본 논문에서는 HDR-WPAN(high data rate wireless personal area network) 시스템의 CAZAC sequence 특성을 이용한 주파수 동기 알고리즘을 제안하고, 신호 성상도 및 EVM(error vector magnitude)를 통해 성능을 분석해 본다.
The models used for ionosphere error correction in positioning using Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) are representatively Klobuchar model and NeQuick model. Although these models can correct the ionosphere error in real time, the disadvantage is that the accuracy is only 50-60%. In this study, a method for polynomial modeling of Global Ionosphere Map (GIM) which provides Vertical Total Electron Content (VTEC) in grid type was studied. In consideration of Ionosphere Pierce Points (IPP) of satellites with a receivable elevation angle of 15 degrees or higher on the Korean Peninsula, the target area for model generation and provision was selected, and the VTEC at 88 GIM grid points was modeled as a polynomial. The developed VTEC polynomial model shows a data reduction rate of 72.7% compared to GIM regardless of the number of visible satellites, and a data reduction rate of more than 90% compared to the Slant Total Electron Content (STEC) polynomial model when there are more than 10 visible satellites. This VTEC polynomial model has a maximum absolute error of 2.4 Total Electron Content Unit (TECU) and a maximum relative error of 9.9% with the actual GIM. Therefore, it is expected that the amount of data can be drastically reduced by providing the predicted GIM or real-time grid type VTEC model as the parameters of the polynomial model.
Method a target estimation in spatial are mobile wireless communication using network cell and GPS. It have much error that mobile wireless communication depend on cell size. GPS method can't find a target in shadow and inner area. In this paper, we estimate a target as direction of arrival method using adaptive array antenna system. Adaptive array antenna system can obtain desired signal to remove other signal This paper studied digital beamforming method in order to estimation a target. Proposed method is modified optimum weight and antenna error correction to estimation an optimal receive signal. Digital beamforming method decided a signal phase and amplitude from received signal on array antenna element. But if it is not to do error correction of received signal, system performance have decreased. Firstly, we proposed modified optimum weight in order to finding desired target. Secondly, we are error correction of antenna incident signals by optimal weight before digital beamforming method. Thirdly, throughly simulation, we showed that system performance of proposed method compare proposal method with general method. It have improved resolution of estimation target to good performance more proposed method than general method.

Radar interferometric phase is sensitive to both ground topography and coherent surface displacement. The basic tactics of differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (DInSAR) technique are to separate the two effects. Applications of DInSAR to Duk-Po area in Busan were studied. In the study area, an abrupt subsidence, possibly caused by sub-way construction, was observed by JERS-1 SAR interferometry. Differential interferograms were generated using twenty-three JERS-1 SAR data acquired between April 24, 1992, and August 7, 1998. Because the area is relatively flat with little topographic relief the topographic effects were not removed. A phase filtering and interferogram techniques were applied to increase fringe clarity as well as to decrease decorrelation error. The stacking improves the quality of interferograms especially when the displacement is discontinuous. The interferograms clearly show the evidence of subsidence along Duk-Po subway railroad. These results demonstrate that the interferogram stacking technique can improve the detectability of radar interferometry to an abrupt displacement and DInSAR is useful to geological engineering applications.
This study describes the estimation of upstream ungauged watershed streamflow using downstream discharge data. For downstream Dongchon (DC) and upstream Kumho (KH) water level stations in Kumho river basin ($2,087.9km^2$), three methods of Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) modeling, drainage-area ratio method and regional regression equation were evaluated. The SWAT was calibrated at DC with the determination coefficient ($R^2$) of 0.70 and validated at KH with $R^2$ of 0.60. The drainage-area ratio method showed $R^2$ of 0.93. For the regional regression, the watershed area, average slope, and stream length were used as variables. Using the derived equation at DC, the KH could estimate the flow with maximum 41.2 % error for the observed streamflow.
The aim of this study was to produce a simple and inexpensive technique for estimating the obturator foramen area (OFA) from young calves based on the hypothesis that OFA can be extrapolated from simple linear measurements. Three linear measurements - dorsoventral height, craneocaudal width and total perimeter of obturator foramen - were obtained from 55 bovine hemicoxae. Different algorithms for determining OFA were then produced with a regression analysis (curve fitting) and statistical analysis software. The most simple equation was OFA ($mm^2$) = [3,150.538 + ($36.111^*CW$)] - [147,856.033/DH] (where CW = craneocaudal width and DH = dorsoventral height, both in mm), representing a good nonlinear model with a standard deviation of error for the estimate of 232.44 and a coefficient of multiple determination of 0.846. This formula may be helpful as a repeatable and easily performed estimation of the obturator foramen area in young bovines. The area of the obturator foramen magnum can thus be estimated using this regression formula.
