VMD에 대한 소비자태도가 브랜드자산과 브랜드태도에 미치는 영향:베이커리전문점을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of the Consumer Attitude toward Visual Merchandising on Brand Equity and Brand Attitude: Focused on Bakery Shops)

  • Purpose - This study aims to establish the relationships among brand equity, brand attitudes, and Visual Merchandising (VMD) in bakery stores. The results will help bakery franchisees and franchisers in devising appropriate strategies for successfully managing their bakery shops. Research design, data, and methodology - The VMD model for bakery shops comprises harmony, attractiveness, suitability, pandemic, functionality, and reliability. Further, brand equity encompasses brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand image. In this study, the VMD factors of bakery shops are used as independent variables, while brand equity and brand attitude are used as dependent variables. This study aims to ascertain the extent of the influence VMD components of bakery shops have on brand equity and brand attitude. Regression analysis was used to verify those effects. The measurement items, deemed reliable and valid in a previous study, were modified for this study. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 consumers nationwide, of whom 340 were used for the sample. The SPSS 19.0 statistical program was used for the analysis. Results - First, among the VMD bakery shop components, harmony, attractiveness, and pandemic have a positive impact on brand equity (brand awareness and brand image). Second, amongst the VMD components of bakery shops, attractiveness, pandemic, and reliability have a positive impact on brand equity (perceived quality). Third, amongst the VMD components of bakery shops, harmony, attractiveness, and reliability have a positive impact on brand attitude. Fourth, brand equity (brand awareness, brand image, and perceived quality) have a positive effect on brand attitude. Conclusions - This study identifies the relationships between the VMD components of a bakery shop and brand equity and attitude in order to propose a new model. The study has several practical implications. First, the development of brand equity and management can be important components in bakery shops' determination of whether their VMD components have an impact on brand equity. Second, among VMD components, harmony and attractiveness have a positive influence on the choice of bakery shop, while reliability and pandemic have a partly positive influence on the choice of bakery shop. Therefore, store atmospheres should be attractively designed, and store menus and interiors should be reviewed periodically to conform to the latest trends. This study suggests marketing strategies for brand equity formation. First, providing collateral product quality, hygiene, and safety benefits as well as product offerings to complement the season and employees' services should be considered. Second, display methods, illumination designs, and new product ideas should be periodically reviewed. Third, these should complement the overall harmony of the interior and exterior and of the store atmosphere in order to be attractive. Funds should thus be dedicated specifically for the facilities and their interiors. Fourth, it is necessary to build a friendly and relaxed image that can be easily called to mind by the customers.

중년직장인의 회복탄력성이 퇴직태도와 퇴직준비에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Resilience of Middle-aged Employees on Retirement Attitude and Retirement Preparation.)

  • 이 연구는 퇴직을 앞둔 50세 이상의 중년직장인을 대상으로 회복탄력성이 퇴직태도와 퇴직준비에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 양적연구이다. 서울과 수도권에 근무 중인 50세 이상의 상용직 재직자 214명을 연구표본으로 사용하였다. SPSS 19.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 측정도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석, 요인 간의 상관관계와 집단 간 평균차이 검증을 실시하였고, 가설검증을 위해 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 요인간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 남성재직자가 여성보다 자기조절능력과 가족에 대한 퇴직준비가 높았고, 근무기간이 긴 재직자일수록 건강에 대한 퇴직준비가 높았으며, 학력이 높은 재직자일수록 퇴직을 새로운 출발로 높게 인지하였고, 가구소득이 높은 재직자일수록 긍정성이 높고 퇴직을 새로운 출발로 높게 인지하였으며 재정에 대한 퇴직준비가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복탄력성은 퇴직태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 회복탄력성이 높은 재직자일수록 퇴직을 새로운 출발로 높게 인지하는 반면, 강요된 좌절로는 낮은 인식을 보였다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 퇴직준비에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 회복탄력성이 높은 재직자일수록 재취업, 가족, 재정, 건강 등에 대해 퇴직준비를 잘 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 퇴직태도는 퇴직준비에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 퇴직을 긍정적으로 높게 인식하는 재직자일수록 퇴직에 대한 준비를 더 잘하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과로 퇴직을 앞둔 50세 이상의 중년직장인의 회복탄력성과 퇴직에 대한 긍정적인 인식의 중요성이 검증되었고, 그로인해 퇴직에 대한 막연한 불안을 최소화시켜주고 퇴직 전 퇴직에 대한 준비의 중요함에 확인시켰다.

