 격차가 클수록 높다.

일반적으로 부동산 매매시장과 경매시장 간에는 다양한 측면에서 긴밀한 연관관계가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 매체에서는 경매시장이 매매시장 경기를 선도하는 주요한 변수로 언급되었다. 본 논문에서는 서브프라임 금융위기 이전의 주택시장 활황기와 이후의 주택시장 침체기 각 시기별로 주택매매시장 및 주택전세시장과 주택경매시장 간의 관계를 벡터오차수정모형(VECM; Vector Error Correction Model)을 이용하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 대표적인 부동산시장이며, 시단위에서 가장 많은 경매물건이 거래되는 서울시의 아파트를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 분석변수는 주택매매가격지수, 주택전세가격지수, 낙찰율, 낙찰가율을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 서브프라임 금융위기 발생 이전인 2002년 1월부터 2008년 12월까지를 Model 1로, 2009년 1월부터 최근 2015년 11월까지를 Model 2로 구분하여 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 경매시장의 경우 주택시장 변동에 상대적으로 덜 민감한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 반대로, 경매시장 충격에는 주택시장이 유의미한 변동을 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 경매시장 변화가 주택시장 변동에 선행하는 것을 의미하며 하나의 거래시장으로 경매시장이 활성화되고 있음을 나타낸다. 중앙정부에서는 경매시장의 중요성을 정확히 인지하고 가격변동추이를 면밀히 확인할 필요가 있다. 또한 투자주체들 역시 경매시장에 대한 전문성을 확보할 필요가 있다.

부동산 경매시장 지표가 상관성이 있고 유의미하다면 일반 부동산과 연계되어 부동산 시장에 의미 있는 정보가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 경매시장의 주요 지표라고 할 수 있는 경매건수, 매각률(낙찰률), 매각가율(낙찰가율)에 대한 시계열적 상관성을 규명하여 시장 수급 논리가 경매시장에서도 적용되고 있는지 여부를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 부동산 유형은 주거용 부동산, 토지, 상업용 부동산 세 가지로 구분하여 96개월간 수도권 부동산 경매 관련 월별 시계열 자료를 집계하였다. 이 자료를 바탕으로 유형별 경매 시장 모형을 구축하고 지표 간 상호 영향 관계를 각각 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 수급지표인 경매건수와 매각률은 시장의 수급 논리에 따른 공급 및 수요의 성격을 보였다. 다만 그 상관성은 주거용 부동산의 경우가 높았으며 상업용 부동산은 상대적으로 낮게 나타나 유형별 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 매각률은 가격 지표에 장기적으로 영향을 미치고 있으며, 특히 주거용 부동산 경매시장의 지표는 계량적으로 설명력이 높고 유의미하였다. 경매 관련 세 지표는 정도의 차이는 있지만 상관성이 존재하고 특히 주거용 부동산의 경우는 의미 있는 정보로서 정책 의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있다.

In this paper, we present new application for the auction method which has been based on one-chip microprocessors. We develop the portable wired terminal for market blocker. And, using that, the recommended price of products is able to push into and show the information of action status. Through our research, using EAS(Electronic Auction System), we can prevent supplier from blocker's rigging the market, because anyone who have a qualification for the action blocker is able to participate in action.

인터넷이 보다 대중화되면서 웹을 통한 다양한 서비스가 창출되고 있다. 경매분야도 예외는 아니어서 현재 국내외의 여러 사이트에서 인터넷 경매가 활발하게 진행중이다. 그러나, 대부분의 인터넷 경매시스템은 보안기능이 취약해서 사용자에게 큰 피해를 초래할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자에게 보다 안전하면서 편리한 인터넷 경매 환경을 제공하기 위한 안전한 인터넷 경매시스템을 설계하였다.