TCM has been used for many environmental impact assessments and many case studies in Korea. TCM was applied to urbvan areas and rolling terrains. But original TCM was developed for rural area, and this model could not reflect the characteristcs of these study sites. This paper analyzed the characteristics of TCM, and modified the algorithm of area source, and modified the vertical wind speed profile exponents and diffusion parameter to make it applicable in urban area. In the process of modification, an important error in area source calculation of original TCM program was found. So that was corrected as follows. $$ Before modification $QC = 0.79788456^*(0.5^*GRID)^**BA/(U(IA, IRUN)^*AA^*BA TCM09310$ After modification $QC = 0.79788456^*(500^*GRID)^**BA/(U(IA, IRUN)^*AA*BA) modified$ $$ Then original TCM and modified TCM-urban mode were compared, and it was found that predicted mean value by original TCM was 7 times higher than observed mean value. But mean value by modified TCM-urban mode was very similar to observed value.
Multilateration(MLAT) is commonly used in civil and military surveillance applications to accurately locate an aircraft, vehicle or stationary emitter. MLAT calculates the TDOA of signals by transmitted aircraft and determines the aircraft's location. With more than four receivers it is possible to estimate the 3D position of the aircraft by calculating the intersection of the resulting hyperbolas and the system integrity. In this study, our objectives are to apply MLAT technique to Jeju terminal control area and to propose a MLAT receiver network to properly estimate the positions of aircraft approaching this area. Based on computer simulations, we determine locations of ground receivers in Jeju terminal control area, calculate estimated position errors of the aircraft with respect to the selected receiver networks, and find the best receiver network with the least position error.
In order to improve the functions of libraries in each region, it is necessary to establish the guideline of area of space size according to size and region. Therefore, this study aims to present the guideline of area of space size of public libraries for the revision of the manual of 2013. The study findings are as follows. First, the theoretical and preceding studies have raised a need to present the guidelines on the areas of public libraries nationwide since the guidelines of areas presented in Gyeonggi Province have been derived from the provincial libraries of Gyeonggi only. It is also necessary to analyze and verify the guidelines of areas of public libraries nationwide in Korea based on the guidelines of areas for Gyeonggi Province. Second, I have analyzed the areas of public libraries nationwide. I have conducted comparative analysis and verification in comparison with the areas in Gyeonggi Province through the ${\pm}5%$ error range presented in the existing manual, which has led to the conclusion that the guidelines of areas in Gyeonggi Province are within the error range and thus are applicable to public libraries nationwide. Third, I have presented the five different types of guidelines of areas. This study is expected to facilitate accelerating the decision-making and policy establishment as part of the construction and remodeling plans. In the future, however, more detailed studies on libraries bigger than $5,000m^2$ is needed.
This study aimed at developing a generalized model on the estimation of the long - term run - off volume for practical purpose. During the research period of last 3 years( 1986-1988), 3 types of estimation model on the long - term run - off volume(Effective rainfall model, unit hydrograph model and barne's model for dry season) had been developed by the author. In this study, through regressional analysis between determinant factors (bi of effective rainfall model, ai of unit hydrograph model and Wi of barne's model) and catchment characteris- tics(catchment area, distance round the catchment area, massing degree coefficient, river - exte- nsion, river - slope, river - density, infiltration of Watershed) of 11 test case areas by multiple regressional method, a new methodology on the derivation of determinant factors from catchment characteristics in the watershed areas having no hydrological station was developed. Therefore, in the resulting step, estimation equations on run - off volume for practical purpose of which input facor is only rainfall were developed. In the next stage, the derived equations were applied on the Kang - and Namgye - river catchment areas for checking of their goodness. The test results were as follows ; 1. In Kang - river area, average relative estimation errors of 72 hydrographs and of continuous daily run - off volume for 245 days( 1/5/1982 - 31/12) were calculated as 6.09%, 9.58% respectively. 2. In Namgye - river area, average relative estimation errors of 65 hydrographs and of conti- nuous daily run - off volume for 2fl days(5/4/1980-31/12) were 5.68%, 10.5% respectively. In both cases, relative estimation error was averaged as 7.96%, and so, the methodology in this study might be hetter organized than Kaziyama's formula when comparing with the relative error of the latter, 24~54%. However, two case studies cannot be the base materials enough for the full generalization of the model. So, in the future studies, many test case studies of this model should he carries out in the various catchment areas for making its generalization.