기내 상품 유통에서 면세품 구색의 혁신: 운항거리와 승무원 이미지 효과 (Innovation in the Assortment of Goods: Effects on Consumer Attitude for In-Flight Duty Free Items)

  • Purpose - The goals of this study are the following. First, this study focused on customer satisfaction of in-flight service. Specifically, in-flight duty free items were considered because of their potential value related with the differentiated strategy of airline companies. Second, this study analyzed feasible strategies that would fence off the aversive attitudes of consumers toward innovation regarding in-flight duty free items. Third, this study strived to discover implicit routes related with the reactions of of consumers to innovation. Fourth, the construal level theory was applied to the context of in-flight service. Psychological distance is expected to promote acceptance of innovation for duty free items. Research design, data, and methodology - This study consisted of three experiments. All data were collected through the participation of university students. First, the experiment employed a 2×2 between-subject design. The first independent variable was temporal distance (long vs. short of navigation time). The second independent variable was innovativeness (innovative duty free items vs. typical items). Further, experiment 2 involved a 2×2 between-subject design. The first independent variable was social distance (typical vs. atypical stewardess image). The second was innovativeness that was based on a pattern similar to that of the prior experiment. The third experiment involved a 2×2×2 design. The first and second independent variables were temporal distance and item innovation, respectively, based on the method of experiment 1. The third independent variable was cognitive depletion (depletion vs. control condition). Results - Experiment 1 demonstrated that the innovation of duty free items would need to consider the journey time of the airline. Specifically, innovative items were preferred in case of a long journey; typical items, however, were liked in a short journey. Further, experiment 2 demonstrated that, in spite of a short journey, innovative items would be preferred if an atypical stewardess was serving. An atypical stewardess was linked with social distance, and the psychological effects would activate a creative and flexible mindset that would fit with innovative duty free items. The final experiment was accomplished for the examination of cognitive processing of psychological distance on innovation-acceptance. Specifically, if the effects were related with systematic processing, then cognitive effort would be needed. In contrast, if they were related with heuristic processing, then such efforts would not be required. The same pattern appeared under both cognitive depletion and control condition; therefore, the effects of psychological distance were implied to be heuristic processing. Conclusions - Managers need to consider the navigation time, stewardess concepts, and depletion of consumers as important factors for innovative strategy regarding in-flight service. Longer journeys are more successful for innovative trials. Further, a more atypical stewardess image is more successful for atypical service. Long navigation and unfamiliar stewardesses may activate creative and flexible thinking. Further, cognitive depletion of consumers is not a dominant factor of psychological distance effects, because the effects are not related with systematic processing, but with heuristic processing.

의류 소매점의 판매촉진에 대한 소비자 태도와 구매의도 (Consumer Attitudes toward the Sales Promotions of Retail Apparel Stores With Respect to Purchase Intention)

