Data mining technology is applied to various fields because it is a technique for analyzing vast amount of data and finding useful information. In this paper, we propose a big data analysis method that uses Apriori algorithm, which is a data mining technique, to find the related factors that have negative and positive influences on school adjustment. Among Korea Child and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), data related to adjustment to school life and data showing parental inclinations were extracted from the data of fourth grade elementary school students, first year middle school students, and high school freshman students, respectively and we have mapped the useful association rules among them. As a result, the factors affecting school adjustment were different according to the timing of the growth process, we were able to find interesting rules by looking for connections between rules. On the other hand, the factors that positively influenced school adjustment were not significantly different from each other, and overall, they were associated with positive variables.

Among data mining techniques, the association rule is the most recently developed technique, and it finds the relevance between two items in a large database. And it is directly applied in the field because it clearly quantifies the relationship between two or more items. When we determine whether an association rule is meaningful, we utilize interestingness measures such as support, confidence, and lift. Interestingness measures are meaningful in that it shows the causes for pruning uninteresting rules statistically or logically. But the criteria of these measures are chosen by experiences, and the number of useful rules is hard to estimate. If too many rules are generated, we cannot effectively extract the useful rules.In this paper, we designed a variety of non-linear regression equations considering all association thresholds between the number of rules and three interestingness measures. And then we diagnosed multi-collinearity and autocorrelation problems, and used analysis of variance results and adjusted coefficients of determination for the best model through numerical experiments.

At its thirty-ninth session(New York, 19 June - 7 July 2006), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(hereinafter referred to as the Commission) agreed to give priority to the topic of revising the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. From the forty-fifth through the forty-seventh session, the Working Group checked various issues based on the draft revised version of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules prepared by the Secretariat. At its forty-eighth session, the Working Group is going to finish its first reading of articles 38 to 41 of the draft revised version of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and to commence its second reading of the draft revised version of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Korea is keen on enticing foreign direct investment into its territory. From the 1960s, Korea has concluded more than 80 BITs. Korea is making efforts to conclude FTAs with its trading partners. As of January, 2008, 3 FTAs have taken into effect with respect to Korea. According to provisions on dispute settlement found in such BITs and FTAs involving Korea, the Rules can be chosen for Investor-State Arbitration. Furthermore, the Rules is followed by the arbitration rules for domestic and international arbitrations administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. If the Commission adopts the revised version of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the Rules will be able to give impact on the arbitration law and practice around the world of arbitration. That is the reason why we should keep attention to the development of the deliberations of the Working Group.

Overriding Mandatory rules are laws that purport to apply irrespective of the law chosen by the parties to govern their contractual relations. This article examines their role and applicability in international arbitration. The overriding mandatory rules pose a complex and continuing problem for arbitrators because they put the interests of states and parties in direct competition. When a law says that arbitrators must apply it, yet the parties' contract excludes it, what should the arbitrators do? Where should their allegiance lie? The answer depends on the underlying nature of arbitration - and since that can be legitimately conceptualized in different ways, a principled approach to overriding mandatory rules seems to be impossible to provide. Nevertheless, a practical solution is required, because there were European cases in which courts voided valid arbitration agreements made, reasoning that arbitrators certainly would not apply and/or take into account its overriding mandatory rules of indemnity right granted to commercial agent and distributor in Europe. Therefore, this paper first examines status of overriding mandatory rules of another law in international litigation and then explores any possibility of application of overriding mandatory rules of another law in international commercial arbitration. With this analysis, the author reaches into a conclusion that the arbitrator should and/or take into account overriding mandatory rules of another law, yet should limit to them of the country where characteristic performance is made under the contract.

