The smart factory promotion project is a project that uses ICT technology to improve the production process and the entire management environment system. In Korea, the smart factory promotion project has been continuously implemented since 2014, and the Smart Factory Promotion Team is supporting it nationally. The smart factory promotion project has shown positive results in some companies even in difficult environments such as the COVID-19 situation. In order for each company to promote the smart factory project, it must receive business approval through an evaluation based on the business plan. In order to receive business approval, it is important that the main contents described in the business plan (introduction (business) goals, qualitative goals, quantitative goals, functional composition diagram, etc.) are described consistently. In this study, we studied the cases of several companies to determine whether the main contents of the companies' business plans were consistent. The main contents to be maintained in consistency were the purpose and necessity of introduction, quantitative goals, qualitative goals, functional composition diagram, and expected effects.
The delay in the construction permit for the building, which obtained the approval of business proposal, may lead to a difference in the maintenance cost ranging between 20% and 30% in the neighborhood where the residents moved in, along with the new project under construction in the surrounding area amidst rigorous regulations that aim to promote energy-saving and the heightened interest of the public in energy conservation, and such problem would become the major source of serious public complaints. Thus, the energy-saving plan needs to be prepared when the approval is granted to the business plan. In order to prevent public complaints or ensure effectiveness of government's energy plan, it may be effective to apply the energy-saving plan based on current standards upon the award of construction permit when two years have elapsed since the date of the scheduled commencement of construction or when the start of construction is delayed as stipulated in the Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of Housing Act. If the energy-saving plan and related technologies are merely the parts of license and permit process without fully serving their purposes and functions, it would be waste of time to deploy a lot of workforce and review and seek consultation. The government or owners of buildings need to fully understand the energy-saving aspects and exert effort to enhance the energy efficiency of buildings.

This study was performed in order to contributing the conflict factors which largely affects the efficient promotion of Urban Rehabilitation Project. then, it aims to induce conflict factors which affect the business period and business expense through PLS Regression Analysis. The data was build up from union members, tenants and merchants who are living in the completed urban rehabilitation area. In the case of 'Business period', it shows the priority on conflict factors in this order such as the 'Approval and Authorization for union establishment', 'Approval and Plan for business enforcement' and 'Interruption of interest group related to service business such as business delay'. In addition, In the case of 'Business expenses', it shows the priority on conflict factors in this order such as the 'Approval and Authorization for union establishment', 'Selling contract', 'Report of Demolition and Loss' and 'Plan and Authorization of Management disposition'.

The purpose of this study was to understand the timing of Gentrification by the study through the analysis of licensing data for food service businesses under the correlation with regional policies and systems. In addition, by analyzing the change in location patterns of the food service business in the district unit plan zones, the cause, development patterns and regional differences were identified. Starting with the Seoul hanok declaration in 2008, the approval of the food service business began to increase, and the floating population increased with the restoration of the Suseong Valley in 2012, and the concentration of food service business increased significantly on the waterway (Jahamun-ro 7-gil). Since the designation of Ikseon-dong as an urban environment readjustment zone in 2004, the approval of new food service business has been very low until around 2014, when the cooperative establishment committee is dissolved, and as the district unit plan for the preservation of hanok and regional management is being established, the number of new permits has exploded to date and restaurants in hanok conservation zones has been active.
Although the safety management plan review system according to the Construction Technology Promotion Act for securing the safety of the construction work is a fundamental system essential for the prevention of the construction industry disaster, the necessity of its improvement has been raised because it often fails to meet the original purpose. In this study, through the analysis of the effect of the safety management plan and the problems of the operation, we suggest ways to improve it in view of the construction accident reduction and conducted surveys on the construction site through the questionnaires of the client, construction company, and construction business technology manager. In order to improve the effectiveness of this system as a result of the study, it is necessary to distribute the guidelines for the preparation of the safety management plan, manuals, etc., to simplify the contents of the safety management plan, also the step-by-step approval of the safety plan can be a solution. For this, it is necessary to revise the policy through consultation with the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and related experts.
