In this paper, we validate MEDIQUAL constructs through different media users in help desk. In a previous paper only two end-users' constructs were used: assurance and responsiveness. In this paper we extended MEDIQUAL constructs to include reliability, empathy, assurance, tangibles, and responsiveness, which are based on the SERVQUAL theory. The results suggested that: 1) five MEDIQUAL constructs were validated through the factor analysis. That is, importance of the constructs have relatively high correlations between measures of the same construct using different methods and low correlations between measures of construct that are expected to differ (Cronbach, 1971; Campbell and Fiske, 1959) 2) five MEDIQUAL constructs are statistically significant on media users' satisfaction in help desk service by regression analysis.

This review paper deals with the current statues of pre-treatment quality assurance conducted for Intensity modulated radiation therapy. Focusing on the issues relevant to two-dimensional verification of absorbed dose distribution, review was made for the papers published during the last 3~4 years. Lastly, the future development direction was projected.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a quality assurance model and to determine appropriate warranty period for a guided missile using its field data. Methods: 10 years of actual firing data is collected from the defense industry company and military. Parametric maximum likelihood estimation for a reliability function is determined with the data. Results: The reliability function estimates average lifetime of the missile. That function shows a user requirement, 80% reliability (lifetime) is come up when 8 years have passed, which is longer than the estimates in the missile's development phase. Conclusion: Quality assurance warranty for a guided missile must be established with actual test data. It is necessary to update and modify the reliability prediction and the warranty period with actual field test data.

As consumer, one of the most important things how to get manufactured good is an assurance of quality. We have a consumer protection law which is weaker than product liability law(so called PL law), but stronger than civil law. In this special issue, we want to explain PL law which will be legislated within not long time and to propose a method of protection and defence in building and housing field. As the quality control of constructor, ISO 9000 series for quality assurance and CM (Construction Management) for quality assister are concerned in all construction process. Therefore, above mentioned PL law is very serious problems which are applied in apartment housing, if applied, a little part as not real estate will be possible.

This paper examines the impact of reliability on consumers' demand for environmentally friendly agricultural products using ordered logit model. We survey 100 housewives living in the capital region and five metropolitian cities cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of instrumental factor, such as history tracking system, provision of information, safety assurance and labelling of brands on the consumers' demand. The main results show that provision of information and safety assurance affect consumers' demand more confident than others. In order to motivate consumers to buy more environmentally friendly agricultural products, the safety should be assured and more information on production and marketing channel should be labelled.

Recently, to use the evaluated firewall is recognized as a solution to achieve the security and reliability for government and organizarions in Korea. Results of firewall evaluation using ITSEC(Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria) and CCPP(Common Criteria Protection Peofile)have been announced. Because there are problems to apply ITSECor CCPP for the firewall evaluation in korea environment, korea government and korea Information security Agency (KISA) decided to develop our own security dvaluation critrtia fir firewalls.As a result of the efforts, Korea firewall security evaluation criteria has been published on Feb. 1998. In this paper, we introduce Korea security evaluation criteria for firewalls. The ceiteria consists of functional and assurance requirements that are compatible with CC Evaluation Assurance Levels(EALs)

Automated vehicles (AVs) are coming to our roadways. In practice, there are still several challenges that can impede the AV sensors are polluted on various road conditions. In this paper, we propose a strategy for V2E performance assurance technology using Kano model. We are developing the vehicle sensor cleaning system about the three types of commonly used sensors: camera, radar, and LiDAR. Surveys were carried out in 30 AV's experts on quality characteristics about V2E performance assurance technology. As a result, the Kano model developed to verify a major requirement of autonomous vehicle's sensor cleaning system. It is expected that the Kano model will be actively used to verify the importance of V2E development strategy.

국내 게임 시장 규모가 20조원에 육박할 것으로 전망된 가운데, 내년 게임업계 화두로 메타버스와 NFT가 가장 주요한 이슈가 될 것이다. 메타버스 환경에서의 변화는 편의성, 상호작용 방식, 화면 공간 확장성 측면에서 기존 PC, 모바일 기반의 인터넷 시대와 메타버스 시대는 확실하게 차이가 존재한다. 기존에 비해 혁신적인 변화의 특징들에 대해서 메타버스 환경에서 게임들의 특징들도 무관하지 않을 것으로 생각한다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스 플랫폼에서의 게임개발이 활성화되는 환경에서 메타버스 기반에서 개발되고 플레이 되는 게임들에 대한 품질 보증(Quality Assurance : QA) 혹은 테스트를 위한 방법과 내용에 대해서 기존의 방법들과의 차이점과 향후 메타버스 환경에서의 게임 품질을 측정하는 새로운 요소들에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.

요즘은 모든 산업에서 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence : AI) 채택을 빠르게 진행하고 있으며, 디지털 기술과 산업 기술이 융합된 인공지능 분야가 강화되고 여러 서비스 사업 혁신이 이루어지면서 여러 산업의 시장 성장을 견인하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 게임 산업과 관련한 게임업계에서는 인공지능 관련 전문 지식을 확보하기 위한 투자가 활발하게 이어짐에 따라 발전과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 움직임들이 지속될 것으로 전망된다. 본 논문에서는 게임개발 기술에 인공지능(AI) 기술 접목이 집중되고 있는 상황에서 개발하고 있는 게임에 대한 품질을 보증하고 관리하기 위한 AI 기반의 게임 QA(Quality Assurance) 기술 적용을 위한 방법들에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.

Challenges brought by applications of advanced technologies in education call for new approaches that can best ensure the provision of quality e-learning experiences. This paper presents an ecological approach as one of such approaches to quality assurance in e-learning that can monitor, assess and improve the effectiveness and the links between the various elements of e-learning. The ecological model for QA in e-learning emphasizes interrelation transactions between elements (e.g. providers, learners, cultures and policies) and systemic integration of those elements, and stresses that all these elements within a QA system play an equal role in maintaining balance of the whole. The model focuses attention both on individual and societal/cultural environmental factors as cornerstones for QA efforts in e-learning. It addresses the importance of QA efforts directed at changing QA transactions from provider-centered to 'all stakeholder-oriented', from one-size-fits-all model to 'globally oriented, locally adaptive model' and from control framework to 'culture creation framework'.