  • Purpose - Among potential marketing strategies, the most efficient method to encourage purchase intention is through sales promotions. Sales promotions also serve to enhance customer satisfaction, which is closely related to the incidence of repurchases. Therefore, the success of retail stores greatly depends on the effectiveness of their promotional activities. The present study aimed to obtain the necessary information for apparel stores to establish more effective promotional activities. To this end, the study's specific research questions were to examine 1) consumer satisfaction with the recent sales promotions of retail apparel stores, 2) the levels of consumer preferences for different types of sales promotions (cash discounts, promotional gifts, prize drawings, discount coupons, stamp cards, or mileage cards), and 3) the differences in purchase intention according to preference levels for different types of sales promotions. Research design, data, and methodology - The research employed a descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire. The sample consisted of 700 men (n=234) and women (n=466) ranging in age from their 20s to their 50s and residing in the Seoul area. Data were analyzed through methods including factor analysis as well as Cronbach's α coefficients, the t-test, ANOVA, and the Duncan test. Results - Differences among consumer preferences were identified for each type of sales promotion according to the purchase amount and the customer's age. In relation to purchase amounts below 500,000 won, participants in their 50s have lower preferences for price discounts than those in their 20s or 30s, whereas participants in their 40s or 50s have lower preferences for stamp cards and mileage cards than those in their 20s. When the purchase amount is greater than 500,000 won, housewives have higher preferences for promotional gifts than respondents with other occupations. However, no gender differences were found with regard to preference levels for the different types of sales promotions. Respondents generally exhibited mediocre satisfaction with the sales promotion events of retail apparel stores. They also expressed negative opinions about sales promotions when such promotions lead to high prices, as well as dissatisfaction with the poor quality of promotional gifts. It was also found that, regardless of the purchase amount, the groups with higher preferences for discount coupons and mileage cards displayed higher purchase intentions. Only when the purchase amount is greater than 200,000 won did the group with higher preferences for lottery system promotional gifts express higher purchase intentions. On the other hand, for all purchase amount sizes, there were no differences in purchase intentions according to preferences for cash discounts, promotional gifts, or stamp cards. Conclusions - The results revealed that greater effort must be devoted to enhancing consumers' satisfaction levels with the promotional activities performed by apparel retail stores. The results also showed that it is necessary to differentiate among sales promotion strategies according to preference levels for different types of sales promotions, purchase amounts, and target consumer ages.

치위생과 학생들의 학업관련 특성에 따른 방사선안전관리 교육 후 방사선 방어에 대한 지식과 태도의 변화 (Knowledge and attitude change towards radiation protection after radiation safety management education in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the knowledge and attitude towards radiation protection after radiation safety management education in dental hygiene students. Methods: After receiving informed consents, a self-reported questionnaire was carried out for 135 dental hygiene students in Busan on June 17 for preliminary survey and September 3 for post-education survey, 2011. The questionnaire was modified from Han and consisted of 5 questions of general characteristics, 6 questions of radiation use, 7 questions of scholastic characteristics, 15 questions of knowledge towards radiation safety management, and 15 questions of attitude towards radiation safety management. Cronbach's alpha was 0.808 in the knowledge towards radiation safety management. Attitude towards radiation safety management included 15 questions of general attitude towards radiation safety management, individual and patient, and attitude toward radiation exposure reduction measured by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.970 in the attitude towards radiation safety management. Data were analyzed using SAS version 9.2 for educational analysis, technical analysis and multivariate analysis, paired t-test, and GLM. Results: Significant differences were shown in the knowledge and attitudes towards radiation safety management; the level of knowledge was respectively $9.8{\pm}3.0$ and $12.9{\pm}1.9$ points before and after education, and the level of attitude was $4.28{\pm}0.51$ and $4.53{\pm}0.47$ before and after the education. The levels of knowledge and attitude according to general characteristics showed a significant differences in grade and academic results. Post-education survey suggested that the education is very important and necessary and can change the knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management in the dental hygiene students. Conclusions: Through the radiation safety management education, the levels of knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management have changed significantly, which showed that the radiation safety management education proved to be very effective. Therefore, an effective radiation safety management education program is necessary to improve the levels of knowledge and attitude towards radiation safety management in the dental hygiene students.

