Recently, with the increasing use of smart phones, security issues, such as safety and reliability of the use of the Android application has become a topic to provide services in various forms. An Android application is performed using several important files in the form of an apk file. On the other hand, they may be subject to unauthorized use, such as the loss of rights and privileges due to the insertion of malicious source code of these apk files. This paper examines the Android environment to study ways to define the threats related to the unauthorized use of the application source code, and based on the results of the analysis, to prevent unauthorized use of the application source code. In this paper, a system is provided using a third body to prevent and detect applications that have been counterfeited or forged illegally and installed on Android devices. The application provides services to existing systems that are configured with only the service server that provides users and applications general, This paper proposes the use of a trusted third party for user registration and to verify the integrity of the application, add an institution, and provide a safe application.
Recently patented rights affect the competitive power of each country. Specially the situation of that country will be superiority if one country has lots of basic invention patents in advanced technology. In the near future, research results in universities or research institutes should be involved with patent application so that the investment of research funds improves our technology. Alloy is used to adjust magnetic characteristic in invention for magnetic recording medium. In this case there must be cautious in make out the patent claims of invention about such alloys. The patent for alloy invention is considered with following standard. (1) composition range and structure aspect according to the need of a composition metal (2)characteristics of the alloy and for use.
This study attempted to creat patent map 163 cases of patent for technology of apparel design using computer technology and researched the trend of Patent application by count교, technologies, applicant and filing date. In regard to application by country, the United States mark the first place with 99 cases (61%), Japan marks the second with 34 cases (21%), Korea the third with 19 cases (12%). Comparing the patent applications in specialized technologies, we find the United States is overwhelming the technologies for garment Production Process, Patterning Process and preparatory process, and Japan is currently undergoing development work in this area, while most of Korean applications are focused in the technologies for selection or substitution methods related to Purchase and sale of apparels, body image and design service Therefore, it is required to preoccupy and defend patent rights as well as develop technologies aggressively and extensively in preparation for the expansion of e-commerce market. Analysing the speed of progress in technology in terms of number of applicants and application cases, we can say it entered into developing stage from the middle of 1990s and it seems that they will continue the development work from now on. in case of Korea, they began in 1996, somewhat late, but reached a similar level with the United States in 2000.
General interest in the out-of-court dispute resolution system are mounting in Korea, and the spread of ADR(alternative dispute resolution) is the worldwide trend. In addition, it was confirmed that the resolution of disputes by ADR such as the decision based on arbitration made by the Prime Ministerial Administrative Decision Committee is no longer in exclusive possession of the civil case. The activation of ADR could lead to the smooth agreement between parties by getting away from the once-for-all mode of decision such as the dismissal of the application or the cancellation of disposal and the like in relation to administrative cases for the years. In consequence, it is anticipated that the administrative litigation that applicants have filed by not responding to the administrative decision would greatly reduce in the future. But, it would be urgent to provide for the legal ground of the ADR system through the revision of related laws to take root in our society because ADR has no legal binding power relating to the administrative case due to the absence of its legal grounds. The fundamental reason for having hesitated to introduce ADR in relation to the administrative case for the years is the protective interest of the third party as well as the public interest that would follow in case the agreement on the dispute resolution between parties brings the dispute to a termination in the domain of the public law. The disputes related to the contract based on the public law and the like that take on a judicial character as the administrative act have been settled within the province of ADR by applying the current laws such as the Civil Arbitration Law, Mediation Law, but their application to the administrative act of the administrative agency that takes on a character of the public law has been hesitated. But as discussed earlier, there are laws and regulations that has the obscure distinction between public and private laws. But there is no significant advantage in relation to the distinction between public and private laws. To supplement and cure these defects it is necessary to include the institutional arrangement for protection of the rights and benefits of the third party, for example the provision of the imposition of the binding power on the result of ADR between parties, in enacting its related law. It can be said that the right reorganization of the out-of-court dispute resolution system in relation to the administrative case corresponds with the ideology of public administration for cooperaton in the Administrative Law. It is high time to discuss within what realm the out-of-court dispute resolution system, alternative dispute resolution system, can be accepted and what binding power is imposed on its result, not whether it is entirely introduced into the administrative case. It is thought that the current Civil Mediation Law or Arbitration Law provides the possibility of applying arbitration or mediation only to the civil case, thereby opening the possibility of arbitration in the field of the intellectual property right law. For instance, the act of the state is not required in establishing the rights related to the secret of business or copyrights. Nevertheless, the disputes arising from or in connection with the intellectual property rights law is seen as the administrative case, and they are excluded from the object of arbitration or mediation, which is thought to be improper. This is not an argument for unconditionally importing ADR into the resolution of administrative cases. Most of the Korean people are aware that the administrative litigation system is of paramount importance as the legal relief for administrative cases. Seeing that there is an independent administrative decision system based on the Administrative Decision Law other than administrative litigation in relation to administrative cases, the first and foremost task is the necessity for the shift in thinking of people, followed by consideration of the plan for relief of the rights through the improvement of the administrative decision system. Then, it is necessary to formulate the plan for the formal introduction and activation of ADR. In this process, energetic efforts should be devoted to introducing diverse forms of ADR procedures such as settlement conference, case evaluation, mini-trial, summary jury trial, early neutral evaluation adopted in the US as the method of dispute resolution other than compromise, conciliation, arbitration and mediation

