오피스 빌딩의 한국과 중국 피난관련 법 검토에 따른 개선 연구 (A Study on Improvement According to Korea and China Evacuation Laws in Office Building)

  • In the case of office buildings, domestic and Chinese evacuation laws were compared regarding the evacuation of horizontal and vertical buildings and evacuation to refuge safety areas. A simulation was conducted based on a refuge safety area in China. In the case of evacuating 1 floor, there was no significant difference in the flow of occupants to an ancillary room area in a domestic or Chinese building, but in China, the corridor width was narrower and the occupants have saw a long. In the case of evacuating 15 floors, the flow of occupants to an ancillary room area was different. In the case of China, it was possible for occupants to enter the ancillary room more quickly because the ancillary room area was wider than those found in domestic buildings, allowing quickly passage the ancillary room door. The results of this study found that if corridor width and ancillary room area were wider, evacuation times could be reduced.

급기가압 제연설비의 내부 유동특성에 대한 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis on Flow Characteristics in the Pressurized Air Supply Smoke Control System)

  • 본 연구에서는 급기가압에 따른 건축물 내부의 공기유동에 대한 수치해석을 수행하고 거실, 부속실 및 계단실 간의 차압분포 및 유동 특성을 분석하였다. 유동 해석은 유효누설면적을 측정하기 위해 제작된 누기율 시험설비에 대하여 수행하였으며, 급기가압에 따른 각 실의 압력 및 유속분포 등을 분석하였다. 본 해석에서 공기의 누설은 유효누설면적을 갖는 얇은 틈새를 방화문과 창문에 위치시키는 방법으로 모사하였다. 이러한 방법을 이용한 해석은 계단실과 부속실 간의 차압에 대한 기존 실험의 결과를 적절히 예측하였다. 해석 결과를 통해 국부적인 누설이 급기가압 제연 설비의 전체적인 유동 패턴 및 압력 분포에 큰 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 거실-부속실 문 단면에서의 평균속도가 방연풍속에 대한 국가화재안전기준을 만족하였으나 문의 상부와 같은 국부적인 위치에서 부속실로의 유출이 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

공동주택 화재 시 부속실 가압 시스템의 방연풍속에 관한 수치해석적 연구 (Numerical Study on Air Egress Velocity of Ancillary Room Pressurization Systems in Apartment Fires)

  • 본 연구에서는 공동주택 화재 시 부속실 가압 시스템의 방연풍속에 관하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 수치해석을 통해 댐퍼의 급기량과 방화문에서의 방연풍속의 관계식을 선형적으로 나타내었고 국가화재안전기준인 방연풍속 0.7 m/s를 만족하는 댐퍼의 최소유량을 선정할 수 있었다. 댐퍼의 최소유량을 적용하여 댐퍼의 급기 방향과 설치 높이에 따라 방연속도를 분석하였다. 댐퍼의 급기 방향이 상향인 경우와 댐퍼가 높게 설치되었을 때 댐퍼의 급기 방향이 하향인 경우보다 방화문 상부에서 더 큰 방연풍속을 나타내었고 누출된 연기 농도가 더 낮은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 방화문 상부에서 큰 방연풍속을 확보하는 것이 제연에 더 효율적일 것으로 판단된다.

급기가압 조건에서 복합 구획 공간 화재의 연기 거동에 대한 수치해석 연구 (Numerical Simulation on Smoke Movement in Multi-Compartment Enclosure Fires under Pressurized Air Supply Conditions)

  • 본 연구에서는 급기가압 조건에서 거실, 부속실 및 계단실로 구성된 복합 구획 공간에 대해 화재해석을 수행하고 가압 및 환기 조건에 따른 화재 연기의 유동 특성을 분석하였다. 화재 해석은 유효누설면적을 측정하기 위해 제작된 누기율 시험설비에 대하여 수행하였으며, 화재의 거시적 특성과 각 구획에 대한 유동 및 압력 특성의 분석을 통해 급기가압 조건에서의 화염 및 연기 거동에 대한 이해를 증진시키고자 하였다. 화재 해석 결과는 화재 발열량의 크기가 환기 시스템에 의해 공급되는 공기량에 의해서 민감하게 영향을 받게 됨을 보여주었다. 거실과 부속실에서의 속도분포 분석 결과를 통해 급기가압의 조건에서도 화재 연기가 문의 상층부를 통해 부속실로 유출될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 급기가압 제연시스템의 설계와 적용에 있어서 화재 크기와 공간적 특성과 같은 요인을 고려하는 것이 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

고층건축물의 피난경로 가압제연시스템 성능개선대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Improvement Measures of Pressurized Smoke Control Systems for Exit Passageways of High-Rise Buildings)

  • One of the biggest problems in smoke control systems for high-rise buildings is stack effect, but there are no recognized methods or measures to solve the problem of stack effect as yet. The stack effect can be overcome by forming the uprising current inside the stair hall properly, but there is a limit to the height in supplying into the stair hall the smoke control air volume to be supplied to a floor in case of escape from fire. The limit to the height can be extended by over-coming the stack effect by pressurizing the stair hall and the ancillary room simultaneously. It can also be anticipated that the stack effect can be overcome by connecting the air supply shaft to the stair hall at the top. As a result of computer simulations using a network type of tool, it is found that adequate performance can be achieved by pressurizing the stair hall only for a building of 190m or less, and up to 360m when pressurizing the stair hall and the ancillary room simultaneously. In all those cases, however, an overpressure venting damper is required which operates within a suitable range for venting the overpressure outside.

