The UV curing industry is one of the most wide application fields in the coating and printing inks industry. Applications extend to general coating for paper, board, wood tapes, compact discs and holograms, ink, photoresists for imaging processes and adhesives for welding and sealing in circuit boards. The UV-curing resins have advantages of quick set, space saving, clean environment and efficient use of energy. The purpose of this study has been to control of morphology structures consist of UV-curing resins and alkyd resins. Therefore, we are investigated with regard to rheology properties on the exposure to UV-curing, structures and mechanical properties for curing films.

The theoretical and methodological provisions that allow to systematically and comprehensively study the postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers; the essence and features of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of diverse training institutions, providing professional and pedagogical training of this category of pedagogical personnel, have been determined; regularities, principles and conditions for the implementation of promising directions of development of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of diverse training have been developed; developed technological support for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training; identified and substantiated promising directions for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training in vocational education, due to the modernization.

The purpose of this study is to identify the value of the liberal arts physical education class that contribute to the future wellness life. For this study, the records of the participants in the study were analyzed in nine participants who participated in the liberal arts physical education class of Seoul * University in 2019 during the first semester. The results of this study are as follows. First, students' interest in health increased through the liberal arts physical education class, and students set their life expectancy and confirmed diseases that are obstacles to living happily. And they became aware of the importance of health. Second, students' interest in health increased and they performed behaviors for health. Students reflected on their current life, reflected on bad lifestyles, and confirmed the importance of regular exercise and desirable eating for health. Third, students experienced positive changes in life by performing life movement and healthy life. Students performed regular exercises for health, improved eating habits, and practiced healthy lifestyles. By practicing these actions, these students laid the foundation for future wellness life. In the end, students have laid the foundation for healthy and happy life through the liberal arts physical education class. Therefore, it is thought that the liberal arts physical education class needs to be more activated in order to pursue wellness life for future health and happiness.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) technology can be used in arts exhibitions ranging from planning exhibitions, filed progress, and evaluation. AI has been expanded its scope from planning exhibition and guidance services to tools for creating arts. This paper focuses on chatbots that utilize exhibition and AI technology convergence to provide information and services. To study more specifically, I developed a chatbot for exhibition services using the Naver Clova chatbot tool and information from the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art(MMCA), Korea. In this study, information was limited to viewing and exhibition rather than all information of the MMCA, and the chatbot was developed which provides a scenario type to get an answering user want to gain through a button and a text question and answer(Q&A) type to directly input a question. As a result of evaluating the chatbot with six items according to ELIZA's chatbot evaluation scale, a score of 4.2 out of 5 was derived by completing the development of a chatbot to be used to deliver viewing and exhibition information. The future research task is to create a perfect chatbot model that can be used in an actual arts exhibition space by connecting the developed chatbot with continuous scenario answers, resolving text Q&A-type answer failures and errors, and expanding additional services.

This study was based on the research contents of previous studies. and After operatively defining public culture and arts institutions in terms of combining the characteristics of public institutions and culture and arts, the necessity of analyzing the priority of performance evaluation indicators was raised in accordance with this. The results of priority analysis based on the AHP axiom are as follows. The priorities for the performance evaluation index of public culture and arts institutions were in the order of artistry, expertise, marketing, publicity, organizational management, exchange and cooperation, management efficiency, operating system, and convenience. Based on the analysis results, the following implications were presented. First, it is necessary to first pay attention to the items of artistry that appear as the highest priority and seek strategies. Second, it is necessary to put a variety of experts in the original plan so that the audience and the public can have a high interest in this. However, in order not to exceed the 10 items recommended by the AHP axiom, we had to intentionally limit the evaluation items. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze priorities by deriving various evaluation items in subsequent studies.

Shince the introduction of machine methods into industry a problem has existed which has never been adequately solved. .... That is to say, there is no difference between the essential qualities of Machine art and abstract art, which is the main style of fine arts in the present day. This problem has been discussed by John Ruskin, William Morris, Herbert Read. In this study, I discussed the artistic value in the modern graphic arts from the standpoint of Herbert Read on the machine art. According to the above-mentioned discussings, we can come to the conclusion as follows 1) The machine art lie at the root of abstract art, and whenever the final product of machine is designed or determined by anyone sensitive to formal values, that product can and does become an abstract work of art in the subtler sense of the term. 2) We must recognize that graphic design is a function of the abstract artist, and the abstract artist must be given a place in the graphic arts in which be is not already established, and his decision on all questions of design must be final. 3) Therefore, the graphic designer must have therough knowledge of graphic arts technology in order to give the artistic value to the objects of machine production.

Even though we could not count the total amount of plates in Korean printing industry per year, we would suppose the total amount of plates about $20,000km^2$ to $22,000km^2$ per year through our printing experience. On the standard of the end of 2010, it would be the market share of plates are that CTP plate is $9,000km^2$, CTcP plate is$4,000km^2$ and PS plate is $9,000km^2$, such as total amount of plates are $22,000km^2$. When there was no installed CTP setter in Korea, the domestic plate would be over 60% market share of plate in Korean printing industry. But now it would be less than 25% market share of plate. It is necessary to develop domestic CTP thermal plate from now because we have to keep the market share of domestic plate. On the study of the surface structure of substrate, roughness, anodized layer amount and coating amount between domestic CTP thermal plate and foreign CTP thermal plate, it would be the basic to develop domestic CTP thermal plate.

The printing industry is getting more digitalized and integration. It has enabled the interactive information and networking from Pre-Press, Press, to the Post-Press. These are efficient management and the improved process and productivity are getting more important. Such trends improved in the functionality and automation. This paper tries to find out how technology for CIP3/4 -based process may be applied and resolved. Such subject includes the domestic and international cases regarding each manufacturer's CIP3/4 technology types. Another purpose is to emphasize on the needs to establish the environment. Under this environment, it is possible to integrate network in exchangeable form through JDF standard format after CIP3/4. Based on the data from this study, it is expected to collect further substantial data which is related to the domestic printing company's CIP 4 operation. It will be also possible to perform subsequent studies on the proper variables of the market segment. CIP4 stands for "International Cooperation for Integration of Prepress, Press and Post-press, it is an association of around forty international companies, mostly manufacturers of prepress, press and post-press, as well as suppliers and users. In this paper, we studied on the acting application of CIP4 work flow.