This study aims to analyze on the change status in the project plan of the housing complex as evaluated through the Housing Performance Grading Indication System. This a a system for assessing quantitatively the comprehensive, unified performance of housing by an objective standard from the design stage since January 9, 2006. As housing is a composite with various performances, it is required necessary to objectively assess the various performances from the design stage for building better housing. Thus, this study analyzed the change status and objectively described objectively it centering on the construction and structure drawings for 12 items posted in the Facility Management System_(FMS) out of examples recognized by 2011 since the implementation of the system. The changes were analyzed though observing each performance item-specific characteristics and confirming the books approved for use. In various parts, such as the site area, landscape plan, plane plan for unit, supplementary welfare facility plan, finishing materials, window size and location, the project plan was changed. These changes may result in a grading change in of the performance items of the system. This study purpose is for it to be used as a basic resource required for future system development by supplementing the limitation of the design phase and then through playing a basic role for the assessment after completion.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a very important role in developing countries. In Vietnam, SMEs operating in the field of handicrafts, besides contributing to the economy, also tasked to maintain and develop traditional handicrafts. However, accessing loans from banks of SMEs faces many difficulties. This study explores the determinants of bank lending decision for SMEs, particular, in traditional handicrafts business. Using dataset based on a survey conducted in Binh Duong province, Vietnam, we investigated to what determinant effects for loan approval. The analytical methods used include descriptive statistics for overall assessment, principal component analysis and regression to examine determinants of lending decisions. The results indicate that company's collateral was the most positive determinant to bank lending decision, follow by company's business plan. The role of company's leader is very important for banks considers to approve credit because company's leaders experience and relationship with stakeholders as well as banks have positive relations with bank's lending decision. Agreed with previous studies, the company's financial statement and company's credit history with banks are also significant determinants for lending decision. Whereas, the business environment seam unaffected lending decision as their relations is not significant..
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish the standards for duty of Medical Care Client Managers and analyze the extent of accomplishment, importance, and difficulty according to the standards. Methods: The draft for duty of Medical Care Client Managers was formed by the method of developing a curriculum (DACUM) and data were collected from 185 Medical Aid Client Managers in 234 areas to evaluate the actual frequency of accomplishment, importance and difficulty in comparison with the standards for duties. Results: The standard duty draft for Medical Care Client Manager is composed of five separate groups of duties and thirty five tasks. The five duties are Case Management, Extension Approval, External Cause of Injury, Duplicate Claims and Other Administrations. Seven Tasks are allocated to each duty such as Case Management, Extension Approval and External Cause of Injury. Five tasks are allocated to 'Duplicate Claims' duty and nine tasks are allocated to 'Other Administrations' duty. Conclusion: From the results of analysis for duties, it was apprehensive about overburdened responsibilities and carelessness in professional duties. It was necessary to establish specific guidelines for duties because of redundent application or regional variation in frequency of accomplishing other administrative duties. It was necessary to relieve a regional disparity of business charge and also was necessary to propose an alternative plan to relieve the overburdened responsibilities.
The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in Reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure, this study adopts the final Five hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. then, The 'Approval for union establishment(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.127. In addition, the 'Approval for business enforcement(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.343. The 'Management and disposition plan(H4)' has a path coefficient of 0.145. and the 'External Factors(H6)' has a path coefficient of 0.124. Finally, The 'satisfaction of business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.727.
Purpose - This study aims to determine the problems and limitations of the Commercial Area Activation System, which was created by a special law for promoting traditional markets and shopping districts to revitalize and efficiently manage the central commercial area in different regions. We also suggest different options for its improvement. Research design, data, and methodology - We also look into the problems of which is being promoted as a demonstration project, from the aspects of legal text and guidelines. Results - The current commercial area activation system has several problems. First, the establishment of a comprehensive basic plan on the commercial area activation is not a requirement. Second, the benefit principle should be established to prevent the moral laxity of merchants who serve important roles in the main components of the commercial area activation business when they conduct their business. Third, the current special law constrains the commercial management organization, as under the civil law yields a limitation on finding a profitable business model. Fourth, to efficiently, constructing a system that links the other central government businesses and is needed. into a regional development budget or a budget for funding small businesses that the central government can control, which is effective. Further, we offer some suggestions for medium- and long-term policies. First, an integrated coordination mechanism at the central office level should be installed while setting the basic policy to revitalize the Based on this policy, local governments need a system that exclusively based on the after establishing a comprehensive plan for urban regeneration and getting approval from the integration organization. Second, a system that enables an understanding of the problems with business promotion by monitoring the procedure of supporting projects and regularly assessing business achievements is needed. Conclusions - This study looks primarily into the problems that appeared in the legal text or the guidelines regarding the direction of improvement of the commercial area activation business that has been going on as a demonstration project since 2011 and suggests some solutions.