일부 치위생과 학생의 우울수준과 죽음의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Degree of Depression and Death Orientation of Some Students Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구는 2012년 5월부터 7월까지 경상북도에 소재한 치위생과 재학 중인 여대생 332명을 대상으로 우울수준과 죽음의식을 파악하여 정신건강을 향상시키고자 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 조사 분석하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 조사대상 치위생과 학생들의 우울수준 분포는 정상군 59.9%, 경도 우울군 36.8%, 중등도 우울군 3.0%, 중증 우울군 0.3%로 나타났다. 2. 치위생과 학생의 죽음의식의 전체평균과 표준편차는 $2.09{\pm}0.62$점이었다. 3. 우울수준은 가정경제상태가 하위군일수록, 가정환경만족도가 만족하지 못하는 군일수록, 전공만족도가 만족하지 못하는 군일수록, 학과성적이 하위군일수록, 죽음에 대한 생각이 자주 있는 군일수록, 자살충동경험이 있는 군일수록, 자살시도경험이 있는 군일수록 우울수준이 유의하게 높았다. 4. 죽음의식은 가정경제상태가 하위군일수록, 가정환경만족도가 만족하지 못하는 군일수록, 전공만족도가 만족하지 못하는 군일수록, 학과성적이 하위군일수록, 죽음에 대한 생각이 자주 있는 군일수록, 죽음교육경험이 없는 군일수록, 자살시도경험이 있는 군일수록 죽음의식점수가 유의하게 높았다. 5. 우울수준과 죽음의식과는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하여 볼 때 치위생과 학생의 우울, 죽음의식을 살펴봄으로써 우울과 죽음에 대한 올바른 사고가 형성되도록 차별화된 정신건강 치료와 연계되는 다양한 프로그램 구축과 실시를 통하여 긍정적인 삶이 제공되도록 후속 연구가 지속돼야 할 것이다.

An Exploratory Study on Specialty Stores for Organic Foods

  • This paper presents exploratory research on consumer awareness and attitudesabout organic food, for which consumer demand continues to increase the paper also assesses consumers' organic food distribution channel preferences. By conducting a literature review, a case study has been carried out in order to glean customer behavior, market condition and typesof distribution channels, and development of specialty stores for organic foods. The early research indicates that consumer awareness and customer attitudes toward organic food are mostly positive however, organic food's high price, as well as a lack of organic food stores, cause a negative effect on consumers' purchase intention. Secondly, the U.S. organic food retail channel consists of such mainstream supermarket/grocery stores and leading natural and organic food supermarket chains as Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Sunflower Farmers Market. For the current retail distribution of organic food in Korea, off-line stores are composed of direct management stores and franchise chains. Most of the organic food retail distribution operates through the Internet shopping mall, and are commonly located at retail distribution centers as multi-channel, shop-in-shop stores. Moreover, unlike in the U.S., association and consumers' cooperatives (Co-Ops), and such other member-direct retail stores as Hansallim, iCOOP, Nature Dream,and online shopping malls, are all active in Korea. Thirdly, as a result of an analysis of the present state of the organic food retail channel, as well as building a case for organic food specialty stores, the distinctive featuresand rapid growth of such unique organic food stores as Whole Foods Market, or Trader Joe's successful downsizing strategies, as well as Sunflower Farmers Market low-price approach, show steady industry growth. Moreover, as a result of a case studyof such domestic representative organic food specialty stores as "Olga" and "Chorokmaeul," a similar management style to the United States' "Whole Foods Market" and "Trader Joe's," respectively, can be seen. Similar to the U.S. market, Korean organic food markets should also implement active retail distribution opportunities, allowing consumers to select from various diverse and differentiated choices. In order to accomplish this goal, it is necessary to prepare such measures as sustaining reasonable prices, securing various suppliers for unique products,and improving consumer trust through advertisement strategies that are suitable for each company's branding processes.

인공지능 기반 공공서비스 정책수용 의도에 관한 연구: 개인의 인식과 디지털 리터러시 수준이 미치는 영향을 중심으로 (A Study on Policy Acceptance Intention to Use Artificial Intelligence-Based Public Services: Focusing on the Influence of Individual Perception & Digital Literacy Level)

