최근의 내장형 시스템은 그 용도에 따라 특정 기능만 수행하는 단순한 응용프로그램을 탑재했던 과거와는 달리 멀티미디어 기능들이 하나로 통합된 디지털 컨버전스 기기로 진화하면서 응용프로그램의 복잡도가 현저히 증가하였다. 또한 응용프로그램은 그 시대의 요구에 따라 여러 응용프로그램들과 통합되고 진화해 간다. 이러한 응용프로그램을 개발하고 관리하기 위해서는 개발자와 관리자간의 표준화된 인터페이스가 필요하다. 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 개방형 시스템 구조를 갖는 표준 중 운영체제의 인터페이스에 대한 표준으로 POSIX(Portable Operating System Interface)가 개발되었으며, 디지털 컨버전스 기기와 같이 실시간 운영체제 탑재를 요구하는 시스템을 위한 인터페이스 표준으로 POSIX.4계열이 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 실시간 운영체제 인터페이스 표준인 POSIX.4 지원을 위한 래퍼(wrapper)를 실시간 운영체제 UbiFOSTM에 설계 및 구현한 내용을 기술한다. 또한, POSIX.4 표준을 준수한 응용프로그램을 Linux와 UbiFOSTM에 각각 탑재하여 비교 실험하고 구현한 래퍼의 성능 오버헤드가 $3{\sim}9{\mu}s$로 미미하다는 측정 결과를 제시한다.

자바 언어는 객체지향성, 안전성, 유연성으로 인하여 현재 가장 널리 쓰이는 프로그래밍 언어의 하나가 되었으며, 자바 가상머신이 제공해주는 메모리 관리기 및 가비지 컬렉터로 인하여 프로그래머는 메모리 관리에 관한 많은 고민이 줄어들었다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드용 자바 가상 머신에서 구현된 메모리 관리기 및 가비지 컬렉터에 대해서 제안한다. 메모리 관리기는 힘을 다양한 크기의 셀로 분할한 후 통일한 셀의 집단인 블록 단위로 관리하여 빠른 메모리 할당과 해제가 가능하다. 가비지 컬렉션 방법으로는 3-색상 기반 표기-쓸어담기 가비지 컬렉터를 기반 알고리즘으로 채택하였으며 멀티쓰레드를 지원하기 위해 새로운 4-색상 기반 표기-쓸어 담기 가비지 컬렉터를 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 메모리 단편화가 발생하지만 객체 생성수가 많아짐에 따라 단편화율이 거의 일정함을 실험을 통해 보인다.

최근 토목, 지하수탐사, 환경분야 등에서 각종 지구물리탐사자료의 수요 증가와 이들 자료의 품질관리 및 전산화에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서, 지구물리 탐사자료의 효율적 관리 및 공유를 위하여 Client/Server(C/S)환경 및 웹(Web)환경 물리탐사자료 관리시스템을 개발하였다. C/S환경의 관리시스템은 MS SQL-Server을 이용하여 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템으로 설계하였고 각종 물리탐사 자료의 규격화, Window용 C/S 인터페이스 프로그램 개발, 검색자료 전송 프로그램 개발 등으로 특징된다. 웹환경에서의 일반 사용자용 데이터베이스 시스템은 물리탐사 이미지자료 표현을 위한 플러그인 모듈개발과, 한국자원연구소 웹사이트 개설 및 홈페이지 작성 등으로 이루어진다.

Research issues in software engineering in recent may be object oriented methodology and software quality. Since Halstead has proposed metric-software science in 1977, software quality area has been studied in steady but inactively until 1980s. As international standards such as ISO 9000-3, 9126 were enacted in 1990s early, interest in software quality is increased but many problems such as how to validate metric, measure quality or apply metric are remained. This paper proposes software quality metric methodology which software developer or project manager can use in measuring quality and validating metric during software development. The methodology is classified by several phases: establishment of quality requirement, identification of quality metric, data collection, metric implementation, metric validation. In order to show its applicability, test program, metrics and data are applied to each phase of the methodology. Consideration of this methodology as a methodology for software quality measurement similar to development methodology for software development is needed.

Recently, RFID technology is being widely embraced in the supply chain, by manufacturers, retailers, and logistics firms. This study shows the RFID system to provide location based service for commercial vehicle by integrating tracking function of GPS with Mobile service. For this, we configured PC-based terminal for vehicle and developed application consisted of RFID and GPS manager program. In web service module which uses mobile service, commodity information acquired from each vehicle at real-time is added at database and it is analyzed in various aspects to support management decision through the Legacy system.

