Recent reports studied that injuries or deaths frequently occurred in consumer product accidents by product defects. Broadly speaking, product liability is liability which is imposed upon a manufacturer or other seller for personal injury, death, property damage and/or commercial loss arising with respect to a product or service provided by it. In this study, we want to search a method of prevention against appling PL laws. The way was researching on the level of appreciation of PL law, warning messages's means and design criteria for seller or consumer of child toys. As a result, most people didn't understand PL laws. Although they read them before purchasing child toy, many consumers didn't differentiate means of "Notice", "Warning", and "Danger" in warning messages. In addition, they considered important factors in warning messages as notice warning, safety mark(UL, etc), age recommendation and color in order. This study will be effective to search a method of prevention against PL laws.

Globally, customer appreciation and demand for quieter products has driven noise control engineers to develop efficient and quieter products in a relatively short time. In the vehicles and ship industry, noise has become an important attribute because of the competitive market and increasing customer awareness. Noise reduction is often achieved through structural modifications by typical approaches. In the present paper, author describes a fundamental study on optimum design of curvature. Bezier curve. and rib attachment to reduce noise from simple panel using a genetic algorithm(GA). The acoustic optimization procedure employed p-FEM for structural analysis, the Rayleigh integral method for acoustic analysis and the GA for searching optimum design. In the optimization procedure. the objective function to be minimized is the average sound power radiated from an objective structure over a given frequency range $0{\sim}300$ Hz.

Using literary and educational points of view, this study examined the prizewinning poems for children in the Annual Literary Contest sponsored by the Dongah-ilbo and the Chosun-ilbo between the 1970s and 2001. The average age of both male and female writers increased over time, 82% were college graduates, and 54% were educators. All of the poems referred to nature in some ways, either as the major theme(42%) or in passing reference to some aspect of nature(58%). Onomato-poetic words were used in 71% of the poems; similes and metaphors were expressed in 13% and 51%, respectively; 58% were written from a mediator's point of view; 59% were in the present tense; 78% of the space elements were fixed; and 98% were written in free verse. In conclusion, the poems for children of the Annual Literary Contest should be used in literary education with guidelines for the appreciation, creation, and criticism of poems for children.

The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and nature of long term boarding care of children provided by grandparents in surrogate foster homes. Data were collected from 10 children 15 to 18 years of age by in depth interviews and observation from May 2007 to July 2007. Analysis of data was by the phenomenological analytic method of Giorgi(1970). Seven essential themes were extracted: (1) ambivalence about being labeled "family headed by a child," (2) recognition of the burden to grandparents with appreciation for their care, (3) resentment and yearning for parents, (4) economic hardship, (5) discord with grandparents, (6) maladjustment to school life, and (7) overcoming such obstacles as poor economic conditions and loneliness.

지식 정보화 사회, 인터넷 매체의 시대로 접어들면서 컴퓨터와 관련 기술의 발달은 학습의 범위를 이라 불리는 가상공간까지 확대하였고, 교육에 있어서도 사이버 학교 시대가 도래하여 국어 교육도 변화를 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학생들의 흥미를 유발할 수 있으며 즐겁게 학습할 수 있는 웹 콘텐츠를 제작하여 활용함으로써 교과서 속 원작동화를 찾아 읽어보고, 다양한 독후 표현 활동을 통해 학생들의 문학 감상 능력과 표현능력의 신장을 꾀 할 수 있도록 국어과 읽기 교과서에 있는 54편의 동화내용 중 각 학년 6편씩 36편의 동화내용의 원작 작품을 찾아 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 콘텐츠를 활용하면 학생들의 문학 감상 능력 및 표현 능력의 신장에 효과적일 것이라 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify structural patterns in the subjectivity of Taegyo in pregnant woman and to provide a basis for nursing interventions. Thirty pregrant women were the subjects of this study. They were in the gestation period of pregnancy between 12 weeks to five days post partum and they lived in the city of Taejon. The research method employed Q-methodology which is based on self-psychology and abductive logics. The results revealed three different types of the Taegyo ; 1) Peaceful mind type, listening to music and appreciation of art for quietness of mind and also the support and concern of husband. 2) Self control type, recognizes herself as a pregrant woman and trys to do her works spontaneously and also adapt herself to changing of circumstances. 3) Dependent oriented type, needs absolute help from the surroundings under the specific condition of pregnancy. This results show that investigating the specific experience, characteristic and structure of the Taegyo of a pregnant woman can be used as a part of the nursing assessment and also provides useful basic data of nursing interventions during pregnancy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the demand for leisure facilities of apartment residents in Kimgae. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consisted of 399 households. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis. Leisure facilities were divided into four specific types : sports facilities, hobby and cultured facilities, appreciation and exhibition facilities, and sociable facilities. It was found that the demands for four types of leisure facilities were high and the demands for park, swimming pool, culture center, library, cultural hall, and wamen’s hall were especially high. Family life cycle and housing size were important determinants of demands for leisure facilities.

Articles on fashion of major daily newspapers for about one years after I.M.F. system were analyzed. The influence of I.M.F. system, values, the importance of costumes at economic crisis were studied through fashion at that time. The major conclusions of the study are as follows : 1. Costumes made in Korea, national brands In Korean words, practical styles, multi-functional design, economic tastes and mixed fashions were emphasized. 2. The sound and patriotic values were pursued through domestic fashion and creative ideas were developed to overcome economic crisis. 3. The meaning of costumes was still important under shrink of consumption. Costumes were useful tools to estimate ability and express aesthetic appreciation. The sound fashion trends under I.M.F. system reflect the reflection on overconsume and the will to overcome economic crisis. Such trends should be fixed for the establishment of economic prosperity for the nation.

Although asset price is an important factor in determining changes in external balances, no studies have investigated it from the Chinese perspective. In this study, I empirically examine the underlying driving forces of China's trade balances, particularly the role of asset price and the real exchange rate. To this end, I estimate a sign-restricted structural vector autoregressive model with quarterly time series data for China, using the Bayesian method. The results show that changes in asset price affect China's trade balances through private consumption and investment. Also, an appreciation of the real exchange rate tends to deteriorate trade balances in China. Furthermore, forecast error variance decomposition results indicate that changes in asset price (stock price and housing price) explain about 20% variability of trade balances, while changes in the real exchange rate can explain about 10%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of exhibition circulation which is caused by behavioral factors of visitor's movement and spatial factors in museums. It looks into the factors under the influence with the visitor's movement. The consideration of exhibition circulation may be classified into 2 categories. one is spatial factors which can make a exhibition circulation according to the extent of exhibition space display density position of exit display style and display secenario. and another is the behavioral factors of visitor's movement according to the time speed proportion of appreciation and visiting rate. The method of analysis is statistics of investigation by following after visitors. Through this data we found out that there are correlation with two categories. Therefore each factor that makes an exhibition circulation with organic relevancy have influence on the visitor's movement directly. So appropriate to the planning of each factor can offer visitors to more effective environment of exhibition.