  • 본 연구는 인공지능에 관한 개인의 인식과 디지털 정보를 이해하고 활용할 수 있는 디지털 리터러시(Digital Literacy) 수준이 인공지능 기반 공공서비스의 수용에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 실증적 분석을 위해 2017년에 수행된 설문조사 자료를 바탕으로 기술수용모형과 계획된 행동이론에 근거하여 연구모형을 설정하고 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 인공지능 기술에 대한 개인의 긍정적 인식은 인공지능 기술이 도입된 공공민원서비스에 대한 혜택에 대한 태도를 강화하고, 우려는 감소시키는 역할을 한다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시 수준은 인공지능 기술에 대한 혜택과 우려를 모두 강화하지만, 인공지능 기술에 대한 프라이버시 염려보다는 개인이 인식하는 인공지능 기술의 혜택을 통해 공공민원서비스를 이용할 의도를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인공지능 기술에 대한 개인의 지각된 혜택은 공공민원서비스 이용의도를 강화하고, 프라이버시 염려는 이용의도에 부정적 영향이 확인되었다. 특히, 프라이버시 염려보다는 지각된 이용 편의성과 유용성의 영향이 이용의도를 더욱 강화하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 분석 결과는 인공지능 기술을 통해 제공되는 정보의 정확성과 신뢰성에 관한 시민의 긍정적 인식 강화, 인공지능 기술로 인한 오류에 대한 책임 소재에 대한 제도적 보완, 프라이버시 보호와 관련된 기술적 문제 해결의 필요성을 제기한다.

여고생의 아침식사와 라이프스타일, 외모 가꾸기 관심도 및 아침식사관련 태도의 관련성 (Association between breakfast and lifestyle, interest in beauty care, and attitude toward breakfast in high school girls in Incheon)