Despite their tilde application of some traditional project management techniques like the Program Evaluation and Review Technique, they lack of learning, one of important factors in many disciplines today due to a static view far prefect progression. This study proposes a framework for estimation by learning based on a Linear Bayesian approach. As a project progresses, we sequentially observe the durations of completed activities. By reflecting this newly available information to update the distribution of remaining activity durations and thus project duration, we can implement a decision support system that updates e.g. the expected project completion time as well as the probabilities of completing the project within talc due date and by a certain date. By Implementing such customized systems, project manager can be aware of changing project status more effectively and better revise resource allocation plans.

본 연구는 자활사업의 개입모델로서 사례관리를 제안하며 그 실천적 적용가능성을 살펴본다. 근로빈곤층을 대상으로 한 자활사업이 궁극적으로 탈빈곤의 효과와 함께 지역사회에서의 자립된 삶을 얻는 기회를 제공하기 위해서는 일자리제공을 통한 경제적 자활 뿐 아니라 지역사회에서 개인의 삶에 영향을 미치는 다양한 사회적 위험요인들에 대한 지지적 서비스가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 자활이 갖는 실천적 의미와 사례관리의 필요성을 살펴보고 이에 적절한 사례관리의 유형과 사례관리자의 역할을 살펴본다. 또한, 자활사업에 필요한 사례관리의 개입방향-상황중심적 사고를 통한 통합적인 사례관리체계의 구성, 역량강화적 접근에 기초한 주체적인 참여와 자율적인 운영, 사회망 개발과 연대적 노력을 통한 포괄적인 사례관리 프로그램으로의 발전-을 제안함으로써 고용과 복지가 통합적으로 고려되는 자활사업의 틀을 구성하고자 한다. 본 연구는 자활사업대상자와 기관차원에서 활용할 수 있는 실천프로그램을 제시함으로써 정책적 차원에 그치던 자활사업에 관한 논의를 서비스제공 차원에서 구체화시킨다는 의의가 있다.

웹을 통한 원격교육은 시간과 공간의 문제를 극복할 수 있다는 큰 장점에도 불구하고 강의실 및 집합교육에 비해 연수생 관리가 취약하다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이러한 문제는 원격교육활동의 성취수준 및 목표도달에 대한 커다란 장애로 부담이 되고 있고 원격교육담당자에게 많은 고민을 안겨주고 있다. 원격교육담당자는 원격교육활동에 대한 연수생의 참여와 반응을 계속적으로 모니터링 해야 하고 이에 대한 적절한 피드백을 연수생에게 제공하여야 함에도 불구하고 기존의 원격교육시스템은 교수학습활동에 중점을 둔 나머지 원격교육활동에 대한 효율적 관리기능을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격교육의 일환으로 실시되고 있는 원격교원연수의 효율적 운영이 가능하며 교원연수가 목표로 하는 성취수준의 효과적 달성을 위해 원격교원연수의 적합한 관리요소를 추출하고 이를 시스템 또는 연수 관리자가 연수과정에 적용하여 연수생에 대한 적절한 피드백의 제공이 가능한 원격교원연수 관리시스템을 효율적으로 구현하였으며 교육과정과 컴퓨팅 환경에 따라 시스템의 유연한 변경도 가능하게 되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop 360 feedback for nursing unit manager based on the current personnel evaluation system and to evaluate the new tool according to evaluation subjects. Total of 277 subjects of nurse unit managers and staff nurses were participated in this study. Method: The study was conducted in three phases each for development, application, and analysis of 360 feedback. SAS program was utilized for data analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, and analysis of variance. Result: The evaluation criteria of the developed 360 feedback tool consisted of 13 subscales such as professional knowledge, apprehension & judgement, job performance, applicability, creativity, leadership, responsibility, promptness & accuracy, administrative ability & sense of mission, activeness, cooperation, communicability, and general attitude. The internal consistency of the tool was Cronbach's alpha .939. The evaluation score by! peers(M=4.30) was the highest one, followed by self-evaluation(M=4.23), evaluation by supervisor(M=4.17), and evaluation by subordinate(M=4.10). The differences in the total evaluation scores among the subjects supervisor, self, peer, and subordinate were not statistically significant, but significant differences were found in some subscales scores. Conclusion: Further research is required to test the reliability and validity of the $360^{\circ}$ feedback tool, and to test the outcome and the process of $360^{\circ}$ feedback system.
