Rolling Shutter CMOS 센서 기반 가시광 통신 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Visible Light Communication System Using Rolling Shutter CMOS Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 Rolling Shutter CMOS 센서를 이용한 가시광 통신 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다. 성능분석을 위하여 ISI (Inter-symbol Interference)가 가시광통신에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 모의실험을 통하여 분석결과의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Fe-30at.%A1 합금의 압연성에 미치는 Cr, B, Ti 및 Si 첨가효과 (Effects of Cr, B, Ti and Si on Rolling Characteristics in Fe-30at.%A1 Alloy)

  • Some alloying elements such as Cr, B, Ti and Si were added individually or as a mixture to Fe-30 at.%Al alloys. The alloys were melted using an arc furnace and then heat-treated for homogenization at 1000$^{\circ}C$ for 7 days and followed by rolling at 1000$^{\circ}C$. The alloying elements on rolling characteristics were investigated by the microstructures and fracture mode before and after rolling. The microstructures before rolling showed that all of the alloys had equiaxed grains. On the other hand, the microstructures of rolling plane as well as its perpendicular plane became elongated after rolling. The alloys such as Fe-30Al, Fe-30Al-3Ti, Fe-30Al-0.5B, Fe-30Al-5Cr and Fe-30Al-3Ti-0.5B revealed better rolling behaviour from the point that intergranular and cleavage fractures were not fundamentally occurred. But the addition of 5Ti or 3Si to Fe-Al alloys had detrimental effects. The Ti-added alloy system such as Fe-30Al-5Ti, Fe-30Al-5Ti-5Cr, Fe-30Al-3Ti-5Cr and Fe-30Al-5Ti-0.5B were cracked through grain and showed cleavage fracture. The Si-added alloy system such as Fe-30Al-5Si, Fe-27Al-3Si and Fe-27Al-5Cr-3Si were cracked along the grain boundary and showed intergranular fracture. $DO_3{\leftrightarrow}B_2$ transition temperature of Fe-30at.%Al alloy was 520$^{\circ}C$, whereas the addition of 3Ti and 3Ti+0.5B comparably increased the temperature to 797 and 773$^{\circ}C$, respectively.

  • We design a homing guidance law based on the proportional navigation for the fast-rolling, single-axis control missiles and analyse the misdistance of the designed guidance system. The guidance law includes a compensation scheme which compensates for the phase-shift between the commanded and achieved acceleration which is peculiar to the fast rolling airframe with single-axis control. In the error analysis of the guidance system, we calculate the misdistance with respect to the target maneuver on the 3-dimensional space via direct simulations. Also, we conduct adjoint simulation on the 2-dimensional plane in case that phase-shift is perfectly compensated. Finally we approximate the linear time-varying dynamics of the missile with autopilot to a linear time-invarient system, and as a result we can find the misdistance as a closed-form.

안티롤링 진자를 이용한 부유체의 횡동요 저감 (Reducing Ship Rolling with a Anti-Rolling Pendulum)

  • 부유체의 횡동요는 승조원의 피로를 누적시키고, 심지어 구조물 전체를 전복시키기 까지 하고, 또 선체에 반복적인 외력을 가하는 등 부유체의 안정성과 구조물의 안전에 심대한 영향을 끼친다. 그래서 거의 모든 선박의 경우에는 빌지킬을 설치하여 횡동요를 감소시키고 있고, 특수한 경우에는 안티롤링 탱크나 핀 스태빌라이저나 자이로스코프 등을 설치하여 횡동요를 줄이고 있다. 그러나 안티롤링 탱크는 설치하는데 용적을 많이 차지하고, 핀 스태빌라이저나 자이로스코프는 설치비와 유지 관리비가 많이 든다. 본 연구에서는 안티롤링 진자를 이용하여 부유체의 횡동요를 줄이고자 한다. 보통 단진자라고 하면 질량체를 끈으로 어디엔가 고정시켜 놓고 자유롭게 흔들리는 구조를 말한다. 여기에서는 통상의 진자 대신에 진자를 원궤도에 올려놓아서 단진동 운동을 하도록 하는 원리를 이용한다. 제안한 장치를 실험선에 적용하여 그 효능을 입증하였다. 안티롤링 탱크의 약 1/8의 중량과 약 1/6의 용적을 가진 안티롤링 진자를 이용하여 이것보다 더 좋은 효과를 낼 수 있음을 확인하였다. 여기에 더하여 선체에 안티롤링 진자를 부가한 모델의 선형운동방정식과 비선형 운동방정식을 제시하였다.

  • The determination of roll speeds in continuous rolling system is an important factor along with the design of roll profile and roll gap. The tensile force on the workpiece induces reduced cross section area and the compressive force induces wrinkles. To determine the optimal roll speeds of current rough rolling system for wire rod, FE analysis was performed. We could predict the workpiece shape and the stress level more precisely by considering the elasto-plastic behavior of workpiece. Also the efficient analysis methodology is presented to reduce the calculation time by combining the ALE and lagrangian method.

  • The roll motion of a general vessel, which is more influenced by resonance as compared to other motions, adversely affects the passenger and hull. Therefore, reducing the roll motion through an anti-rolling system is critical, and most ships use various devices such as anti-rolling tanks, bilge keels, and fin stabilizers to accomplish this. In this study, a simplified model is developed for the application of an anti-rolling device for unmanned semi-submersible vessels. The applied anti-rolling device is installed on the stern and stem of a ship using a pair of servo motors with added weight, and the motor is controlled through the Arduino. The moment of the motor is designed and implemented based on a mathematical model such that it is calculated through the restoring force according to the heel angle of the ship. The performance of the proposed system was verified by utilizing the roll damping coefficient calculated by the free-roll decay test and logarithmic decrement method and was validated by a towing tank test. The system is expected to be used for unmanned vessels to perform sustainable missions.

  • Recently, the electronic circuit with microprocessor based control system instead of conventional analog circuit is widely used for rolling stock, and also these circuits are widely adopted for train control and monitoring in modem rapid transit system. Noise, distortion and attenuation are always present in electronic equipments and strictly limit performance. The purpose of this paper is to propose noise reduction technology for electronic equipments in rolling stock.

  • A diagnosis system that provides early warnings regarding machine malfunction is very important for rolling mill so as to avoid great losses resulting from unexpected shutdown of the production line. But it is very difficult to provide early warnings in rolling mill. Because dynamics of rolling mill is non-linear. This paper proposes a new method for diagnosis of rolling mill using wavelet to solve this problem. Proposed method that measures the vibration signals of rolling mill on-line and analyze it using wavelet to acquire pattern datas. And we design a nero-fuzzy model that diagnose a rolling mill using this data. Validity of the new method is asserted by numerical simulation.

  • Compatibility concerns between train signalling systems and rolling stock are a significant problems to cross-acceptance of rolling stock in urban railway system. It is not possible to establish general rules for the maximum levels of interference allowed, valid for every country. So, in this paper, we measured conducted emission and inductive emission and analyzed results for DC rolling stock.

  • This paper studied technical investigation of effective operation and methodology for technical combination in south and north korea. For harmonious transportation on railroad system, the system of trans-korea railroad investigated on each part(system, Rolling stock, Cartenary & Electricity, Signal and Track etc). Though it isn't show many difference on railroad system, we can show some difference on rolling stock, track and signaling system. For the effective and competitive operation on south and north korea, Many problem investigated and proposed alternative proposal for selecting of rolling stock(diesel or electric), track and signaling improving for speed-up and compatible system at AC and DC system.