데이타마이닝 분야에서는 대용량의 트랜잭션 데이타베이스와 같은 하나의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 많이 수행되어왔다. 그러나, 창고형 할인매장이나 백화점 같이 고객 카드를 이용하는 판매점의 등장으로, 단지 트랜잭션에 대한 분석 뿐만이 아니라, 트랜잭션과 고객과의 관계에 대한 분석 또한 요구되고 있다. 즉, 두 개의 데이타베이스로부터 연관 규칙을 찾는 연구가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 두 데이타베이스 사이에 링크를 생성하여 연관 항목집합을 찾는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 링크를 이용한 알고리즘은 고객 데이타베이스가 메모리에 거주가능한 크기라면 시간에 따른 분석에 유용함을 보여주었다.Abstract There have been a lot of researches of mining association rules from one database such as transaction database until now. But as the large discount store using customer card emerges, the analysis is not only required about transactions, but also about the relation between transactions and customer data. That is, it is required to search association rules from two databases. This paper proposes an efficient algorithm constructing links from one database to the other. Our experiments show the algorithm using link is useful for temporal analysis of memory-resident customer database.

Governments and companies are trying to reduce occupational accidents in the construction industry; however, the number of disasters are not decreasing significantly. This study aims to identify the correlation between factors affecting construction disasters quantitatively. To this end, 1,197 cases of serious disasters provided by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Administration (KOSHA) were analyzed using affinity analysis, one of the data mining techniques. The data from KOSHA were preprocessed and analyzed with variables of accident type, project type, activity type, original cause materials, sensory temperature, time of the accident, and fall height, and the association rules were derived for fall accidents and the others. For fall accidents, 64 association rules with lift ratios of 1.38 or greater were derived, and for the other accidents, 59 association rules with lift ratios of 1.54 or greater were derived. After analyzing the derived association rules focusing on the relationship among accident factors, this study presented the significance of applying the affinity analysis to address the study's limitations. The significance of this study can be found in that the correlation among factors affecting construction accidents is presented quantitatively.

In this study, we analyze South Korea and China have already concluded FTA rules of origin. By comparison and analysis of the relevant provisions in the country of origin of signed FTA, we obtained the necessary implications of origin on the FTA negotiations that will be concluded in the future. FTA between Korea and China's opening level is much lower than the already concluded FTA's, and Korea and the ASEAN FTA has already been signed with similar concessions. However, in understanding the rules of origin in China, it is important for us that China is the first trading partner of the trade. Korean companies are well aware of the rules of origin in China, and it should be noted to prevent damage caused due to the rules of origin in the process of expanding trade with the Contracting Parties.

This study deals with the analysis of the technology association rules between CPC codes of the Internet of Things(IoT) patent, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution ICT-based technology. The association rules between CPC codes were extracted using R, an open source for data mining. To this end, we analyzed 369 of the 605 patents related to the Internet of Things filed with the Patent Office until July 2019, with a complex CPC code, up to the subclass-level. As a result of the technology association rules, CPC codes with high support were [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](18.2%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](18.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](17.3%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](17.3%), [H04W ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](9.8%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ H04W](9.8%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ H04L](7.9%), [H04L ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](7.9%), [G06F ${\rightarrow}$ G06Q](6.2%), [G06Q ${\rightarrow}$ G06F](6.2%). After analyzing the technology interconnection network, the core CPC codes related to technology association rules are G06Q and H04L. The results of this study can be used to predict future patent trends.

In modern manufacturing practice it is sometimes necessary to send products to another country for special processing which cannot be performed inside the territory of the zone and Outward Processing(OP) covers such situation. What's more, process and Rules of Origin(RoO) of OP is implicated in Korea' Free Trade Agreement(Korea-Singapore, Korea-EFTA and Korea-Asean FTA) because of the goods to be producted in Kaesong Industrial Complex. Thus, In this paper analyse a implication of OP's process and RoO focused on the two fold : (1) provide an overview of the objectives, types, effects of Outward Processing described in customs law and FTA provisions of EU and Korea; (2) present a comparative analysis of EU and Korean rules; (3) offer an appropriate proposal to Korea-EU FTA negotiation.
