전력선 채널에서 음향신호의 OFDM 변조 전송 특성 (OFDM Modulation Transmission Characteristic of Acoustic Signal on Power Line Channel)

  • 본 연구는 저압 전력선 망을 통한 전력선 통신(PLC: Power Line Communication)에 관한 내용이다. 전력선 통신이 가지는 주요 잇점은 기존의 인프라구조의 사용이다. 전력선 통신 채널은 전형적으로 전력선의 길이와 주파수가 증가함에 의해 신호 감쇠를 나타내는 주파수 선택적 페이딩(Frequency-Selective Fading)을 가지는 다중경로 반사 전파로 모델링 할 수 있다. OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)은 다수개의 낮은 데이터 율의 반송파들이 높은 전송율을 이루는 형태로 송신기에서 조합되는 변조 기법이다. 모델링한 다중 경로 반사 전력선 채널에 음향 신호를 입력하여 체계의 성능을 모의 실험을 통해 분석, 검증하였다.

  • Materials used at microwave are usually used as a dielectric with a manufacturing purpose of printed circuit boards, etc. Complex permittivity of them can be measured from attenuation constant or propagation constant of a transmission line using a microstrip line with bulk type. But as the technique recently which can manufacture to have complex permittivity and permeability demanded using nonferrous metals for powder-type grows up, we need sensors and methods which can measure characteristics of powder-type materials. So far measuring methods of permittivity and permeability with waveguide or coaxial cable are used but they have faults which have a complex measurement method and are difficult to simultaneously measure permittivity and permeability. In this paper, a simultaneous measuring method of permittivity and permeability with 2-port coaxial cable and a new proposed calculation. The proposed 2-port coaxial cable is designed to be easy to insert materials and to have a wideband. We measure permittivity and permeability of magnetic powder(Ni-Fe-Mo, Ni-Fe) which reveal its characteristic at $0.3{\sim}1.3GHz$ to identify the proposed sensor.

난연성 폴리 올레핀 케이블 절연재료의 내화특성 (Fire Resistance Characteristics of Polyolefin cable Insulating Materials for Flame Retardant)

  • In this paper, we analyzed the properties change of electric wire when the thermal stress was applied to NFR-8 and FR-PVC 600[V] wire. Messurement is made of the attenuation of a light beam by smoke accumulating with in a closed chamber due to nonflaming pyrolytic decomposition and flaming combustion. Results are expressed in terms of specific optical density which is derived from a geometrical factor and the measured optical density a measurement characteristic of the concentration of smoke. Referenced documents were ASTM E662 standard test method for specific Ds genalated by solid materials. The furnace control system shall maintain the required irradiance level under steady-state condition with the chamber door closed of $2.5{\pm}0.04[w/cm^{2}]$ for 20 min. According to the results of the smoke density analysis of NFR-8 and FR-PVC the highest decomposition flaming smoke density range of NFR-8 and FR-PVC were 25.2 to 37.5 and 51.1 respectively. Nonflaming smoke density range of NFR-8 and FR-PVC were 100.4 to 112.2 and 126.5 to 398.8. The amount of carbon monoxide generated was found to be much higher in FR-PVC decomposition than in NFR-8 due to incomplete combustion of FR-PVC which has high content of carbon in compound.

  • A precise measurement of the grid voltage is one of the essential techniques, which is required to connect a renewable energy to the grid. In general, when a filter is used to eliminate unnecessary harmonics and noises, a signal is distorted by phase delay, amplitude attenuation, and other distortions. And the response characteristic of a controller is directly affected by bandwidth of cut-off frequency of the filter. To alleviate this problems, we propose an effective algorithm based on DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) instead of approaching the filter application. The proposed algorithm ensures high precise measurement of the grid voltage because it can extract the fundamental and harmonics from the raw signal without any distortions. The high performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by PSIM simulation and experiments of Grid-Connected VSI.

  • This paper is concerned with the design of LMI based H$_{\infty}$ controller for a line of sight(LOS) stabilization system. This system which is even linearized to analyse nonlinear characteristic has also a lot of uncertainties. In addition, the angular velocity disturbance from the vehicle's driving deteriorates the stabilized LOS, main purpose of this system. In case of fast driving, particularly, all components which are ignored and skipped to make mathematical modelling act as the uncertainties against this system. The robustness against these uncertainties has been also continuously demanded including the well tracking performance for the target. Therefore, this paper employed H$_{\infty}$ control theory to satisfy these problems and LMI method to make suitable controller with few constraints for this system. Although this system matrix doesn't have full rank, this method make it possible to design H$_{\infty}$ controller and deal with R and S matrices for reducing its order. Consequently, this paper shows that the re-analyses on the real disturbances are achieved and the proposed robust controller for them has better disturbance attenuation and tracking performance. This paper contributes the applicability of reduced order H$_{\infty}$ controller to real system by handling LMI..

