  • 최근 들어 인터넷 보급이 폭발적인 증가를 보이면서 인터넷 비즈니스(Internet Business) 또는 전자 상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)에 대한 관심이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 외국은 물론 대부분의 국내 대기업과 중ㆍ소기업에서는 사운을 내걸고 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템(IBS : Internet Business System)에 대한 투자를 감행하고 있으며, 또한 수많은 개인 업자(SOHO)들도 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)를 통하여 창의적인 신규 사업에 뛰어들고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 인터넷 비즈니스(IB)는 고객에게 가치 있는 무엇인가를 제공해 줄 수 있어야하며, 그 대가를 인터넷을 통해 보상받을 수도 있어야 한다. 이러한 원리 속에서 인터넷은 경제적, 기술적인 도약을 통해 급속도로 확산되리라는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 전망이다. 또한, web을 통한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보관리 시스템과 같은 ASP(Application Service Provider)에 많은 관심이 쏠리고 있다 본 연구는 중소 업체를 향한 인터넷 이용 경영 정보관리 시스템이 현재는 미약한 실정임을 파악, 이런 시대적 요구사항과 필요성에 의해 Web을 이용한 자동차 정비업소 경영 정보 시스템을 개발한다.

Innovation in Telecom Services -Framework and Analysis Based on the Case of International Pre-paid Calling Cards in Japan

  • Much work on innovation has focused on the manufacturing sector. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing innovation in services centred on capability and technology integration. We illustrate the theoretical points made by conducting a case study on an international telephone communications provider Brastel, which introduced significant innovations in international calling services, in the form of rechargeable pre-paid calling card, through effective application of standard IT. Brastel is situated against its main competitors, considering two dimensions of price and service breadth and convenience. A novel technique for measuring competitiveness based on price and service index is introduced. The following competitors were selected: NTT, KDDI, Japan Telecom, Fusion Communications, J-Call / World Link, G-Call, ASP Check, Primus, QuickPhone, and MCI. To create the service index, factors such as ease of use, convenience, number of languages in which the services are available, and additional features were taken into account. The company itself and the rechargeable card innovation were analyzed through in-depth interviews and data collection. It was shown that a competitive advantage was maintained through internal and external capabilities.

  • Real-time communication and diversification of multimedia application services using high-capacity data over the Internet demand high speed connection, and real-time and high-speed access internet service such as multimedia make Internet traffic increase rapidly. Meanwhile, QoS (Quality of Service) of internet service is not satisfied. In this situation, ISP (Internet Service Provider) has been required to improve service quality and extend network according to the user's needs. This request includes issue of extending network focused on increasing router and the number of routing table as well as simply extending bandwidth.

  • Application service provider(ASP) model is emerging as a new form of application outsourcing. ASP model may be attractive for small companies and even some medium-sized companies because these companies lack appropriate resources and technical expertise to develop and operate their information system. However, studies of ASP model have so far been neglected. Service quality is argued to be a crucial success factor for ASP, but yet there is not an empirically validated instrument for measuring ASP service quality. Therefore, this paper aims to develop and test a model for measuring ASP service quality. In order to accomplish these, SERVQUAL that has developed in marketing area were adapted to the context of this study. The research sample was designed by randomly selecting 300 different companies from the database that listed up the small companies participating in "ASP based e-business project for small enterprises". 240 usable responses were received by interview. The results are that reliability and tangibility impact user performances and satisfaction more than any of the service quality dimensions.

  • Recently, a market size for IT outsourcing has grown. As internet technology has been developed for accessing information resources, information systems have become internet-based, which is called an ASP(Application Service Provider); evaluating the performance for ASP becomes important. Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate the salient characteristics of ASP. An ASP success model is proposed based on information systems success models found in the literature. Our model is tested through a survey from 291 small companies. LISREL is used to demonstrate the suitability of our model, and the success factors for ASP are also investigated. Our result is likely to help provide useful guidelines for the successful ASP implementations.

  • The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

Hybrid Trust Computational Model for M2M Application Services (M2M 애플리케이션 서비스를 위한 하이브리드형 신뢰 평가 모델)

  • In the end-user domain of an IoT environment, there are more and more intelligent M2M devices that provide resources to create and share application services. Therefore, it can be very useful to manage trust by transferring the role of the existing centralized service provider to end users in a P2P environment. However, in a decentralized M2M computing environment where end users independently provide or consume services, mutual trust building is the most important factor. This is because malicious users trying to build malfunctioning services can cause security problems in M2M computing environments such as IoT. In this paper, we provide an integrated analysis and approach for trust evaluation of M2M application services, and an optimized trust evaluation model that can guarantee reliability among users of the M2M community.

Sensing Data Management System Using LoRa Based on Mobius Platform (모비우스 플랫폼 기반 LoRa 통신을 이용한 센싱 데이터 관리 시스템)

  • In order to realize IoT(Internet of Things) service, it is necessary to manage sensing data and build a service with respect to its scalability. However, existing internet services use unique protocols and non-standardized functions for each service provider, and it is difficult to provide data management and service because they use short-range communication technology such as Bluetooth. In addition, plurality of APs and gateways must be taken into consideration in establishing a wide area network. In this paper, we propose a sensing data management system using LoRa(Long Range) communication based on Mobius platform. The end device that drives Tas is configured to collect sensing data, configure an application gateway that drives &Cube, and transmit sensing data to the server. In addition, a server that manages the Mobius is configured to handle the sensing data transmitted from the application gateway to provide a monitoring service. We establish a wide area network through LoRa communication between the end device and the gateway and provide data management and service corresponding to the internet through the Mobius platform.

  • It is general for industrial body to adopt information system using ASP(application service provider) model according to the increase of management expense. the change of information system circumstance and the trend of application development cycle. ASP model is a variation on outsourcing system support and services. ASP maintains servers and software for different customers at a centralized location. The purpose of this study examined the feasibility to implement school digital library and information system using ASP model. Based upon the examination, this study is suggested information system of school digital library to aspects of H/W, S/W, components. functions.

  • 국내 50인 이상, 매출 100억이상 규모의 중소제조업을 위한 생산정보화는 그간 정부의 정보화 지원사업의 지원으로 중소제조업에서 평균 생산성 22%이상의 성과를 달성하였다. 그러나, 50인이하, 매출 100억 미만의 국내제조업은 약 20만개 이상이 되고 있으나, 정부에서 지원하고 있는 정보화지원사업의 혜택을 받지 못하고 있다. 그간 ERP, SCM 등과 같은 기업정보화의 경우 ASP (Application Service Provider)모델을 개발하여 적용을 시도하여 보았으나 활성화되지 못했고 생산자원 4M (Man, Machine Material & Method)정보를 실시간 처리가 요구되는 생산정보화의 경우에는 기술적 문제로 인하여 적용 시도조차 할 수 없었다. 최근 RFID/USN, 개방형 임베디드, 모바일, 차세대 인터넷 및 SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)기술의 급속한 발전으로 전세계 산재되어 있는 복수 공장의 생산자원을 중앙에서 서비스기반으로 중앙관리가 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 50인 이하, 매출 100억 미만의 군소제조업의 생산자원 4M을 유무선 센서 기술을 통하여 자율 재구성 능력 (Autonomous Reconfigurable) 기반의 원격관리가 가능한 핵심기능의 소개와 복수 공장의 다양한 생산정보화 애플리케이션을 단일 표준 플랫폼으로 구현할 수 있는 적용 모델에 대하여 설명한다.
