Often we receive misled conclusion in the research if properly variables are not analyzed. In different functional issues of management it is very essential that all the latent and observed variable are properly understood so management decisions will be relevant and effective. The objective of this paper is to investigate the use of different multivariate tools for analyzing in the management research : applied or basic. The sources of data is primary as well as secondary. The primary includes the observation of different research articles of the proceedings of different conferences. And the secondary includes different publications related to multivariate analysis. The study has revealed the reasons of not using such tools of research. The preliminary finding reveals that most of the researches do not use such analytical tools in a comprehensive manner. Carelessness in design while fixing the design aspect is the main reasons of not using appropriate design.

Computer-based analysis tools for forensic assessment of reinforced concrete structures are presented. The analysis tools, mostly in the form of nonlinear finite element procedures, are based on the concepts and formulations of the Modified Compression Field Theory. Relevant details regarding their formulation are provided. Development of realistic constitutive models and corroboration of the analysis procedures, through comprehensive experimental programs, are discussed. Also presented are graphics-based pre- and post-processors, which are of significant aid in structural modeling, input of data, and interpretation of analysis results. The details and results of a case study, illustrating the application and value of such analytical tools, are also discussed.

Recently, statistical analysis tools have been changed to the applications on the World Wide Web that access data stored in databases. On-line analytical processing(OLAP) is a class of technologies that give users statistical information with multidimensional views of data in databases. In this paper, we introduce the concept and requisites of OLAP system, and we propose some research issues.
Helical structures made of superelastic shape memory alloys are widely used as interventional medical devices and active actuators. These structures generally undergo large deformation during expansion or actuation. Currently their behaviour is modelled numerically using the finite element method or obtained through experiments. Analytical tools are absent. In this paper, an analytical approach has been developed for analyzing the mechanical responses of such structures subjected to axial and torsional loads. The simulation results given by the analytical approach have been compared with both numerical and experimental data. Good agreements between the results indicate that the analysis is valid.
As much as the popularity of ginseng in herbal prescriptions or remedies, ginseng has become the focus of research in many scientific fields. Analytical methodologies for ginseng, referred to as ginseng analysis hereafter, have been developed for bioactive component discovery, phytochemical profiling, quality control, and pharmacokinetic studies. This review summarizes the most recent advances in ginseng analysis in the past half-decade including emerging techniques and analytical trends. Ginseng analysis includes all of the leading analytical tools and serves as a representative model for the analytical research of herbal medicines.

Advanced Life Support Systems (ALSS) are being studied to support human life during long-duration space missions. ALSS can be categorized into four subsystems: Crew, Biomass Production, Food Processing and Nutrition, Waste Processing and Resource Recovery. The System Studies and Modeling (SSM) team of New Jersey-NASA Specialized Center of Research and Training (NJ-NSCORT) has facilitated and conducted analyses of ALSS to address systems level issues. The underlying concept of the SSM work is to enable the effective utilization of information to aid in planning, analysis, design, management, and operation of ALSS and their components. Analytical tools and computer models for ALSS analyses have been developed and implemented for value-added information processing. The results of analyses have been delivered through the Internet for effective communication within the advanced life support (ALS) community. Several modeling paradigms have been explored by developing tools for use in systems analysis. They include object-oriented approach for top-level models, procedural approach for process-level models, and application of commercially available modeling tools such as MATLAB$\^$(R)//Simulink$\^$(R)/. Every paradigm has its particular applicability for the purpose of modeling work. An overview is presented of the systems studies and modeling work conducted by the NJ-NSCORT SSM team in its efforts to provide systems analysis capabilities to the ALS community. The experience gained and the analytical tools developed from this work can be extended to solving problems encountered in general agriculture.

Objective: The aim of this study is to reclassify human errors and to develop hands-on tools to apply the new classification for preventing human error accidents in highway construction site. Background: The main cause of accidents in highway construction was reported as the carelessness of workers. However, such diagnosis could not help us operationally prevent accidents in real workplace. Method: The accidents in highway construction were reanalyzed and the causes of human error were reclassified in order to educate and improve the awareness of human error in highway construction. Field survey and interview with safety managers and workers were conducted to find the causal relationship between the actual accidents and the human errors. Results: The most frequently observed human errors in highway construction were classified into six categories such as mis-perception, distraction, memory fail, slip, cognition error and mis-judgment. In order to provide hands-on tools to increase the awareness of human error in construction field, the human error checklist and card sorting diary were developed. Especially, the card sorting diary was designed to increase the ability in human error inspection of safety manager at construction site. Moreover, posters were developed based on actual accident cases. Conclusion: We suggested that the improved awareness and analytical report on checklist, card sorting diary and posters for construction field could collectively prevent the accident. Application: The classification of human error, hands-on tools and posters can be directly applicable on highway construction site. This analytical and collective approach preventing human error-related accident could be extended to other construction workplaces.

In the machining process of micros shape by using high-precision machining system and micro end-mill, it is important for machining characters of tools to be grasped in order to stably use tools of micro end-mill. In this study. we carried out an analytical experiment of basic machining features by using end-mill tools for the purpose of damage prevention and manufacture of high quality when the tools of micro end-mill are used. This experiment used a micro machining system with high precision and a variety of end-mill tools commercialized from tens to hundreds microns in diameter. To establish an optimal machining condition without tool damage, cutting force was analyzed according to the changes of tool diameter and cutting conditions such as cutting speed. feed rate, depth of cut. And an examination was performed for the shape and surface illumination of machining surface according to the changes of machining conditions. Based on these micro machining conditions, micro square pillar, cylinder shaft. thin wall with high aspect ratio, and micro 3-D structures such as micro gear and fan were manufactured.