  • This paper presents the dynamic characteristics of MR impact damper for vehicle collision system. Various types of mechanism have been proposed for reduce transmitted force to vehicle chassis and finally protect occupants from injury. In the case of frontal collision, the bumper make main role of isolation material for collision attenuation. In this study, proposed bumper system composed of MR impact damper and structures. The MR impact damper is to adopted MR fluid which has reversible properties with applied magnetic field. MR fluid operates under flow mode with Bingham flow and bellows is used for generation of fluid flow. Mathematical model of MR impact damper incorporated with MR fluid is established. Field dependent damping force is investigated with time and frequency domain. The MR impact damper is then incorporated with vehicle crash system. The governing equation of motion of vehicle model is formulated considering occupant model. Dynamic characteristics of vehicle collision system investigated with computer simulation.

  • 최근 빠르게 발전하고 있는 이동통신 서비스는 보다 만족스럽고 보다 우수한 성능의 무선 통신용 필터나 다이플렉서 혹은 트리플렉서와 같은 멀티플렉서를 요구하고 있다. 다이플렉서는 수신된 신호를 고주파와 저주파신호로 각각 분리하여 주는 소자로서 듀얼모드 단말기에 쓰이는 것으로 이미 잘 알려져 있다. 트리플렉서는 수신된 신호를 각각 세 개의 대역 즉 AMPS, GPS, US-PCS 등으로 구분하여 주는 소자로서 최근 서비스를 시작한 GPS 기능을 추가시키기 위한 triple-mode 소자라 할 수 있다. 하지만 GPS 대역(1.575 ㎓)과 US-PCS(1.85 ㎓∼l.91 ㎓) 대역이 서로 간섭을 일으킬 만큼 가깝기 때문에 각 출력단간의 Isolation 특성을 강화하는데 주력을 하였다. 본 연구에서 트리플렉서는 무라타 사의 인덕터와 캐패시터를 사용하였고, Agilent 사의 ADS를 이용하여 설계하였으며, 측정시 Agilent사의 VNA 8510C를 사용하여 측정하였다.

On-Line Electric Vehicle의 EMF 저감을 위한 FCCL 차폐효과 분석 (An Analysis of FCCL Shielding Effect for EMF Attenuation to On-Line Electric Vehicle)

  • According to ICNIRP guidelines for limiting exposure to time-varying electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields up to 300GHz, magnetic flux density which range from 3Hz to 150kHz are regulated to lower than $6.25{\mu}T$. In order to comply with its standard, OLEV(On-Line Electric Vehicle) have been designed considering EMF(Electro-Magnetic Field) reduction. However, if a current flowing in power line would be bigger for increasing power transfer efficiency, the established shield system no longer acts their role properly. In this paper, therefore, FCCL(Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) is applied to power line and pick-up devices to solve the problems. Though, the FCCL is normally utilized to insulator on circuit board, because of its high heat resistance characteristic, flexibility and thin properties, it makes effectiveness in the shielding device as well. 4 types of FCCL shielding structure are introduced to power line and pick-up devices. From the results, the FCCL which are placed in proposed positions shows maximum EMF reduction compared to the established shielding structure. Henceforth, if OLEV is applied FCCL shielding structure in practice, it will not only be more safe but also step forward to commercialization near future.

MCS선로를 이용한 스텝 임피던스 저역필터 (Stepped Impedance LPF using MCSl)

  • MCS(Micro-coplanar strip) 선은 전부터 분석되어 왔었다. 등각 지도로 나타낸 방법은 이 MCD 선의 준정적인 효과적인 유전율 그리고 독특한 임피던스를 산출하기 위하여 이용되곤 했다. 현재 이용되는 모든 성과들은 상업적인 S/W, IE3D를 사용하여 얻어진 결과와 비교할 때 유리한 계약에 있기 위해서이다. 그리고 이 부분에서, 적합한 임피던스 저역 원반꼴 안테나 여과기는 주파수 응답 개량을 위한 MCS 선으로 디자인되고 날조되었다. LPF는 구조는 또한 디자인되고 정지하여 있는 예리한 묶음성 특성이 유지하기 위하여 끈을 실행할 수 있도록 하였다. 가장 끝과 측량 결과에서의 결과는 실행한 LPF로 확인할 수 있다.
