10학년 '과학' 수업에서 지구계 교육 프로그램 적용 방안 및 학생 반응 - '화산 폭발과 기후의 변화'를 중심으로 - (Application and Student Responsesfor ESE Program in the 10th-grade Classroom - Focusing on 'Volcanic Eruptions and Global Climate Change' -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지구계 교육을 통하여 과학을 공부하는 10학년의 학생들에게 도움이 되고자 하는 것이다. 지구계 교육은 과학 교과 간 구분을 완화하고 조화로운 교수-학습을 이루어감으로써 올바른 자연관과 인간관 육성에 기여할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지구계 교육 프로그램 중 '화산 폭발과 기후 변화(Volcanic Eruptions and Global Climate Change)'라는 주제를 선정하고 이를 7차 교육 과정의 '과학' 교과에 적합하도록 수정, 보완하여 그 적용가능성을 점검해 보았다. 그 결과 과학에 대한 인식(p=0.003), 과학에 대한 흥미(p<0.001), 과학적 태도(p<0.001) 등의 과학에 대한 태도의 변화에 있어서 실험 집단이 통제 집단에 비해 거의 모든 영역에서 긍정적 변화를 보였다. 학업 성취도면에서는 지구계 교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험 집단이 전통적 수업을 진행한 통제 집단보다 높은 학업 성취도를 보였다(p=0.038). 실험 집단의 학생들은 적극적이고 진지한 태도로 수업에 임했으며 자기 주도적으로 학습하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 과학 교과에 지구계 교육 프로그램의 적용은 학생들의 과학적 흥미와 호기심 고양 및 과학적 소질과 올바른 자연관 신장에 좋은 영향을 줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

한국형 수중로봇시스템의 기술개발연구 - 시나리오플래닝 적용으로 - (A Study on Development of Technology System for Deep-Sea Unmanned Underwater Robot of S. Korea analysed by the Application of Scenario Planning)

  • 본 연구는 미래예측방법으로 많이 활용되고 있는 시나리오플래닝 방법론을 적용하여 2006년에 개발된 한국형 수중로봇시스템(심해무인잠수정시스템)의 바람직한 미래상을 도출하였다. 한국이 개발한 이 심해무인잠수정의 설계심도는 6000미터이며, 그 구성을 보면, '해미래'는 실질적인 심해탐사작업을 실행하고, 이 '해미래'를 지원하는 '해누비'는 심해에서 시료채취나 탐사가 가능하다. 한편 이 한국형 심해무인잠수정시스템은 수중복합항법시스템을 사용하고 있지만, 6000m심해에서 5m이내의 항법오차가 있고 50cm이내의 상대 위치오차를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본고는 이를 보완하여 관련 분야에서 기술 선도국이 될 수 있는 한국정부가 추진해야 할 바람직한 미래전략방향을 고찰했다. 그 결과 인디케이터와 가상벽을 갖춘 외부장치를 구비한 심해무인잠수정 시스템 개발이 한국에 있어 미래지향적인 정책추진방안이었다.

Operational Report of the Mission Analysis and Planning System for the KOMPSAT-I

  • Since its launching on 21 December 1999, the KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite-Ⅰ (KOMPSAT-Ⅰ) has been successfully operated by the Mission Control Element (MCE), which was developed by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI). Most of the major functions of the MCE have been successfully demonstrated and verified during the three years of the mission life of the satellite. The Mission Analysis and Planning Subsystem (MAPS), which is one of the four subsystems in the MCE, played a key role in the Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) operations as well as the on-orbit mission operations. This paper presents the operational performances of the various functions in MAPS. We show the performance and analysis of orbit determinations using ground-based tracking data and GPS navigation solutions. We present four instances of the orbit maneuvers that guided the spacecraft from injection orbit into the nominal on-orbit. We include the ground-based attitude determination using telemetry data and the attitude maneuvers for imaging mission. The event prediction, mission scheduling, and command planning functions in MAPS subsequently generate the spacecraft mission operations and command plan. The fuel accounting and the realtime ground track display also support the spacecraft mission operations. We also present the orbital evolutions during the three years of the mission life of the KOMPSAT-Ⅰ.

  • Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Then, which subject is included in granting autonomous motivation as that\ulcorner We must study about that subject first. First, we should study about essence of granting autonomous motivation. Granting autonomous motivation is the course of accompli¬shment of ideal human individually. Secondly, we will divide that into goal, desire and positive attitude subjectly and will study about those respectively. Contents of this theory are as below. 1. Proposal of problem 2. Conclusion This theory will be developed by classification as above. Reflecting many times and experiencing a skill for himself, he should teach his men the skill. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.

KOMPSAT-2 영상의 정밀궤도기반모델을 이용한 3차원 위치결정 정확도 평가 (Accuracy Assessment of 3D Geopositioning of KOMPSAT-2 Images Using Orbit-Attitude Model)

  • 본 연구는 KOMPSAT-2 고해상도 위성영상에 대하여 기존의 RFM방식이 아닌 궤도-자세각 모델을 이용하여 좌 우 스테레오 위성영상의 정밀센서모델링을 다양한 파라메터를 조합하는 방법으로 분석하였다. 또한, 궤도기반정밀센서 모델링을 수립한 결과를 토대로 수치사진측량시스템에 적용하여 지상기준점에 대한 오차 확인과 수치지도 시범 제작을 하여 정확도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, KOMPSAT-2 위성영상에 대한 궤도기반 정밀센서모델링을 수행 할 경우 적은 지상기준점으로도 스테레오 입체시를 하여 중축척 이상의 수치지도 제작이 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

공공기관 근무자의 금연구역내 흡연실태 (Actual Conditions of Smoking of Public Workers within Nonsmoking Areas)

  • The purpose of this study was to be useful in working out plans for improving national health by identifying public workers' knowledge of and attitude to smoking, actual conditions of smoking within nonsmoking areas, and related factors. For the purpose, the questionnaire was carried out with 761 public officials of the division manager-level and lower working in Taegu Metropolitan City Hall in september, 1998. The results are summarized as follows; Smokers of the subject group accounted for 55.1%, and the smoking rate had a significant relation with age and religion. In view of the time when smokers started smoking, smokers who started smoking after graduation from a high school accounted for 70.6%. Smokers who smoke one pack of cigarettes per day and a cigarette to its two-thirds length was the most. In the smoking place of smokers at home, 54.9% of the smokers responded that they smoke in an outdoor space The rate of smoking in an office was 68.3% and the rate of smoking within the nonsmoking areas of other public institutions was 43.0%. The results of multiple regression analysis with the actual state of smoking within the nonsmoking area of other public institutions as an independent variable revealed that smokers who check for a nonsmoking area before smoking in the public institutions and who do not smoke in an office do not smoke within the nonsmoking areas of other public institutions. In conclusion, more smoking and health education for public workers is needed to reduce the rate of national smoking and allow people to have a good smoking attitude, and it is required to arrange an institutional system who can strictly control public workers' smoking in their offices or public places and to stress a function of surveillance and monitoring by nonsmokers.

0.6Nm급 소형 CMG 하드웨어 개발 및 성능시험 (Development of 0.6Nm Small CMG Hardware and Performance Test)

  • CMG(Control Moment Gyro)는 가장 효과적인 모멘텀 교환장치의 하나로 인공위성의 자세제어에 사용되는 구동기이다. 고기동성을 요구하는 위성에 CMG의 사용이 필수적이며 해외뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 CMG의 개발과 적용에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고기동성이 요구되는 소형 인공위성을 위한 Single-Gimbal CMG(SGCMG)에 대한 하드웨어 개발 결과 및 이에 대한 성능검증시험 결과를 제시하였다. 개발 시 요구되는 토크사양은 0.6Nm이며 성능검증시험을 통해 요구되는 사양 이상의 토크를 발생시킬 수 있는 것을 확인하였다. 개발된 SGCMG 하드웨어에 대한 시험결과를 분석하여 향후 성능개선 및 실제 위성에 사용하기 위해 고려되어야 할 사항 등에 대해 논의되었다.

