A taxonomic review of the Korean Lycocerus (Cantharidae, Coleoptera) was presented. Through this study, total of four species were found from Korea including a species new to Korea, Lycocerus striatus. We newly provided a key to the Korean Lycocerus species and the distributional map on each species in this study.

Rhogadopsis속은 주로 굴파리에 기생하는 고치벌로 Opius속의 아속으로 여겨져왔다. 그러나 시맥의 형태와 단계통 분기군을 형성함에 따라 Rhogadopsis속은 속으로 격상되었다. 전라남도 여서도에서의 동물상 조사 결과, Rhogadopsis obliqua의 수컷 표본을 쓸어 잡기로 채집되었다. Rhogadopsis obliqua의 기술과 진단 형질 도판을 수록한다.

Phaedrotoma속은 주로 과실파리과, 혹파리과, 물가파리과, 꽃파리과, 똥파리과, 초파리과의 유충에 기생을 하는 고치벌로 한국에는 12종이 기록되어 있다. 본 조사연구 결과로 Phaedrotoma rugulifera와 Phaedrotoma vermiculifera 2종을 국내 최초로 보고한다. 이들의 표본은 쓸어잡기로 채집되었다. 두 종의 기술과 진단형질도판을 수록한다.

전통적인 동물 계통수(系統樹)는 초기발생 혈질에 기초하여 몸 구조가 단순한 것에서 복잡한 것으로 동물문(animal phylum)들을 배열하는 것이다. 현재 활발하게 연구 진행되는 분자수준에서의 분자계통 분류학(Molecular Systematics) 연구들이 이런 경향을 재평가하고 새로운 계통과 진화의 의미를 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한 염기서열로부터 획득할 수 있는 특성 값들을 추출하여 트레이닝 데이터를 생성하고, 생성된 데이터를 기반으로 데이터마이닝 기법중의 하나인 분류기법(classification) 을 사용하여 계통수를 생성하였다. 실험용 데이터는 미토콘드리아 염기서열을 사용하였으며 생물학분야에서 사용하는 분석 프로그램인 MEGA 프로그램을 사용하여 이를 증명하였다. 비록 마이닝을 수행한 결과는 생물학적 실험을 거쳐 정확성을 검증 받아야 하지만 인터넷상에 떠다니는 무수한 유전체들에 대한 유효한 분류기준을 제시할 수 있고 계통수 제작을 위한 실험에 소요되는 많은 시간과 노력들을 줄일 수 있다.

과실파리, 굴파리의 유충에 기생하는 Areotetes van Achterberg & Li, 2013(벌목: 고치벌과: 꽃파리고치벌아과)는 중국에서 처음으로 보고된 바 있다. 현재까지 Areotetes속에는 4종이 보고되어 있다. 금번 연구에서 Areotetes속의 1종, Areotetes carinuliferus van Achterberg & Li, 2013를 한국에서 처음으로 보고하며, 본 종의 형태 진단, 분포, 도해도를 작성하였고, 추가적으로 미토콘드리아 COI 데이터를 제공한다.

The family Orussidae is a unique parasitoid group belonging to the suborder Symphyta. Members of Orussidae are rare and only a species, Orussus coreanus Takeuchi have been previously recorded from Korea. In this study, we report another species, Stirocorsia tosensis (Tosawa and Sugihara, 1934), for the first time from Korea. The adult characteristics of the species with illustrations and a species key to the Korean Orussidae are provided.