  • 본 연구는 아침결식률이 높은 청소년기 여고생을 대상으로 아침결식과 관련된 요인을 규명하고자 인천지역에 거주하는 여고생 581명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 아침식사 빈도에 따라 주 2회 이하 아침식사를 하는 대상자를 아침결식군 (250명, 43.0%), 주 3회 이상 아침 식사를 하는 대상자를 아침식사군 (331명, 57.0%)으로 분류하여 일반적 사항, 라이프스타일, 체중조절과 외모에 대한 관심도, 식행동, 아침결식의 원인 및 증상, 아침식사에 대한 태도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 평균 연령은 16.5세였고, 아침결식군과 아침식사군의 평균 연령 및 학년의 분포는 유의적 차이가 없었다. 아침결식 여부와 용돈 간에는 유의적인 관련성이 제시되어 아침결식군이 한 달에 사용한 용돈이 10만원 이상인 비율 (36.4%)에서 아침식사군 (22.1%)에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 취침 시간의 분포는 아침결식군과 아침식사군 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었으나, 기상 시간은 아침결식군이 아침식사군에 비하여 6시 이전에 일어나는 비율이 낮았고, 7시 반 이후에 일어나는 비율이 유의적으로 높았다. 등교 전 가장 많은 시간을 소요하는 활동에는 아침결식군의 경우 화장 등 미용이 38.8%로 가장 높은 비율을 보였고, 아침식사군의 경우 아침식사가 42.6%로 가장 높아 두 군 간에 유의적 차이를 보였다. 체중조절 관심도와 외모 가꾸기에 대한 관심도는 유의적인 차이를 보이면서 두 항목 모두 아침결식군이 높았다. 오후 간식과 야식, 편의점 편의식, 가공음료는 아침결식군이 아침 식사군에 비하여 더 자주 먹는 것으로 나타난 반면, 저녁식사 섭취는 아침결식군이 아침식사군에 비하여 결식하는 비율이 높았다. 아침결식 이유로 아침결식군과 아침식사군 모두 시간이 없어서가 각각 72.3%, 74.1%로 가장 높았고, 군 간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 아침 결식군의 경우 아침결식시 나타나는 증상으로 학습과 관련된 부작용인 수업시간에 졸림, 기억력 감퇴와 같은 증상을 호소한 비율이 아침식사군에 비하여 높은 반면, 아침식사군의 경우는 기운이 없고, 배가 아프거나 속쓰림과 같은 신체 증상을 호소하는 비율이 높았다. 아침식사에 대한 태도는 아침결식군이 아침식사군에 비하여 아침식사가 학습, 기억력, 건강에 미치는 중요성에 대한 인식이 낮았다. 이상과 같이 여고생의 아침결식은 늦은 기상 시간, 외모를 가꾸기를 위한 미용, 다른 식사의 불규칙성 및 간식, 편의식, 가공음료 등의 섭취 증가, 아침식사에 대한 잘못된 태도와 관련되어 있었다. 특히 아침결식률이 높은 여고생들은 바쁜 아침시간에 화장과 같은 외모 가꾸기에 많은 시간을 소요하며, 아침식사의 섭취를 소홀히 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여자 청소년들을 대상으로 아침식사가 학습능률 향상 및 균형적인 영양섭취를 통한 건강증진과 건강을 기반으로 한 신체적 아름다움까지 영향을 줄 수 있음을 인식시키고, 아침식사의 중요성에 대한 인식과 태도를 향상시켜 아침식사 섭취를 능동적으로 실천할 수 있도록 하는 영양교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • 互联网快速增长, 已经成为一个重要的零售渠道, 并出现了各种互联网零售商, 又称电子零售商. 一种网上代购店蓬勃发展起来, 吸引了国内市场的消费者. 这是一种独特的电子零售商, 他们从全球购买国内市场尚未进口的名牌产品, 寄给个人购买者, 并收取服务费. 有些消费者喜欢高端独特但无进口资格的品牌, 却因付款问题或国内的寄送问题很难直接从海外零售商处购买. 在韩国, 网上代购店的数量和销售量快速增长-2008年韩国有超过430个活跃商店和5000亿销售额, 需要这种代购服务的消费者数量也在急剧增加. 这种电子零售的概念源于 "代理中介采购" -种存在已久的形式和内容多样化的代购. 通常市场经营者面对的是购买者的代表人而非本人, 由消费者决定的代理购买者影响越来越大. 很多市场营销和心理学领域的学者都研究过代理对消费者购买决定的影响范围. 然而, 在互联网商务方面却没有深入的研究. 此外, 网上代购店作为代理购买者, 将海外品牌或零售商同国内消费者连接起来. 它有一个特点, 代理购买国, 即代购商品所在国的形象对消费者的态度和购买倾向有重要影响, 还会影响消费者在进行信息处理时所感知的风险维度. 然而, 尽管对原产国不同维度的影响已有很多研究, 对网络内容的相关研究却很少. 已有研究证明, 原产国信息作为产品制造情况的线索对消费者的评价有正面影响, 但对这种形式下网络代理购买国的形象和产品评价之间的关系进行的研究却很少. 因此, 作者们发这种具体的零售渠道很值得研究, 重点结构间的系统关系以及各自不同的路径很值得探索. 已有研究证明代购原产国, 也就是代购店购买商品所在地的形象, 不仅对消费者的产品评价(包括态度和购买意向)有正面影响, 还对感知风险的三个维度有负面影响: 产品相关, 行员相关, 以及购买后的风险. 在所有的感知风险中, 由于对产品性能的高度不确定性, 产品相关的风险受负面形象的影响最大(${\beta}$= -.30), 其次是航运相关风险(${\beta}$= -.18)和购买后的风险(${\beta}$= -.15). 对产品态度(${\beta}$= .10)和购买倾向(${\beta}$= .14)也有一定影响. 此外, 经证明, 感知风险的三个维度通过对产品的态度作为中介, 对购买倾向有负面的的影响(${\beta}$= -.57: 产品相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.24: 航运相关风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度; ${\beta}$= -.44: 购买后风险${\rightarrow}$ 对产品的态度). 从更多的分析可以看出, 消费者处理信息的路径会因其对产品知识的等级不同而改变. 新手购买者知识等级较低, 只会考虑感知风险, 而知识等级较高的专家购买者则会考虑到代理购买国的形象和感知风险两个方面, 对产品形成更准确更系统的态度和决定. 这同之前的研究相一致. 本研究提出一些理论和实际的建议. 代理购买国的形象会影响消费者的风险感知和行为结果, 因此应谨慎选择代购国家, 如果这种新型的零售业务快速发展起来, 应控制好消费者的风险, 无论是新手或专家. 另外, 由于消费者各自知识等级不同, 处理信息的路径也不尽相同, 针对不同消费者应形成成熟的市场营销手段. 新手购买者需要风险消减方面的建议, 以帮助他们形成更好的态度, 而专家购买者应选择更好更发达的国家进行代购. 消费者可以使用担保策略来促使在线购物的顺利进行. 本研究没有拘于概括性等限制. 在今后的研究中, 应进一步测试比较有相关结构的不同电子零售商.