17대 대통령기록의 성격에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of 17th Presidential Record)

  • 본 연구는 17대 대통령기록과 관련한 언론의 의혹들을 중심으로 문제의식을 더욱 확장하여 17대 대통령기록을 조사·분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 대통령기록관리 체계 개선을 위한 방안을 제언하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 대통령기록관에 이관된 17대 대통령기록을 전체적인 시각에서 개관하고, '기록관리', '부속실', '치안'기능에서 생산된 기록을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 다음으로 '생산현황통보', 'e메일을 통한 기록 생산 및 기록 미등록', '핵심기록 및 전자·비전자기록'의 사례를 정량분석과 함께 실물 기록을 정성적으로 분석하여 17대 대통령기록의 성격을 진단하였다. 마지막으로 분석 결과를 토대로 대통령기록관리체계 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

경주관내 근대 철도역사(鐵道驛舍)의 건축적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Characteristics of Modern Railway Station in Gyeongju)

  • This study aims to analyze architectural characteristics of railway station facilities which were built with development of railroads from Japanese Colonial Period to 1950's. To achieve this goals, 7 railway stations in Gyeongju area that are worth preserving were set up as research targets. For this study, I analyzed literature of the railway station and drawings which the KORAL Daegu Branch is keeping. Railway stations without a construction drawing investigated a direct visit. After analyzing the railway station facilities, the architectural properties such as plan, elevation and section have been identified. The results are as follows. First, Each modern railway station is usually consisted of waiting room and office, and ancillary spaces have been added. Over the years, however, the space was expanded horizontally. In that case, the structure and finish materials have been changed, like now. Second, Most of the roof shape is 'Matbae'(gable roof), especially Gyeongju station and Bulguksa Station are 'Woojingak roof. The roof structure is truss structure, especially as Pratt and Scissors type, but Gyeongju Station's structure is a reinforced concrete. Third, main doorway of waiting room is located in the center of the front gable. However, small stations like 'Ahwa' and 'Ipsil' station to ensure the passengers' waiting area are placed next to the office area.

북한 건축 전문매체 분석을 통한 살림집 계획 동향 (North Korean Housing Planning Trend through Analysis on North Korean Architectural Media)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the supply status and planning trend of North Korean housing through analysis on the North Korean architecture specialized media data. The flat composition is changing and the living room is becoming the center of the houses. Also, in the urban areas, the standard apartment type is four apartments in a row and the plan form is getting diversified into circle type, Y type, and irregular type. On the other hand, in the rural areas, two houses in a row and single house are typical and the change in planning scale and space structure are not substantial. Since the 2000s, design changes have been made to emphasize the third dimensional structure of buildings such as the elliptical houses and L-shaped houses. Furthermore, 8~10 households are located on one floor which leads to the tendency of the building enlargement. In terms of house size, a square concept was introduced to replace the initial 2~3 room concept and the basic module of the room planning the 3 room house based on $3m{\times}3m$. However, there seems to be no standard house size, and the house size may differ depending on the social classandregion. In the early 1980s, when there was focus on the apartment complex construction, the high-rise apartment buildings of 30~40 floors was planned. However, during the Pyongyang redevelopment project, apartments of more or less than 10 floors were built and row-houses of more or less than 4 floors were built. In terms of the complex scale, a lot of small complexes of around 300 households are emerging after 2010. The construction projects are mainly limited to specific regions such as Pyongyang and Samjiyeon, and also limited to specific classes such as the workers and soldiers initially and the scientists lately. In addition, living boundary composition and ancillary facilities for sufficient green area ratio securement and the people of North Korea are maintained consistently. In recent years, the specialized floor planning such as solar house and the house for the disabled people, framework houses for redevelopment business, and multi-storied house construction technology are also emerging.

Novel Cationic 2-Phenylpyridine-based Iridium(III) Complexes Bearing an Ancillary Phosphine Ligand: Synthesis, Photophysics and Crystal Structure

  • Three novel phosphorescent 2-phenylpyridine-based iridium(III) complexes, $[(ppy)_2Ir(P\^{}N)]PF6\;(1),\;[(dfppy)_2Ir(P\^{}N)]PF_6$ (2), and $[(dfmppy)_2 Ir(P\^{}N)]PF6$ (3), where $P\^{}N$ = 2-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]pyridine (dppmp), were synthesized and characterized. The absorption, photoluminescence, cyclic voltammetry and thermal stability of the complexes were investigated. The complexes showed bright blue luminescences at wavelengths of 448 $\sim$ 500 nm at room temperature in $CHCl_3$ and revealed that the $\pi$-acceptor ability of the phosphorous atom in the ancillary dppmp ligand plays an important role in tuning emission color resulting in a blue-shift emission. The single crystal structure of $[(dfmppy))_2Ir(P\^N)]PF_6$ was determined using X-ray crystallography. The iridium metal center adopts a distorted octahedral structure coordinated to two dfmppy and one dppmp ligand, showing cis C-C and trans N-N chelate dispositions. There is a $\pi-\pi$ overlap between π electrons delocalized in the difluorophenyl rings.

  • The most powerful analytical equipment usually comes at the cost of having the highest demand for space. Where electron microscopes has traditionally required a room to themselves, not just for reasons of their size but because of ancillary demands for pipes and service. The simple optical microscopes, of course, can occupy the desk-top, but because their performance is limited by the wavelength of light, their powers of magnification and resolution are inferior to that of the electron microscope. Mini SEM will sit comfortably on a desk-top but offers magnification and resolution performances much closer to that of a standard SEM. This new technique extends the scope of SEM as a high-resolution microscope, relatively cheap and widely available imaging tool, for a wider variety of samples.