Objective: The present study suggested practical measures for successful patent registration based on a review of success and failure cases of patent application filed based on inventions obtained from physical ergonomics research. Background: The protection of intellectual property (IP) contributes to economic growth and competitiveness and facilitates innovation and creativity. IP rights are pursued on research findings for effective technology transfer and commercialization; however, a patent application can be rejected if patentability requirements such as patent eligible subject matter, utility for industrial application, novelty, or non-obviousness are not satisfied. Method: Three successful and three failed cases of patent applications based on physical ergonomics research were reviewed, critical reasons for their successes and failures were examined, and measures were proposed to avoid failures in patent registration. Results: The following measures were identified based on the patent application case review. First, abstract ideas including logical procedures and/or mathematical formulas need to include use of tangible apparatus and methods in idea realization. Second, the provision of grace period inventor disclosure exception needs to be properly followed in case an invention is disclosed before filing of patent application. Lastly, a comprehensive analysis of prior art published or publicly known anywhere in the world and a claim preparation of distinguished, non-trivial features compared to prior art solutions are needed to avoid possible violation of novelty and non-obviousness. Application: The proposed measures can help to prepare a patent application with patent eligibility.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a win-win development plan for not only suppliers of delivery applications but also traditional market vendor companies and delivery riders by analyzing existing delivery models and presenting a new delivery model to enhance competitiveness of the traditional market using delivery apps. Research desgin, data, and methodology - Specifically, small retailers, such as traditional markets and supermarkets, presented a compromised delivery model that utilizes the platform of specialized delivery app service providers for order reception, and that the delivery is delivered by delivery systems jointly hired by Vendor companies, such as franchising companies. To validate the significance of the trade-off delivery model, a cost-benefit analysis was conducted by those involved in the delivery application. Results - From the perspective of suppliers of specialized delivery applications, it is analyzed that the use of specialized delivery applications in traditional markets will be a new market opportunity for service providers to achieve increased sales. It is expected that consumer choice and satisfaction will be increased as convenience and accessibility of traditional market businesses that were available only through direct visit from the user side of the delivery application will be expanded. From the standpoint of delivery application franchises, it is analyzed that they can seek to increase sales and increase customer service as well as ease labor cost burden due to joint employment of delivery riders. The delivery rider will be able to seek to improve customer service due to job security, wage stability, risk reduction and overheated competition due to direct employment. Conclusion - In conclusion, the compromised delivery model solved the problems raised in the preceding study conducted on delivery application suppliers, users, franchises, and riders to establish that it could be a strategic alternative to increasing sales and expanding detailed rights for the self-employed in the traditional market, which are experiencing difficulties in management. However, the adoption of a compromise delivery model requires social consensus from those involved in the delivery application and requires legal, institutional and policy support, which will require continued follow-up research on the delivery model in the future.

Human-computer interaction is a discipline concerned with the design, evaluation, and implementation of interactive systems for human use. In this paper we suggest designing a smart deaf emergency application based on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles whereas nowadays everything around us is becoming smart, People already have smartphones, smartwatches, smart cars, smart houses, and many other technologies that offer a wide range of useful options. So, a smart mobile application using Text Telephone or TeleTYpe technology (TTY) has been proposed to help people with deafness or impaired hearing to communicate and seek help in emergencies. Deaf people find it difficult to communicate with people, especially in emergency status. It is stipulated that deaf people In all societies must have equal rights to use emergency services as other people. With the proposed application the deafness or impaired hearing can request help with one touch, and the location will be determined, also the user status will be sent to the emergency services through the application, making it easier to reach them and provide them with assistance. The application contains several classifications and emergency status (traffic, police, road safety, ambulance, fire fighting). The expected results from this design are interactive, experiential, efficient, and comprehensive features of human-computer interactive technology which may achieve user satisfaction.
The paper presents an Integrated E-Community System (IECS) for management, decision and service, designed for the e-government project of Haishu District of Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The project need is to promote the integration of management information and service information of communities, providing a unified platform on which different departments of the district government can share and exchange community information, government officers can analyze information and make decisions, and the outside users can access and request services. To meet the project need, the IECS consists of five parts: 1) The Central DataBase (CDB) that stores all information related with management, decision and service of communities: 2) Information Extracting Subsystem (IES) that provides functions of extracting data from data sources, transforming and loading them into the CDB for system administrators; 3) Information Management Subsystem (IMS) that provides functions of querying and sharing of information for government users, and functions of information maintenance, rights and log management for system administrators: 4) Intelligent Analysis Subsystem (IAS) that provides functions of extracting analysis related data from the CDB and loading them into the DW, and functions of multi-dimensional analysis and decision-making based on the DW and OLAP for government users; 5) Information Service Website (ISW) that provides functions of promulgating and collecting of information for government users and system administrators, and functions of browsing, querying and requesting of service information for outside users. The IECS supports management, decision and service of a government based on a unified data platform--the CDB, and ensures data security by providing different workplaces and rights for different users. In the real application, the system works well.
Recent dramatical development of computer technology related to internet technology intensifies the dispute over software of computer or smart device. Research on software has been flourished with political issuing of fierce competition among nations for software development. Particularly industrial growth in ethernet based big data and IoT (Internet of Things) has promoted to build and develop open source programs based on java, xcode and C. On these circumstances, issue on software piracy has been confronted despite the basic security policy protecting intellectual property rights of software and thus it is of substantial importance to protect the rights of originality of source program license. However, the other issue on source technology protection of developer is the possibility of hindrance to advancement in industry and culture by developing programs. This study discuss the way of enhancing legal stability of IoT application program development and reinforcing precision in inspection of program plagiarism by analyzing the source programs with newly introducing text mining technique, thus suggests an alternative protective way of infringement of personal information due to duplicating program.