Real-Time Determination of Relative Position Between Satellites Using Laser Ranging

  • We made a study on real-time determination method for relative position using the laser-measured distance data between satellites. We numerically performed the determination of relative position in accordance with extended Kalman filter algorithm using the vectors obtained through nonlinear equation of relative motion, laser simulator for distance measurement, and attitude determination of chief satellite. Because the spherical parameters of relative distance and direction are used, there occur some changes in precision depending on changes in relative distance when determining the relative position. As a result of simulation, it was possible to determine the relative position with several millimeter-level errors at a distance of 10 km, and sub-millimeter level errors at a distance of 1 km. In addition, we performed the determination of relative position assuming the case that global positioning system data was not received for long hours to see the impact of determination of chief satellite orbit on the determination of relative position. The determination of precise relative position at a long distance carried out in this study can be used for scientific mission using the satellite formation flying.

  • 현재까지 대부분의 지상통제 소프트웨어는 단일 무인 항공기에 대한 자세, 위치, 상태의 수신 및 가시화와 항공기의 운용을 위한 조종 명령 및 임무 전송의 기능만 갖추고 있었다. 하지만 단일 무인기의 운용에서 다중 무인기의 운용으로 사용자의 요구가 확장됨에 따라 지상통제 소프트웨어도 다중 무인기의 운용을 위한 기능의 확장이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다중 무인항공기의 운용을 위한 요구사항을 제시하고 이를 만족시키기 위한 지상통제 소프트웨어의 구조를 제안하였다. 우선, 제시된 상위 요구 성능을 분석하여 그에 따른 전체 구조를 정의하고, 이를 다시 세부 요구사항으로 설정하여 세부구조를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 PILS 환경에서 구성된 지상통제 소프트웨어의 기능을 검증하였다.

보건관리자 공동채용 모형 개발 (I) -산업간호사 의견을 중심으로- (Developing the Joint Employment System of Occupational Nurse Practitioners for the Minor Enterprises in Korea (part 1))

  • The occupational health services for the minor enterprises are poor comparing with that of large enterprises in Korea. In 1997, Korean government announced officially the law on joint employment system of occupational health practitioners to solve the problems. This study is to develop the model on the joint employment system of occupational nurse practitioners for minor enterprises in Korea based on the opinions of occupational health nurses (OH Ns). The data were collected by questionnares from October to November in 1997. The number of subjects was 210 occupational health nurses who had participated the mandatory nursing education program provided by the Korean Occupational Health Nurses Association(KOHNA). The response rate was 47.1%. The contents of questionnaires were general characteristics, occupational & job characteristics of OHNs, and the views on the joint employment system. The SAS-PC program was used for the statistical analysis. The results were as followed, (1) The proper number of industies was 3 and the appropriate number of workers was 448 for one joint employed occupational nurse practitioner (J EONP). (2) 44.7% of the OHNs wanted that the Ministry of Labor monitored the way and content of contraction b/w JEONP and minor emterprises, 82.6% of the OHNs wanted that KOHNA managed the employment informations. (3) The OHNs of occupational health agencies showed more positive attitude than the OHNs of private industries on the joint employment system. (4) 88.3% of the OHNs wanted the education training for JEONP. Especially in occupational hygiene and safety control. (5) The OHNs expected the role expansion of Occupational Health Nursing by JEONP system. At the same time they worried the adverse effects. For the successful execution of this system, it is necessary the cooperation among the Ministry of Labor, KOHNA, the minor enterprises, and the OHNs.
